Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"SISTEMA DE ACABAMENTO DE PELìCULA COM OPçãO DE DESENHO"<D>. é provido um material laminado decorativo flexível e aclimatado útil como uma película de revestimento para peças de automóveis, compreendendo uma camada de base de uma película de metacrilato de polialquila flexibilizado, pigmentado e extrusado e uma camada externa substancialmente transparente sobreposta à primeira superfície da camada de base. A camada externa transparente compreende uma película formada de uma composição selecionada do grupo que consiste de polímeros de uretano, polímeros acrílicos, fluoropolímeros, e ligas de fluoropolímero e polímero acrílico. A camada externa transparente pode ser extrudada ou fundida na forma de um revestimento. O material laminado deorativo ainda inclui uma camada de ajuste de cor entre a camada de base e a camada externa transparente, em que a camada de ajuste de cor compreende uma camada de tinta de impressão que opcionalmente inclui pigmentos, corantes, escamas e misturas dos mesmos. A Camada de ajuste de cor tem uma transparência e um tom necessária paa alterar a aparência cor natural da camada de base para alcançar a combinação desejada a um padrão de cor de automóvel predeterminado. A camada de base pode ser usada como ligação do material laminado decorativo ao composto de molde a baixa pressão e substratos de moldes de terpolímeros de acrílico nitrila-butadieno-estireno sem camadas de apoio adicionais. O material laminado decorativo pode incluir uma camada de apoio termoformável aderida a uma segunda superfície de camada de base e resignada a ligar o material laminado decorativo às resinas de molde termoplásticas.
