Description
Claims (10)
- 食品用の包装容器(2)を密封するための加圧ユニット(1)であって、前記包装容器(2)を前記加圧ユニット(1)を通して移動方向(d)に搬送するためのコンベヤ(3)と、
第1の回転可能なプレッシャーローラ(11)及び第1の回転可能なアンビルローラ(21)と、前記第1のプレッシャーローラ(11)が前記第1のアンビルローラ(21)の反対側に配置されて、前記包装容器(5)の一部分を受けて回転可能に係合する第1のニップ(4)を形成し、
前記第1のプレッシャーローラ(11)及び前記第1のアンビルローラ(21)の前記進行方向の下流側に配置された、第2の回転可能なプレッシャーローラ(12)及び第2の回転可能なアンビルローラ(22)と、前記第2のプレッシャーローラ(12)が前記第2のアンビルローラ(22)の反対側に配置されて、前記包装容器(5)の前記一部分を受けて回転可能に係合する第2のニップ(6)を形成し、
を備え、
前記第1のプレッシャーローラ(11)は、その周面(18)の周りに環状に延びる第1の隆起部(15)を含み、
前記第2プレッシャーローラ(12)は、その周面(19)の周りに環状に延びる第2の隆起部(16)を含み、
前記第1の隆起部(15)は、前記第2の隆起部(16)に対して前記第1プレッシャーローラ(11)と前記第2プレッシャーローラ(12)の軸方向(7)にずれている、加圧ユニット。 - 前記第1の隆起部(15)及び前記第2の隆起部(16)は曲率を含む輪郭を有する、請求項1に記載の加圧ユニット。
- 前記第1の隆起部(15)及び前記第2の隆起部(16)の前記曲率は、0.3mmから1.5mmの間である、請求項2に記載の加圧ユニット。
- 前記第1の隆起部(15)の前記曲率は、前記第2隆起部(16)の前記曲率とは異なる、請求項2に記載の加圧ユニット。
- 対応する隆起部(17)を有する一つ以上の追加プレッシャーローラ及び一つ以上の追加アンビルローラ(23)をさらに備え、前記進行方向において、前記第1のプレッシャーローラ(11)と前記第1のアンビルローラ(21)、及び前記第2プレッシャーローラ(12)と前記第2アンビルローラ(22)の下流に配置されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ユニット。
- 前記移動方向において、前記第1のプレッシャーローラ(11)の下流に配置された前記プレッシャーローラ(12、13)の前記隆起部(16)は、前記プレッシャーローラ(11)の前記第1の隆起部(15)に対して、ずれを有して配置される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ユニット。
- 包装容器に食品を充填するための充填機であって、
前記包装容器と相互作用するコイル導体を有するインダクタ装置(8)と、
前記インダクタ装置の下流に配置された、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ユニットと、
を備える充填機。 - 食品を含有する包装容器(2)であって、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ユニットを使用して密封されているか、または請求項7に記載の前記充填機を使用して充填されている、包装容器。 - 食品用の包装容器を密封する方法であって、
前記包装容器の部分(5)の少なくとも1つの層を溶融するため、前記包装容器と相互作用するインダクタ装置を通して前記包装容器を供給し、
前記部分(5)の少なくとも第1の区分と、その後に前記上部部分の第2の区分に圧力を加えるため、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ユニット(1)を通して前記包装容器を供給する、
