Abstract

Description

压力垫和具有该压力垫的热密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及在用于热密封填充有可灌装食品的片材包装材料筒的热密封装置中的压力垫,并涉及具有该压力垫的热密封装置。
更具体地,本发明涉及热密封装置的压力垫,该热密封装置可以被并入用于从所述包装材料筒连续生产可灌装食品的密封包装的包装机器,以及具有该压力垫的热密封装置。
背景技术
许多可灌装食品,例如果汁,巴氏杀菌或UHT(超高温处理的)牛奶,酒,蕃茄酱等,在由消毒过的包装材料制成的包装中销售。
这种包装的典型例子是用于液体或可灌装食品的已知为TetraAseptic的平行六面体形状的包装,其通过折叠和密封层压包装材料卷材来形成。该包装材料具有多层结构,其包括两侧覆盖有热密封塑料材料(如聚乙烯)的纤维材料(例如纸)层。
在用于长期储存如UHT牛奶之类的产品的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料包括一层氧阻隔材料(如铝片材),其被叠加在一层热密封塑性材料上,并进而覆盖最终形成包装的接触食品的内表面的另一层热密封塑料材料。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装机上制成的,在全自动包装机上连续的筒从卷材进给的包装材料形成;例如通过施加化学消毒剂(如过氧化氢溶液)将包装材料卷材在包装机本身灭菌,在灭菌后,例如通过加热蒸发将化学消毒剂从包装材料的表面上除去;如此消毒的包装材料卷材被保持在封闭的无菌环境中,并且被纵向地折叠和密封以形成筒。
该筒以第一垂直方向连续进给,用消毒过的或消毒处理过的食品填充,并且被夹持并通过热密封装置的方式在截面等距地热密封。
更具体地,热密封装置包括两个或更多成对的钳口,其循环并连续地作用在筒上和热密封筒的包装材料,以通过相应的横向压力垫形成彼此连接的枕状包的连续带,即以垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸。
该枕状包通过切断各自的压力垫分开,然后被输送到最终的折叠站,在最终的折叠站它们被机械地折叠成最终的平行六面体的形状。
通过加热装置热密封在每对钳口之间夹持的筒部,所述加热装置由所述钳口中的一个携带并用于局部熔化夹持在钳口之间的两层热密封塑料材料。
更具体地,在包装材料中阻隔材料层是由导电材料(例如铝)片材定义的,包装材料通常由所谓的感应热密封工艺热密封,在感应热密封工艺中,当所述筒由成对的钳口夹持时,在铝片材中感应电流以局部地加热铝片材,从而局部熔化可热密封的塑料材料。
更具体地说,在感应加热密封中,该加热装置基本上包括电感器,电感器由两个钳口中的一个(被称为密封钳口)携带,电感器由高频电流发生器供电,并且基本上通过由导电材料制成的一个或多个感应棒限定,其平行于第二方向延伸,并且其与筒材料相互作用并诱导在筒材料中的电流以将筒材料加热到所需的热密封温度。
在最通常的、公知的实施方式中,电感器正面地限定平行于第二方向延伸并在垂直于所述第一方向的中间平面的相对侧上的两个直的、细长的活性表面。更具体地,活性表面位于密封钳口的相应的前接触表面中,在所述中间表面的相对侧延伸并平行于所述中间平面且由中央凹槽分隔开,并且具有连续的或分段的朝包装材料突起的纵向突出。
另一个钳口(被称为反向钳口)具有由弹性材料制成的两个压力垫,该两个压力垫在中间平面的相对侧上并平行于中间平面延伸,并具有相应的平坦的前接触表面,前接触表面与密封钳口的相应的前接触表面协作,并因此与电感器的相应的活性表面协作,以沿限定横向压力垫的相应的密封线加热密封所述筒。一旦热密封操作完成,则例如通过两个钳口中的一个(通常是反向钳口)携带的切割构件被激活并与包装材料筒相互作用以沿密封线之间的横向压力垫的中心线切割所述筒,从而将枕状包切割离开包装材料筒的底端。底部被横向密封,钳口在到达下死点(bottom dead-centre)位置时可以被打开,以避免干扰筒的顶部。
虽然提供高质量的密封,但上述类型的已知的热密封装置仍然留有改善的余地。
尤其是,在包装含有小固体颗粒(例如纤维或种子,如在番茄制品中)的可灌装食品的情况中,一些颗粒可能沉积在用于密封的两个包装材料片材的接触部分之间,从而局部损害包装材料的热密封性。在这种情况下,根据陷在压力垫中的颗粒的位置,可能形成通过密封部分的通道,从而危及封装的无菌性。
在EP 1,300,340中,示出了具有恒定的、相对小的半径的接触表面的压力垫。已发现这种类型的垫有效地从密封区移动一些颗粒,但它也会对包装材料造成不必要的压力。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供具有15mm±5mm的曲率半径的压力垫的接触面,提供一种至少减轻上述一些问题的压力垫。已经令人惊奇地显示其提供良好的密封质量,同时也在密封过程中对包装材料轻柔。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的压力垫拟用于在图1中可以示意地看出的热密封装置1。这种热密封装置通常用于成形、填充和密封机器,其中它用来密封和切割连续袋/包装之间的包装材料筒,以便产生单个的袋/包装。热密封装置包括加热钳口2和反向钳口3。在使用时,将它们放到一起,使得所述包装材料的两侧被热密封在一起以形成紧密的密封。加热钳口2和反向钳口3两者相对于中间平面A对称,中间平面A垂直于加热钳口2的总密封平面并布置在加热钳口2和反向钳口3的中央。
热密封装置还包括刀具4,其坐落于反向钳口3中的槽中并沿着平面A移动。反向钳口装配有被安装到反向钳口3中的槽6中的两个压力垫5或密封推车,在反向钳口3的中间平面A的每一侧有一个。
加热钳口2具有两个平坦的密封表面7,每个密封表面7设置有突起部8。在加热钳口2中还设置有用于在切割包装材料的过程中接收刀具4的缝9。
在图2中,在更详细的剖视图中示出压力垫5。压力垫5包括拟安装在反向钳口3中的槽6中的第一部分10,以及在使用中被布置成朝向加热钳口2的第二部分20。第二部分20具有外接触表面21,外接触表面21具有最高突起点22。由于压力垫延伸进入图中,因此最高突起点22形成最高突起线。压力垫5也具有背朝外接触面21的两个表面23、24,并且其被设置成正好在槽6外邻接反向钳口3的外表面。这些表面23、24从第一部分10成角度向上,并且被布置成吸收至少一部分的密封力。
压力垫5的第一部分10具有在使用中背朝反向钳口3的中间平面A的第一侧表面11。从所述第一部分的底部观察,第一侧表面11成角度朝向平面A。第一部分10还具有在使用中朝向反向钳口3的中间平面A的第二侧表面12。第二侧表面12与反向钳口3的中间平面A平行。第一侧表面11和第二侧表面12一起建立在使用中保持压力垫在反向成形的槽6内的适当位置的楔形第一部分10。
在图1和图2中所示的实施方式中,外接触表面21具有约15mm的恒定曲率半径。这在测试中已经显示为用于在对包装材料轻柔的同时从密封区移动颗粒的最佳半径。此外,在所示实施方式中,最高凸起点或线22被设置成与加热钳口2的突起部8重合。这在图2中清楚地示出,其中加热钳口2的突起部8用虚线表示。这已表明使得密封区的一些颗粒较适当地移走。
在图3和4中示出了压力垫5、5″的替代实施方式。这些实施方式还具有约15mm的恒定曲率半径的外接触表面21′、21″,以及被布置成与加热钳口(未示出)的突起部重合的最高凸起点或线22′、22″。
可以看出,第二侧表面12、12′、12″和平面B、B′、B″的距离在三个实施方式之间不同,平面B、B′、B″平行于中间平面A并穿过最高凸起点或线22、22′、22″。这是最高凸起点或线22、22′、22″的位置被布置成与相应的加热钳口2的突起部的中心一致的结果。加热钳口2的突起部8在所有的加热钳口的位置不是相同的,这需要具有不同的压力垫5。
在图1至5中,示出了压力垫5具有成角度的第一侧壁11。这个角度提供压力垫5在反向钳口3的槽6内的安全锁定,而这在一些高速应用中是合乎期望的。角度α为约30°。
在图5中,成角度的第二横向表面12b用虚线示出。这种成角度的壁提供了压力垫5在槽6内的更加稳固的锁定,并且它可以被提供用于所有的不同实施方式。该壁的角度β为约10°。
在图6中,根据本发明的一个实施方式示出了压力垫5的外接触表面21。如可以看到的,外接触表面可设有分隔的凹槽30,每个凹槽具有几乎圆形的周边。这些凹槽用于保持在所述密封区附近在压力垫5和包装材料的外部之间的流体,因为这已经显示出改善的密封操作。不同类型的凹槽是可能的,只要它们能保持或容纳在所述密封区域中的流体或液体。这些凹槽30可以覆盖整个区域,或者在最高凸起线22附近的仅中央区域。
在替代实施方式中,外接触表面(21,21′,22″)的曲率半径为15mm±4mm,或15mm±3mm,或15mm±2mm,或15mm±1mm。即使示出具有恒定的曲率半径的外接触表面(21,21′,22″),但只要整体外表面具有落入上述范围内的总体平均的曲率半径,则具有变化的半径当然是可能的。
外接触表面(21,21′,21″)通常是到用参考号21、21′、21″所指示的曲线的图(如在图2至图5中所示)中的凸起。但是,外接触表面稍微偏离完美的直的凸起,并且可沿其长度方向略微弯曲,以在使用中与加热钳口2的类似弯曲突起部8(未示出)重合,这也是有可能的。然而,本发明的压力垫5通常由相对弹性的材料制成,因此,即使是直的压力垫可能能够配合入反向钳口3的弯曲槽8。
术语弧形表面用于描述外接触表面,因为它在所有的横截面中是弧形的,至少它在要接触加热钳口2的部分中是弧形的。该弧形表面实际上是圆筒形表面的一部分,其中所述压力垫5的顶部形成圆筒形部分。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于包装机中的热密封装置(1)的压力垫(5),所述热密封装置具有热密封钳口(2)和反向钳口(3),所述热密封钳口(2)和反向钳口(3)适于当所述钳口(2,3)被压在一起时将包装材料的两个表面密封在一起,所述压力垫包括
-第一部分(10),其适于被安装在所述热密封装置的反向钳口(3)上,
-第二部分(20),其在使用中朝向所述热密封装置的所述热密封钳口(2)设置,所述第二部分(20)沿着所述压力垫(5)的延伸部分的横截面具有在使用中朝向所述热密封钳口(2)的基本上恒定的圆弧形外接触表面(21,21′,21″),
所述压力垫(5)由弹性材料制成,其特征在于所述圆弧形外接触表面(21,21′,21″)的所述横截面具有15mm±5mm的曲率半径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,所述压力垫(5)的所述第二部分(20)被构造成使得所述圆弧形外接触表面(21,21′,21″)的最高凸起点或线(22,22′,22″)与所述热密封钳口(2)的突起(8)重合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的压力垫,其中,所述圆弧形外接触表面(21,21′,21″)设置有分隔的凹陷(30)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中所述第一部分(10)适于安装在所述反向钳口(3)的槽(8)中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,所述压力垫(5)的所述第一部分(10)的第一侧表面(11)在使用中背对所述热密封装置(1)的中间平面(A),从所述压力垫的底部观察,所述压力垫(5)的所述第一部分(10)的第一侧表面(11)成角度朝向所述平面(A),所述角度为约30°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,在使用中朝向所述热密封装置(1)的中间平面(A)的所述压力垫(5)的所述第一部分(10)的第二侧表面(12),平行于所述热密封装置(1)的所述中间平面(A)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,所述压力垫(5)的所述第一部分(10)的第二侧表面(12)在使用中朝向所述热密封装置(1)的中间平面(A),从所述压力垫(5)的基部观察,所述压力垫(5)的所述第一部分(10)的第二侧表面(12)成角度背对所述平面(A),所述角度为约10°。
8.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,所述外接触表面(21)的横截面具有恒定的曲率半径。
9.根据权利要求1所述的压力垫,其中,所述外接触表面(21)具有15mm±4mm、或15mm±3mm、或15mm±2mm、或15mm±1mm的曲率半径。
