제2도는 성형공정을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (14)

  1. 미연신 플라스틱 베이스 필름의 일면에 인쇄층을 형성하고, 이 인쇄층을 형성한 면에, 인-모울드 성형시의 성형품의 열에 의해 열용융되는 접착용 피막층을 중첩시킨 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층의 표면에 미세한 엠보스들이 형성된 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 베이스 필름이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리염화비닐 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 베이스 필름의 두께가 75μ~130μ이고, 상기 접착용 피막층의 두께가 15μ~45μ인 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  5. 상기 접착용 피막층이 열용융접착성 왁스를 주성분으로 한 피막, 에틸렌초산비닐의 공중합물을 주성분으로 한 피막 또는 폴리초산비닐계 중합물, 폴리비닐알콜계 중합물, 폴리아크릴산에스테르계 중합물, 염화비닐계 중합물, 폴리에틸렌계 중합물, 폴리우레탄계 중합물 또는 폴리에스테르계 중합물을 주성분으로 한 피막중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접척용 피막층이 인-모울드 성형시의 성형품의 열에 의해 열용융되는 용융성 플라스틱 필름인 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층을 구성하는 용융성 플라스틱 필름이 상기 인쇄층을 형성시킨 플라스틱 필름의 일면에 접착제로 접착되어 있는 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층을 구성하는 용융성 플라스틱 필름이 저융점의 폴리프로필렌필름, 폴리에틸렌필름, PVC 필름, PET 필름 중에서 선택한 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형용 라벨.
  9. 미연신 플라스틱 베이스 필름의 일면에 인쇄층을 형성하고 이 인쇄층을 형성한 면에 인-모울드 성형시의 성형품의 열에 의해 열용융되는 접착용 피막층을 중첩한 라벨을 인-모울드 성형용 금형내에 삽입하여 금형내의 소정위치에 배치하고 금형내에서 플라스틱 성형품을 성형하되, 그 성형시의 성형폼의 열로 상기 접착용 피막층을 용융시켜 성형품에 상기 라벨을 접착하는 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층표면에 미세한 엠보스를 형성하는 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층이 열용융접착성 왁스를 주성분으로 한 피막, 에틸렌초산비닐의 고중합물을 주성분으로 한 피막 또는 폴리초산비닐게 중합물, 폴리비닐알콜계 중합물, 폴리아크릴산에스테르계 중합물, 염화비닐계 중합물, 폴리에틸렌계 중합물, 폴리우레탄계 중합물 또는 폴리에스테르계 중합물을 주성분으로 한 피막층에서 선택된 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층이 인-모울드성형시의 성형품의 열로 영용융 플라스틱필름인 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층을 구성하는 용융성 플라스틱필름이 상기 인쇄층을 형성시킨 플라스틱 필름의 일면에 접착제로 접착되어 있는 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 피막층을 을 구성하는 용융성 플라스틱 필름이 저융점의 폴리프로필렌필름, 폴리에틸렌필름, PVC 필름, PET 필름 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 인-모울드 성형방법.
