人参为五加科植物,人参(Panax ginseng.C.A.Mey)的干燥根,栽培者为园参,野生者称野山参,为驰名中外的滋补珍品。以吉林长白山人参质量最佳。据《中华人民共和国药典》记载:“人参,甘、微苦、平,归脾、肺、心经”。人参大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肾,生津、安神。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,久病虚赢,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷,心力衰竭,心源性休克。现代研究已知人参的主要作用为:1)兴奋中枢神经系统,改善神经活动的灵活性;2)提供人体应激能力,增强人体抗病力。3)促进血清蛋白和肝细胞核的核糖核酸合成;4)强心、降低血糖,促进胆固醇代谢,促进男女性腺功能。常用于心脏病引起的休克和重危病人的抢救及高血压、心肌营养不良、心绞痛、慢性肝炎、胃炎、神经衰弱、阳痿早泄等病症。西洋参(学名:Panax quinquefolius)是人参的一种,又称广东人参、花旗参,由于美国旧称为花旗国而得名,长期适量服用具有抗衰老作用,是极好的保健品原料。
银耳(Tremella fuciformis Berk)又名雪耳、白耳。性平、味甘,淡、无毒,有“菌中之冠”的美称。它既是名贵的营养滋补品,又是扶正强壮的补药。历代皇族都将银耳看作“延年益寿”之品。张红安在《本草诗解药经》中说:“白耳有麦冬之润而无其寒,有玉竹之甘而无腻,诚润肺滋阴之药品,为人参、鹿茸、燕窝所不及”。银耳营养丰富,其蛋白质有17种氨基酸、有机磷、有机锗,还有海藻糖、多缩戊糖、甘露糖醇等肝糖。能提高人体免疫力,具有扶正固本,护肝,提高肝脏解毒能力以及机体抗辐射能力,抑制肿瘤,促进骨髓造血等能力。对老年慢性支气管炎,肺源性心脏病有显著作用。

冰糖(Crstal sugar)是白砂糖煎炼制成的冰块状结晶。主要作用是:补中益气,和胃润肺,止咳化痰。性味甘平、无毒,是炮制药酒和炖制补品的辅料,归脾经入肺。养阴生津,润肺止咳。主治肺燥咳嗽,劳累所致咳喘等症。冰糖能补充人体糖分,补充体液,补充血糖,供给能量,强心利尿,解毒等作用。
蜂蜜(Mel)是蜜蜂所酿的蜜,据《中华人民共和国药典》记载:“甘,平,归肺、脾、大肠经。补中、润燥、止痛、解毒,用于脘腹虚痛,肺燥干咳,肠燥便秘”。
山药营养丰富,既可做主粮,又可做蔬菜,具有健脾益胃、助消化等作用。山药含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是药食两用之品,不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用。
黑番茄原产南美洲,比普通番茄酸味少,甜度高,口感极佳,具有浓郁的水果香味,营养和药用价值颇高,富含对人体生命代谢不可缺少的多种氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、茄红素及抗氧化剂,尤其是大量普通番茄没有的花青素。能明显提高人体免疫力、增强人体细胞活力,具有滋阴壮阳、滋阴护肾、美白肌肤、美容保健功效。
目前,市场上存在各种保健饮料,但既有提高免疫力和抗衰老的功效,又能补肾益脾健肝、且具有丰富水果、坚果、食用菌等营养成分的饮料并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种保健饮料,具有提高免疫力和抗衰老的保健功效。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种保健饮料,其特征在于含有以下成分:银耳20-50份,百合10-15份,山药4-6份,台湾青枣6-8份,西洋参1-3份,松子仁1-3份,红景天5-10份,甜杏仁0.5-2份,黑番茄10-20份,水果型甘薯原汁5-10份,马蹄汁3-8份,燕麦30-35份,蜂蜜20-25份,稳定剂0.2-0.5份,冰糖7-10份。
本发明还提供保健饮料的制备方法,其方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选择成熟适中颜色淡黄的优质银耳,用凉水充分浸泡至完全发开,洗净,将银耳切成2cm见方的小块,按1:3比例与蒸馏水混合,预煮至银耳酥软汤汁粘稠,用胶体磨磨浆备用;
(2)将台湾青枣、山药、百合、甜杏仁、燕麦、西洋参、红景天60℃下烘干8h,采用传统粉碎方法加工粉碎,过200目筛,再加入松花粉,混合均匀后采用超细粉碎设备进一步加工粉碎至50μm备用;
(3)选择色泽鲜红、可溶性固形物含量5%以上的黑番茄,用净水洗去尘土、病原菌和残留农药,去掉果蒂,85℃预煮3min,送入打浆机破碎按照番茄/水=3:1的比例打浆,150目筛网4层过滤,得到黑番茄汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用;
(4)取水果型甘薯、马蹄分别破碎榨汁,过200目筛网,滤去残渣,汁液混合备用;
(5)将去皮的松子在100℃条件下蒸40分钟,并放置10分钟冷却,将冷却后的松子置于破碎机中破碎,加入适量纯净水,在胶体磨中磨浆,60℃、20MPa条件下均质,备用;
(6)将上述各步骤所得备用浆液合并,加入冰糖、蜂蜜和稳定剂搅拌,并加水定容,在62℃/30MPa压力下均质,均质后得到保健饮料。
所述保健饮料还可以经过灭菌、灌装、二次灭菌、降温等常规生产步骤处理。例如,灭菌可以是将步骤6均质后的物料用瞬时灭菌机灭菌,灭菌温度为121℃,时间3~5s,最佳时间为4s;灌装可采用高温塑瓶、玻璃瓶或易拉罐,灌装温度为80℃;二次灭菌是将灌装后的饮料瓶或易拉罐进行二次灭菌,温度为121℃,时间为10~20min;如采用低温塑瓶时则不宜采用二次灭菌,要求在无菌条件下灌装温度不超过60℃,可添加食用防腐剂,如山梨酸钾等;降温是将灭菌后的饮料直接进行降温、擦罐。
经过上述方法制备后,将本发明所述的保健饮料质检、包装、成品入库。
本发明制成的保健饮品具有人参、银耳、百合、松子、青枣、黑番茄等共有的营养保健作用,而且充分利用了各种所含的有效成分及协同作用。本发明的保健饮料不仅饮用方便,口味佳,而且长期饮用有利于人体健康。并可实现规模化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种保健饮料,含有以下成分:银耳20份,百合10份,山药4份,台湾青枣6份,西洋参1份,松子仁1份,红景天5份,甜杏仁0.5份,黑番茄10份,水果型甘薯原汁5份,马蹄汁3份,燕麦30份,蜂蜜20份,稳定剂0.2份,冰糖7份。
其生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选择成熟适中颜色淡黄的优质银耳,用凉水充分浸泡至完全发开,洗净,将银耳切成2cm见方的小块,按1:3比例与蒸馏水混合,预煮至银耳酥软汤汁粘稠,用胶体磨磨浆备用;
(2)将台湾青枣、山药、百合、甜杏仁、燕麦、西洋参、红景天60℃下烘干8h,采用传统粉碎方法加工粉碎,过200目筛,再加入松花粉,混合均匀后采用超细粉碎设备进一步加工粉碎至50μm备用;
(3)选择色泽鲜红、可溶性固形物含量5%以上的黑番茄,用净水洗去尘土、病原菌和残留农药,去掉果蒂,85℃预煮3min,送入打浆机破碎按照番茄/水=3:1的比例打浆,150目筛网4层过滤,得到黑番茄汁,浓缩后得到浓缩液备用;
(4)取水果型甘薯、马蹄分别破碎榨汁,过200目筛网,滤去残渣,汁液混合备用;
(5)将去皮的松子在100℃条件下蒸40分钟,并放置10分钟冷却,将冷却后的松子置于破碎机中破碎,加入适量纯净水,在胶体磨中磨浆,60℃、20MPa条件下均质,备用;
(6)将上述各步骤所得备用浆液合并,加入冰糖、蜂蜜和稳定剂搅拌,并加水定容,在62℃/30MPa压力下均质,
(7)均质后的物料用瞬时灭菌机灭菌,灭菌温度为121℃,时间为3s;灌装采用高温塑瓶,灌装温度为80℃;将灌装后的饮料瓶进行二次灭菌,温度为121℃,时间为10min;将灭菌后的饮料直接进行降温、擦罐。
经过上述方法后,将本发明所述的保健饮料质检、包装、成品入库。
实施例2
一种保健饮料,含有以下成分:银耳50份,百合15份,山药6份,台湾青枣8份,西洋参3份,松子仁3份,红景天10份,甜杏仁2份,黑番茄20份,水果型甘薯原汁10份,马蹄汁8份,燕麦35份,蜂蜜25份,稳定剂0.5份,冰糖10份。
其生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选择成熟适中颜色淡黄的优质银耳,用凉水充分浸泡至完全发开,洗净,将银耳切成2cm见方的小块,按1:3比例与蒸馏水混合,预煮至银耳酥软汤汁粘稠,用胶体磨磨浆备用;

实施例3
一种保健饮料,含有以下成分:银耳35份,百合12份,山药5份,台湾青枣7份,西洋参2份,松子仁2份,红景天6份,甜杏仁1.5份,黑番茄14份,水果型甘薯原汁8份,马蹄汁6份,燕麦32份,蜂蜜22份,稳定剂0.4份,冰糖8份。
其生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)选择成熟适中颜色淡黄的优质银耳,用凉水充分浸泡至完全发开,洗净,将银耳切成2cm见方的小块,按1:3比例与蒸馏水混合,预煮至银耳酥软汤汁粘稠,用胶体磨磨浆备用;
(2)将台湾青枣、山药、百合、甜杏仁、燕麦、西洋参、红景天60℃下烘干8h,采用传统粉碎方法加工粉碎,过200目筛,再加入松花粉,混合均匀后采用超细粉碎设备进一步加工粉碎至50μm备用;

经过上述方法制备后,将本发明所述的保健饮料质检、包装、成品入库。
上述饮品含有人参、银耳、百合成分,长期饮用不仅有解渴功能,而且具有护肝,养脾、解毒,增强人体免疫功能和抗衰老作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种保健饮料,其特征在于含有以下成分:银耳20-50份,百合10-15份,山药4-6份,台湾青枣6-8份,西洋参1-3份,松子仁1-3份,红景天5-10份,甜杏仁0.5-2份,黑番茄10-20份,水果型甘薯原汁5-10份,马蹄汁3-8份,燕麦30-35份,蜂蜜20-25份,稳定剂0.2-0.5份,冰糖7-10份。
