Abstract
一种清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,由以下按照质量百分数计算的组分组成:渗透剂10‑30%、缓蚀剂10‑30%、表面活性剂1‑10%、有机助剂1‑20%、螯合剂1‑10%、余量为水;所述渗透剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚,丙二醇甲醚、甘油、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甘醇和乙醇;所述缓蚀剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:苯并三氮唑、巯基苯丙异噻唑、油酸咪唑啉、柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、硼酸、烷基琥珀酸酐、己二酸、正辛酸、新癸酸、癸二酸和十二二酸、葡萄糖酸。本发明清洗剂清洗残渣速度快,不腐蚀和溶解移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材、保护漆和色漆,安全环保,易于批量清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂及其清洗方法。
背景技术
智能移动终端主要是指智能手机、笔记本电脑等移动设备或显示设备,其塑胶外壳的加工工艺流程大致为:塑胶外壳基材(如聚碳酸酯等),表面经电镀,镀上一层金属层,然后在电镀的金属层上喷上保护漆(如丙烯酸酯树脂漆等),再在保护漆层上喷上色漆(如聚氨酯树脂漆等),再在色漆层上再喷上UV保护漆(如丙烯酸酯树脂漆等),后经过流水线烘炉初步烘烤(80-85℃),再将烘烤后恢复到常温的塑胶外壳进行激光雕刻(即镭雕),雕出各种图案和形状等,再对镭雕出来的图案和形状等进行清洗,将镭射产生的残渣等清洗干净。
目前还未有文献或专利等涉及相关智能移动终端的塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂组合物及清洗方法。目前智能移动终端的塑胶外壳经过镭雕后的残渣的清洗主要采用丙酮等强极性有机溶剂通过人工反复擦拭的方式来达到清洗镭雕残渣的目的。而丙酮等强极性有机溶剂属于甲类火灾危险物质,具有刺激性气味,属于国家管制的易制毒原料,对直接接触者本身具有很强的生理危害。同时丙酮等强极性有机溶剂对于智能移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材(如聚碳酸酯等)具有较强的溶解腐蚀作用,因此也不能采用浸泡等方式来清洗。另外人工反复擦拭的方式清洗效率低下,不能批量生产,且容易出现表面划伤而产品质量不高、成品率低。
因此急需一种环保清洗剂及清洗方法,能够快速的清洗掉智能移动终端的塑胶外壳的镭雕残渣,且安全环保,易操作,能够批量大规模清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:克服现有的用丙酮等强极性有机溶剂通过人工反复擦拭来清除智能移动终端的塑胶外壳的镭雕残渣,对直接接触者有很强的生理危害,对智能移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材(如聚碳酸酯等)具有较强的溶解腐蚀作用,清洗效率低下,不能批量生产,且容易出现表面划伤而产品质量不高、成品率低等缺陷,提供一种清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂及其清洗方法,清洗残渣速度快,不腐蚀和溶解移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材(如聚碳酸酯)、保护漆(如丙烯酸酯树脂漆等)和色漆(如聚氨酯树脂漆等),安全环保,易于批量清洗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:一种清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,其由以下按照质量百分数计算的组分组成:渗透剂 10-30%、缓蚀剂 10-30%、表面活性剂 1-10%、有机助剂 1-20%、螯合剂 1-10%、余量为水;
所述渗透剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚,丙二醇甲醚、甘油、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甘醇和乙醇;
所述缓蚀剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:苯并三氮唑、巯基苯丙异噻唑、油酸咪唑啉、柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、硼酸、烷基琥珀酸酐、己二酸、正辛酸、新癸酸、癸二酸和十二二酸、葡萄糖酸;
所述表面活性剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯和烷基糖苷;
所述有机助剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:丙二醇、异丙醇、苯氧乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮;
所述螯合剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙烯三胺五乙酸、聚丙烯酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸和聚马来酸酐。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:一种所述的清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂的清洗方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备上述清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,置于超声设备中;
步骤2:将镭雕后的智能移动终端的塑胶外壳放入所述清洗剂中浸泡、超声,直至残渣彻底被清除,超声清洗温度为常温至70℃,超声设备频率为28-40KHz,浸泡超声时间为1-15分钟;
步骤3:将清除掉残渣的所述智能移动终端的塑胶外壳工件用纯水漂洗并慢拉烘干,漂洗温度为常温-60℃,慢拉温度为70℃,烘干温度为80-100℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明清洗剂组合物配合超声波使用,浸泡清洗,易操作,能够大规模批量清洗。同时也避免了目前采用人工反复擦拭的方法而出现划伤表面的风险,提高了工件的质量和合格率。
2、本发明清洗剂组合物不腐蚀塑移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材(如聚碳酸酯)、保护漆(如丙烯酸酯树脂漆等)和色漆(如聚氨酯树脂漆等),具有很强的保护作用。
3、本发明清洗剂组合物具有极强的渗透活化清洗作用,通过各复配组分的浸润残渣、然后渗透分散到残渣内部、最后通过合适的超声波的超声空化作用和温度的配合一起,促使清洗剂分子活化,从而与残渣相结合,将残渣从工件表面剥离分散于清洗剂中,从而达到清洗的目的。
4、本发明清洗剂为环保清洗剂,不含硫、氯、苯、重金属等有毒物质,所含有机物沸点较高,挥发性小,可以生物降解,清洗条件温和。
5、本发明的清洗时间短,最快的清洗时间只需要1分钟,且适合批量使用,不需要人工直接接触,比采用丙酮等有机溶剂反复擦拭的方法具有很明显的安全性和经济效益。
具体实施方式
一种清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,其由以下按照质量百分数计算的组分组成:渗透剂 10-30%、缓蚀剂 10-30%、表面活性剂 1-10%、有机助剂 1-20%、螯合剂 1-10%、余量为水。
所述渗透剂为醇醚类有机溶剂或多元醇类有机溶剂。
所述渗透剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚,丙二醇甲醚、甘油、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甘醇和乙醇。
所述缓蚀剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:苯并三氮唑、巯基苯丙异噻唑、油酸咪唑啉、柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、硼酸、烷基琥珀酸酐、己二酸、正辛酸、新癸酸、癸二酸和十二二酸、葡萄糖酸。
所述表面活性剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯和烷基糖苷。
所述有机助剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:丙二醇、异丙醇、苯氧乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
所述螯合剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙烯三胺五乙酸、聚丙烯酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸和聚马来酸酐。
上述清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂的清洗方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备上述清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,置于超声设备中;
步骤2:将镭雕后的智能移动终端的塑胶外壳放入所述清洗剂中浸泡、超声,直至残渣彻底被清除,超声清洗温度为常温至70℃,超声设备频率为28-40KHz,浸泡超声时间为1-15分钟;
步骤3:将清除掉残渣的所述智能移动终端的塑胶外壳工件用纯水漂洗并慢拉烘干,漂洗温度为常温-60℃,慢拉温度为70℃,烘干温度为80-100℃。
实施例1
配置1000g清洗剂:取渗透剂250克(由二乙二醇甲醚200克、乙二醇50克组成)、缓蚀剂200克(柠檬酸200克)、表面活性剂10克(十二烷基磺酸钠10克)、有机助剂200克(异丙醇200克)、螯合剂10克(聚丙烯酸10克),依次逐步溶于330克水中,搅拌至透明、均匀即得所述清洗剂;
按照上述清洗方法,将智能手机的塑胶外壳进行镭雕后,批量化的完全浸入超声波中的清洗剂中,50-60℃下超声清洗3分钟,然后取出依次进行纯水常温喷淋2min、纯水超声常温漂洗2分钟2次、70℃纯水慢拉、80-100℃烘干,即可得到出去镭雕残渣后的外壳。
经过外观检测和性能测试,结果发现该智能手机的塑胶外壳上的镭雕残渣完全清洗干净,无划伤和印迹等,外观完全合格,性能测试液完全通过。
实施例2
配置1000g清洗剂:取渗透剂100克(二乙二醇丁醚50克、异丙醇50克)、缓蚀剂100克(草酸50克、葡萄糖酸50克)、表面活性剂40克(脂肪酸甘油酯40克)、有机助剂150克(苯氧乙醇150克)、螯合剂10克(氨基三亚甲基膦酸10克),依次逐步溶于600克水中,搅拌至透明、均匀即得所述清洗剂;
按照上述清洗方法,将笔记本电脑的塑胶外壳进行镭雕后,批量化的完全浸入超声波中的清洗剂中,50-60℃下超声清洗7分钟,然后取出依次进行纯水常温喷淋2min、纯水超声常温漂洗2分钟2次、70℃纯水慢拉、80-100℃烘干,即可得到出去镭雕残渣后的外壳。
经过外观检测和性能测试,结果发现该笔记本电脑的塑胶外壳上的镭雕残渣完全清洗干净,无划伤和印迹等,外观完全合格,性能测试液完全通过。
实施例3
配置1000g清洗剂:取渗透剂300克(丙二醇甲醚300克)、缓蚀剂300克(己二酸150克、正辛酸150克)、表面活性剂100克(烷基糖苷100克)、有机助剂10克(N-甲基吡咯烷酮10克)、螯合剂70克(聚马来酸酐70克),依次逐步220克水中,搅拌至透明、均匀即得所述清洗剂;
按照上述清洗方法,,将智能手机的塑胶外壳进行镭雕后,批量化的完全浸入超声波中的清洗剂中,50-60℃下超声清洗10分钟,然后取出依次进行纯水50℃喷淋3min、纯水超声常温漂洗2分钟2次、70℃纯水慢拉、80-100℃烘干,即可得到出去镭雕残渣后的外壳。
经过外观检测和性能测试,结果发现该智能手机的塑胶外壳上的镭雕残渣完全清洗干净,无划伤和印迹等,外观完全合格,性能测试液完全通过。
注:分别用有机溶剂丙酮来人工擦拭上述实施例1-3中所清洗的手机外壳或笔记本电脑外壳,人工擦拭的时间平均在3-6分钟/片,擦拭后的外壳很光亮但有少许划痕印迹。对比之下,清洗剂洗净的外壳工件,光亮度更高,无划伤。经过性能检测清洗剂洗净的外壳工件和人工用丙酮溶液擦拭干净的外壳工件均无明显差异和变化。
本发明具有下列有益效果:
1、本发明清洗剂组合物配合超声波使用,浸泡清洗,易操作,能够大规模批量清洗。同时也避免了目前采用人工反复擦拭的方法而出现划伤表面的风险,提高了工件的质量和合格率。
2、本发明清洗剂组合物不腐蚀塑移动终端的塑胶外壳的基材(如聚碳酸酯)、保护漆(如丙烯酸酯树脂漆等)和色漆(如聚氨酯树脂漆等),具有很强的保护作用。
3、本发明清洗剂组合物具有极强的渗透活化清洗作用,通过各复配组分的浸润残渣、然后渗透分散到残渣内部、最后通过合适的超声波的超声空化作用和温度的配合一起,促使清洗剂分子活化,从而与残渣相结合,将残渣从工件表面剥离分散于清洗剂中,从而达到清洗的目的。
4、本发明清洗剂为环保清洗剂,不含硫、氯、苯、重金属等有毒物质,所含有机物沸点较高,挥发性小,可以生物降解,清洗条件温和。
5、本发明的清洗时间短,最快的清洗时间只需要1分钟,且适合批量使用,不需要人工直接接触,比采用丙酮等有机溶剂反复擦拭的方法具有很明显的安全性和经济效益。
Claims (2)
1.一种清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,其由以下按照质量百分数计算的组分组成:渗透剂 10-30%、缓蚀剂 10-30%、表面活性剂 1-10%、有机助剂 1-20%、螯合剂1-10%、余量为水;
所述渗透剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚,丙二醇甲醚、甘油、乙二醇、异丙醇、二甘醇和乙醇;
所述缓蚀剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:苯并三氮唑、巯基苯丙异噻唑、油酸咪唑啉、柠檬酸、酒石酸、草酸、硼酸、烷基琥珀酸酐、己二酸、正辛酸、新癸酸、癸二酸和十二二酸、葡萄糖酸;
所述表面活性剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪酸甘油酯和烷基糖苷;
所述有机助剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:丙二醇、异丙醇、苯氧乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮;
所述螯合剂为下列物质中的一种或两种及以上的混合物:二乙烯三胺五乙酸、聚丙烯酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、己二胺四亚甲基膦酸和聚马来酸酐。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂的清洗方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备上述清除智能移动终端塑胶外壳镭雕残渣的清洗剂,置于超声设备中;
步骤2:将镭雕后的智能移动终端的塑胶外壳放入所述清洗剂中浸泡、超声,直至残渣彻底被清除,超声清洗温度为常温至70℃,超声设备频率为28-40KHz,浸泡超声时间为1-15分钟;
步骤3:将清除掉残渣的所述智能移动终端的塑胶外壳工件用纯水漂洗并慢拉烘干,漂洗温度为常温-60℃,慢拉温度为70℃,烘干温度为80-100℃。
