Abstract
本发明公开了一种桑叶茶及其制备方法,桑叶茶由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:桑叶94-96%,罗汉松叶4-6%,桑叶茶的制备方法包括选取原料、摊青、杀青、揉搓、炒制成型和包装几个步骤,该桑叶茶完全去除了青味,极大地提高了茶香气,解决普通桑叶茶风味不良的问题,而且还具有提高免疫力、理肺护肺、抗肺肿等特殊作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种桑叶茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学研究表明,桑叶中含有丰富的钾、钙和维生素C、B1、B2、B3、A等人体所需的微量元素,具有降血压、降血糖、抗衰老,增加耐力、降低血脂含量、降低胆固醇,抑制肠内有害细菌繁殖和过氧化物产生等独特功效,对人体有着良好的保健作用。用桑叶制成的桑叶茶能够清火,明目,具有降血压、降血脂和利尿的作用,因此颇受高血压患者(尤其是老年人)的欢迎。但是采用传统技术制作的桑叶茶由于有较浓厚的青味,导致风味不良,影响口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种去除了青味的桑叶茶,该桑叶茶不但解决了风味不良的问题,而且还具有提高免疫力、理肺护肺、抗肺肿等特殊作用。
其技术方案如下:一种桑叶茶由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:桑叶94-96%,罗汉松叶4-6%。
本发明的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、选取原料、摊青:采摘鲜嫩的桑叶和罗汉松叶,桑叶以春季或秋季桑叶为佳,采桑叶时要去掉叶柄,将采来的桑叶和罗汉松叶分别用水漂洗干净;然后分别将洗好的桑叶和罗汉松叶摊开,让其在室温下晾干水分至无水滴为止,最后将已去叶柄的桑叶切成长1.5厘米、宽0.4-0.6厘米的条状叶;
2、杀青:取步骤1切好的桑叶和步骤1洗后晾干的罗汉松叶同时放进杀青机里,桑叶和罗汉松叶重量百分比分别为:桑叶94-96%,罗汉松叶4-6%,在锅机内温度150℃一180℃下杀青5-6分钟;
3、揉搓:将步骤2杀青后的桑叶和罗汉松叶放进揉搓机,启动揉搓机,揉搓机旋转致叶片卷曲、叶汁溢出粘附在叶面上、手搓叶片有润滑感即可;
4、炒制成型:将步骤3揉搓好的半成品放入150℃一180℃的热锅中焙炒,在热锅中不停的翻动桑叶和罗汉松叶,使其受热均匀,水分尽快蒸发,待桑叶和罗汉松叶脱水90%且有茶清香味即取出,然后摊凉到室温;
5、包装:将摊凉到室温的桑叶茶进行筛分,筛去过细的碎末后按色、形、味进行分级包装。
本发明创新之处在于将罗汉松叶加进桑叶中历经摊青、杀青、揉搓、炒制成型和包装几个步骤,完全去除了青味,极大地提高了茶香气,茶汤色浅绿明亮,解决了普通桑叶茶风味不良的问题,从而达到了色、香、味俱佳的目的,并使桑叶茶完全符合人们传统饮茶习惯,有利于普及推广。
李时珍在《本草纲目》里说:“松叶,名为松毛,性温苦,无毒,入肝、肾、肺、脾诸经,治各脏肿毒,风寒湿症。”又说能够治疗肿疱,促进毛发再生,强健肝、肾、心、脾、肺五脏,能够充饥,延年益寿。通过现代技术对罗汉松叶的测试发现:罗汉松叶提取物富含糖类、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、多种氨基酸和多种维生素、生物黄酮类物质、精油、叶绿素、不饱和脂肪酸、酶与辅酶等活性物质。罗汉松叶具有理肺护肺、抗肺肿等特殊妙用。本桑叶茶与普通桑叶茶相比:不但具有普通桑叶茶降血压、降血脂和利尿的功效,而且还具有提高免疫力、防肺部出血、理肺护肺、抗肺肿等特殊妙用,是纯天然绿色产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明桑叶茶按如下步骤得到:
1、选取原料、摊青:采摘鲜嫩的春季桑叶和罗汉松叶,采桑叶要去掉叶柄,将采来的桑叶和罗汉松叶分别用水漂洗干净;然后分别将洗好的桑叶和罗汉松叶摊开,让其在室温下晾干水分至无水滴为止,最后将已去叶柄的桑叶切成长1.5厘米、宽0.4厘米的条状叶;
2、杀青:取步骤1切好的桑叶95公斤和步骤1洗后晾干的罗汉松叶5公斤同时放进滚筒式杀青机里,在锅机内温度180℃下杀青5分钟;
3、揉搓:将步骤2杀青后的桑叶和罗汉松叶放进揉搓机,启动揉搓机,揉搓机旋转致叶片卷曲、叶汁溢出粘附在叶面上、手搓叶片有润滑感即可;
4、炒制成型:将步骤3揉搓好的半成品放入180℃的热锅中焙炒,在热锅中不停的翻动桑叶和罗汉松叶,使其受热均匀,水分尽快蒸发,待桑叶和罗汉松叶脱水90%且有茶清香味即取出,然后摊凉到室温;
5、包装:将摊凉到室温的桑叶茶进行筛分,筛去过细的碎末后按色、形、味进行分级包装。
实施例2
本发明桑叶茶按如下步骤得到:
1、选取原料、摊青:采摘鲜嫩的秋季桑叶和罗汉松叶,采桑叶要去掉叶柄,将采来的桑叶和罗汉松叶分别用水漂洗干净;然后分别将洗好的桑叶和罗汉松叶摊开,让其在室温下晾干水分至无水滴为止,最后将已去叶柄的桑叶切成长1.5厘米、宽0.6厘米的条状叶;
2、杀青:取步骤1切好的桑叶94公斤和步骤1洗后晾干的罗汉松叶6公斤同时放进滚筒式杀青机里,在锅机内温度150℃下杀青6分钟;
3、揉搓:将步骤2杀青后的桑叶和罗汉松叶放进揉搓机,启动揉搓机,揉搓机旋转致叶片卷曲、叶汁溢出粘附在叶面上、手搓叶片有润滑感即可;
4、炒制成型:将步骤3揉搓好的半成品放入150℃的热锅中焙炒,在热锅中不停的翻动桑叶和罗汉松叶,使其受热均匀,水分尽快蒸发,待桑叶和罗汉松叶脱水90%且有茶清香味即取出,然后摊凉到室温;

Claims (2)
1.一种桑叶茶,其特征在于由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:桑叶94-96%,罗汉松叶4-6%。
2.权利要求1所述的一种桑叶茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、选取原料、摊青:采摘鲜嫩的桑叶和罗汉松叶,采桑叶时要去掉叶柄,将采来的桑叶和罗汉松叶分别用水漂洗干净;然后分别将洗好的桑叶和罗汉松叶摊开,让其在室温下晾干水分至无水滴为止,最后将已去叶柄的桑叶切成长1.5厘米、宽0.4-0.6厘米的条状叶;
(2)、杀青:取步骤(1)切好的桑叶和步骤(1)洗后晾干的罗汉松叶同时放进杀青机里,桑叶和罗汉松叶重量百分比分别为:桑叶94-96%,罗汉松叶4-6%,在锅机内温度150℃一180℃下杀青5-6分钟;
(3)、揉搓:将步骤(2)杀青后的桑叶和罗汉松叶放进揉搓机,启动揉搓机,揉搓机旋转致叶片卷曲、叶汁溢出粘附在叶面上、手搓叶片有润滑感即可;
(4)、炒制成型:将步骤(3)揉搓好的半成品放入150℃一180℃的热锅中焙炒,在热锅中不停的翻动桑叶和罗汉松叶,使其受热均匀,水分尽快蒸发,待桑叶和罗汉松叶脱水90%且有茶清香味即取出,然后摊凉到室温;
(5)、包装:将摊凉到室温的桑叶茶进行筛分,筛去过细的碎末后按色、形、味进行分级包装。
