背景技术
杀真菌剂是天然或者合成来源的化合物,其用于保护植物不受真菌导致的损害。目前的农业方法严重依赖于使用杀真菌剂。实际上,一些农作物不能在没有使用杀真菌剂的情况下有效地生长。使用杀真菌剂容许种植者提高作物的产量和品质,以及由此增加作物的价值。在大部分情况下,谷物价值的增加值为使用杀真菌剂的花费的至少三倍。
但是,没有一种杀真菌剂在所有的情况下都是有用的,并且重复使用单种杀真菌剂常常导致对该种或者相关的杀真菌剂产生耐药性。因此,正在进行研究来生产更加安全、具有更好的性能、需要较低的剂量、容易使用、和费用较低的杀真菌剂和杀真菌剂的组合。
当两种、或者更多种化合物的活性超过单独使用时化合物的活性时就发生了协同增效作用。
发明内容

本发明的组合物优选以包含以下(a)和(b)的组合物和植物学可接受的载体的制剂的形式使用:(a)式IA和/或IB的化合物和(b)至少一种选自下组的杀真菌剂:氟环唑,丙硫菌唑,腈嘧菌酯,吡唑醚菌酯,吡噻菌胺,isopyrazam,bixafen,啶酰菌胺,咪鲜胺,百菌清,异丁酸(3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-苄基-3-[(3-异丁酰氧基甲氧基-4-甲氧基吡啶-2-羰基)-氨基]-6-甲基-4,9-二氧代-[1,5]二氧杂环壬烷-7-基酯,和(5,8-二氟代喹唑啉-4-基)-{2-[2-氟-4-(4-三氟甲基吡啶-2-基氧基)-苯基]-乙基}-胺。
为了施用,可将浓缩的制剂分散在水中或者另外的液体中,或者制剂可为粉状或粒状,然后可将其不经进一步处理而施用。根据农业化学技术中常规的方法制备制剂,但是这些方法是新的并且是重要的因为在其中存在协同增效的组合物。
最经常应用的制剂是水性悬浮液或者乳液。这种水可溶、水可悬浮或可乳化制剂为固体时通常称作可湿性粉剂;或者当所述水可溶、水可悬浮或可乳化制剂为液体时通常称作可乳化浓缩物、含水悬浮液或悬浮浓缩物。本发明预期所有的媒介物(vehicles),通过该媒介物可配制所述协同增效的组合物用于递送和用作杀真菌剂。
应该理解的是,可添加这些协同增效的组合物的任何材料都可使用,条件是产生期望的作用,而不显著影响这些协同增效的组合物作为抗真菌剂的活性。
可被压制成水可分散粒料的可湿性粉剂包括所述协同增效的组合物、载体和农业上可接受的表面活性剂的匀质混合物(intimate mixture)。所述可湿性粉剂中的协同增效的组合物的浓度可从约10wt%至约90wt%,更优选从约25wt%至约75wt%,基于制剂的总重量。在可湿性粉剂的制备中,所述协同增效的组合物可与任意微细粉碎的固体混合,所述微细粉碎的固体为例如叶蜡石(prophyllite)、滑石、白垩、石膏、漂白土(Fuller′s earth)、膨润土、凹凸棒石、淀粉、酪蛋白(casein)、麸质(gluten)、蒙脱土(montmorillonite clay)、硅藻土(diatomaceous earth)或精制硅酸盐(purified silicate)等。在所述操作中,通常将微细粉碎的载体与所述协同增效的组合物在挥发性有机溶剂中研磨或混合。有效的表面活性剂(占可湿性粉剂的约0.5%至约10wt%)包括磺化木质素,萘磺酸盐,烷基苯磺酸盐,烷基硫酸盐,和非离子表面活性剂,例如烷基苯酚的环氧乙烷加合物。
协同增效的组合物的可乳化浓缩物包括在合适的液体中的方便的浓度,例如约10wt%至约50wt%,基于可乳化的浓缩物制剂的总重量。将所述协同增效的组合物的组分一起或者分开地溶于载体中,所述载体是水可混溶性的溶剂或者水不可混溶的有机溶剂和乳化剂的混合物。所述浓缩物可用水和油稀释以形成水包油乳液形式的喷雾混合物。有用的有机溶剂包括石油的芳族部分特别是高沸点环烷烃部分和烯部分例如重芳香族石脑油。也可使用其它有机溶剂例如萜烯溶剂包括松香衍生物、脂肪族酮例如环己酮和复杂的醇(complex alchol)例如2-乙氧基乙醇。
可被本发明有利地采用的乳化剂可容易地由本领域技术人员确定并包括各种非离子乳化剂、阴离子乳化剂、阳离子乳化剂和两性乳化剂,或两种或更多种乳化剂的共混物。用在制备所述可乳化浓缩物中使用的非离子乳化剂的实例包括聚亚烷基二醇醚和烷基和芳基酚、脂肪族醇、脂肪族胺或脂肪酸与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的缩合产物例如乙氧基化烷基酚和用多元醇或聚氧化烯溶解的羧酸酯。阳离子乳化剂包括季铵化合物和脂肪胺盐。阴离子乳化剂包括烷基芳基磺酸的油溶盐(例如,钙盐)、油溶盐或硫酸化聚二醇醚和磷酸化聚二醇醚的合适盐。
本发明的可乳化的浓缩物的制备中可采用的代表性有机液体为芳族液体例如二甲苯和丙基苯馏分;或混合的萘馏分、矿物油、取代的芳族有机液体例如邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;煤油(kerosene);各种脂肪酸的二烷基酰胺,特别是脂肪二醇的二甲基酰胺和二醇衍生物例如二乙二醇的正丁基醚、乙基醚或甲基醚和三乙二醇的甲基醚等。在可乳化的浓缩物的制备中也可采用两种或更多种有机液体的混合物。优选的有机液体是二甲苯和丙基苯馏分,在一些情况下二甲苯是最优选的。在液体制剂中通常采用表面活性分散剂,并且以所述表面活性分散剂和协同增效的组合物的组合重量计,所述表面活性分散剂的量为0.1至20wt%。所述制剂也可含有其它相容的添加剂,例如植物生长调节剂和其它农业中使用的生物活性化合物。
含水悬浮液包括一种或多种水不可溶化合物分散在含水媒介物中的悬浮液,以含水悬浮液制剂的总重量计,浓度为约5wt%-约70wt%。如下制备悬浮液:将所述协同增效的组合的组分一起或者分开地精细研磨,将经研磨的物质剧烈混合到媒介物中,所述媒介物由水和选自上述相同类型的表面活性剂构成。也可加入其它成分,例如无机盐以及合成胶或天然胶,以增加含水媒介物的密度和粘度。通常最有效的是通过以下方式同时研磨和混合:制备含水混合物并将其在设备例如砂磨机、球磨机或活塞式匀浆机中匀化。
协同增效的组合物也可作为颗粒制剂的形式施用,所述颗粒制剂可特别用于施用至土壤。以颗粒制剂的总重量计,所述颗粒制剂通常含有分散在载体中的约0.5wt%-约10wt%所述化合物,所述载体完全或大部分由粗糙粉碎的凹凸棒石、膨润土、硅藻土、粘土或相似的廉价物质组成。所述制剂通常如下制备:将所述协同增效的组合物溶解在合适的溶剂中,将其施用至颗粒载体,所述颗粒载体已经被预先制成合适的粒度(范围为约0.5至3mm)。所述制剂也可如下制备:将所述载体和协同增效的组合物制成糊状或膏状,然后压碎并干燥得到所需粒状颗粒。
含有所述协同增效的组合物的粉剂(dust)简单地如下制备:匀质混合粉末状的所述协同增效的组合物和合适的粉尘状农用载体(例如高岭粘土、研碎的火山石等)。粉剂可合适地含有约1%-约10%所述协同增效的组合物/载体组合。
所述制剂可含有农业上可接受的辅助表面活性剂以增强所述协同增效的组合物沉积、润湿和渗透到目标作物和生物体上。这些辅助表面活性剂可任选作为制剂的组分或作为罐混合物使用。以水的喷雾体积计,所述辅助表面活性剂的量通常从0.01至1.0体积%,优选0.05至0.5体积%。合适的辅助表面活性剂包括但乙氧基化壬基酚、乙氧基化合成醇或乙氧基化天然醇、磺基琥珀酸酯或磺基琥珀酸盐、乙氧基化有机硅氧烷、乙氧基化脂肪胺和表面活性剂与矿物油或植物油的共混物。
所述制剂可任选包括含有至少1wt%的一种或者多种所述协同增效的组合物和其它杀虫化合物的组合。所述额外的杀虫化合物可以是杀真菌剂、杀虫剂、杀线虫剂、杀螨剂、杀节肢动物剂(arthropodicide)、杀菌剂或它们的组合,所述额外的杀虫化合物在就应用所选的介质中与本发明的协同增效的组合物相容并且不拮抗本发明化合物的活性。因此,在所述实施方案中,将所述其它杀虫化合物作为增补毒剂使用,用于相同或不同的杀虫用途。所述杀虫化合物和所述协同增效的组合物通常可以1∶100至100∶1的重量比混合到一起。

已经发现所述协同增效的组合物具有显著的杀真菌效果,对于农业用途尤其是这样。所述协同增效的组合物对于用于农业作物和园艺植物,或者用于木材、油漆、皮革或者地毯背衬来说特别有效。

所述协同增效的组合物具有宽范围的作为杀真菌剂的功效。所述协同增效的组合物要施用的确切的量不仅取决于组分的相对量,而且也取决于所希望的具体作用,要控制的真菌种类,以及其生长的阶段,以及植物的部分或者要与该协同增效的组合物接触的其它产品。因此,含有所述协同增效的组合物的制剂在类似的浓度或者对抗相同的真菌类型可能不是等效的。
所述协同增效的组合物在以抑制疾病和植物学可接受的量用于植物方面是有效的。术语″抑制疾病和植物学可接受的量″是指协同增效的组合物的杀死或者抑制期望控制的植物疾病,但是不显著对植物有毒的量。这个量通常为约1至约1000ppm,优选约2至约500ppm。所需的协同增效的组合物的确切浓度随着以下因素变化:要控制的真菌疾病,使用的制剂的类型,施用方法,具体的植物类型,气候条件,等。所述协同增效的组合物的合适的施用量通常对应于约0.10至约4磅/英亩(约0.1至0.45克每平方米g/m2)。
可通过使用常规的地面喷雾器、颗粒施涂器和其他本领域技术人员已知的常规手段,将本组合物施用至真菌或者它们的地点。
提供以下的实施例来进一步说明本发明。不意图将它们解释为限制本发明。
实施例
杀真菌剂混合物对小麦的斑枯病(禾生球腔菌;无性型:小麦壳针孢; Bayer编码为:SEPTTR)的治疗剂和保护剂活性的评价
使小麦植物(Yuma变种)在温室中在含有50%矿质土/50%无土Metro混合物的表面积为27.5平方厘米(cm2)的塑料盆中从种子开始生长,每盆8-12个种子。在第一片叶子完全出现时(这通常需要在种植之后7至8天),将该植物用于测试。在杀真菌剂处理的3-天之前(3-天治疗剂试验;3DC)或者1-天之后(1-天保护剂试验;1DP)将试验植物用小麦壳针孢的含水孢子悬浮液接种。接种后,将所述植物保持在100%相对湿度(在避光防露室(dew chamber)中持续1天,然后在光照薄雾室中持续两天)以使孢子发芽并侵染叶子。然后将植物转移到温室中直到病害得以完全显现。
对于具有式IA的化合物的混合物研究:治疗剂包括杀真菌剂,包括式IA的化合物,氟环唑,丙硫菌唑,腈嘧菌酯,吡唑醚菌酯,吡噻菌胺,isopyrazam,bixafen,啶酰菌胺,咪鲜胺,百菌清,和异丁酸(3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-苄基-3-[(3-异丁酰氧基甲氧基-4-甲氧基吡啶-2-羰基)-氨基]-6-甲基-4,9-二氧代-[1,5]二氧杂环壬烷-7-基酯(化合物A),单独施用或者作为具有式IA的化合物的双路混合物(two-way mixtures)施用。将工业级(Technical grade)的物质溶于丙酮中来制备原液,然后将其用于进行在丙酮中的三倍稀释(three-folddilutions)(对于每个杀真菌剂组分或者对于该双路混合物)。在将稀释液与9体积的水(含有110份每百万份(ppm)的Triton X-100)混合之后,获得期望的杀真菌剂量。使用自动隔间喷雾器(automated booth sprayer)将10mL杀真菌剂溶液施用于6盆植物上,所述自动隔间喷雾器使用两个以20磅每平方英寸(psi)操作的6218-1/4 JAUPM喷嘴,设置在相对的角度以覆盖叶子的两个表面。使所有喷雾的植物在进一步处理之前空气干燥。以相同的方式使用空白溶剂喷施对照植物。
对于具有式IB的化合物的混合物研究:使用在0.1%Trycol 5941中的悬浮液浓缩物(SC)制剂将化合物IB和化合物B或者它们的双路混合物以三倍的系列稀释。使用施用体积为200升/公顷(L/Ha)的跟随喷雾器(track sprayer),将喷雾溶液施用至植物上。
当疾病在对照植物上达到80至100%时,视觉地评价处理的植物上的感染水平,并且在0至100%的级别上打分。然后使用处理的植物上的疾病与对照植物的比例计算疾病控制的百分比。
使用Colby方程来确定从该混合物预期的杀真菌效果。(参见Colby,S.R.Calculation of the synergistic and antagonistic response of herbicidecombinations.Weeds 1967,15,20-22.)。
以下的方程用来计算含有两种活性成分(A和B)的混合物的预测活性:
预测值=A+B-(AxB/100)
A=与混合物中所用的相同浓度的活性组分A的实测功效;
B=与混合物中所用的相同浓度的活性组分B的实测功效。
评价的处理剂,使用的施用量,评价的病原体和得到的疾病控制示于下表1-12中。

Claims (10)

1.一种协同增效的杀真菌混合物,其包括杀真菌有效量的a)式IA的化合物和(b)至少一种选自下组的杀真菌剂:氟环唑,丙硫菌唑,腈嘧菌酯,吡唑醚菌酯,吡噻菌胺,isopyrazam,bixafen,啶酰菌胺,咪鲜胺,百菌清,和异丁酸(3S,6S,7R,8R)-8-苄基-3-[(3-异丁酰氧基甲氧基-4-甲氧基吡啶-2-羰基)-氨基]-6-甲基-4,9-二氧代-[1,5]二氧杂环壬烷-7-基酯
其中式IA的化合物与氟环唑的重量比为1:4至4:1,和/或
其中式IA的化合物与丙硫菌唑的重量比为1:4至4:1,和/或
其中式IA的化合物与腈嘧菌酯的重量比为1:4至4:1,和/或

其中式IB的化合物与(5,8-二氟代喹唑啉-4-基)-{2-[2-氟-4-(4-三氟甲基吡啶-2-基氧基)-苯基]-乙基}-胺的重量比为1:4至4:1。
4.一种杀真菌组合物,其包括杀真菌有效量的权利要求3的杀真菌混合物和农业上可接受的辅剂或载体。
5.用于非治疗目的的控制或者防止真菌侵袭的方法,包括向真菌所在地,或者要防止感染的地方,施用杀真菌有效量的权利要求1和3中任一项的混合物。
