随着经济社会发展和生活水平提高,人们日益注重更加健康的食品,追求更加健康的生活方式。因而,研发和生产贴近现代健康理念和健康生活方式的健康食品,满足人们日益增长的对于更健康、更安全的食品消费需求,是摆在食品饮料行业迫在眉睫的一项重大课题,对于保障人们健康、提高生活品质具有重要而深远的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有益于咽喉、口腔和牙齿健康,口感清新畅爽的健康喉爽饮料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
喉爽饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
蒲公英提取物 0.03-20份;
菊花提取物 0.03-15份;
薄荷油 0.05-10份;
水 100-2000份。
上述配方,根据生产需要,可以添加咖啡因、矿物质(电解质)、维生素、其它营养素、植物提取物、食用香精香料、食用色素及其它食品配料。
作为优选,所述的蒲公英提取物为蒲公英流浸膏或蒲公英根固体提取物。
作为优选,所述的菊花提取物为菊花浸膏、杭白菊浸膏、菊花精油、菊花净油中任一种。
作为优选,所述的薄荷油选用亚洲薄荷油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、椒样薄荷油、留兰香油中任一种或几种。
作为优选,所述喉爽饮料还包括糖2-20份,所述糖为果葡糖浆、葡萄糖浆、葡萄糖、白砂糖、果糖中任一种或几种。
作为优选,所述喉爽饮料还包括糖醇2-15份,所述糖醇选用山梨糖醇、木糖醇、赤藓糖醇、乳糖醇、麦芽糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、D-甘露糖醇中任一种或几种。所述糖醇有以下优点: 甜味纯正,食用安全;不被口腔内细菌利用,不发酵,不产酸,具有非致龋性。并且通过阻止新龋的形成和原有龋齿的发展,从而改善口腔卫生;有润喉利咽功能;代谢不依赖胰岛素,对血糖无影响;赋予饮料滑润感,并减轻或消除其他配料可能产生的苦涩等不良味道,从而改善和提高饮料整体风味。
作为优选,所述喉爽饮料还包括非糖甜味剂0.01-5份,所述非糖甜味剂选用罗汉果甜苷、甘草甜素、甜菊糖苷、阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、甜蜜素、阿力甜、纽甜、糖精钠、三氯蔗糖中任一种或几种。所述非糖甜味剂,具有以下优点:不被口腔内细菌利用,不发酵、不产酸、不致龋;不产热,对血糖无影响;甜度高,通常为蔗糖甜度的150—300倍;与糖类甜味剂、糖醇等合用,具有甜度增效作用,不仅可以减少糖的使用量,还可提高甜度、改善品质;罗汉果甜苷、甘草甜素等甜味剂,具有清热利咽、润喉止咳功能。
作为优选,所述喉爽饮料还包括酸味剂0.1-5份,所述酸味剂选用柠檬酸、苹果酸中任一种或两种。
上述喉爽饮料的制备方法如下:
按上述配方称取各种原料,按照糖、糖醇、非糖甜味剂、酸味剂、蒲公英提取物、菊花提取物、薄荷油的添加顺序,边添加边搅拌,充分混匀,加水定容后,均质,加热至85-95℃,热罐装,105℃,20s高温瞬时灭菌,冷却后经检验合格,得成品。添加非糖甜味剂的顺序,紧接在添加酸味剂之前或之后,减轻或消除其可能产生的苦涩味,使饮料保持清爽的口感。加热至85°C—95°C热罐装,与105℃,20S高温瞬时灭菌相结合,既可以保证杀菌效果,又可以防止长时间高温灭菌造成饮料成分破坏和减少香味损失,保证产品质量。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:
本发明原料中蒲公英、菊花和薄荷,具有清热利咽、祛除口腔异味、防治口疮等功能,是国家规定的“药食两用”物质,长期以来被人们作为食品、药品使用。其相应的蒲公英提取物、菊花提取物和薄荷油,在市场上已有符合食品级技术标准的多种产品,作为食品、药品配料得到广泛使用。长期实践证明,其食用安全性高。本发明喉爽饮料,将所述这三种配料中的任意一种或任意二种及二种以上与糖、糖醇、非糖甜味剂等组合使用,不仅可以减少饮料中糖的使用量,并且通过合理配伍,各种配料功效互补,从而协同发挥良好的润喉利咽、洁齿防龋等功能。同时,赋予饮料清新畅爽的优良口感和令人愉快的特殊风味。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1
生产1000kg喉爽饮料。
一、 处方
蒲公英流浸膏,0.5-2.0kg;
菊花浸膏,0.3-1.5 kg;
薄荷油,0.05-0.1kg;
山梨糖醇(液),2-20 kg;
罗汉果甜苷,0.02-0.4 kg;
果葡糖浆,20-50kg;
柠檬酸,1.2-2.0kg;
饮料用水,定容至1000L。
二、生产工艺流程:
1、配料的准备:
按处方称取各种配料;
将罗汉果甜苷以适量水浸泡,待自然溶解后,进行适当搅动,使其完全溶解,过滤,备用;
将果葡糖浆,加适量水稀释,过滤,备用;
将山梨糖醇液,加适量水稀释,过滤,备用;
将柠檬酸,加适量水溶解,稀释成20-50%的柠檬酸溶液,过滤,备用;
分别将蒲公英流浸膏和菊花浸膏,加适量水溶解、过滤,备用;
将薄荷油以10倍量的90%乙醇溶解、稀释、过滤、备用。
2、调配、罐装、灭菌
果葡糖浆→山梨糖醇→罗汉果甜苷→柠檬酸→蒲公英流浸膏→菊花浸膏→薄荷油→加水定容至1000L→均质→加热至85°C—95°C热罐装→105°C,20S高温瞬时灭菌→冷却→检验→成品。
按上述顺序,依次、分别添加各种已过滤的配料,边添加边搅拌,充分混匀,均质,加热至85-95°C热罐装,105°C,20S高温瞬时灭菌,冷却后经检验合格,即得成品。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种喉爽饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量的原料制成:
蒲公英流浸膏 0.5-2.0kg;
菊花浸膏 0.3-1.5 kg;
薄荷油 0.05-0.1kg;
山梨糖醇液 2-20 kg;
罗汉果甜苷 0.02-0.4 kg;
果葡糖浆 20-50kg;
柠檬酸 1.2-2.0kg;
饮料用水,定容至1000L;
上述的喉爽饮料的制备方法,如下:
步骤a:称取各种配料:
将罗汉果甜苷以适量水浸泡,待自然溶解后,进行适当搅动,使其完全溶解,过滤,备用;
将果葡糖浆,加适量水稀释,过滤,备用;
将山梨糖醇液,加适量水稀释,过滤,备用;
将柠檬酸,加适量水溶解,稀释成20-50%的柠檬酸溶液,过滤,备用;
分别将蒲公英流浸膏和菊花浸膏,加适量水溶解、过滤,备用;
将薄荷油以10倍量的90%乙醇溶解、稀释、过滤、备用;
步骤b:调配、罐装、灭菌:
果葡糖浆→山梨糖醇→罗汉果甜苷→柠檬酸→蒲公英流浸膏→菊花浸膏→薄荷油→加水定容至1000L→均质→加热至85℃-95℃热罐装→105℃,20s高温瞬时灭菌→冷却→检验→成品;
