Abstract

Description

用于对包装的底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合的 方法与装置,以及用于包装隐形眼镜的方法和装置
本发明涉及根据相关独立权利要求的前序部分所述的、用于对包装的底座部件与罩膜进行热粘合的方法和装置,以及用于包装隐形眼镜的方法和装置。
目前已有大量各异的上述类型的方法和装置在使用,其中以紧密密封的方式将特定物品尤其是隐形眼镜封在包装中。通常是以下述方式来完成:将隐形眼镜导入包装的底座部件的凹穴中,将预定量的防护剂注入凹穴中,然后将一层罩膜置于包装上,该膜可被热粘合到包装的底座部件上,最后对罩膜与包装进行热粘合。在该操作过程之后可进行灭菌处理。然后可将盛装有隐形眼镜的包装转运给用户、眼镜商或眼科医生。
显而易见,有些领域对包装有特定的要求,尤其是隐形眼镜的包装领域,而且还包括如食品、药品、医药制品以及一些其它领域。这些要求尤其是与包装的密封性(防止泄漏或防止异物侵入)有关,但也可能涉及以下方面:罩膜与包装之底座部件的熔接、包装对于特殊物质的气密性、或是去除薄膜时所需的力(剥离力)。如果包装要能够满足这些要求,则在底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合过程中的参数(持续时间、压力、温度)必须总是保持在预定的限制条件之内。
在包装技术中有各种各样的用于将两种材料连接起来的技术。这些技术首先包括利用热胶或冷胶进行粘性粘合、熔接及“密封”。在粘性粘合中,接头一般仅为点状或线状,而熔接或密封其特别适合于较大面积的连接。所谓熔接与密封之间的区别在于被连接材料的品质和特性。在包装技术中,“熔接”指的是两种相同材料在压力与温度的作用下相互连接起来(而不涉及其它任何材料)。然而在“密封”的情况下,则至少组配材料之一具有可密封涂层。因此在这两种方法中,组配材料都是在压力与温度作用下连接起来,但在密封时,所要连接起来的材料一般是不同的。密封方法最常用于气泡包装中,其中将原始透明的可进行深度拉拨的塑料薄膜密封到硬纸卡上,该硬板纸一般已涂有可密封的密封油漆涂层,或覆有例如聚乙烯薄膜。
在隐形眼镜的包装中,习惯上采用可通过例如注射成型方法生产的底座部件来与已覆有可密封涂层的薄膜相粘合。底座部件与罩膜的粘合是在下述过程完成后才进行的:隐形眼镜已被导入底座部件中的合适凹穴中,并且防护剂例如盐水已注入凹穴中。这类包装已在例如文献EP-A-0 680 895中进行了说明。所述该包装被密封以防止异物从外界侵入,并防止盐水泄漏。罩膜与包装的熔接必须使得该包装不会在灭菌过程中受到损坏,该灭菌过程通常是在高压灭菌器中进行。此外,将罩膜从底座部件除去也就是说要打开包装所需的剥离力,不应超过使用者用合乎常理的力气能打开包装所需的最大力。
例如在气泡包装的密封中所使用的、用于对底座部件与罩膜进行热粘合的已知装置基本构造如下:一个夹持装置或吊架上设有若干个用于容纳底座部件的凹穴。夹持装置与一个调节装置相连,并可借助例如气动驱动装置而朝着粘合单元移动。粘合单元包含一个庞大的金属加热板,该板的比热高而且也被设置成能够借助另一调节单元而朝着夹持装置或吊架移动,该调节单元可包含例如气动驱动装置。在粘合单元的加热板中设有若干个加热元件,它们将加热板加热到预定温度。在加热板下面,也就是说面向夹持装置或吊架,有一个密封板与加热板可脱开式相连。该密封板装有若干个被称之为“模具”的接触元件。模具的底面构成实际的压力面,在密封过程中与罩膜相接触。该压力面也基本上决定着罩膜与底座部件密封所形成的接缝的形状。在加热板和密封板中装有温度传感器。这些温度传感器与调整装置相连,该调整装置用于控制加热元件接通的时间长度。
该已知装置操作如下:将底座部件在夹持装置(吊架)的凹穴中固定就位,将罩膜置于这些底座部件上面。利用调节单元来移动夹持装置(吊架)和粘合单元,后者朝着彼此移动,直到模具的压力面将罩膜以预定压力紧压在底座部件上。由于薄膜通过模具被紧压在底座部件上,可密封涂层被加热,在压力和温度的作用下,底座部件和罩膜被粘合到一起。
该已知装置基本上十分有效,但仍存在缺点,尤其是在上面提到的在包装隐形眼镜时需要满足的要求方面。夹持装置和/或粘合单元的移动必须使得夹持装置和粘合单元的那些表面,即:向包装传递密封压力的表面,都要彼此完全平行。即使轻微的起伏波动也会导致密封压力的明显变化,并因此使该密封达不到上面所提到的要求。
由于是通过调节单元来直接施加密封压力,故所讨论的调节单元或其驱动装置必须非常精确地运转。根据调节单元的(机械、液压、或如上所述,气动)特性,要达到该目的所需要的控制装置会非常昂贵。
加热板中的加热元件和压力面(也就是模具端面)之间分开相当大距离。由于庞大加热板具有大比热(热惯性)的缘故、且由于密封板的比热(热惯性)的缘故,压力面发生温度变化前要经过相当长时间。因而在对于密封质量来讲十分关键的那一点,亦即在压力面处,使温度发生快速改变是不可能的。此外,当在加热操作之后重新关断加热元件时,压力面的温度还会继续升高相当一段时间。
即使借助温度传感器,仍然非常难以对压力面(模具端面)的温度实现精确调节。假如仅根据设在密封板内与模具尽可能靠近的温度传感器来调节供热源的话,则加热板/密封板系统就会有“过冲”趋向,因为它具有高惯性。于是,例如当温度传感器测出温度传感器所在位置(靠近模具处)的温度太低时,加热单元接收信号开始加热。然而,由于加热板/密封板系统具有高惯性,温度传感器所在位置的温度不会立即升高。随后,温度传感器发出需要进一步加热的信号,其结果使加热板进一步加热,甚至当一会儿以后,温度传感器所在位置的温度已达到所需温度时,此前已供给加热板的热量将导致加热板的温度继续传递给密封板,并因而传递给模具及其压力面,导致温度继续升高(过冲)。然而,假如仅根据设在加热板中的温度传感器来调节供热源的话,则尽管能相对精确地调节加热元件(并且这样可避免对加热元件形成热损坏(烧毁)),但压力面的实际温度将比加热元件的温度略低一些。如果根据这两种温度传感器来调节供热源,则加热板/密封板系统仍将由于其惯性而趋向于过冲。如果在供热过程中注意到暂态现象并将其考虑进来,即:如果试图避免过冲,那么快速地改变关键位置亦即压力面(模具端面)的温度也还是不可能的,因为:由于比热(热惯性)大的缘故,相应地就必须更缓慢地供热。如果一个加热元件失效时并不需要加以注意,因为其它加热元件将承担起出故障的加热元件的作用。然而,在不同压力面(模具端面)的温度分布将随之变得非常不准确,致使所形成的密封不能达到上述要求。然而这是不能容忍的,在全自动生产与包装大量隐形眼镜的情况下尤其如此。
因此本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于对包装的底座部件与罩膜进行热粘合的方法和装置,特别是一种用于对隐形眼镜包装的底座部件和罩膜进行熔接或密封的方法,该方法没有上面所提到的缺点。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种包装隐形眼镜的方法,以此方法能够获得满足上面所提要求的包装,即使在全自动生产及包装大量隐形眼镜的情况下也是如此。
因此,在本发明的热粘合方法中,为了产生机械压力并生成热量以作用于接缝,采用了比热低的接触板,在热粘合过程中,该板紧压在罩膜上背离接触面的表面一侧。此外,对非常接近罩膜处的接触板的温度进行测量。若万一所测温度偏离理想温度的预定允许范围时,就会在很短时间内调节接触板的温度,使之重新回到理想温度的预定允许范围之内。仅靠接触板的比热低即只具有低的热惯性程度是可以做到这一点的。换句话说:当罩膜附近的所测温度超出理想温度的允许范围时,于是,例如进一步进行加热,罩膜附近的温度即迅速恢复到允许范围内。同样也避免了大程度的过冲。
在各从属权利要求中将会发现本发明方法的各种有利的方案。这些方案例如涉及这一特征:在热粘合过程中沿整条接缝产生预定大小的、基本均匀的机械压力。例如,这可以通过使用回转式安装的模具沿接缝产生基本均匀的机械压力来实现,面向包装的底座部件接触板被设置在模具的端部。为此可以采用一种模具,该模具被安装成能够克服弹簧作用力而朝着装设在固定空间位置的框架移动。
本发明方法的其它有利的方案涉及如下特征:可将若干个底座部件在夹持装置中同时固定就位;使用若干个回转安装在公共固定框架上的模具;将若干个底座部件与罩膜同时进行热粘合,通过将夹持装置朝着模具或朝着安装有模具的框架而移动,从而向底座部件的接触表面和罩膜传递热量与压力,其结果使后者沿接缝热粘合到一起。
根据本发明的装置的特征在于:模具具有低比热的可加热接触板,其面向夹持装置设置在模具的端部,在热粘合过程中,该板沿接缝紧压在罩膜上背离接触面的表面一侧。在非常接近紧压着罩膜的压力面处,在接触板上装有温度传感器用来测量接触板的温度,若万一该温度偏离理想温度的预定允许范围时,该传感器立即产生相应的信号并传给快速调节装置,该装置立即调节接触板的温度使之重新处于预定允许范围之内。这些优点与在联系本发明方法时已经提到的那些优点相对应。
通过从属权利要求的特征将可知一些有利的实施方案。例如,它们涉及可回转安装式模具。此外,该模具还可在接触板上背离夹持装置一面具有用于加热接触板的加热元件以及绝热体,该绝热体的目的在于将加热元件所产生的所有热量基本全部传给接触板而不传给周围环境。加热元件可构造成薄的陶瓷板形式,该板一方面装有带两个金属连接焊盘的电阻加热装置、另一方面由电阻线将这两个连接焊盘象导体那样彼此接连起来。加热装置在结构上既非常简单又很可靠。用于向电阻加热装置提供电压的电源的一种实例是含有两个弹性金属针,其穿过绝热体、其端部与电阻加热装置的连接焊盘相接触。
其它实施方案涉及:模具被安装成能够克服弹簧作用力而朝着设置在固定空间位置的框架移动。其它实施方案的特征在于:在公共固定框架上安装有若干个模具。此外,夹持装置具有若干个凹穴,用于容纳包装的底座部件,并且夹持装置和所有底座部件一起可借助调节单元而朝着模具并朝着安装有模具的框架而移动。
根据本发明的隐形眼镜包装方法的特征在于:为了对底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合,使用上面所提到的方法之一对底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合。在一种优选方案中:在底座部件和罩膜完成热粘合之后,对所生产的包装进行灭菌处理。优选地是将该包装送入高压灭菌器进行灭菌。在灭菌之前,可首先将若干个包装送入包装箱中,然后对装在包装箱中的各包装一同进行灭菌。
根据本发明的隐形眼镜包装装置的特征在于:用于对底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合的装置是上面所提到的、用于对底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合装置的实施例之一。在一种实施方案中,该装置包含一个在底座部件和罩膜完成粘合后用于对包装进行灭菌的装置。这个用于对包装灭菌的装置例如可以是高压灭菌器。还可以设有包装箱,在灭菌之前可将若干个包装送入其中,然后将该包装箱送入高压灭菌器,从而对包装进行灭菌。
下面将参照附图对本发明进行更详细说明,附图中有部分为示意图和/或剖视图:

图1中所示的夹持装置的实施例基本上由一个(例如金属)支架1构成,其上有若干个单独的夹持元件2设在严格限定的位置;在此例中,例如在支架上设有五个夹持元件2。夹持元件可以由例如阳极氧化铝或镀铬的钢材制成。每个夹持元件2适于容纳一个用于隐形眼镜包装的底座部件。支架1和夹持元件2也可以共同构成一个构件。
图2中示出了可被夹持元件2容纳的这种底座部件3。可通过例如注射成型来制造的底座部件3具有水滴形凹穴30,将所要封装在其中的隐形眼镜导入该凹穴,并注入一种防护剂例如盐水。然后将一层罩膜放置并粘合在底座部件3上。底座部件和罩膜能够进行有效粘合的方式将在下面详加说明。
图3以非常简略的形式示出了用于封装隐形眼镜、更确切来说是其基本部件的装置。图4图5更详细地图示了该装置。为简明起见,以下说明中仅参照一条传输轨道来说明如何将隐形眼镜导入底座部件、以及如何完成后续的封装。实际上可相互平行地设置若干条这种传输轨道,例如可设五条。
首先,隐形眼镜附着于抓具4或抓臂41(图4)的凸面40上,这是通过(在抓臂或抓臂内所设通道中)局部抽真空、借此将隐形眼镜吸附在凸面40上所形成的,将隐形眼镜传送到底座部件3的凹穴30上方。当隐形眼镜或多组眼镜被置入凹穴30的瞬间,(在抓臂或通道中)产生过压来取代局部真空,借此隐形眼镜或多组眼镜从凸面40松脱,使得它们能够从一个很小的高度(图4中为了易于看清楚将该高度大大夸张了)滑入或落入相应的凹穴30中。底座部件3本身被安置在支架1(已参照图1进行过说明)的夹持元件2中,并且支架1位于相对于抓具4或抓臂41严格限定的位置处。
图4示出了这样两个支架1,它们在轨道上一个排在另一个后面。图示中支架1上方为带有两个抓臂41及其凸面40的抓具4。图4象图3一样,支架1所传输的传输方向以箭头T来指示。图4中还示出了挡块5,它们可位于高位或低位。支架1在其下侧相应地具有凹槽10(亦参见图1),凹槽实际上在传输方向沿支架1的全长延伸。只有在支架1的前端11(见传输方向),凹槽10并没有一直延伸到支架的前端11,由于前端11碰到所讨论的挡块5,并且被挡块5保持在固定位置,直到挡块从高位移动低位为止。当与支架1的前端11相接触的挡块5被移到低位后,支架1沿传输方向T运动,直到其前端11碰到处于高位的下一个挡块5为止。然后先前已经向下移动的挡块5重新向上移动,于是它不会再阻挡支架1的进一步传输,因为它在高位时会伸进凹槽10中。
为简明起见(与图4中所示位置不同),假定其中没有就位的支架1,而是支架1从左侧进入。此时可发生多种情况。在第一种情况中,无瑕疵的隐形眼镜附着于右侧抓臂41或其凸面40,随后将其置于底座部件3的凹穴30中。在此情况下,设置在最左边的挡块移动到低位,而其它挡块在此时仍处于高位。然后沿传送方向T传送支架1,直到其高端11碰到(从左边看)第一个处于高位的挡块5为止。由于设在最左边的挡块在支架1进入时处于低位,所以支架1的前端11碰到的是(从左边看)第二个挡块。
目前在两个抓臂41的下方,设置有包装的两个底座部件3(图2),其分别带有相应的凹穴30。可在两个抓臂41或其凸面40上都附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜。如果是这种情况的话,则将两隐形眼镜放置(由抓臂或其内通道中产生过压的结果)到包装的底座部件3的相应凹穴30中。然后检查将附着于两个抓臂的无瑕疵隐形眼镜是否已经在下一步的支架1上方就位。
假如至少在右侧抓臂或其凸面上附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜(而不论左侧抓臂是否附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜)的话,则(从左边看)第二和第三挡块移动到低位,使得支架进一步沿传送方向T传送两个底座部件,直到其前端碰到从左边数第四个挡块。如果只在左侧抓臂附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜,则只有从左数第二挡块(而没有第三挡块)移到低位,且支架进一步沿传送方向T仅传送一个底座部件,直到支架前端碰到从左边数第三个挡块。然而,如果两个抓臂上均没有附着无瑕疵隐形眼镜,则挡块保持其位置不变,也不会再放置隐形眼镜(在这种情况下,位于抓臂下方的底座部件中的凹穴当然已被无瑕疵隐形眼镜所占据)。然后再次进行检查:位于下一步的支架上方的两个抓臂上是否附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜,挡块据此相应地移动或不移动。于是无瑕疵隐形眼镜总是被导入(从传送方向看)最前边一个尚未被隐形眼镜所占据的底座部件之凹穴中。
因此,如图4所示,无瑕疵隐形眼镜定位于设在右侧支架中的包装的(从传送方向看)第一组四个底座部件中,或更确切说位于这些底座部件的凹穴中。如果现在假设两个抓臂41或其凸面40都附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜,而且此时已经置入了凹穴中,则无瑕疵隐形眼镜将位于右侧支架上的每个底座部件中。此外,左侧支架上的第一个底座部件也将装入一个无瑕疵隐形眼镜。此时设在最右边的挡块因此而被移到低位、并相应地使右侧支架能进一步传送到下一工位,在该工位将防护剂例如盐水注入各凹穴中,同样也要进行检查:位于支架上方的两个抓臂是否已附着有无瑕疵隐形眼镜,该支架是下一步中用于将装隐形眼镜的。于是,象上面所说明的那样,挡块据此而相应地再次移动或不动。
当支架1上的所有底座部件3已装入无瑕疵隐形眼镜后,进一步传送该支架,并且如已说明的那样,将预定量的防护剂如盐水注入每个凹穴中。这在图3中以箭头S来象征性表示。在沿传送方向T进一步传送的过程中,支架并连同已装有隐形眼镜且已被注入盐水的底座部件一起被送到下一工位即装置6中,首先,将一片连续的罩膜F切下并置于底座部件3上,在图3中以相应的箭头来表示;第二,在该装置6中,随后将罩膜F与底座部件3粘合。
在图5中以放大比例示出了图3中的细部V,可以看出已进入装置6的支架1在沿传送方向T传输的过程中,碰到同样可以上、下移动的挡块60。如图5所示,挡块60在其高位起的作用是:将进入装置6的支架1暂时固定在一个严格限定的位置。在支架1(图1)上的每个夹持元件2中设置有一个底座部件3,其凹穴30中装有盐水和浸在盐水中的隐形眼镜。此外,一片连续的罩膜F伸展覆盖了支架1上的所有底座部件3。换句话说:现在可将罩膜F与底座部件3相粘合。
为了将底座部件3与罩膜F相粘合,在图示例子中有五个该部件3,例如可用气动方式提升整个支架1,并紧压住相应数目的单独模具7。在图6的两个半分图中很容易看清其原理。图6为沿垂直于传送方向T剖过装置6的示意性剖视图,因而是顺着传送方向来观看该装置的。从该视图可以看出,此处彼此平行地设有五条传送轨道,在这些传送轨道的每一条上,带有相应底座部件的支架1定位于装置6中。
然而,同时在图6的右半边,支架1处于低位,因此罩膜F和模具7之间没有接触,而在图6的左半边,支架1处于高位。可借助气动驱动装置61来实现在装置6中提升支架1。模具7实际上安装在公共框架62上的固定位置,因此支架1借助气动驱动装置61所产生的提升导致模具7与罩膜F相接触、并以下面将要更详细说明的方式将罩膜F与底座部件相粘合。以该方式可获得的包装示于图7,该图示出了图6中的细部VII。图7图示了带有凹槽10的支架1、位于支架1上的夹持元件2、位于其中的底座部件3、以及在覆盖在顶上的罩膜F。
图8示出了模具7及其各个元件。可以看出模具7具有比热低的(例如钢制)接触板70,与已知的具有高热惯性的庞大接触板相比尤其如此,在底座部件和罩膜进行热粘合过程中,该板的压力面700与罩膜上背离底座部件的表面一侧相接触,并沿压力面700将罩膜与底座部件相粘合。在图9中可以特别清楚地看到该压力面的形状,其大致呈水滴形,该图是从下面来观看接触板的(压力面700以剖面示出)。
由图8也可清楚看出:在接触板70的背面非常靠近压力面700处,有一个温度传感器71嵌埋在具有很好导热性的粘性合成物72(例如具有适当特性的塑料)中。温度传感器71在具有很好导热性的粘性合成物72中的这种安排在图11中可以看得非常清楚,该图示出了剖过接触板70的剖面。温度传感器71的作用是对非常接近压力面700处的温度进行测量,因此总是能够非常精确地知道压力面700处的温度,并对其进行监控或调整。压力面的温度处于预定允许范围(密封温度)之内,这一点对于底座部件与罩膜的可靠粘合是很重要的,这是由于这种粘合当然必须满足开始时所提到的高要求。
如图8所示,在接触板70背面还装有陶瓷板73形式的加热板。采用具有非常良好导热性(陶瓷板的热量必须传给接触板70)的粘结剂将陶瓷板73粘合在接触板70背面的凹槽中。这在图10中清楚可见,该图示出了接触板70背面的平面视图。可以看出粘合住的陶瓷板73具有若干导电的、例如金属的、连接焊盘730,731,732,733,734,735。设置在图10上端的连接焊盘734,735的作用是拾取与非常接近压力面700处的温度相对应的电信号。在陶瓷板73的下端,两个外连接焊盘730,733起着电源作用,由于陶瓷板73是采用传统的电加热装置(例如电阻加热装置,未示出)来加热的。两个内连接焊盘731,732的作用是测量陶瓷板73的温度,以防止后者过热。借助弹性触针74(见图8)可探测到各个连接焊盘的电位,并通过供电线路740传送给快速调整装置(未示出);加热装置的电源也可通过这种弹性触针74而起作用。最后,接触板70在其背侧与绝热体75相连,目的是使接触板70的热量不会传给周围环境。
如图8所示,模具7还带有球形接头76,模具环绕该接头安装,以克服弱恢复弹簧77的作用力而回转,该弹簧77的作用是使模具回到图8中所示的起始位置。从沿着底座部件与罩膜之间的接缝产生均匀压力的角度来看,该接头尤其重要,这是由于:如上所述,对温度的精确控制只是在底座部件与罩膜之间形成良好粘合的先决条件之一;而良好粘合的另一先决条件在于:沿接缝的压力要尽可能均匀。可以很容易想象到:各个底座部件以及上面覆盖的罩膜实际上并不是总能与所讨论的模具7的压力面700完全平行,尤其是由于总是要在支架上同时设置五个这种底座部件、并同时与罩膜相粘合。另一方面,所有这五个粘合都要满足开始时提到的高要求。如果每个模具7回转安装的话,则万一底座部件未能完全平行于模具的压力面700的话,当底座部件以及其上覆盖的罩膜被压力面700压紧时,该模具能够绕着接头76回转,随着模具的回转,使得沿着底座部件与罩膜之间接缝的压力非常均匀。实际上,尽管这种回转运动非常小,但它们对于底座部件与罩膜之间的高质量粘合是很重要的。
接头76本身(或其延长部分)与压力板78刚性相连,该压力板能克服两个强(与弹簧77相比)弹簧79的作用力而移动。每个弹簧79环绕着一个与压力板78相连的悬杆设置、并夹紧在固定框架62与压力板78之间。每个模具7(在图示例子中,沿每条轨道设有五个这种模具,以便将五个底座部件3同时置于支架1上以覆盖罩膜)独立地安装在公共固定框架62上。
由图12可见沿一条轨道设有五个模具7的这种安排,该图对应于沿传送方向剖过装置6的局部剖视图。图12示出了已进入装置6并已碰到挡块60的支架1,该支架1上设置有五个夹持元件,每个元件具有底座部件以及浸在盐水中的隐形眼镜。将要与底座部件相粘合的薄膜覆盖在底座部件上。然后借助已在图6说明中做过描述的气动驱动装置61提升支架1,使得底座部件以及覆盖在其上的薄膜与模具7相接触。
当支架1升高时,首先,如果所讨论的底座部件不是完全平行于压力面700的话,则各个模具会绕着接头76回转,然后压力面700紧压住底座部件以及覆盖的罩膜。由于温度的作用,该温度要经压力面传递一段严格设定的时间长度,同时由于压力的作用,将罩膜热熔合到底座部件上。支架1升高一段固定的预设距离,因为根据调整弹簧的作用原理,压力面700用来紧压底座部件和罩膜的理想压力可由支架1升高的距离来表示。一旦支架升高到预定距离,就在该位置保持一段严格限定的时间(见图6左半边),底座部件和罩膜即相互粘合。然后支架1再下降(见图6中右半边)并将已完成的包装传送给其它处理步骤。在所述情况下,由于罩膜为一整片并且还覆盖了各个底座部件之间的内部区域,因此实施例中所示的完成后包装为五联式包装。然后可将其传送给其它处理步骤。特别地,例如可将它们送入一个包装箱,在将整个包装箱送入灭菌设备例如高压灭菌器之前,可将相当大量的这种五联式包装收集到该箱中。

Claims (20)

1.用于对包装的底座部件(3)与罩膜(F)进行热粘合的方法,尤其适用于对隐形眼镜包装的底座部件与罩膜进行熔接或密封,在该方法中,底座部件(3)上面向罩膜的接触面和罩膜(F)上面向底座部件的相应接触面均含有塑料,在热粘合过程中,这两个接触面被机械地沿一条接缝紧压在一起,并且在沿接缝产生机械压力时,同时产生热量作用于该接缝,使得底座部件和罩膜的接触面沿着接缝热粘合,其特征在于:为了产生机械压力和生成热量以作用于接缝,采用了具有低比热的接触板(70),在热粘合过程中,该板紧压在罩膜上背离接触面的表面一侧;对非常接近罩膜(F)处的接触板(70)的温度加以测量;若万一所测温度偏离理想温度的预定允许范围时,即在很短时间内调节接触板(70)的温度,使之重新处于理想温度的预定允许范围之内。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:在热熔保过程中,沿整个接缝产生预定大小的、基本均匀的机械压力。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:为了沿接缝产生基本均匀的机械压力,使用了一种回转安装的模具(7),接触板(70)面向包装的底座部件(3)设置在模具端部。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:使用一种模具(7),该模具被安装成能够克服弹簧(79)的作用力、而朝着设在固定空间位置的框架(62)移动。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:若干个底座部件(3)可同时在夹持装置(1,2)中固定就位;采用若干个回转安装在公共固定框架(62)上的模具(7);通过将夹持装置(1)朝着模具或安装有模具(7)的框架(62)移动,可将若干个底座部件(3)同时与罩膜(F)进行热粘合,由于向底座部件(3)和罩膜(F)的接触面传递热量与压力,以致使这些接触面沿接缝相互热粘合。
6.用于对包装的底座部件(3)和罩膜(F)进行热粘合的装置,尤其适用于对隐形眼镜包装的底座部件和罩膜进行熔接或密封,底座部件(3)上面向罩膜(F)的接触面和罩膜(F)上面向底座部件(3)的接触面均含有塑料,该装置具有夹持元件(1,2),用于容纳包装的底座部件(3),罩膜(F)覆盖在其上;还具有含可加热模具(7)的粘合单元,在底座部件和罩膜热粘合过程中,该模具与夹持装置(1,2)以下述方式相结合,即:借助模具(7)将机械压力和热量沿着接缝作用于接触表面,使得底座部件(3)和罩膜(F)沿接缝热粘合,其特征在于:模具(7)具有低比热的可加热接触板(70),该板面向夹持装置(1,2)设置在模具(7)端部,在热粘合过程中,该板沿接缝紧压在罩膜(F)背离接触面的表面一侧,在接触板(70)上非常接近紧压着罩膜的压力面(700)处设有温度传感器(71),该温度传感器测量出接触板(70)的温度,若万一该温度偏离理想温度的预定允许范围时,立即产生相应的信号并将其传送到快速调节装置,该装置立刻调节接触板(70)的温度,使之重新处于预定的允许范围之内。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于:模具(7)为回转式安装。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:在接触板(70)上背离夹持装置(1,2)一侧,模具(7)具有加热元件(73),用于加热接触板(70);还具有绝热体(75),为的是将加热元件(73)所产生的全部热量基本都传给接触板(70)而不传给周围环境。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于:加热元件被构造成薄陶瓷板(73)的形式,其上一方面装有带两个金属连接焊盘(730,733)的电阻加热装置、另一方面由电阻线将这两个接触表面象导体那样彼此接连起来。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于:用于为电阻加热装置提供电压的电源含有两个弹性金属触针(74),它们穿过绝热体(75)、并且其两端与电阻加热装置的连接焊盘(730,733)相接触。
11.如权利要求6至10中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于:模具(7)被安装成能够克服弹簧(79)的作用力而朝着设在固定空间位置的框架(62)移动。
12.如权利要求6至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于:在公共固定框架(62)上安装有若干个模具(7);夹持装置(1,2)具有若干个凹穴,用于容纳包装的底座部件(3);借助调节单元(61),夹持装置与所有底座部件一起可朝着模具并朝着安装有模具的框架(62)而移动。
13.一种用于包装隐形眼镜的方法,在该方法中将隐形眼镜导入包装的底座部件(3)的凹穴(30)中,然后将预定量的防护剂(S)注入凹穴中,将一层可以与包装的底座部件热粘合的罩膜(F)置于包装上,然后将罩膜(F)与底座部件(3)进行热粘合,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法将底座部件(3)与罩膜(F)进行热粘合。
14.如权得要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:在底座部件(3)与罩膜(F)完成热粘合后,对所制成的包装进行灭菌。
15.如权得要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:将包装送入高压灭菌器来灭菌。
16.如权得要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于:在灭菌之前,首先将多个包装送入一个包装箱,然后对盛装在该箱中的所有包装一同进行灭菌。
17.一种用于包装隐形眼镜的装置,其具有:夹持装置(1,2),用于容纳包装的底座部件(3);进给装置(4),用于将隐形眼镜导入底座部件(3)的凹穴(30)中;注剂装置,用于将防护剂注入底座部件的凹穴(30)中;用于提供罩膜(F)并使其在底座部件(3)上定位的装置;以及用于将底座部件(3)与罩膜(F)进行热粘合的装置(6),其特征在于:用于底座部件与罩膜热粘合的装置是如权利要求6至12中任一项所述的装置。
18.如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于:还包含有灭菌装置,用于在底座部件(3)与罩膜(F)完成热粘合后对包装进行灭菌。
19.如权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于:用于对包装进行灭菌的装置为高压灭菌器。
20.如权利要求18或19所述的装置,其特征在于:提供有一个包装箱,在灭菌之前,首先将多个包装送入该包装箱,然后将该箱导入高压灭菌器以对包装进行灭菌。
