在用上述方法制造包装容器时,已证明对于一定类型的包装片 材,在管状包装薄膜中将不时地产生夹轧或压挤变形的损坏现象。因此,当折板从开口位置转向闭合位置时,管状薄膜被夹轧在U型折板的肋板之间,由此在包装片材的纵向产生明显的折痕。有时,这种遗留在包装片材塑料层中的折痕产生破损,导致产生泄漏。很自然,这种现象是不希望产生的。此外,在无菌包装容器的制造中,内部装有无菌产品的管状包装薄膜上遗留的折痕产生破坏,使被包装物出现污染的危险性增大。
在此之前进行了许多尝试,试图排除上述提到的问题,例如为了使包装片材易于滑动进入折板的U形凹部,而且不受折板间的夹轧,使用低摩擦力的材料复盖在折板内侧。尽管提出了这种和其它多种方案来试图解决这一问题,但是迄今为止还没有提出过令人满意的方案。
本发明的一个目的是设计出一种用于上述类型的包装机的成型折板,其不会产生前面所述的弊病,而且可以完好的加工管状包装薄膜,不存在夹紧损坏薄膜的危险性,使管状包装薄膜成型为四边形,最好是方形或矩形截面轮廓。
本发明的另一目的,是要设计出一种成型装置,其结构简单,而且可以用低成本方便地进行制造,并改进已有的包装机。
按照本发明可以实现上述和其它有关的发明目的,其中用于已公知的上述类型的包装机中的成型装置具有下述特征:各相互协同动作的成对折板中的凸面包括凸出部,在折板的挤压操作运动中,沿着折板相互相向的方向,由凸出部引导管状薄膜。
本发明成型装置的最佳实施例所具有的进一步特征是各肋板有凸出部,其与成对折板中的第二折板上协同动作的肋板所具有的凹 陷部相互对应配合;肋板中相互协同动作的凸面基本上呈曲线形起伏状态;凸出部是倾斜的,以便形成管状薄膜的入口表面。
根据本发明,在折板上设置适当形状的凸出部,在闭合折板的运动中,可以引导管状包装薄膜平滑地进入U形折板的凹部,以致部分管状薄膜被夹轧在折板之间的危险可完全消除。通过实践的检验,可以证实上述的优点。
在下面将参照附图详细地描述本发明装置的一个最佳实施例。对于这些细节的说明是理解本发明所必不可少的。

图1是已有技术中包装机的示意图,其表示在包装机中将薄膜状包装片材成型为单独的包装容器的基本原理。
图2是按照本发明的成型装置的操作原理图。
图3是按照本发明的成型装置绘制出的最主要的一对成型折板的示意图。
本发明的装置可以用于已有技术中不同类型的包装机中。但是,本发明的装置主要用于具有图1所示外形轮廓的这种类型的包装机1中。这种包装机和同类型的包装机,用柔性的包装片材制造面向消费者的包装件或纸盒,以用于包装液体物质,例如奶或果汁。所述包装片材,包括纤维材料的载体层,通常是纸,其两面中的任一面覆盖热塑性材料的液密层,最好用聚乙烯。包装片材也可以包括附加层,用以改善片材的气密性或透明度,例如用铝箔。包装片材2从料卷3形成的供料源送入包装机1,从料卷3处,由中间的若干个引导辊4,将薄膜状包装片材向上引入包装机的顶部区域,在此处由转向辊5,使薄膜状包装片材基本上垂直地向下穿过包装机。在这条向下穿过 包装机的加工路线上,借助若干个折叠成型装置6逐渐将包装片材2成型为管状包装薄膜7,对该管状薄膜材料的纵向边缘进行折叠,并且,借助热密封装置8使管状薄膜的边缘相互密封,形成液密的纵向接头。密封之后,通过中间的填充管9向管状包装薄膜7内装填入所要求的液体物质。填充管9穿过管状包装薄膜7的开口端向薄膜内部延伸。因此,填充管9在管状包装薄膜内部,以及靠近设置在管状薄膜外侧的若干个成型装置10的上方,基本上垂直向下地进行填充。具有折板11的成型装置10成对地协同动作,以便使管状包装薄膜7(其基本上呈圆形横截面)再成型为四边形或矩形横截面的包装容器,在完成的包装容器12中就可以看到这种结果。在完成最后的折叠加工后,即向内折叠在成型过程中产生的角部折片和突片之后,包装容器被加工完毕,并且从包装机中卸出。
对于本专业的技术人员来说,将薄膜状包装片材成型为大致上呈平行六面体的包装容器是众所周知的。因此,在本文中不需要对这种包装方法和包装机的实例进行任何详细描述。
在图2中详细地描绘了本发明的成型装置10。图中表示了管状包装薄膜7的局部,管状薄膜由包装机,例如上述已有技术中已知类型的包装机制成。图中示出了管状包装薄膜7的一部分断面,而且可以清楚地看到填充管9,怎样向管状包装薄膜内进行填充,以及液体物质13怎样从填充管9的出口端流出。借助于成型装置10,使管状包装薄膜逐渐成型,从大致上呈圆形横截面转变为矩形或四边形横截面。成型装置10包括分别设置在管状包装薄膜7两侧的折板11。折板11成对地,而且互相相向设置。各折板11的横截面基本上为U形(见图3),其具有腹板14和两个相互平行的肋板15。在每个 折板11的底部设有短轴16。短轴16基本上沿水平方向延伸,并且使各折板11与密封颚板17相连接。通过支承臂和操纵装置(未图示)使密封颚板可移动地与包装机1的机架相连,以便当包装机操作时,密封颚板在基本上水平的平面内,沿着相互相向和相离的方法可以产生部分位置变换,并且在上、下位置之间产生部分往复移动,其移动位置基本上相应于图2所示的位置。折板11可以活动地(铰接地)处于两个不同位置,即图2所示上部的开口位置和图2中所示的下部封闭或操作位置,借助联动装置(未图示)控制折板的动作,联动装置与折板11两侧凸出的用于铰接的凸耳18相连。密封颚板17和折板11两者的中止,以及它们的操作,在包装机的操作中相互协调,这是专业人员周知的,这里不再赘述(为了更详细的进行说明,请参见欧洲专利说明书EP-91·712)。
如上所述,各折板11包括腹板14和两个肋板15,它们面对管状包装薄膜7的工作表面基本上相互垂直。由此,两个相互邻接的折板,共同形成用于加工管状包装薄膜的空间,这个空间的横截面是四边形。管状包装薄膜的圆周长基本上相等于上述四边形空间的周长。当折板11处于工作位置时,两上肋板15的端面或凸面19相互靠在一起,从而可以精确限定由折板形成的。用于加工管状包装薄膜7的、四边形空间的尺寸。凸面19一方面包括位于折板顶端的平面区域,和上述位于铰接部位的凸耳18处的平面区域,这两个平面区域相互对齐;另一方面还包括位于上述两平面之间的凸出部20和凹陷部21,它们以相互交替的方式设置,即在折板的一个肋板上,在铰接部位的凸耳18上方有凸出部20,而在凸耳18下方有凹陷部21;与此同时,在另一肋板上,凹陷部21位于铰接部位的凸耳18的上方, 而凸出部20位于凸耳18的下方。因为折板11都是相同的,当折板被一起送入它们的工作位置时,两块折板中的凸出部20和凹陷部21会相互配合,凸面19相邻接地靠在一起。在凸出部20的外侧设有斜面22,其可以减小肋板15在最初接触管状包装薄膜7时产生的阻力。
在本发明的成型装置用于上述类型的包装机时,借助两个成对协同动作的成型折板,交替地进行加工,并且使管状包装薄膜7前进。如图2所示,上方的一对密封颚板17首先接触到一起,使得管状包装薄膜在横向相当窄的区域内受到局部压力。对这个区域加热,使片材中的热塑性材料层熔化,形成液密封的密封区。在密封颚板17靠拢过程中,折板11位于打开位置,即它们向外倾斜,以致折板11不直接与管状包装薄膜接触。从图2所示的最高位置处,由中部的铰接凸耳18产生驱动力,使折板11沿相互相向的方向逐渐靠在一起。在这个例子中,折板分别围绕着它们自身的短轴16回转,以使折板的凸面19的外侧区域(即凸出部20的斜面22),开始与管状包装薄膜7的外侧接触。继续闭合折板11,并且使相互配合的一对密封颚板17移动到图2所示的最低位置,借助于凸出部20和后续的肋板15的平行工作面,使管状包装薄膜逐渐受压,并且在相互邻接的肋板15和腹板14的两个工作表面中,使横截面轮廓形成为四边形。因为凸出部20和凹陷部21协同动作,在折板11的肋板15之间不存在直线形相邻的作业表面,因此可以避免部分管状包装薄膜在凸面19之间被夹轧或可能损坏的危险,前面已经提到,管状包装薄膜被夹轧损坏是主要问题。因为本发明的凸面19具有非常好的曲线形起伏形状,而且再加上设有斜面22,在折板挤压运动操作中,可以使包装片材容易地进入工作位置。通过采用本发明的成型折板,可以完 全避免折板在操作过程中夹轧损坏管状薄膜。当密封颚板17到达图2所示的较低位置,管状包装薄膜7中横向区域的密封被完成,而且密封颚板17再次后退相互离开,其导致折板11也返回到稍微向外倾斜的打开位置,正如图2中所示的上部形状。用这种加工方法,密封颚板17和与它们相联系的折板11交替地加工管状包装薄膜7。借助横向密封装置将管状包装薄膜分为分开的(但还连接在一起)、基本上呈四边形横截面的包装容器。在后续的加工过程中,在横向密封区域切断包装容器,并且进一步折叠凸出的密封片和角折片,从而得到周知的平行六面体包装容器形式的最终产品。通过在成型折板的凸面19设置凸出部和凹陷部,可以免除前面所述的工作平面、平行的凸面夹轧管状包装薄膜,防止产生泄漏,并且在包装无菌产品的包装机中,可以防止无菌性能下降。本发明提供的新型折板易于制造,而且可以毫无困难地用于已有的包装机中。由此,令人讨厌的管状包装薄膜被损坏的问题将得到永久性解决。
上述说明和附图不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的权利要求书中所述的发明精神和范围内,可以想象出多种变化的技术方案。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于包装机中的成型装置,该包装将一管状柔性包装片材成型为单个的包装容器,成型装置(10)包括协同动作的呈U型截面的折板(11),使所述成对折板中的肋板(15)相互邻接紧靠,以便使折板所围绕的管状薄膜(7)局部形成一基本上为四边形的空间,在每对折板(11)的各相互协同动作的表面上设置有凸出部(20)和凹入部(21),其特征在于,所述凸出部(20)制有斜面,用于形成导引管状薄膜(7)的进口面,以避免在折板(11)沿一相向的方向进入工作运动时管状材料被挤压在两肋表面之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,每一肋板(15)具有一凸出部(20),该凸出部对应于一个包括在一对折板中的第二折板(11)上的协同动作的肋板内的相应凹入部(21)。
3、权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,肋板(15)的相互协同动作的表面(19)基本上是曲线的。
