本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种糯米粉,尤其涉及一种山楂开胃糯米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
    糯米粉是一种将糯米浸泡、研磨、烘干后得到的食品,可用来制作汤团、元宵等。现有的糯米粉口味单一,且无食疗保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种山楂开胃糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明制备工艺简单、柔软韧滑,香糯可口,营养健康。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种山楂开胃糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米70-75、红豆10-15、薏苡仁15-20、山楂10-13、冬瓜皮4-5、荷梗2-3、橘叶2-3、荠菜3-4、芫荽2-3、木香1-2、陈皮3-4、山楂叶2-3、板栗叶3-4;
    所述的山楂开胃糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
   (1)将冬瓜皮、荷梗、橘叶、荠菜、芫荽、木香、陈皮、山楂叶、板栗叶加水煎煮2-3小时,过滤除渣,得提取液;
   (2)将糯米置于步骤(1)所得提取液中浸泡8-10小时;
   (3)将红豆、薏苡仁、山楂混合炒熟;
   (4)将浸泡后的糯米与步骤(3)所得物料混合加水研磨成浆液;
   (5)将步骤(4)所得物料压滤脱水、烘干,即得;
本发明的有益效果为:
    本发明的山楂开胃糯米粉营养丰富,柔软韧滑,香糯可口,原料中的山楂含有黄酮、维生素C、胡萝卜素等,可增强机体免疫力、延缓衰老、预防癌症,配合薏苡仁和红豆,可达到健脾开胃、疏风散热、润肤养颜的功效;同时浸泡糯米时添加的芫荽、木香、陈皮、山楂叶具有开胃健胃消食的作用,添加的其他中草药还可到达清热利水消肿、疏肝行气、化痰散结的功效。
具体实施方式
     一种山楂开胃糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米75、红豆15、薏苡仁20、山楂13、冬瓜皮5、荷梗3、橘叶3、荠菜4、芫荽2、木香2、陈皮4、山楂叶3、板栗叶4;
    所述的山楂开胃糯米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
   (1)将冬瓜皮、荷梗、橘叶、荠菜、芫荽、木香、陈皮、山楂叶、板栗叶加水煎煮2-3小时,过滤除渣,得提取液;
   (2)将糯米置于步骤(1)所得提取液中浸泡8-10小时;
   (3)将红豆、薏苡仁、山楂混合炒熟;
   (4)将浸泡后的糯米与步骤(3)所得物料混合加水研磨成浆液;
   (5)将步骤(4)所得物料压滤脱水、烘干,即得。

1.一种山楂开胃糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成 :
糯米70-75、红豆10-15、薏苡仁15-20、山楂10-13、冬瓜皮4-5、荷梗2-3、橘叶2-3、荠菜 3-4、芫荽 2-3、木香 1-2、陈皮 3-4、山楂叶 2-3、板栗叶 3-4;
制备方法为:(1)将冬瓜皮、荷梗、橘叶、荠菜、芫荽、木香、陈皮、山楂叶、板栗叶加水煎煮 2-3 小时,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将糯米置于步骤 (1) 所得提取液中浸泡 8-10 小时 ;
(3)将红豆、薏苡仁、山楂混合炒熟;
(4)将浸泡后的糯米与步骤(3)所得物料混合加水研磨成浆液 ;
(5)将步骤(4)所得物料压滤脱水、烘干,即得。
