[0009] 浸泡,将待处理的铸锭循环料置于所述混合溶液内浸泡;
[0010] 冲洗,用大量的水冲洗浸泡完成后的铸锭循环料,并将冲洗后的铸锭循环料过纯水;
[0011] 酸中和,将铸锭循环料置于稀盐酸溶液或稀氢氟酸溶液中浸泡;
[0012] 过水,将铸锭循环料置于装有纯水的三级溢流槽内;
[0013] 超声清洗,对铸锭循环料进行超声波清洗;
[0014] 烘干,将铸锭循环料取出并烘干。

1.一种铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于,包括步骤: 配制混合液,将片碱与清洗剂溶于水中,以配制混合溶液,且配制完成后的该混合溶液中的片碱浓度为5%,清洗剂浓度为2% ; 浸泡,将待处理的铸锭循环料置于所述混合溶液内浸泡; 冲洗,用大量的水冲洗浸泡完成后的铸锭循环料,并将冲洗后的铸锭循环料过纯水; 酸中和,将铸锭循环料置于稀盐酸溶液或稀氢氟酸溶液中浸泡; 过水,将铸锭循环料置于装有纯水的三级溢流槽内; 超声清洗,对铸锭循环料进行超声波清洗; 烘干,将铸锭循环料取出并烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤浸泡中,铸锭循环料置于所述混合溶液内的浸泡时间为I小时。
3.如权利要求1所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤酸中和所采用的稀盐酸溶液或稀氢氟酸溶液的浓度均为3%。
4.如权利要求3所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤酸中和中,铸锭循环料置于稀盐酸溶液或稀氢氟酸溶液中的浸泡时间为90秒。
5.如权利要求1所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤超声清洗的持续时间为30分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤烘干的持续时间为1.5〜2小时。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的铸锭循环料清洁处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤浸泡之前还包括步骤: 装料,将待处理的铸锭循环料装于花篮内。
