针对以上现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种辣味劲道,适宜于北方口味的鲜蔬辣酱。

将上述原料均匀混合后,蒸煮60-100分钟,捣烂所有原料,并搅拌均匀,即制得鲜蔬辣酱。

鲜蔬辣酱的原料及其重量份配比为:干辣椒面15;糯米粉10;干虾皮1;蕃茄酱4;胡萝卜酱5;菜籽油6;麻油2;蔗糖5;蒜泥3;生姜2;食盐2;纯净水10。将以上原料均匀混合后,蒸煮60-100分钟,捣烂所有原料,并搅拌均匀,即制得鲜蔬辣酱。
