背景技术
关于功能性食品,世界各国的称谓不仅相同,欧美国家称为“健康食品”或日“营养食品”,日本则称为“功能性食品”或日“特定保品”,我国至今仍称其为“保健食品”。虽然名称尚未统一,但上述各种名称的食品均指具备三大功能的食品,即除营养(一次功能)和感觉(二次功能)之外,还具有调节生理活动(三次功能)的食品,这一点已成为全世界的共识。功能性食品的提法在我国现已为社会各界人士普遍接受。本发明所称的功能性食品是指具有上述三大功能的食品。
我国功能性食品中,起调节生理作用的生理活性物质或称功能性食品基料,其原料多数来自于中药、包括药食同源的中药材。中药是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝,不仅形成了独特的中医药理论,并积累了利用中草药强身健体的丰富经验。但由于我国人口激增,对药材自然资源索取无度,致使一些中药材自然资源面临枯竭,供需矛盾突出。而目前我国生产的功能性食品,制备工艺较落后,以饮食片提取药物有效成分,其药效学物质提取率低,不能节省中药材,保健食品在我国的快速发展,造成中药材使用量的增加,加剧了供需矛盾。

本发明的目的在于提供一种综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

药理说明:
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经;利水渗湿,健脾宁心,用于水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠;可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。
益智仁:性温;味辛;归脾、肾经。温脾,暖肾,固气,涩精。治冷气腹痛,中寒吐泻,多唾,遗精,小便余沥,夜多小便。
芡实:苦、涩、平。入脾、肾经。补肾,止泻,益肾涩精。主治脾虚泻泄,肾虚遗精,小便失禁,带下等症。
炙甘草:性温,味甘。归心经、肺经、胃经、脾经。补脾和胃,益气复脉。属补虚药下分类的补气药。
枸杞:味甘,性平;主要归肝、肾、肺经,具有养肝、滋肾、润肺的功效。
紫苏:性温,味辛;归肺、脾、胃经。有解表散寒,行气和胃的功效;具有止血、抑菌、抗肿瘤、止痒作用。
杏仁: 苦,微温;有小毒。归肺、大肠经。降气止咳平喘,润肠通便。用于咳嗽气喘,胸满痰多,肠燥便秘。

本实施例的综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮,包括以下重量份的组分:酵素200份、茯苓100份、益智仁100份、芡实100份、炙甘草100份、枸杞100份、紫苏100份、杏仁100份、陈皮100份、山药100份、低聚果糖100份、三氯蔗糖10份、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮10份、针叶樱桃100份和澄粉100份。

本实施例的综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮,包括以下重量份的组分:酵素400份、茯苓150份、益智仁150份、芡实150份、炙甘草150份、枸杞150份、紫苏150份、杏仁150份、陈皮150份、山药150份、低聚果糖150份、三氯蔗糖30份、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮30份、针叶樱桃150份和澄粉150份。
实施例3
本实施例的综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮,包括以下重量份的组分:酵素600份、茯苓200份、益智仁200份、芡实200份、炙甘草200份、枸杞200份、紫苏200份、杏仁200份、陈皮200份、山药200份、低聚果糖200份、三氯蔗糖50份、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮50份、针叶樱桃200份和澄粉200份。
上述实施例1-3中的综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
(1)按质量份分别称取各原料;
(2)将茯苓、益智仁、芡实、炙甘草、枸杞、紫苏、杏仁、陈皮分别进行清洗后晾干,放入微波烘干机中进行烘干杀菌;
(3)将山药、针叶樱桃去杂去核、除皮、清洗、沥干,视所选原料具体情况而决定是否去核、去皮;
(4)将处理后的茯苓、益智仁、芡实、炙甘草、枸杞、紫苏、杏仁、陈皮分别进行粉碎后在置于容器中混合均匀;
(5)将酵素、低聚果糖、三氯蔗糖、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮、澄粉加入步骤(4)中的混合粉末中并搅拌混合均匀;
(6)将山药、针叶樱桃破碎、打浆、过滤、杀菌后等混合果浆;
(7)将步骤(5)得到的混合粉末与步骤(6)得到的果浆混合,并加入适量的水搅拌混合得均一的溶液即为成品综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:酵素200-600份、茯苓100-200份、益智仁100-200份、芡实100-200份、炙甘草100-200份、枸杞100-200份、紫苏100-200份、杏仁100-200份、陈皮100-200份、山药100-200份、低聚果糖100-200份、三氯蔗糖10-50份、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮10-50份、针叶樱桃100-200份和澄粉100-200份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:酵素400份、茯苓150份、益智仁150份、芡实150份、炙甘草150份、枸杞150份、紫苏150份、杏仁150份、陈皮150份、山药150份、低聚果糖150份、三氯蔗糖30份、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮30份、针叶樱桃150份和澄粉150份。
4.一种综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法按如下步骤进行:
(1)按质量份分别称取各原料;
(2)将茯苓、益智仁、芡实、炙甘草、枸杞、紫苏、杏仁、陈皮分别进行清洗后晾干,放入微波烘干机中进行烘干杀菌;
(3)将山药、针叶樱桃去杂去核、除皮、清洗、沥干,视所选原料具体情况而决定是否去核、去皮;
(4)将处理后的茯苓、益智仁、芡实、炙甘草、枸杞、紫苏、杏仁、陈皮分别进行粉碎后在置于容器中混合均匀;
(5)将酵素、低聚果糖、三氯蔗糖、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮、澄粉加入步骤(4)中的混合粉末中并搅拌混合均匀;
(6)将山药、针叶樱桃破碎、打浆、过滤、杀菌后等混合果浆;
(7)将步骤(5)得到的混合粉末与步骤(6)得到的果浆混合,并加入适量的水搅拌混合得均一的溶液即为成品综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮。
5.根据权利要求5所述的一种综合果蔬酵素甘苏饮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)具体为:将山药、针叶樱桃在破碎机中破碎后加入果胶酶和明胶,在温度50-54°下酶解3-4小时后打浆,过40-50目筛后高温瞬间杀菌,杀菌温度为105-106°。
