Abstract

Description

用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪
本申请是申请日为2009年4月27日、申请号为200980115241.8的中国发明专利申请“用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪。
背景技术
众所周知,许多食品,如果汁、巴氏灭菌牛奶或超高温处理(UHT)牛奶、酒、西红柿汁等,都是在由经过消毒的包装材料制成的包装中出售的。
典型的这种包装是用于液体食品或可灌注食品的平行六面体形包装,这种包装被称作无菌利乐砖(TetraBrikAseptic,注册商标),所述包装是通过对层压条带包装材料进行折叠和密封而制成的。
包装材料具有多层结构,大体上包括用于提供刚度和强度的基层,所述基层可由纤维材料层限定,所述纤维材料例如为纸或填充矿物的聚丙烯材料;和多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯膜,所述层覆盖了所述基层的两个侧面。
对于用于长期储存产品如UHT牛奶的无菌包装而言,包装材料还包括气体屏障和光屏障材料层,例如铝箔或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)膜,所述层被叠置在热密封塑料材料层上,且其上进一步覆盖有另一热密封塑料材料层,所述层形成了包装的与食品最终接触的内面。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装机中生产出来的,在这种机器上,以薄板形式供给的包装材料形成了连续管子。更具体而言,包装材料的薄板从卷轴上被展开且被供给通过包装机上的无菌室并在其中被消毒,这例如是通过施加消毒剂如过氧化氢实现的,消毒剂随后通过加热和/或通过使包装材料经受具有适当波长和强度的辐射的方式被蒸发;且经过消毒的薄板被保持在封闭的消毒环境中,且被折叠成圆柱体并沿纵向被密封以便以已公知的方式形成连续的管子。
包装材料的管子实际上形成了无菌室的延伸,所述管子沿垂直方向被供给、被经过消毒的或消毒处理过的食品充注、且被供给穿过密封装置以便形成独立包装。更具体而言,在密封装置中,管子在多个等距间隔的剖面处被密封以便形成枕状包装,所述枕状包装通过横向密封条带彼此相连,即与管子的行进方向垂直地进行延伸;且所述枕状包装借助于对相对横向的密封条带进行切割的方式被彼此分开,且被输送至折叠站,在所述折叠站处,所述包装被机械地折叠以便形成相应的完工的平行六面体形包装。
包装机是已公知的,例如欧洲专利EP-B-0887265所述地那样,所述包装机包括两个链式输送机,所述链式输送机限定出相应的环形路径且装配有相应数量的密封夹爪。这两条路径具有相应的分支,所述分支大体上面对彼此且平行于彼此,且包装材料的管子在这两条分支之间被供给从而使得位于一个输送机上的夹爪沿相应路径的所述分支与位于另一输送机上的对应的夹爪协同作用,以便在多个相继连续的剖面处夹紧管子,并且以便密封和切割包装。
包装机还已公知地包括仅两对夹爪,所述两对夹爪交替地作用在包装材料的管子上以便沿多个等距间隔的剖面对所述管子进行夹紧和密封,所述密封例如为热密封。
一旦完成密封操作,则切割器被启动并与包装材料的管子相互作用以便沿刚刚被密封的剖面的中心线对所述管子进行切割,并因此使枕状包装与包装材料管子的底端分离,所述切割器例如由每对夹爪中的其中一个夹爪承载。底端沿横向被密封,相关夹爪(relativejaw)在到达底部死点位置时可被打开以便避免与管子的顶部部分相互干扰。同时,以完全相同的方式运行的另一对夹爪从顶部死点位置向下移动并重复上述夹紧/成形、密封和切割过程。
在这两种包装机中,被夹紧在每对夹爪之间的管子部分在正常情况下都是被加热器件密封的,所述加热器件被承载在其中一个夹爪上并使被夹紧在夹爪之间的热密封塑料材料的层产生局部熔化。
超声波密封装置现在被广泛应用于对包装材料进行更快地局部熔化且因而提高了产量。
超声波密封装置大体上包括机械振动发生器或超声焊极和砧板-例如EP-B-615907所述-所述机械振动发生器或超声焊极和砧板被装配到相应的夹爪上,且具有彼此协同作用以便通过超声波振动对包装材料进行加热的相应表面。
更特别地,超声焊极是在一个或多个压电材料盘的作用下产生振动的密封工具;为所述盘提供了交流电压,且所述盘产生机械振动,所述机械振动的能量取决于实际的供应电压或电流供应。
在本发明所属工业领域内,认为需要防止在密封阶段形成聚乙烯鼓泡或凸起,这种鼓泡或凸起损害了密封质量且在一些情况下甚至会刺穿屏障材料层并因此损害长期储存产品的无菌本质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封夹爪,所述密封夹爪被设计以便以简单且低成本的方式满足上述需求。
根据本发明,提供了一种用于由包装材料的管子(3)来生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪(1),所述管子沿路径(A)被供给,所述密封夹爪包括第一工作表面(28),所述第一工作表面与位于相对夹爪(2)上的第二工作表面(29)相互作用以便夹紧所述包装材料并形成与所述路径(A)交叉的密封条带(6);所述夹爪和相对夹爪(1、2)中的一个夹爪(1)限定了砧板(9),且所述夹爪和相对夹爪(1、2)中的另一夹爪(2)限定了加热器件(8),所述加热器件(8)与所述砧板(9)相互作用以形成所述条带(6);所述第一表面(28)包括:-多个伸出部(35、36;36、36;36、37),所述伸出部沿相应的第一轴线(X)呈细长状,并且在形成所述条带(6)时将所述包装材料的相应区域压靠在所述第二表面(29)上;和-多个腔体(40),所述腔体沿所述第一轴线(X)之一延伸,并且各自沿着与所述第一轴线(X)交叉的第二轴线(Y)而介于两个连续的伸出部(35、36;36、36;36、37)之间,并且相对于所述第一工作表面(28)的中心平面(P)位于侧面;所述伸出部(35、36、37)中的至少第一伸出部(36)是由两个弯曲的第一壁部(44)限定的;所述第一壁部(44)中的至少一个壁部,当沿垂直于相应的所述第一轴线(X)的第二平面被截取剖面时,包括具有第一半径和第一角度的第一弧;所述多个腔体(40)具有弯曲轮廓(41);当沿垂直于所述第一轴线(X)的平面被截取剖面时,所述轮廓(41)呈现具有第二半径和第二角度的至少第二弧的形式;其特征在于,所述第一半径处在0.1mm与0.3mm之间的范围内;所述第二弧限定了所述腔体(40)的底部部分,并且所述第二半径处在0.1mm与0.4mm之间的范围内;沿所述第二轴线(Y)测得的在所述伸出部(35、36、37)之间和在所述腔体(40)之间的距离处在0.5mm与2.5mm之间的范围内。

具体实施方式
图1至图2中使用附图标记1整体上表示根据本发明的用于生产食品的密封包装的夹爪。
夹爪1可被包括在包装机(未示出)中,所述包装机用于由包装材料的管子3生产食品的密封包装,所述管子由已公知的装置(未示出)沿垂直路径A供给。
夹爪1优选被包括在用于生产可灌注食品的密封包装的包装机中,所述可灌注食品例如为巴氏灭菌或UHT牛奶、果汁、酒、豌豆、豆类等。
夹爪1还可被包括在这样的包装机中,所述包装机用于生产在包装制造阶段处于可灌注状态但在包装被密封之后凝固的食品的密封包装。这种食品的一个实例是奶酪的一部分,所述奶酪在包装制造阶段融化,且在包装密封之后凝固。
管子3是通过对热密封板片材料进行纵向折叠和密封的已公知方式成形的,且被连续向下地充注有经过消毒的或消毒处理过的食品以便进行包装。
该包装机包括两个如专利EP-B-615907所示和所述的链式输送机,所述链式输送机限定出相应的环形路径且装配有相应数量的密封夹爪1和相应的相对夹爪2。所述路径具有相应的分支,所述分支大体上平行于彼此,且在所述分支之间,管子3沿路径A被供给,从而使得,沿相应路径的所述分支,位于一个输送机上的夹爪1与位于另一输送机上的相对应的相对夹爪2协同作用以便在多个等距间隔的剖面处对管子3进行夹紧、超声波密封和切割。
更特别地,每个夹爪1和相应的相对夹爪2相互作用以便在多个等距间隔的剖面处对管子3进行密封并形成枕状包装5,所述枕状包装通过与路径A垂直的相应的密封条带6(图1)被连接至管子3。
条带6被夹爪1上的切割器22切割以使包装5分离开来。
每个相对夹爪2和相对应的夹爪1被设置在管子3的彼此相对的侧部上、分别装配有机械振动发生器或超声焊极8和砧板9、且可在打开位置与闭合位置(如图1和图2所示)之间且与路径A交叉地进行移动,在所述位置处,夹爪在相关剖面处对管子3进行夹紧和密封以便形成相关密封条带6。
仅被示意性地示于图1和图2中的超声焊极8优选包括多个并排的超声波头,所述超声波头是专利EP-B-615907所示和所述的那种超声波头,且被罩在外部套壳10中,所述外部套壳被刚性地装配到相对夹爪2的本体上。
简而言之,超声焊极8是密封工具,所述密封工具通过一个或多个压电材料盘产生振动;为所述盘供应交流电压,且所述盘产生机械振动,所述机械振动的能量取决于实际的供应电压。
每个夹爪1大体上包括支承本体11和砧板9。
支承本体11(图2)是大体上平的,且包括中心部分14和两个端部部分15。对于每个夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2的闭合位置而言,支承本体11位于与路径A平行的平面中,且端部部分15沿平行于路径A的方向大于中心部分14。
砧板9包括大体上呈棱柱形的主体20,所述主体限定出贯通座(throughseat)21(图1至图4),所述贯通座罩住切割器22;和以相应的中空圆柱体形式存在的两个端部部分23,所述端部部分位于主体20的彼此相对的端部处。
更特别地,主体20包括(图3):
-两个分别位于顶部和底部的壁部24、25,所述壁部位于与路径A垂直的相应的平行平面中,此时夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置;
-前壁部26,所述前壁部交叉地介于壁部24与25之间,且通过所述前壁部形成了座21;和
-另一壁部27(图5和图6),所述壁部垂直地介于壁部24与25之间,位于与壁部26相对的侧部上,且座21同样通过所述壁部被成形。
更特别地,壁部26包括表面28(图5和图6),所述表面与超声焊极8的表面29(图1)相互作用以便夹紧和密封管子3从而形成相关条带6;和两个平的表面30、31,所述平的表面平行于壁部27且介于表面28与壁部24、25之间。
表面28相对于壁部26的中心对称平面P对称地延伸,且表面30、31位于中心平面P的相对侧上。
更特别地,平面P将表面28分成两个相等的部分32、33(图5),这两个部分与表面29的相应的半件协同作用以便形成条带6的相应半件。
部分32、33介于座21与相关表面30、31之间。
座21具有与中心平面P重合的对称平面。
切割器22以滑动方式被罩在座21内部,且受到已公知的致动装置(未示出)的控制以便沿横向条带6切割管子3以使成形的包装5与管子3分离。
表面26有利地包括(图4和图5):
-沿相应的轴线X(图3、图4、图5和图6中仅示出了一根轴线)延伸的多个细长伸出部35、36、37,且所述伸出部将包装材料的相应区域压靠在表面29上;和
-与轴线X平行地延伸的多个细长腔体40,所述腔体位于平面P的任一侧上,且每个腔体介于相应的成对伸出部35-36、36-36、36-37之间,而沿与轴线X交叉的轴线Y彼此相邻。
更特别地,当相关夹爪1和对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置处时,伸出部35、36、37相对于表面30、31朝向路径A伸出。
沿轴线Y,从座21至相关表面30、31,每个部分32、33包括:
-伸出部35;
-与两个伸出部36交替且沿轴线Y等距间隔的三个腔体40;和
-伸出部37。
沿轴线Y,每个部分32、33的第一腔体40介于相应的伸出部35和相应的相邻伸出部36之间;第二腔体40介于相应的伸出部36之间;且第三腔体40介于相应的相邻伸出部36与相应的伸出部37之间。
每个腔体40具有以半圆柱体的侧表面的形式存在的轮廓41,所述半圆柱体具有平行于轴线X的轴线。
换句话说,当与轴线X垂直地截取剖面时,每个轮廓41以半圆的形式存在。
每个轮廓41相对于相应的底部生成线49是对称的,所述底部生成线平行于轴线X。更特别地,生成线49所处的平面与表面30、31的共用表面隔开一定距离,且限定出表面28的与超声焊极8的表面29相距最远的点,此时相关夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置处。
每个部分32、33的腔体40整体位于座21的相应侧部上,即,未与平面P相交。
每个部分32、33的腔体40还沿轴线Y是等距间隔的。
从座21至相应的相邻腔体40,每个伸出部35由处在一定角度下的两个平的壁部42、43限定且由弯曲壁部44限定。
更特别地,壁部43是平的且位于垂直于平面P的相应平面中;且壁部42相对于平面P是倾斜的且从相应的壁部43朝向座21彼此会聚。
壁部44以相应圆柱体的相应侧表面部分的形式存在,所述圆柱体具有平行于轴线X的相应轴线。
当沿垂直于轴线X的相应平面截取剖面时(图5和图6),壁部44的轮廓以小于180度的相应弧的形式存在。
每个伸出部36由两个壁部44限定,且由沿轴线Y介于壁部44之间的壁部43限定。

介于伸出部37、36;36、36;36、35之间的至少一个腔体40的轮廓41的半径优选处在0.1mm与0.4mm之间的范围内,至少在其底部部分处与伸出部35、36、37的峰部距离最远。

此外,伸出部35、36、37和相邻轮廓41被连接以便避免出现成一定角度的尖端和/或尖锐边缘。
换句话说,在相应的共用部段中,轮廓41和壁部44具有重合的正切平面。
同样地,在相应的共用部段中,壁部42-43-44、44-43-44、44-46-45也具有重合的正切平面。
壁部46沿轴线Y比壁部43更长,且位于与壁部43相同的平面中。
壁部43、46限定出相应伸出部35、36、37的顶部部分,即,表面28沿与平面P平行的方向与表面30、31相隔最远且与超声焊极8的表面29相隔最近的部分,此时相关夹爪1和对应的相对夹爪2朝向彼此移动。
如图5和图6所示,当沿垂直于轴线X的相应平面截取剖面时,表面28的每个部分32、33都具有波状形状且沿轴线Y从相关表面30、31朝向平面P包括:
-与壁部45、46对应的第一直的部分;
-多个第二部分,所述第二部分限定出面向相关表面30、31的相应凹面且对应于相应壁部44;
-与第二部分交替的多个第三部分,所述第三部分限定出面向远离相关表面30、31方向的相应凹面且对应于相应腔体40的轮廓41;和
-与伸出部35的相应壁部43、42相对应的第四直的部分。
当沿垂直于轴线X的相应平面截取剖面时,每个部分32、33还包括第五直的部分,每个部分位于相关伸出部36的第二部分之间,且对应于伸出部36的相应壁部43。
更特别地,轴线X彼此平行且与壁部24、25平行,且轴线Y垂直于轴线X。
当夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置处时,轴线Y平行于路径A,且轴线X垂直于路径A。
夹爪1的操作方式如下:
两个链式输送机沿相对方向旋转,从而使得夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2按照预定的运动法则与管子3协同作用。
现在将结合一个夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2对操作周期进行更详细地描述,所有的夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2显然以一定的时间间隔实施相同的操作周期,所述时间间隔取决于产率。
沿所述路径的给定部分,夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2从打开位置被置于一起以使管子3逐渐变形并最终“变平”从而形成管子3的横向带。
在到达闭合位置时,夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2夹紧管子3,表面28和29被压靠在彼此上,且超声焊极8被启动以便对包装材料进行局部加热和熔化并因此形成条带6。
更特别地,包装材料上的压力在壁部43处最大,且从壁部43向着腔体40的轮廓41的生成线49逐渐降低。
超声焊极8对包装材料的加热程度与表面28和29施加在包装材料上的压力成比例。
包装材料因此主要在表面28的壁部43处熔化,并流入表面28的腔体40内。
一旦形成了条带6,则切割器22被启动以便沿横向条带6切割管子3且因此使成形的包装5与管子3的其余部分分离。
夹爪1和对应的相对夹爪2随后移至远离路径A的打开位置以便释放管子3。
通过上面的描述,所属领域技术人员将易于理解根据本发明的夹爪1的优点。
特别是,设置交替的多个伸出部35、36、37和腔体40使得在形成条带6时施加在包装材料上的压力从壁部43处的最大值向相应腔体40的底部生成线49处的最小值产生变化。
包装材料可因此在特别广大的区域上被密封,所述区域对应于伸出部35、36、37和腔体40的表面积之和。
在密封阶段,熔化的聚乙烯形成了包装材料的一部分且因而自由地流入腔体40内,而不会形成凸起或鼓泡,这种凸起或鼓泡将损害密封质量,甚至会刺穿屏障材料层,因而损害长期储存产品的无菌本质。
此外,表面28没有尖锐边缘,在对条带6进行密封时,包装材料经受的应力极小,因此减少了损害包装材料且因此损害成品包装件的无菌本质的风险。
显然,所属领域技术人员可对本文所述和所示的夹爪1作出变化,而不会偏离所附权利要求书限定的保护范围。
特别是,伸出部35、36、37和腔体40可由超声焊极8的表面29限定,而不是由砧板9的表面28限定。
包装机可不具有链式输送机,且包括一个夹爪1和对应的相对夹爪2,所述夹爪交替地作用的管子3上、分别可沿相应的导引件在闭合位置与打开位置之间移动、并以周期性的方式与管子相继发生相互作用以便对管子的包装材料进行热密封。
代替超声焊极8的是,相对夹爪2可装配有密封装置,所述密封装置具有不同的加热器件,例如感应加热器件或包括加热杆的器件。
最后,夹爪1可不具有座21,且包装5可在包装机下游被切割。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于由包装材料的管子(3)来生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪(1),所述管子沿路径(A)被供给,所述密封夹爪包括第一工作表面(28),所述第一工作表面与位于相对夹爪(2)上的第二工作表面(29)相互作用以便夹紧所述包装材料并形成与所述路径(A)交叉的密封条带(6);所述夹爪和相对夹爪(1、2)中的一个夹爪(1)限定了砧板(9),且所述夹爪和相对夹爪(1、2)中的另一夹爪(2)限定了加热器件(8),所述加热器件(8)与所述砧板(9)相互作用以形成所述条带(6);
所述第一表面(28)包括:
-多个伸出部(35、36;36、36;36、37),所述伸出部沿相应的第一轴线(X)呈细长状,并且在形成所述条带(6)时将所述包装材料的相应区域压靠在所述第二表面(29)上;和
-多个腔体(40),所述腔体沿所述第一轴线(X)之一延伸,并且各自沿着与所述第一轴线(X)交叉的第二轴线(Y)而介于两个连续的伸出部(35、36;36、36;36、37)之间,并且相对于所述第一工作表面(28)的中心平面(P)位于侧面;
所述伸出部(35、36、37)中的至少第一伸出部(36)是由两个弯曲的第一壁部(44)限定的;
所述第一壁部(44)中的至少一个壁部,当沿垂直于相应的所述第一轴线(X)的第二平面被截取剖面时,包括具有第一半径和第一角度的第一弧;
所述多个腔体(40)具有弯曲轮廓(41);
当沿垂直于所述第一轴线(X)的平面被截取剖面时,所述轮廓(41)呈现具有第二半径和第二角度的至少第二弧的形式;
其特征在于,所述第一半径处在0.1mm与0.3mm之间的范围内;
所述第二弧限定了所述腔体(40)的底部部分,并且所述第二半径处在0.1mm与0.4mm之间的范围内;
沿所述第二轴线(Y)测得的在所述伸出部(35、36、37)之间和在所述腔体(40)之间的距离处在0.5mm与2.5mm之间的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹爪,其特征在于,包括所述砧板(9),所述砧板限定了所述第一表面(28);所述相对夹爪(2)包括所述加热器件(8),所述加热器件限定了所述第二表面(29)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第一伸出部(36)包括平的第二壁部(43),所述第二壁部限定了所述第一伸出部(36)的顶部并且沿所述第二轴线(Y)介于所述第一壁部(44)之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第二角度大于所述第一角度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第二半径大于所述第一半径。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述轮廓(41)与所述第一壁部(44)中的至少一个壁部是连续相接的;所述轮廓(41)和所述至少一个第一壁部(44)在平行于所述第一轴线(X)的共用部段处具有相应的正切重合平面。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述伸出部(35、36、37)中的第二伸出部(35)介于所述中心平面(P)与所述第一伸出部(36)之间;从所述中心平面(P)朝向所述第一伸出部(36),所述第二伸出部(35)由平的第三壁部(42)限定、由相对于所述第三壁部(42)倾斜且限定了所述第二伸出部(35)的顶部的第四壁部(43)限定、且由弯曲的第五壁部(44)限定。
8.根据权利要求7所述的夹爪,其特征在于,包括位于所述第一伸出部(36)的与所述中心平面(P)相对的侧部上的第三伸出部(37);从处在所述中心平面(P)相对侧的所述第一伸出部(36)一侧,所述第三伸出部(37)由弯曲的第六壁部(44)限定、由限定了所述第三伸出部(37)顶部的平的第七壁部(46)限定、并且由相对于所述第七壁部(46)倾斜的平的第八壁部(45)限定。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,第一数量的所述腔体(40)沿所述第二轴线(Y)等距地间隔,并且各自介于两个连续的所述伸出部(35、36;36、36;36、37)之间。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,包括第二数量的所述伸出部(35、36、37)和第二数量的所述腔体(40);所述第一数量的伸出部和腔体以及所述第二数量的伸出部和腔体位于所述第一工作表面(28)的所述中心平面(P)的相应的相对侧上。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第一轴线(X)是平行的;且所述第二轴线(Y)垂直于所述第一轴线(X);当所述夹爪(1)和所述相对夹爪(2)对包装材料进行夹紧并形成所述条带(6)时,所述第二轴线(Y)平行于所述路径(A)。
12.一种用于由包装材料的管子(3)来生产食品的密封包装的包装机,所述管子沿垂直路径(A)被供给、被连续地充注所述食品、且在等距间隔的剖面处被夹紧;
所述包装机的特征在于,包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪(1),和所述相对夹爪(2),所述夹爪和所述相对夹爪彼此协同作用,以沿多个所述条带(6)在所述剖面处对所述管子(3)的包装材料进行密封。
