Abstract

Description

压力单元
技术领域
本发明涉及用于密封食品包装的压力单元。更具体地,本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的压力单元。本发明还涉及一种使用这种压力单元密封食品包装的方法。
背景技术
许多可倾倒的食品,例如果汁,UHT牛奶,葡萄酒,番茄酱等,在无菌包装材料制成的包装中出售。
这种类型的包装的典型示例是用于液体或可倾倒食品的通过折叠和密封层压条带状包装材料制成的平行六面体形包装。
该包装材料具有多层结构,该多层结构基本上包括用于刚度和强度的基层,该基层可包括纤维材料层,例如纸层,或矿物填充的聚丙烯材料层;和覆盖基层的两侧的多个热封塑料材料层,例如,聚乙烯膜。
在用于长储存产品(例如UHT乳)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括气体和光阻隔材料层,例如,铝箔或乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,其叠加在热封塑料材料层上,然后用另一热封塑料材料层覆盖,该另一热封塑料材料层形成包装的最终接触食品的内表面。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装单元上生产的,在该包装单元上例如将片状材料制成包装,其中将片状材料预先折叠成圆筒并沿纵向搭接处进行密封,圆筒具有折痕线以使得能形成矩形横截面。然后将该圆筒横向密封并在其顶部折叠,以形成食物容器,将开口底部向上放置。
接下来的步骤是将食物倒入包装中并通过横向密封使底部密封以将食物完全封闭在包装中。
在这种自动化机器中,包装或其前级通常沿着输送线移动。当在这些输送线中运输时,在不停止包装运输的情况下进行底部和顶部横向密封。
密封单元执行包装的底部和顶部的密封是通过以下方式进行的:通过纵向感应加热装置使要被密封的部分滑动,同时将要被密封在一起的边缘按压在成排的压力辊与成排的砧辊之间,在待密封的包装的部分的另一侧上的成排的砧辊的支撑下,成排的压力辊将压力施加到包装的部分上。在这些辊上,按传统放置有环形凸出部或脊状物,以在密封中沿线局部施加较高压力,从而产生在密封中作为沿横向密封的线延伸的凹部。
已经发现,在通过使包装滑动通过密封单元来进行密封的情况下,在上述自动化机器中的横向密封有时在密封中具有空气被截留,从而削弱密封的缺点。因此需要改进这些类型的密封装置。
发明内容
本发明构思的一个目的是单独地或组合地减轻、减缓或消除本技术领域中的上述缺陷中的一个或多个,并且至少解决上述问题。
根据第一方面,这些和其它目的通过用于密封用于食品的包装的压力单元完全或至少部分地实现,该压力单元包括用于沿行进方向将所述包装输送通过所述压力单元的输送机。该压力单元还包括第一可旋转压力辊和第一可旋转砧辊,其中,所述第一压力辊与所述第一砧辊相对设置,以形成用于接收且能旋转地接合所述包装的部分的第一辊隙,以及沿所述行进方向布置在所述第一压力辊和所述第一砧辊的下游的第二可旋转压力辊和第二可旋转砧辊,所述第二压力辊与所述第二砧辊相对布置,以形成用于接收且能旋转地接合所述包装的所述部分的第二辊隙。所述第一压力辊包括围绕其边沿表面环形地延伸的第一凸出部,并且所述第二压力辊包括围绕其边沿表面环形地延伸的第二凸出部。所述第一凸出部沿所述第一压力辊和所述第二压力辊的轴向方向相对于所述第二凸出部偏移。所述第一砧辊和所述第二砧辊可分别具有基本光滑的边沿表面。
通过凸出部位置的偏移,凸出部将对密封的不同部位施加额外的压力,从而迫使任何被截留的空气移动。最终结果令人惊讶,通过使用根据本发明的压力单元从密封中除去大部分空气。
第一凸出部和第二凸出部可具有包括曲率的轮廓,以试图影响密封中被截留的空气的运动方向。优选将空气从密封中移出而不是移入包装中。对于顶部密封,任何被截留的空气应该优选地沿底部到顶部的方向移动并且对于底部密封,任何被截留的空气应该优选地沿顶部到底部的方向移动。
第一和第二凸出部可以具有介于0.3mm和1.5mm之间的半径,优选地约0.7mm的半径。
第一凸出部的曲率可以不同于第二凸出部的曲率。原因可能是,例如以便从不同的凸出部施加不同的压力量。
第二凸出部的曲率可以比第一凸出部的宽。
所述压力单元可以进一步包括一个或多个附加的压力辊和砧辊,所述附加的压力辊和砧辊的布置方式与所述第一压力辊和所述第一砧辊以及所述第二压力辊和所述第二砧辊的布置方式相同,并且沿所述行进方向进一步在所述第一压力辊和所述第一砧辊以及所述第二压力辊和所述第二砧辊的下游。
沿行进方向布置在第一压力辊下游的压力辊的凸出部可以布置成随后相对于第一压力辊的第一凸出部,偏移递增。以这种方式,凸出部将在偏移方向上展开,以便影响密封的所有部分。凸出部可以是例如偏移以阶梯状方式递增,以使被截留的空气逐步(对于底部密封)向上并远离包装内部移动。
沿行进方向布置在第一压力辊下游的压力辊的凸出部可以布置成相对于所述第一压力辊的所述第一凸出部宽度随后递增或随后递减。这是影响任何被截留空气的另一种方法。第一薄的凸出部可以是例如放置在压力辊的底部,以便在靠近包装内部的位置施加压力。下一个压力辊的凸出部可以更宽,也可以放置在压力辊的底部。然后,随后的压力辊辊可以在压力辊的底部放置越来越宽的凸出部,直到最后一个辊具有与辊一样宽的凸出部。
根据第二方面,所述目的通过用于用食品填充包装的填充机完全或至少部分地实现,所述填充机包括具有线圈导体的电感器装置,所述电感器装置与所述包装相互作用并且布置在所述电感器装置下游,其中所述填充机还包括根据本发明第一方面的压力单元。
根据第三方面,所述目的通过包含食品的包装完全或至少部分地实现,其中所述包装已经使用根据本发明的第一方面所述的压力单元密封,或者使用根据本发明的第二方面所述的填充机填充。
根据第四方面,所述目的通过用于密封用于食品的包装的方法完全或至少部分地实现,该方法包括将所述包装进给通过电感器装置,所述电感器装置与所述包装相互作用以将所述包装的部分中至少一层熔化,将所述包装进给通过根据本发明的第一方面所述的压力单元,以在所述部分的至少第一区段上提供压力并且之后在所述上部分的第二区段上提供压力。所述第一区段和第二区段对应于不同压力辊的不同高度的凸出部。所述部分可以是包装的上部分或下部分。

图2a-2e示出了成排的压力辊11,12,13的凸出部15,16,17的偏移的不同配置。图2a示出了现有技术的配置,即成排的带有凸出部的压力辊而没有任何压力辊之间的偏移。箭头d表示包装2和要密封的部分5的移动方向,并且是与图1中的方向d相同的方向。
图2b示出了以与图1所示的方式相同的方式偏移的凸出部15,16,17的结构,即三个为一组,具有相继重复的偏移凸出部。
在图2c中,根据本发明的不同配置呈现出五个为一组的凸出部15,16,17,其中,相对于第一压力辊11的第一凸出部15,偏移递增。
图2d示出了在凸出部15,16,17之间具有随机偏移的随机配置。令人惊讶地已经表明,使用偏移的随机配置的效果与使用如图2c或图2e中的递增的偏移的效果一样好。
图2e示出了具有五个为一组的凸出部15,16,17的配置,其中,相对于第一压力辊11的第一凸出部15,偏移递增,如同图2c中所示,只是偏移方向与图2c中的偏移方向相反。
应当理解,可以预期本发明的其他变型,并且在某些情况下,可以采用本发明的一些特征,而无需相应地使用其他特征。因此,应当理解,所附权利要求应当以与本发明的范围一致的方式广泛地解释。
例如,不同于图2a-2e中所示的那些配置的不同压力辊11,12,13的凸出部15,16,17之间的偏移的其他配置也可能在本发明的范围内。事实上,即使是随机配置也足以对现有技术解决方案进行大的改进。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于密封用于食品的包装(2)的压力单元(1),其包括用于沿行进方向(d)将所述包装(2)输送通过所述压力单元(1)的输送机(3),
第一可旋转压力辊(11)和第一可旋转砧辊(21),所述第一压力辊(11)与所述第一砧辊(21)相对设置,以形成用于接收且能旋转地接合所述包装的部分(5)的第一辊隙(4),以及
沿所述行进方向布置在所述第一压力辊(11)和所述第一砧辊(21)的下游的第二可旋转压力辊(12)和第二可旋转砧辊(22),所述第二压力辊(12)与所述第二砧辊(22)相对布置,以形成用于接收且能旋转地接合所述包装的所述部分(5)的第二辊隙(6),其中
所述第一压力辊(11)包括围绕其边沿表面(18)环形地延伸的第一凸出部(15),
所述第二压力辊(12)包括围绕其边沿表面(19)环形地延伸的第二凸出部(16),
所述第一凸出部(15)沿所述第一压力辊(11)和所述第二压力辊(12)的轴向方向(7)相对于所述第二凸出部(16)偏移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力单元,其中所述第一凸出部(15)和所述第二凸出部(16)具有包括曲率的轮廓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压力单元,其中所述第一凸出部(15)和所述第二凸出部(16)的所述曲率具有介于0.3mm和1.5mm之间的半径,优选地约0.7mm的半径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的压力单元,其中所述第一凸出部(15)的所述曲率与所述第二凸出部(16)的所述曲率不同。
5.根据权利要求4所述的压力单元,其中所述第二凸出部(16)的所述曲率比第一凸出部(15)的宽。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力单元,其进一步包括一个或多个附加的压力辊(13)和砧辊(23),所述压力辊(13)具有相应的凸出部(17),所述压力辊(13)和所述砧辊(23)的布置方式与所述第一压力辊(11)和所述第一砧辊(21)以及所述第二压力辊(12)和所述第二砧辊(22)的布置方式相同,并且沿所述行进方向进一步在所述第一压力辊(11)和所述第一砧辊(21)以及所述第二压力辊(12)和所述第二砧辊(22)的下游。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力单元,其中,沿所述行进方向布置在所述第一压力辊(11)下游的所述压力辊(11,12,13)的所述凸出部(15,16)布置成随后相对于所述第一压力辊(11)的所述第一凸出部(15)的偏移递增。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的压力单元,其中,沿所述行进方向布置在所述第一压力辊(11)下游的所述压力辊(11,12,13)的所述凸出部(15,16)布置成随后相对于所述第一压力辊(11)的所述第一凸出部(15)的宽度递增或递减。
9.一种用于用食品填充包装的填充机,其包括:
电感器装置(8),其具有与所述包装相互作用的线圈导体,和
根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的布置在所述电感器装置的下游的压力单元(1)。
10.一种包含食品的包装(2),其中所述包装(2)使用根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的压力单元密封,或者使用根据权利要求9的所述填充机填充。
11.一种用于密封用于食品的包装的方法,其包括:
将所述包装进给通过电感器装置,所述电感器装置与所述包装相互作用以将所述包装的部分(5)中至少一层熔化,
将所述包装进给通过根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的压力单元(1),以在所述部分(5)的至少第一区段上提供压力并且之后在所述上部分的第二区段上提供压力。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述部分是所述包装(2)的上部分(5)或下部分(2)。
