技术领域
本发明总的涉及成形、填充和密封机器。更具体地,本发明涉及对成形、填充和密封机器的改进。
背景技术
已知成形、填充和密封机器普遍地用于包装工业。成形、填充和密封机器一般地由多个部件制成,这些部件对于特定产品例如食品或医疗产品的容器实施成形、填充和密封的单独步骤。通常,该机器将成卷筒的膜转变为柔性容器。该机器将食品或医疗产品填充至该柔性容器并密封该容器。该机器还可以将配件/附件(fitment)附接在该柔性容器上。然而,传统的成形、填充和密封机器包含多个因不稳定、易磨损而导致维修时间增加和/或在速度、效率或能源使用方面不佳的多个部件。
发明内容
本发明涉及成形、填充和密封机器以及构成成形、填充和密封机器的各个部件。在一般实施例中,本发明提供了配件施用器工作台、配件施用器、配件加热组件以及密封夹具,它们构造和布置成用于形成容器并将配件传送和施用至该容器上。
提供了一种具有夹具壳体的夹具支承装置。在该夹具壳体中容纳有至少一个螺栓、附接/连接在该螺栓上的弹簧和附接在弹簧上的密封件。夹具支承件还包括压缩元件,例如橡胶垫(back-uprubber)。在一个实施例中,橡胶垫呈一侧尖锐的冠形形状。
提供了一种夹具支承装置,包括夹具壳体和由两个或多个螺栓、与各个螺栓附接的弹簧、以及附接至各个弹簧并容纳在夹具壳体中的密封件组成的上部组。该夹具支承装置包括由附接至夹具壳体的橡胶垫组成的中间组。此外,夹具支承件还包括由两个或多个螺栓、与各个螺栓附接的弹簧、以及附接至各个弹簧并容纳在夹具壳体中的密封件组成的下部组。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及成形、填充和密封机器以及构成成形、填充和密封机器的各个部件。在可选实施例中,成形、填充和密封机器可以包括配件施用器工作台、配件施用器、配件加热组件和密封夹具,它们构造和布置成用于将配件传送和施用至该容器上。本文所述的成形、填充和密封机器的各个部件比传统的成形、填充和密封机器更加简化和合理化,以将配件从振动轨道正传送到施用于袋形塑料膜。这使得配件更可靠且质量更好地密封到包装袋上。
现参考视图,特别是图1和图2A至2C,其示出了本发明实施例中的密封夹具10。密封夹具10包括第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件30。第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件构造和布置成在操作过程中朝向和背离彼此地移动。第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件30可以用于在袋或包上形成侧面接缝(例如密封)。密封夹具10能够产生足够厚的密封表面并且当被压在一起时产生有限的移动(例如自对齐),这可以产生更一致的直线或水平密封。
第一夹具支承件20包括第一夹具壳体22,该第一夹具壳体22包含一个或多个轴肩螺栓/肩部螺栓/带肩螺栓(shoulderbolt)24(例如,上螺栓和下螺栓),其中各个轴肩螺栓24与弹簧26连接。各个弹簧26与密封件28连接。密封件可以是例如由硅橡胶制成的方形环。密封件可以沿第一夹具壳体22的整个长度延伸。如图2A至2C所示,第一夹具支承件20向第二夹具支承件30移动。这使得位于第一夹具壳体22内的密封件接触第二夹具支承件30的端部。密封件28压缩弹簧26,使得密封件28返回到第一夹具壳体22内。在这种情况下,可以在密封件和第二夹具支承件30之间形成紧的密封。
第一夹具壳体22还包括压缩元件44,该压缩元件构造和布置在第一夹具壳体22的一端上或附近。例如,压缩元件44可以位于第一夹具壳体22的通道或保持件52内。压缩元件44可以是任何适合的材料,例如橡胶或其它合适的聚合材料,该材料能够承受高热而不会明显变形。
在图3所示的实施例中,压缩元件44是橡胶垫,该橡胶垫具有圆的冠形部分46和平的侧部48。压缩元件44还具有一个或多个卡部50,使得它能牢固地保持在通道52内。压缩元件44还在露出的表面或侧面58上包含尖头或尖边54,其用于分离膜片从而产生袋或容器的边缘。
第二夹具支承件30包括第二夹具壳体32。第二夹具壳体32还包括加热元件40以加热第二夹具壳体32的定位有该加热元件40的端部。加热元件40能手动或自动地控制以将夹具壳体32的端部加热至任何适当的温度。
第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件30中的任一者或两者能朝向彼此移动以将例如两个或多个膜片热压在一起,从而形成接缝(例如,密封),其中膜片被置于第一夹具支承件20和对第二夹具支承件30之间。接缝可以形成由膜形成的容器的侧边缘,并且足够结实以便用该容器来保持液体。在一个实施例中,一个夹具支承件能够移动而相对的夹具支承件保持固定不动。
在一可使用的实施例中,两个单独的膜片被放置在第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件30之间。第一夹具支承件20和第二夹具支承件30朝向彼此移动从而在密封件28和第二夹具支承件30的端部之间压缩膜片。压靠着第二夹具壳体32的上、下密封件28将袋或包的膜片保持在希望的位置,同时压缩元件44将膜片压入加热元件40内。更具体地,当压力使得密封件28使弹簧26抵靠着螺栓24被压缩时,压缩元件44与膜片接触并将膜片压靠在第二夹具壳体32的加热元件40上。加热元件40已充分加热以致使两个膜片被永久地或可拆分地在新形成的接缝处相互连接。
应注意的是压缩元件44的裸露侧面58是与膜片接触并将膜片推入加热元件40的表面。关于这一点,裸露侧面58帮助生成密封接缝,该密封接缝沿着密封膜的边缘大致是直的。压缩元件44的从其边缘到尖边54的宽度可表示在膜的边缘上形成的接缝的厚度,并且可以是任何适当的宽度。压缩元件44的尖边54帮助切割膜片以形成具有密封边缘的单独的容器。
现参考图4A至4D和图5,其示出了本发明实施例中的配件加热块组件100。配件加热块组件100包括配件加热块102,所述配件加热块102限定用于容纳一个或多个加热筒(未示出)的一个或多个通道110。加热筒可以是能够将配件加热块100加热至所需温度的任何适当的加热装置。配件加热块102还包括用于容纳一个或多个温度探测器或热电偶的一个或多个通道120。图6示出了适合的温度探测器或热电偶150。
如图4C至4D所示,一个或多个温度探测器可以容纳在温度探测器壳体122内以保护温度探测器。温度探测器壳体122可以通过上夹紧支架130和下夹紧支架140定位在适当位置。上夹紧支架130能用来与下夹紧支架140一起保持温度探测器或温度探测器壳体122固定不动。
如图4C至4D所示,下夹紧支架140可以利用任何适当的紧固机构(例如螺栓142)附接至配件加热块组件100。上夹紧支架130可以放置在温度探测器壳体122上方并利用任何适当的紧固机构(例如螺栓136)附接至配件加热块组件100。例如,上夹紧支架130和下夹紧支架140能限定用于螺栓的一个或多个通道132以使夹紧支架130和140牢固地附接至配件加热块组件100。上夹紧支架130和下夹紧支架140还可以限定弧形部134,使得在温度探测器定位在配件加热块102内时所述温度探测器能够装配在上夹紧支架130和下夹紧支架140的旁边。
传统的填充、成形和密封装置的热电偶线路的故障通常导致6小时或更长时间的停机。上夹紧支架130和下夹紧支架140与配件加热块100、温度探测器及加热筒的结合使用已经显示了能减少传统的填充、成形和密封装置中的标准热电偶线路的断开或故障。这通过减少维修热电偶所花费的停机时间量节省了操作成本并提高了填充、成形和密封装置的运行效率。
如图5中更详细地示出,配件加热块102可以包括伸出部分160。伸出部分160可以是环形或牛眼形。例如,环的中央可以是凹入的。在配件放置操作过程中配件加热块102的伸出部分160与膜的一侧接触。
图7至14示出了配件传送组件的各个部件。图7示出了配件传送框架或壳体202,其用于本发明实施例中的如图8所示的配件施用器工作台300。配件施用器工作台包括施用器板310和附接至施用器板310的一个或更多衬套312。可使用衬套312以使得施用器板310保持牢固且可靠地附接至配件传送框架或壳体202。例如,壳体202的一个或多个柱204可以穿过施用器板310上对应的孔304定位在衬套312内。衬套312可以利用任何适当的紧固机构(如一个或多个螺栓350)附接至施用器板310。
施用器隔离块314用于将配件施用器320牢固地支承在施用器板310上。配件施用器320可以利用任何适当的紧固机构(例如一个或多个螺栓340)附接至施用器隔离块314。配件施用器320包括施用器头板322。施用器头板322可以利用一个或多个紧固机构(如销或螺钉342)附接至配件施用器320。
如图8至9中进一步示出,施用器头324附接至施用器头板322。施用器头罩帽326附接至施用器头324。施用器头垫圈328可以插在施用器头罩帽326和施用器头320之间以提供气密密封。
施用器头板322可以限定通道332,该通道可以附接至作为真空组件(未示出)的一部分的真空管。施用器头罩帽326可以构造和布置成与将要通过真空组件被吸入施用器头324中的配件的端部相匹配。施用器324还可以附接至光纤装置330,该光纤装置用于探测配件是否附接至施用器头324。
现参考图10,其示出了本发明实施例中的配件引导器400。配件引导器400将配件402从初始的配件保持器或储存装置输送到配件施用器工作台300。配件引导器包括竖直定位架410。竖直定位架410可以具有任何适当的布置以提供用于配件引导器400的坚固且稳定的结构支承。
水平配件定位组件450通过竖直滑动组件430可滑动地附接至竖直导向式气动致动装置420。水平配件定位组件450构造和布置成沿着垂直于竖直滑动组件430的运动的方向轴向地移动配件。
竖直导向式气动致动装置420附接至竖直定位架410。竖直导向式气动致动装置420可以利用任何适当的紧固机构(如一个或多个螺栓或销422)附接至竖直定位架410。竖直滑动组件430包括可滑动地附接至竖直导向式气动致动装置420的基底或底座。竖直滑动组件430构造和布置成通过任何适当的机构(例如无杆气动式气缸或致动器)使水平配件定位组件450沿着竖直导向式气动致动装置420上下移动。
水平配件定位组件450可以通过附接支承件440(见图12A)附接至竖直滑动组件430。水平配件定位组件450包括附接至附接支承件440的导向气动致动器组件452。支架454(见图12B)附接至导向气动致动组件452,该导向气动致动组件利用气缸或致动器进行移动。支架454利用任何适当的紧固机构(如一个或多个螺栓或销456)附接至导向气动致动器组件452。吸气嘴462附接至支架454的端部。
如图10至11所示,拾取销接头460连接至吸气嘴462。吸气嘴462构造和布置成通过拾取销接头460提供真空。当配件420从配件储存位置一路运送到配件施用器工作台300时,拾取销接头460与吸气嘴462协力将配件402拾取并保持在拾取销接头460的端部上。
如前所述,可以使用任何适当的机架组件来将配件引导器400保持在适当位置,包括竖直定位架410。机架组件可以包括任何适当的配置以为本发明实施例中的配件引导器提供牢固的基座。
现参考图13至14,其示出了本发明实施例中的供给输送系统600(例如振动式)。供给输送系统600包括支承架610。配件导轨组件620利用任何适当的紧固机构(如一个或多个螺栓或销660)附接至支承架610上。配件导轨组件620可以由第一长形导轨622、第二长形导轨624、第三长形导轨626、第四长形导轨628和导轨端部导向件630组成,它们构造和布置成例如将一个或多个配件632沿配件导轨组件的长度保持成一排,如图14所示。
供给输送系统600还包括附接在支承架610上的配件引导模块650。配件引导模块650可以通过导向气动致动器安装板652附接在支承架610上。配件引导模块650还在导轨端部导向件630处或其附近附接至配件导轨组件620的端部。
配件引导模块650包括致动器板654,该致动器板654限定用于部分地容纳配件的弯曲部658。配件引导模块650包括气动致动器656,该气动致动器656构造和布置成使致动器板654上下移动或朝向和背离配件引导模块650移动。关于这一点,配件引导模块650使得配件能暴露于配件引导器400的拾取销接头460和吸气嘴462并被其拾取。
在一个实施例中,配件导轨组件620构造和布置成相对于支承架610成一角度,使得允许包含在配件导轨组件620内的一系列配件632由于重力而从附接至支承架610的端部朝向具有导轨端部导向件630的端部移动。在另一个实施例中,配件导轨组件620包括空气或气体出口634,该空气或气体出口634将空气排出到配件632中以帮助将配件632推向导轨端部导向件630。
在工作过程中,气动致动器656使致动器板654向上移动,使得弯曲部658直接位于一系列配件632的路径中。一个配件滑入弯曲部658内。然后气动致动器656使致动器板654向下移动,使得配件632与配件引导器400的拾取销接头460对齐。然后配件引导器400将配件632运送到配件施用器工作台300,在此配件被放置到容器上。
应理解的是,对本文描述的当前优选实施例的各种变化和改进对本领域技术人员而言是明显的。可以实施这些变化和改进而不会脱离本发明的范围且不会减少本发明的想要的优点。因此可以预期这些变化和改进都被随附的权利要求覆盖。

Claims (8)

1.一种配件加热组件(100),包括:
配件加热块(102);
至少一个温度探测器(150);和
构造并布置成将温度探测器(150)固定在配件加热块(102)上的夹具(130,140),其中配件加热块(102)包括用于容纳所述至少一个温度探测器(150)的至少一个通道,并且夹具(130,140)包括上夹紧支架(130)和下夹紧支架(140),温度探测器(150)能通过所述上夹紧支架(130)和下夹紧支架(140)定位在适当位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配件加热组件(100),其特征在于,所述配件加热块(102)包括至少一个加热筒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的配件加热组件(100),其特征在于,所述配件加热块(102)包括具有牛眼形状的伸出部分(160)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的配件加热组件(100),其特征在于,所述温度探测器(150)容纳在温度探测器壳体(122)中。
5.一种将配件(402,632)施用到膜上的方法,该方法包括:
提供配件施用器工作台(300),所述配件施用器工作台包括施用器板(310),所述施用器板具有至少一个衬套(312)、附接在施用器板(310)上的施用器隔离块(314)、以及附接在施用器隔离块(314)上的配件施用器(320),所述配件施用器(320)具有配件(402,632);
提供配件加热组件(100),所述配件加热组件包括配件加热块(102)、至少一个温度探测器(150)、以及构造和布置成将温度探测器(150)固定在配件加热块(102)上的夹具(130,140),
将膜放置在配件施用器工作台(300)和配件加热组件(100)之间,以及
通过配件施用器(320)将配件(402,632)压入膜和配件加热块(102)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的将配件(402,632)施用到膜上的方法,其特征在于,所述配件施用器(320)包括施用器头板(322)、附接在施用器头板(320)上的施用器头(324)、以及附接在施用器头(324)上的施用器头罩帽(326)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的将配件(402,632)施用到膜上的方法,其特征在于,在所述施用器头板(322)上附接有真空管。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的将配件(402,632)施用到膜上的方法,其特征在于,在施用器头(324)上附接有光纤装置(330)。
