本发明的润滑油组合物,是含有基础油和增稠剂的润滑油组合物,上述基础油含有40质量%以上的烃类合成油的同时,含有20质量%以上70质量%以下的40℃时的运动粘度在70mm2/s以下的A组分,上述基础油在40℃时的运动粘度在200mm2/s以上2000mm2/s以下,该润滑油组合物的混合稠度在220以上350以下。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油组合物,尤其是关于在风力发电装置中支承主轴的主轴承和支承叶片轴的变桨轴承上使用的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
润滑油组合物用于润滑例如风力发电装置中支承主轴的主轴承和支承叶片轴的变桨轴承这样承受较大负荷的轴承。这些主轴承和变桨轴承因为风速的变化和叶片的微小调整,始终承受波动和微小的摇动,处于容易产生微动磨损的环境中。故障时轴承的更换要消耗大量的时间和费用,因此希望有一种耐微动磨损性优良,长时间不易产生轴承损伤的润滑剂。
因此,为了提高耐微动磨损性,有人提出了以100℃时运动粘度为200~2500mm2/s的酯类合成油为基础油的润滑油组合物(参照专利文献1)。
进而,公开了这样一种润滑油组合物,针对较大的负荷,为了提高耐久性,润滑油组合物中使用高粘度基础油,必要时混合极压添加剂(参照非专利文献1,2)。
另外,作为用于风力发电装置的润滑油组合物,有人提出了含有基础油、增稠剂和油酰肌氨酸的组合物(参照专利文献2),和含有在40℃时运动粘度为70~250mm2/s的基础油、增稠剂和羧酸系防锈添加剂的组合物(参照专利文献3)。

发明内容
用于风力发电装置的主轴承和变桨轴承,除了要求降低主轴和叶片轴旋转产生的微动磨损,同时还要求降低支承高重量的主轴和叶片轴产生的轴承磨损。但是,专利文献1~3和非专利文献1,2中公开的润滑油组合物难以同时抑制轴承磨损和微动磨损。而且,使用高粘度基础油的情况下,有微动磨损增大的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供可以同时抑制高负荷产生的轴承磨损和微动磨损,能够延长寿命的润滑油组合物。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下润滑油组合物。
[1]一种润滑油组合物,含有基础油和增稠剂而构成,其特征在于,上述基础油含有40质量%以上的烃类合成油的同时,含有20质量%以上70质量%以下的40℃时的运动粘度在70mm2/s以下的A组分,上述基础油在40℃时的运动粘度在200mm2/s以上2000mm2/s以下,该润滑油组合物的混合稠度在220以上350以下。
[2]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述增稠剂为皂类增稠剂。
[3]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,以组合物总量为基准计混合有在17质量%以下的上述增稠剂。
[4]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,以组合物总量为基准计混合有在0.01质量%以上10质量%以下的含硫极压添加剂。
[5]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述基础油中,以组合物总量为基准计,进一步混合有在0.5质量%以上30质量%以下的石油树脂。
[6]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该润滑油组合物用于与连接风力发电装置的叶片的主轴相连接的主轴承以及与组装在上述叶片上的叶片轴相连接的变桨轴承的至少中之一。
[7]上述润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述增稠剂是在上述A组分中由羧酸和碱反应制得。
本发明的润滑油组合物可以同时抑制由高负荷产生的轴承磨损和微动磨损,延长寿命,因此,特别适用于风力发电装置的主轴承和变桨轴承。

具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的实施方式。
本实施方式的润滑油组合物(以下有时简称为“润滑油”。)包含基础油和增稠剂。
基础油可以由烃类合成油构成,也可以包含烃类合成油和矿物油。
烃类合成油可以是例如,芳香族油,如单烷基苯、双烷基苯等烷基苯,或单烷基萘、双烷基萘、多烷基萘等烷基萘等。例如酯类油,如癸二酸二丁酯、癸二酸二异辛酯、己二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异癸酯、己二酸二(十三烷基)酯、戊二酸二(十三烷基)酯、乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯等二酯类油,或者偏苯三酸三辛酯、偏苯三酸三癸酯、均苯四酸四辛酯等芳香族酯类油,还有三羟甲基丙烷辛酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷壬酸酯、季戊四醇-2-乙基己酸酯、季戊四醇壬酸酯等多元醇酯类油,或者多元醇和二元酸·一元酸的混合脂肪酸形成的低聚酯的复合酯类油等。例如醚类油,如聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇单甲醚、聚丙二醇单甲醚等聚二醇类,或单烷基三苯基醚、烷基二苯基醚、二烷基二苯基醚、五苯基醚、四苯基醚、单烷基四苯基醚、二烷基四苯基醚等苯基醚类油,正烷烃、异构烷烃、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、1-癸烯低聚物、1-癸烯与乙烯的共低聚物等烯烃类低聚物。
矿物油可以经过减压蒸馏、油剂脱沥青、溶剂萃取、加氢裂解、溶剂脱蜡、硫酸洗涤、白土精制、加氢精制等适宜组合的精制程序后使用。
上述烃类合成油,可以分别单独使用,也可以作为混合物使用。而且,基础油在40℃时的运动粘度在200mm2/s以上2000mm2/s以下。运动粘度不到200mm2/s的话,虽然微动磨损减小,但轴承磨损大,不能保证耐负荷性。另一方面,运动粘度超过2000mm2/s的话,微动磨损增大。因此,40℃时的运动粘度优选在300mm2/s以上1500mm2/s以下,更优选在400mm2/s以上750mm2/s以下。
并且,烃类合成油所占基础油的比例在40质量%以上。在此,若烃类合成油所占基础油的比例不到40质量%,则难以兼顾高粘度和低温转矩性。所以烃类合成油所占基础油的比例优选在60质量%以上,更优选在70质量%以上。
另外,基础油中含有20质量%以上70质量%以下的40℃时的运动粘度在70mm2/s以下的组分(A组分)。在此,若基础油中A组分的运动粘度小,则制造中基础油的蒸发增大。另一方面,若A组分的运动粘度超过70mm2/s,则微动磨损增大。因此,基础油中A组分的40℃时的运动粘度,优选在10mm2/s以上40mm2/s以下,更优选在20mm2/s以上40mm2/s以下。
而且,A组分在基础油中所占的比例如果不到20质量%,则微动磨损和泵送能力恶化。另一方面,A组分的比例如果超过70质量%,则难以调整至高粘度。因此,A组分在基础油中所占的比例优选在30质量%以上70质量%以下,更优选在40质量%以上65质量%以下。
基础油中的A组分,例如是碳原子数4~18,优选为6~14,更优选为8~12的α-烯烃(单一组分或混合组分均可)的低聚物,1-癸烯与乙烯共低聚物等的烯烃低聚物,可以分别单独使用,也可以使用混合物。这些烯烃低聚物可以按照已知的制法合成,也可以按照日本专利特愿平5-282511(特开平07-133234号公报)以及日本专利特愿平1-269082(特开平03-131612号公报)中的记载合成。另外,A组分还可以在不给低温特性带来不好的影响的范围内混合少量的矿物油。
与基础油混合的增稠剂,可以使用有机类和无机类中任一种增稠剂,但优选为皂类增稠剂。具体来说,优选为锂皂、锂复合皂、磺酸钙复合皂、钙复合皂中任一种,更优选为构成皂的脂肪酸中含有12-羟基硬脂酸盐。其中,优选为皂中含有锂,更优选为锂复合皂。锂复合皂从低温到高温性能的平衡很优秀。
另外,增稠剂还可以使用尿素化合物、皂土、二氧化硅、炭黑等。并且,这些物质单独或混合使用都可以。
增稠剂的混合量,只要在可以与上述基础油共同形成并维持润滑油的范围内就没有限制,但是优选为以组合物总量为基准计在17质量%以下。此处,若增稠剂的混合量超过以组合物总量为基准计的17质量%,则微动磨损恶化。而且,泵送能力也会下降。因此,以组合物总量为基准计,增稠剂的混合量,更优选在14质量%以下,特别优选在12质量%以下。
这里,增稠剂的混合量,对于皂类增稠剂,用构成增稠剂的羧酸的量表示。尿素类增稠剂,用异氰酸酯和胺的反应物的量表示。
另外,增稠剂的制造方法优选为在基础油的A组分中将羧酸与碱混合发生皂化反应制得增稠剂。
羧酸例如可以是油脂水解并除去了甘油的粗制脂肪酸、硬脂酸等单羧酸,或12-羟基硬脂酸等单羟基羧酸,壬二酸等二元酸,对苯二甲酸、水杨酸、安息香酸等芳香族羧酸等。并且,也可以使用羧酸酯。以上可以单独使用其中1种,也可以2种以上组合使用。
上述碱例如可以是碱金属或碱土金属等的金属氢氧化物。金属例如可以是钠、钙、锂、铝等。
润滑油中,含硫极压添加剂优选为以组合物总量为基准计混合0.01质量%以上10质量%以下。因为,混合量如果不到0.01质量%,或者混合量在10质量%以上的话,则防止咬粘等混合效果则不能被期待。
这样的极压添加剂,例如可以是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)、二硫代氨基甲酸(DTC)、硫代磷酸酯、硫化油脂、噻二唑等。这些化合物,可以单独使用其中1种,也可以2种以上组合使用。
另外,基础油中也可以混合石油树脂、聚乙烯等其他可溶于基础油的树脂、石蜡类,但其中优选为石油树脂。树脂的混合量优选以组合物总量为基准计为0.5质量%以上30质量%以下。如果树脂占组合物总量的比例不足0.5质量%,则粘度降低。另一方面,如果树脂的比例超过30质量%,则低温转矩性低下。因此,树脂占组合物总量的比例更优选为,1质量%以上25质量%以下,特别优选为2质量%以上20质量%以下。
石油树脂例如优选为环戊二烯类,优选为环戊二烯类和α-烯烃类或单乙烯基芳烃类的热共聚物,根据需要用通常方法得到的以上物质的加氢产物,或它们的混合物。
上述环戊二烯类,可以使用环戊二烯、它的多聚物、它们的烷基取代物,或它们的混合物,工业上较有利的是使用含约30质量%以上,优选为50质量%以上的石脑油等以蒸汽裂解得到的环戊二烯类的环戊二烯类馏分(CPD馏分)。此CPD馏分中也可以含有可以与这些脂环族二烯共聚的烯类单体。此烯类单体例如可以是异戊二烯,间戊二烯或丁二烯等脂肪族二烯,环戊烯等脂环族烯烃等。这些烯类的浓度,以低为宜,环戊二烯类的可容许含量在约10质量%以下。
作为与环戊二烯共聚原料的α-烯烃类,可以是碳原子数为4~18,优选4~12的α-烯烃,或它们的混合物,其中,优选为乙烯、丙烯或1-丁烯等的衍生物,或石蜡的分解物等。工业上优选为每1摩尔环戊二烯类混合约少于4摩尔的α-烯烃类。
作为其他共聚原料的单乙烯基芳烃类,可以是苯乙烯、邻,间,对乙烯基甲苯、α,β-甲基苯乙烯等。这些单乙烯基芳烃类,也可以含有茚、甲基茚或乙基茚等茚类,工业上使用石脑油等蒸汽裂解得到的所谓C9馏分较为有利。将单乙烯基芳烃类作为共聚原料使用时,工业上优选为每1摩尔环戊二烯类混合约少于3摩尔。
本发明的润滑油,混合稠度在220以上350以下,优选为250以上340以下,更优选为265以上320以上。此处,如果混合稠度不到220,则润滑油变硬,低温转矩特性降低。另一方面,如果混合稠度超过350,则润滑油变软,易产生轴承磨损、微动磨损。
本发明的润滑油中,在达到本发明目的的范围内,也可以根据需要混合抗氧化剂、防锈剂、固体润滑剂、填料、油性剂、金属钝化剂、耐水剂、极压添加剂、耐磨损剂、粘度指数改进剂、着色剂等添加剂。
抗氧化剂例如可以是烷基化二苯胺、苯基-a-萘胺、烷基化-a-萘胺等胺类抗氧化剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、4,4’-亚甲基双-(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)等酚类抗氧化剂,硫类·ZnDTP等过氧化物分解剂等,这些的添加比例通常在0.05质量%以上10质量%以下。
防锈剂通常可以是亚硝酸钠、磺酸盐、脱水山梨糖醇单油酸酯、脂肪酸皂、胺化合物、琥珀酸衍生物、噻二唑、苯并三唑、苯并三唑衍生物等。
固体润滑剂例如可以是聚酰亚胺、PTFE、石墨、金属氧化物、氮化硼、氰尿酸三聚氰胺(MCA)、二硫化钼等。以上各种添加剂,可以单独或数种组合使用,本发明的润滑油添加剂并不会阻碍它们的效果。
具有上述组成的润滑油组合物,可以适用于风力发电装置1。该风力发电装置1,如图1所示,具有叶片5,固定该叶片5的主轴4,由该主轴的旋转驱动的发电机31,收纳连接于主轴的主轴承33和偏航轴承32的机舱3,和支撑机舱3的塔架2。并且,叶片轴51上连接有变桨轴承41。例如,可以通过旋转叶片轴51,使叶片5易受风或不易受风,因此主轴4的旋转保持不变。这样,可以从发电机31获得稳定的电力。本发明的润滑油,优选适用于主轴承33和变桨轴承41。主轴承33和变桨轴承41,容易因高重量的叶片5和主轴4的高负荷产生轴承磨损,以及因旋转等的波动和摇动产生微动磨损,但是使用了本发明的润滑油,就可以防止轴承磨损和微动磨损。而且,风力发电装置1不宜是负荷小的输出不满300kW小型装置。风力发电装置1优选为具有300kW以上,更优选为700kW输出的中型或大型装置。
另外,主轴承33和变桨轴承41上也可以连接有通过未图示的管道供给润滑油的泵。通过泵的工作,可以容易的为主轴承33和变桨轴承41提供润滑油。因此,可以避免高空作业,提高施工性能。
具有上述组成的润滑油,除了风力发电装置,也可以适用于滚动轴承、滚珠螺杆、线性导轨等实施滚动运动的装置的高负荷用途。例如可以用于电动气缸、电动式直线运动执行元件、起重器、线性驱动装置等。
实施例
[实施例1~12、比较例1~3]
(润滑油组合物的制造)
按以下方法制造实施例以及比较例中的各润滑油组合物。表1~3显示各润滑油组合物的混合比例。表4显示表1~3所示材料的性状。
<实施例1~10、12>
(1)将表1、2所示量的PAO-A,12-羟基硬脂酸,壬二酸和防锈剂在反应釜中,一边搅拌一边加热至95℃。
(2)然后,将氢氧化锂(1水合物)溶于其5倍量(质量比)的水中。将该水溶液与(1)的溶液合并,加热混合。当混合物的温度达到195℃之后,保持5分钟。另外,在实施例8,9中,当混合物的温度达到170℃之后,保持5分钟,在实施例10中混合物的温度达到185℃之后,保持5分钟。
(3)然后,混合剩余的基础油后,以50℃/小时的速度冷却至80℃,添加混合如表1、2所示量的抗氧化剂、极压添加剂。
(4)然后,自然冷却至室温后,使用三辊装置进行精加工处理得到实施例1~10、12的润滑油组合物。
<实施例11>
(1)将1摩尔的二苯甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯(MDI)在2/3质量的PAO-A中加热溶解,作为原料1。
(2)然后,将2摩尔的环己胺在剩余的PAO-A中搅拌溶解,作为原料2。
(3)然后,将原料1于润滑油反应釜中在50~60℃下剧烈搅拌,同时缓缓投入原料2。
一边搅拌一边加热,待润滑油组合物的温度达到165℃后,保持1小时。
(4)之后,混合剩余的基础油后,以50℃/小时的速度冷却至80℃,添加混合如表2所示量的抗氧化剂、极压添加剂。自然冷却至室温后,使用三辊装置进行精加工处理得到实施例11的润滑油组合物。
<比较例1,2>
(1)将PAO-B的一部分(制备好的润滑油的量的50质量%),及表3所示量的12-羟基硬脂酸,壬二酸及防锈剂在反应釜中一边搅拌一边加热至95℃。
(2)将氢氧化锂(1水合物)溶于其5倍量(质量比)的水中。将该水溶液与(1)的溶液合并,加热混合。当混合物的温度达到195℃之后,保持5分钟。
(3)然后,添加剩余的基础油后,以50℃/小时的速度冷却至80℃,添加混合如表3所示量的抗氧化剂、极压添加剂。
<比较例3>
(1)将PAO-A的一部分(制备好的润滑油的量的50质量%),及表3所示量的12-羟基硬脂酸,壬二酸及防锈剂在反应釜中一边搅拌一边加热至95℃。
(2)将氢氧化锂(1水合物)溶于其5倍量(质量比)的水中。将该水溶液与(1)的溶液合并,加热混合。当混合物的温度达到195℃之后,保持5分钟。
(3)然后,混合剩余的基础油后,以50℃/小时的速度冷却至80℃,添加混合如表3所示量的抗氧化剂、极压添加剂。
(4)然后,自然冷却至室温后,使用三辊装置进行精加工处理得到比较例3的润滑油组合物。
另外,如果烯烃低聚物的含量超过70质量%,必须在低粘度油中添加极少量的聚合物基础油来增加粘度,粘度调整较困难。

上述表1~3中,增稠剂的添加量定义为羧酸的量(12-羟基硬脂酸+壬二酸)。
[评价方法]
评价上述实施例、比较例的润滑油组合物的性状、耐磨损性。具体的评价方法如下所示。
(1)混合稠度:按JIS K 2220.7中规定的方法测定(25℃,60W)。
(2)滴点:按JIS K 2220.8中规定的方法测定。
(3)微动磨损测试:按ASTM D4170中规定的方法测定。设置在温度控制在(22±2℃)的实验室中,测试开始后不进行温度控制。
(4)低温转矩测试:按JIS K 2220.18中规定的方法测定。在-40℃的温度下进行。
(5)高负荷轴承磨损测试:按DIN51819-2中规定的方法测定。
(测试条件DIN51819-2-C-75/50-120,负荷50KN,温度120℃,转速75rpm)测定测试前后的轴承套圈(内圈+外圈)、滚动体(合计16个滚子)、保持架的重量,求出每个轴承各自的重量损失作为DIN51819-2.11中规定的50%磨损概率(50%probability of wear)。
(6)加压油分离度:按IP121中规定的方法测定(40℃,42h)。
(7)润滑油泵送能力:以使用润滑油自动润滑泵(自動給脂ポンプ)泵送润滑油时的出口压力进行评价。在自动润滑泵(LINCOLN INDUSTRIAL公司制,Quicklub Pump model203)的润滑油吐出口,依次连接压力计(用于测定出口压力)、内径4mm的管道(10m),进而用分配阀分配到2个系统。每个系统分别连接内径4mm×长4m的管道,进而经由安全阀(12MPa)排出润滑油。在温度控制在20~25℃的室内,用润滑油注满泵和管道,从出口压力稳定开始使泵运转2小时,测量这段时间的平均出口压力(MPa)。出口压力越小的润滑油,越可以用较小的压力压出,故泵送能力佳。
[评价结果]
从表1~3的结果可以看出,实施例1~12的任一种润滑油组合物都有优良的轴承磨损特性和微动磨损特性。而且,特别是实施例3、7,低温转矩性也很优秀,对于设置于室外的风力发电装置等也适用。另一方面,比较例1中,因为基础油中A组分的混合量不到20质量%,微动磨损性和泵送能力差,低温转矩变大。比较例2中,因为没有混合A组分,微动磨损性和泵送能力差。比较例3中,轴承磨损变大,油分离性降低。
产业上的可利用性
本发明可以适用于作为风力发电装置等中的主轴承和变桨轴承上使用的润滑油组合物。

Claims (5)
1.一种润滑油组合物,含有基础油和增稠剂,其特征在于,
所述基础油含有60质量%以上的烃类合成油的同时,
含有20质量%以上70质量%以下的40℃时的运动粘度在10mm2/s以上40mm2/s以下的聚α烯烃作为A组分,
所述基础油在40℃时的运动粘度在200mm2/s以上2000mm2/s以下,
所述增稠剂为以组合物总量为基准计的17质量%以下的锂复合皂,
该润滑油组合物的混合稠度在220以上350以下,
以组合物总量为基准计混合有0.01质量%以上10质量%以下的含硫极压添加剂,
以组合物总量为基准计混合有0.05质量%以上10质量%以下的抗氧化剂,
混合有防锈剂。
2.如权利要求1记载的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
所述基础油中,以组合物总量为基准计,进一步混合有0.5质量%以上30质量%以下的石油树脂。
3.如权利要求1记载的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
该润滑油组合物用于与连接风力发电装置的叶片的主轴相连接的主轴承以及与组装在所述叶片上的叶片轴相连接的变桨轴承中的至少任一种。
4.如权利要求1记载的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
所述增稠剂是在所述A组分中由羧酸和碱反应制得。
5.如权利要求1记载的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,
所述基础油在40℃时的运动粘度在400mm2/s以上750mm2/s以下。
