背景技术
随着人们生活节奏的不断加快,很多事情都要求简单、快捷,就连做菜、做饭也不例外。尤其是人们在夏天做凉面的时候,都只局限于炸酱面,口味比较单一。目前市场上的液体调料种类繁多,但风味各不相同,所不足的是调味液中普遍添加有防腐剂的色素,有害于人们的身体健康。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种易于生产、口感独特、适用面广、不含防腐剂的调味液。
技术方案:一种液体拌面调料,其特征在于它是由下述原料组成:瘦肉15-20份,芝麻5-10份,红辣椒5-10份,香菜5-10份,香菇15-20份,葱4-8份,白糖20-25份,蒜4-8份,花椒3-4份,豆豉酱10-15份,姜3-5份,酱油5-8份,米醋10-15份,水50-60份。
根据权利要求1所述的调料,其特征在于它是由下述方法制得的:将红辣椒、香菇,葱,姜,蒜、香菜、瘦肉切碎,放入油锅中爆炒2分钟后,向其中加入芝麻、白糖、花椒、豆豉酱,酱油,米醋和水,待液体沸腾后倒出进行冷却,然后进行消毒、装袋即可。
本发明的优点:与以往的液体调料相比,本发明不含任何的防腐剂,食用起来更安全,口味独特,制作工艺简单。
实施例1
取瘦肉20份,红辣椒8份,香菇10份,香菜8份,葱6份,姜4份,蒜6份切碎,放入油锅中爆炒2分钟后,向其中加入6份芝麻、20份白糖、3.5份花椒、12份豆豉酱,6份酱油,12份米醋和60份水,待液体沸腾后倒出进行冷却,然后进行消毒、装袋即可。

1.一种液体拌面调料,其特征在于它是由下述原料组成:瘦肉15-20份,芝麻5-10份,红辣椒5-10份,香菜5-10份,香菇15-20份,葱4-8份,白糖20-25份,蒜4-8份,花椒3-4份,豆豉酱10-15份,姜3-5份,酱油5-8份,米醋10-15份,水50-60份。
