本发明涉及保健饮品制作技术领域,具体涉及一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品及制作方法。
【背景技术】
葡萄是世界最古老的果树树种之一,世界各地均有栽培,为著名水果。葡萄不仅味美可口,而且营养价值很高,成熟的浆果中葡萄含糖量高达10%-30%,以葡萄糖为主;葡萄中的多种果酸有助于消化,能健脾和胃;葡萄中含有矿物质钙、钾、磷、铁以及多种维生素,还含有多种人体所需的氨基酸,常食葡萄对神经衰弱、疲劳过度大有裨益。中医认为葡萄性平、味甘酸,入肺、脾、肾经,有补气血、益肝肾、生津液、强筋骨、止咳除烦、补益气血、通利小便的功效。葡萄皮中的白藜芦醇、葡萄籽中的原花青素含量都高于葡萄的其他部位、也高于其他大多数果树,且具有极高的药用价值,已经成为世界性的重要营养兼药用的商品。目前,市场上多数以葡萄酒饮料存在,口味单一,含蔗糖分高,发酵过程复杂,不适合部分不能饮酒的人群。
公开号为CN1904023B的发明公开了“一种保健葡萄饮品”,以葡萄为主要原料的饮品中添加B族维生素制备具有较强心脑血管保护功能的保健葡萄酒,但是其作用主要是以保护心脑血管功能或预防心脑血管疾病,并没有针对改善睡眠这一作用,同时,口味较单一,没有添加具有防腐性能的有关物质,保存时间较短,严重影响葡萄饮品的品质和使用范围。
公开号为CN105380040A的发明公开了“一种葡萄饮品及其制备方法”,主要原料为葡萄汁、西瓜汁、矿泉水、白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜,制备方法为使用榨汁机得到葡萄汁和西瓜汁,将所有原料按质量百分比混合,搅拌均匀后瓶装即可,具有养生效果好等优点。但是原料中使用白砂糖和蜂蜜,使得饮品中含糖分高,不利于中老年人、肥胖病人或糖尿病患者食用,同时,饮品中原料单一,保健效果较差,防腐性能较差,没有经过灭菌处理,饮品容易变质,不利于长期保存。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品及制作方法。该饮品具有口味独特、营养丰富及保存时间长的特点,具有宁心养神、祛风通络、改善睡眠及促进身体健康的保健作用,适合大部分人群食用,特别是中老年人、肥胖病人及糖尿病患者,值得推广应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄60-80份、荔枝10-20份、草莓5-15份、合欢花15-35份、艾叶10-20份、缬草8-18份、酸枣仁12-24份、枸杞15-25份、天仙子5-15份、首乌藤11-25份、柏子仁6-20份、木糖醇5-9份、壳聚糖0.2-0.6份、果胶酶0.8-1.2份、纤维素酶1-2份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄65-75份、荔枝13-17份、草莓8-12份、合欢花20-30份、艾叶12-18份、缬草11-15份、酸枣仁15-21份、枸杞18-22份、天仙子8-12份、首乌藤16-20份、柏子仁10-16份、木糖醇6-8份、壳聚糖0.3-0.5份、果胶酶0.9-1.1份、纤维素酶1.3-1.7份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
较优的,一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄70份、荔枝15份、草莓10份、合欢花25份、艾叶15份、缬草13份、酸枣仁18份、枸杞20份、天仙子10份、首乌藤18份、柏子仁13份、木糖醇7份、壳聚糖0.4份、果胶酶1.0份、纤维素酶1.5份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
根据上述配方,本发明还提供上述葡萄饮品的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按相应的重量份称取各原料;
(2)将葡萄、荔枝及草莓洗净,然后将处理后的该3种果实倒入冷打浆机中进行冷打浆,打成絮状水果原浆,添加果胶酶至水果原浆中,在45-55℃温度下恒温酶解1-2h,分解果胶物质,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清汁,冷藏备用;
(3)将合欢花、艾叶洗净,切至长度小于2cm,倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥,备用;
(4)将缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤及柏子仁洗净,烘干,用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃温度下恒温浸泡4-5h,然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后,再倒入粉碎机中粉碎,得到混合粉末备用;
(5)将步骤(3)的药泥与步骤(4)的混合粉末倒入罐中,加入上述原料药总重量4-5倍的水回流提取2-3次,每次提取1-2h,合并提取液,得到合并液,浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05-1.15的溶液,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清液备用;
(6)将步骤(2)制得的清汁与步骤(5)制得的清液混合,得到混合液,再用高压脉冲电场对混合液进行杀菌灭酶,加入木糖醇和壳聚糖混合均匀,真空恒量包装,即制得成品。
进一步地,本发明冷打浆工艺对果实进行打浆处理,冷打浆工艺温度控制在-40℃-20℃,无需进行热处理,最大限度的保存了水果的风味,避免了水果营养成品的损失。
进一步地,本发明处理中草药过程中,纤维素酶水溶液由纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:70-1:90配制而成,能使中草药细胞壁最大程度地破裂,进而有效提取中草药中的有效成分。
进一步地,本发明处理中草药过程中,烘干箱的的温度为50-60℃,烘干时间为12-14h,适当降低烘干温度,延长烘干时间,是为了防止高温破坏中草药中的有效成分,影响葡萄饮品的功能效果。
进一步地,本发明采用高压脉冲电场进行杀菌灭酶,其中高压脉冲电场的电场强度为40-60kv/cm,常温下处理20-30min,相对巴氏杀菌技术,其杀菌效率较高,避免了热处理温度高、工作加热时间长的问题。
进一步地,本发明葡萄饮品中的各原料的具体特性如下:
荔枝:荔枝味道甘甜略酸,最好鲜食,含有丰富的葡萄糖、蔗糖、维生素A、维生素B、维生素C以及柠檬酸、叶酸、苹果酸和游离氨基酸,因而对治疗思虑过度、健忘失眠者具有很好的疗效;
草莓:草莓具有安神、助眠等辅助效果。草莓中维生素C和维生素H的含量很高,有“活的维生素丸”之称,同时,草莓还含有高量的钾和镁微量元素,有效地缓解紧张神经,稳定情绪,有催眠作用;
合欢花:合欢花为豆科植物合欢的初开放的花序,含有芳樟醇等多种芳香成分,性平,味甘,归心经、肝经,具有解郁安神、抑制神经中枢的功效与作用;
艾叶:艾叶为菊科植物艾的叶子,含挥发油、槲皮素等成分,性温,味苦、辛,具有散寒止痛、温经止血的功效,同时具有抗菌、抑制心肌收缩、延长睡眠时间等作用;
缬草:缬草为败酱科植物缬草的根茎及根,含挥发油、生物碱及缬草素等成分,性平,味苦,微甘,归心经、肝经,具有宁心安神、镇静安定、降温、降压、保肝等功效与作用;
酸枣仁:酸枣仁为鼠李科植物酸枣的成熟种子,含脂肪油、挥发油、维生素、有机酸、生物碱等成分,性平,味甘、酸,归心经、肝经、胆经,具有补肝、宁心、敛汗、生津的功效,同时具有降压、降血脂和防治动脉粥样硬化的作用;
枸杞:枸杞为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实,含多糖、氨基酸、维生素C及多种微量元素等成分,性平,味甘,归肝经、肾经,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效,同时又增强免疫功能、降脂、抑制心脏及兴奋肠道等拟胆碱作用;
天仙子:天仙子为茄科植物莨菪的种子,含莨菪碱等有效成分,性温,味苦、辛,归心经、肝经、胃经,具有解痉、止痛、安神、定喘的功效,属安神药下分类的养心安神药;
首乌藤:首乌藤为蓼科植物何首乌的藤茎,含蒽醌类化合物、鞣质等成分,性平,味甘,归心经、肝经,具有养血安神、祛风通络、镇静催眠及降脂的功效与作用;
柏子仁:柏子仁为柏科植物侧柏的种仁,含皂苷、脂肪油及挥发油等成分,性平,味甘,归心经、肾经、大肠经,具有养心安神、止汗、润肠的功效;
木糖醇:木糖醇是一种天然、健康的甜味剂,在人体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,因此是安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂,可做蔗糖的代用品,降低含糖分,同时能为人体提供能量,合成糖元,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗,使肝脏受到保护和修复,减少人体内有害酮体的产生,有利于降脂减肥。
壳聚糖:壳聚糖又称脱乙酰甲壳素,是自然界中广谱的杀菌剂,具有较好的抗菌活性,能抑制一些真菌、细菌和病毒的生长繁殖,是一种理想的天然防腐剂,同时壳聚糖难被人体胃肠消化吸收,不但具有非常爽口的甜味和调节血压、消除脂肪肝、降低胆固醇和增强免疫力的功能,而且还具有减少食品热量,提高食品的保水性及水分调节作用,另外,壳聚糖还对果汁具有一定的澄清效果,防止果汁产生二次沉淀。
综上所述,采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明添加荔枝、草莓及8种中草药提取液,不但使得葡萄饮品口感独特,营养丰富,而且含有生物碱、氨基酸、维生素及微量元素等多种营养成分,能有效地缓解紧张神经,稳定情绪,改善睡眠,降脂减肥,具有良好的保健作用。
(2)本发明添加木糖醇代替蔗糖,改善了葡萄饮品的口感,同时解决了果汁中含糖分高的问题,适合大部分人群食用,特别是中老年人、肥胖病人及糖尿病患者。
(3)本发明添加壳聚糖,作为一种天然的、具有广谱杀菌作用的防腐剂,不但不影响饮品的口味,同时避免食用化学防腐剂,促进了人体的健康安全,同时还具有降脂减肥等保健作用,是对人体健康有益的天然食品添加剂。
(4)本发明采用冷打浆技术进行果实进行打浆,因其整个加工工艺过程中温度较低,因此果实的营养成分和新鲜性得到充分保留,避免果浆在高温时发生质变。
(5)本发明添加果胶酶对果浆进行酶解反应,能够使果浆中细胞壁充分破裂,分解果胶物质、降低果汁粘度、提高水果出汁率,进一步有效提取果浆中的营养成分。
(6)本发明采用高压脉冲电场进行杀菌灭酶,相对其他杀菌技术,其杀菌效率较高,温度低,能极大的保持果汁原有的口味和质地,使饮品得到长期贮藏,避免了热处理温度高、工作加热时间长的问题。
总之,本发明葡萄饮品口味独特、营养丰富,制作方法简单,健康安全,保健效果显著,能够有效缓解紧张神经,稳定情绪,改善睡眠,降脂减肥,能够长期保存,适合广大群众食用,值得推广应用。

一、配方实施例
实施例1
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄60份、荔枝10份、草莓5份、合欢花15份、艾叶10份、缬草8份、酸枣仁12份、枸杞15份、天仙子5份、首乌藤11份、柏子仁6份、木糖醇5份、壳聚糖0.2份、果胶酶0.8份、纤维素酶1份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
实施例2
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄80份、荔枝20份、草莓15份、合欢花35份、艾叶20份、缬草18份、酸枣仁24份、枸杞25份、天仙子15份、首乌藤25份、柏子仁20份、木糖醇9份、壳聚糖0.6份、果胶酶1.2份、纤维素酶2份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
实施例3
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄65份、荔枝13份、草莓8份、合欢花20份、艾叶12份、缬草11份、酸枣仁15份、枸杞18份、天仙子8份、首乌藤16份、柏子仁10份、木糖醇6份、壳聚糖0.3份、果胶酶0.9份、纤维素酶1.3份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
实施例4
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄75份、荔枝17份、草莓12份、合欢花30份、艾叶18份、缬草15份、酸枣仁21份、枸杞22份、天仙子12份、首乌藤20份、柏子仁16份、木糖醇8份、壳聚糖0.5份、果胶酶1.1份、纤维素酶1.7份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
实施例5
一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄70份、荔枝15份、草莓10份、合欢花25份、艾叶15份、缬草13份、酸枣仁18份、枸杞20份、天仙子10份、首乌藤18份、柏子仁13份、木糖醇7份、壳聚糖0.4份、果胶酶1.0份、纤维素酶1.5份;其中,葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
二、制作实施例
实施例6
上述实施例1-5的改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作包括如下步骤:
(1)按相应的重量份称取葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁、木糖醇、壳聚糖、果胶酶、纤维素酶;
(2)将葡萄、荔枝及草莓洗净,然后将处理后的该3种果实倒入冷打浆机中进行冷打浆,打成絮状水果原浆,添加果胶酶至水果原浆中,在45℃温度下恒温酶解1h,分解果胶物质,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清汁,冷藏备用;其中,冷打浆工艺温度控制在-10℃;
(3)将合欢花、艾叶洗净,切至长度小于2cm,倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥,备用;
(4)将缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤及柏子仁洗净,烘干,用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1cm,搅拌均匀后在40℃温度下恒温浸泡4h,然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后,再倒入粉碎机中粉碎,得到混合粉末备用;其中,纤维素酶水溶液是由纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:70配制而成;烘干箱的温度为50℃,烘干时间为12h;
(5)将步骤(3)的药泥与步骤(4)的混合粉末倒入罐中,加入上述原料药总重量4倍的水回流提取2次,每次提取1h,合并提取液,得到合并液,浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05的溶液,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清液备用;
(6)将步骤(2)制得的清汁与步骤(5)制得的清液混合,得到混合液,再用高压脉冲电场对混合液进行杀菌灭酶,加入木糖醇和壳聚糖混合均匀,真空恒量包装,即制得成品;其中,高压脉冲电场的电场强度为40kv/cm,常温下处理20min。
实施例7
上述实施例1-5的改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作包括如下步骤:
(1)按相应的重量份称取葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁、木糖醇、壳聚糖、果胶酶、纤维素酶;
(2)将葡萄、荔枝及草莓洗净,然后将处理后的该3种果实倒入冷打浆机中进行冷打浆,打成絮状水果原浆,添加果胶酶至水果原浆中,在55℃温度下恒温酶解2h,分解果胶物质,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清汁,冷藏备用;其中,冷打浆工艺温度控制在20℃;
(3)将合欢花、艾叶洗净,切至长度小于2cm,倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥,备用;
(4)将缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤及柏子仁洗净,烘干,用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅拌均匀后在50℃温度下恒温浸泡5h,然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后,再倒入粉碎机中粉碎,得到混合粉末备用;其中,纤维素酶水溶液是由纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:90配制而成;烘干箱的温度为60℃,烘干时间为14h;
(5)将步骤(3)的药泥与步骤(4)的混合粉末倒入罐中,加入上述原料药总重量4-5倍的水回流提取2-3次,每次提取1-2h,合并提取液,得到合并液,浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.15的溶液,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清液备用;
(6)将步骤(2)制得的清汁与步骤(5)制得的清液混合,得到混合液,再用高压脉冲电场对混合液进行杀菌灭酶,加入木糖醇和壳聚糖混合均匀,真空恒量包装,即制得成品;其中,高压脉冲电场的电场强度为60kv/cm,常温下处理30min。
效果验证
为了进一步说明本发明改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的推广应用价值,使用实施例改善睡眠的葡萄饮品进行试验,分别让100名试验人群饮用并记录饮用后效果,这100名试验人群存在程度基本一致的睡眠问题,试验前后7天内没有饮用其他药物。
助眠效果评价标准:
良好:口味良好,有显著的促进睡眠的效果;很好:口味一般,有一定的促进睡眠的效果,但是效果不佳;一般:口味偏酸,没有明显的促进睡眠的效果。
试验组:采用制备实施例6的方法(根据实施例1的配方)制备的葡萄饮品;对照组1:采用制备实施例6(根据配方实施例1)制备的葡萄饮品,不同的是,不添加中草药制得;对照组2:采用制备实施例6(根据配方实施例1)制备的葡萄饮品,不同的是,不添加荔枝和草莓制得;对照组3:采用制备实施例6(根据配方实施例1)制备的葡萄饮品,不同的是,既不添加中草药,也不添加荔枝和草莓制得;对照组4:市售葡萄饮品。饮用量为500mL/d,饮用时间均为每天睡前半小时。
对调查结果做总结分析,如表1所示:

根据表1可以看出,通过对存在睡眠问题的人群进行调查发现,本发明葡萄饮品91%的人觉得良好,同时本发明葡萄饮品口感独特,营养丰富,清香爽口,让人食欲大增,而且具有显著的促进睡眠的效果,饮用后能够很好的缓解睡前的急躁、不安情绪,能够让人很快的进入睡眠状态,同时可观察大部分饮用后气色红润,身体健康;
不添加中草药制得的葡萄饮品,55%的人觉得口感一般,没有明显的促进睡眠的效果;
不添加荔枝和草莓制得的葡萄饮品,虽然有很好的促进睡眠的效果,但是口味较单一,中草药味较浓,很多人不愿意再次饮用;
既不添加中草药,也不添加荔枝和草莓制得的葡萄饮品,效果最差,最不受人群的喜爱,没有明显的促进睡眠的效果,而且口味一般,口感偏酸;
市售葡萄饮品虽然口感良好,但是没有促进睡眠的效果,口味较单一,偏甜,不适合部分人群饮用。
据此可以判断,本发明葡萄饮品口味独特、营养丰富,制作方法简单,健康安全,保健效果显著,能够有效缓解紧张神经,稳定情绪,改善睡眠,降脂减肥,能够长期保存,适合广大群众食用,值得推广应用。
Claims (8)
1.一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄60-80份、荔枝10-20份、草莓5-15份、合欢花15-35份、艾叶10-20份、缬草8-18份、酸枣仁12-24份、枸杞15-25份、天仙子5-15份、首乌藤11-25份、柏子仁6-20份、木糖醇5-9份、壳聚糖0.2-0.6份、果胶酶0.8-1.2份、纤维素酶1-2份;
葡萄、荔枝、草莓、合欢花、艾叶、缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤、柏子仁均为鲜品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄65-75份、荔枝13-17份、草莓8-12份、合欢花20-30份、艾叶12-18份、缬草11-15份、酸枣仁15-21份、枸杞18-22份、天仙子8-12份、首乌藤16-20份、柏子仁10-16份、木糖醇6-8份、壳聚糖0.3-0.5份、果胶酶0.9-1.1份、纤维素酶1.3-1.7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
葡萄70份、荔枝15份、草莓10份、合欢花25份、艾叶15份、缬草13份、酸枣仁18份、枸杞20份、天仙子10份、首乌藤18份、柏子仁13份、木糖醇7份、壳聚糖0.4份、果胶酶1.0份、纤维素酶1.5份。
4.制作如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按相应的重量份称取各原料;
(2)将葡萄、荔枝及草莓洗净,然后将处理后的该3种果实倒入冷打浆机中进行冷打浆,打成絮状水果原浆,添加果胶酶至水果原浆中,在45-55℃温度下恒温酶解1-2h,分解果胶物质,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清汁,冷藏备用;
(3)将合欢花、艾叶洗净,切至长度小于2cm,倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥,备用;
(4)将缬草、酸枣仁、枸杞、天仙子、首乌藤及柏子仁洗净,烘干,用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅拌均匀后在40-50℃温度下恒温浸泡4-5h,然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后,再倒入粉碎机中粉碎,得到混合粉末备用;
(5)将步骤(3)的药泥与步骤(4)的混合粉末倒入罐中,加入上述原料药总重量4-5倍的水回流提取2-3次,每次提取1-2h,合并提取液,得到合并液,浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.05-1.15的溶液,然后离心分离,真空膜过滤,得到清液备用;
(6)将步骤(2)制得的清汁与步骤(5)制得的清液混合,得到混合液,再用高压脉冲电场对混合液进行杀菌灭酶,加入木糖醇和壳聚糖混合均匀,真空恒量包装,即制得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)冷打浆工艺温度控制在-10℃-20℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中纤维素酶水溶液是由纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:70-1:90配制而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中烘干箱的温度为50-60℃,烘干时间为12-14h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善睡眠的葡萄饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中高压脉冲电场的电场强度为40-60kv/cm,常温下处理20-30min。
