Abstract
本案涉及一种LED注塑件的表面除杂工艺,其包括以下步骤:1)酸洗;2)碱洗;3)盐洗;4)水洗;5)热风干燥;6)紫外灭菌;7)冷风冷却;其中,步骤1)‑4)中还辅助有超声发生器;盐洗所用盐液包括以下重量份的材料:氯化钠20~25重量份;硝酸锰4~6重量份;乙二醇8~10重量份;水100重量份。本案通过设计全新的洗液配方来对未经处理的LED注塑件进行清洗,通过酸洗、碱洗、盐洗和紫外灭菌来实现对表面杂质的全面清洁,在不伤害工件微结构的基础上,有效保证注塑件的洁净度和组装后的稳定度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于LED领域,具体涉及一种LED注塑件的表面除杂工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,在装配LED时,通常是通过目测来判断注塑件表面是否有灰尘或杂质,或者仅是通过简单的气体进行吹扫,对表面的清洁比较粗略,导致注塑件借口或卡口在组装后的结构稳定性带来影响,具体表现为异响、松动等现象,用户在购得产品时的第一印象或在使用产品时的体验较差。虽然这不会对产品的质量带来多严重的影响,但是装配工艺效果的好坏从长期看来会影响产品的使用寿命或产品在极端状态的运行稳定性。因此,清除LED注塑件表面的杂质,保证LED注塑件表面的洁净度对整个装配工艺而言是非常重要的。

针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED注塑件的表面除杂工艺,其能够对注塑件表面可能携带的杂质进行有效洗除,并能够在不伤害工件微结构的基础上,有效保证注塑件的洁净度和组装后的稳定度。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种LED注塑件的表面除杂工艺,其包括以下步骤:1)酸洗;2)碱洗;3)盐洗;4)水洗;5)热风干燥;6)紫外灭菌;7)冷风冷却;其中,步骤1)-4)中还辅助有超声发生器;

本发明的有益效果是:本案通过设计全新的洗液配方来对未经处理的LED注塑件进行清洗,通过酸洗、碱洗、盐洗和紫外灭菌来实现对表面杂质的全面清洁,在不伤害工件微结构的基础上,有效保证注塑件的洁净度和组装后的稳定度。
