Abstract
本发明涉及型内成型品用的标签。在未延伸的塑料基膜的一面上形成印刷层,在形成该印刷层的塑料基膜的一面上再叠置一层借助于型内成型时成型品的热而熔融的粘合用覆膜层,从而形成型内成型用标签。将标签插入型内成型用的金属模型内,通过负压吸附或静电吸附,将标签配置在模子内的规定位置上,将塑料注入填充在金属模内,或将塑料的型坯装入金属模内使之膨胀,从而形成容器等成型品。
Description
本发明涉及粘贴在容器等上的标签以及使用其标签的型内成型法。
香波洗发液,洗涤剂等为了降低价格,常常在容器上使用纸制的标签。
还已知用塑料膜做成标签,并在容器成型时预先将该标签置于金属模内进行型内成型,从而形成在其表面上粘贴着标签的容器。(例如,美国专利US4,802,295)。
上述洗发香波或洗涤液,其使用场所和保管场所多半是高温潮湿的浴室内,因此贴在容器上的标签易发霉,吸湿后剥离,印刷沾污,油墨渗溶而使标签表示不鲜明,产生不洁感,有损于商品形象。
将塑料膜标签在容器成型时进行型内成型,虽然可以克服上述纸标签的缺点,但型内成型时,为供给标签而将标签重叠放置时常会因摩擦使标签上产生静电,而且,由于重叠使标签间紧密粘接,当供给时,往往是2、3张粘在一块取出,因此一张张地供给很困难。
而且,型内成型时,标签变形,进而随着标签变形,容器也变形。
即使容器不变形,也常常在标签上出现凸出的部分。
另外,贴在容器上的标签的印刷层处于标签的外面,因此也常因摩擦和容器盛装液体的接触而受损。
本发明提供一种在高温高湿环境下不会发生霉变,不因吸湿而剥离而且不会损坏标签印刷层的型内成型用标签,还提供一种型内成型时容易取出标签而且能够防止标签及成型品变形的型内成型法。
本发明是在未延伸的塑料基膜的一个面上形成印刷层,然后在形成该印刷层的塑料基膜的一面上叠置能借助型内成型时成型品的热而热熔融的粘接用包覆膜而制得型内成形用标签。
本发明中,用作未延伸的塑料基膜的材料,可以是透明或半透明聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚氯乙烯等单独或叠层使用,这些材料可结合粘贴标签的容器等成型品的材质使用,根据场合,成型品的材质也可是不相同的。
印刷层不仅可在整个塑料基膜的一面上形成,也可在塑料基膜一面的一部分上形成。
塑料基膜是使用聚丙烯或其它透明度高的塑料膜时,印刷层可从外部清楚地见到,而且,由于基膜表面上没有印刷层则表面成为有光泽的面。当使用半透明塑料基膜时,从外部见到印刷层呈朦胧状态,与基膜为透明时的风格不同。
使用的成型品的材质,可以是聚丙烯、聚乙烯、氯乙烯、聚酯、聚苯乙烯、AS树脂、聚丙烯腈等。
借助于型内成型时成型品的热而熔融的粘合用覆膜层,是以低熔点的聚丙烯膜,PE膜,PVC膜,PET膜,热熔融粘合性蜡为主成分的覆膜,以乙烯乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物为主成分的覆膜,或以聚乙酸乙烯酯类聚合物,聚乙烯醇类聚合物,聚丙烯酸酯类聚合物、氯乙烯类聚合物、聚乙烯类聚合物、聚氨酯类聚合物、聚酯类聚合物为主成分的覆膜。
如果使用的粘合用覆膜层是一种当成型品和上述塑料基膜材质不同而相互间无粘接性时能使双方具有优良粘接性材质构成的粘合用覆层,则能很好地贴在成型品上。
本发明中,如果在上述型内成型用标签的粘合用覆膜层表面上设有细小压花,则在型内成型需要成叠存放时,由于粘合用覆膜层的表面上设有细小压花,而使标签的接触面积减少,产生的静电也少,标签之间有空气,因而不会产生紧密粘附,标签很容易一张张地取出。
本发明之型内成型法采用了以上所述之标签,因此其方法本身,与已有方法相比较具有许多优点。
即,本发明之方法,是将上述标签插入型内成型用的金属模内,通过负压吸附或静电吸附,在金属模内规定位置配置标签,在金属模内注入并填充塑料,或将塑料的型坯装入金属模内使之膨胀,并成型为容器等成型品时,由于粘合用覆膜层接触成型品的表面,其粘合用覆膜层借助成型品所具有的热而熔融并粘贴在成型品上。
此时,在粘合用覆膜层的表面如果设有压花,则成型品表面与标签之间存在的空气可通过压花的凹凸部排到标签外部。
标签的塑料基膜是用未延伸的塑料膜形成的,因此不会像延伸膜那样因型内成型产生的热而收缩,从而不会随这种收缩而使成型品变形。
而且,在成型品上粘贴标签时,印刷层成为塑料基膜的里侧,受塑料基膜的保护,因此印刷层不因磨擦受损,当成型品是容器时,也不会因容器中的溶液而受损。
图1是将本发明实施例之一的标签的一部分放大的剖面示意图。图2是表示成型工序的示意图。
以下通过最佳具体实施例说明本发明。
本实施例,是在未延伸的厚度110μ透明聚丙烯膜制成的塑料基膜1里侧面上,形成印刷层2,在该印刷层2上,通过合成树脂制的粘合剂3,将厚30μ低熔点聚丙烯膜制成的,且借助于型内成型时成型品的热而熔融的粘合用覆膜4叠置而成为型内成形用标签6。而且,在该粘合用覆膜4的表面设有细微的压花5。
上述实施例中塑料基膜1的聚丙烯膜,其厚度可为75μ~130μ左右,粘合用覆膜层4的低熔点聚丙烯膜可为15μ~45μ左右。
上述实施例的粘合用覆膜层4,如果能借助加热等粘接在形成印刷层的塑料基膜1的里侧面,则可以不用粘合剂3,直接将粘合用覆膜层4叠置在塑料基膜1上。
以下说明使用上述标签的型内成型方法。
首先,如图2(a)所示,成型装置备有标签供给装置10和吹制成型用金属模型11,11,该吹制成型用金属模型11,11,在空腔有开口的吸引孔12,该吸引孔与真空吸引装置13相接,由真空吸引装置13产生的负压将标签6吸在吸引孔12部分,从而形成在金属模型内设有由上述标签供给装置10供给标签6的装置(第2图(b))。
标签供给装置10具有标签存留部14和标签供给部15,该标签存留部14重叠放置着许多张标签6,标签供给部15在可动杠杆16的前端有吸盘17,开动杠杆16,将标签供给至金属模11的吸引孔12部分。也可以用人力从标签存留部14取出标签6然后放置在金属模型11内。
将标签6放置在金属模型11内时,将吹制成型用的型坯21或有底筒状型坯放置在金属模型11,11内,然后合拢金属模型11-11(图2(c),(d)),加热并用来自压缩空气源23的空气使之膨胀,则形成容器22。由于型坯21或预塑形坯膨胀,使得膨胀的容器22表面接触标签6的粘合用覆膜层4。因而其粘合用覆膜层4借助于容器22所具有的热而熔融并被粘在容器22的表面上(图2(e))。
本发明是将未延伸的塑料基膜1用于标签6,因此型内成型而使标签加热时,标签不会收缩且容器不会变形,标签6本身也不会产生上浮现象,从而形成所希望的容器。
由于在粘合用覆膜层4表面上设置压花5,虽然型内成型作业需要叠置标签6,但因减少了标签6的接触面积,因摩擦产生的静电则会减少,而且标签6和标签6间有空气存在而不是紧密粘接,因而很容易将标签6一张张地取出,以致提高作业性能。
型内成型时,制得容器22和标签6之间的空气,易于从压花5的凹凸部位排出,在标签6和容器22之间几乎不残留空气,标签6的整个面紧密粘贴在容器22上。而且是标签越大其粘贴效果越显著。
制得之容器22的印刷层2是在塑料基膜1的里侧,受该基膜保护,因此,印刷层2不会因摩擦或容器22的内盛溶液而损坏,而且,由于表面没有印刷层2,则可以使塑料基膜1的表面具有光泽。
Claims (6)
1.一种通过型内成型而形成的成型品用的标签,其特征在于,它包括有在选自聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯以及聚氯乙烯的未延伸的塑料基膜的一面上形成的印刷层,和藉型内成型时成型品的热而熔融,藉此而使标签粘合于成型品上的覆膜层,所述覆膜层在表面上有微细的压花而且覆膜层覆盖于上述印刷层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的型内成型品用的标签,其特征在于,所述塑料基膜的厚度为75~130μ,粘合用覆膜层的厚度为15~45μ。
3.根据权利要求1所述的型内成型品用的标签,其特征在于。所述粘合用覆膜层选自以热熔融粘合性蜡为主成分的覆膜,乙烯乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物为主成分的覆膜,聚乙酸乙烯酯类聚合物、聚乙烯醇类聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯类聚合物、聚氯乙烯类聚合物、聚乙烯类聚合物、聚氨酯类聚合物、以酯类聚合物为主成分的覆膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的型内成型品用的标签,其特征在于,所述粘合用覆膜层是在型内成型时因成型品的热而发生热熔融的熔融性塑料膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的型内成型品用的标签,其特征在于,构成所述粘合用覆膜层的熔融性塑料膜是用粘合剂粘合在已形成有印刷层的塑料基膜的一面上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的型内成型品用的标签,其特征在于,构成所述粘合用覆膜层的熔融性塑料膜选自低熔点的聚丙烯膜、PE膜、PVC膜、PET膜。
