中医认为“肾为先天之本”、“脾胃为后天之本”,因此在发育期应特别注重肾气与脾胃的调养,《黄帝内经》中也提到,人的一生发育与成长之主导于肾气之盈亏,而“肾主骨”的观念更提示,骨骼发育与补充肾气有相当关系。此外,脾胃对于营养吸收及维系生命存在及生长发育有重要影响,脾胃更是气血生化之源。

山萸肉3-17份、苍术4-10份、川椒1-8份、大枣1-7份、炙甘草1-7份

S4.将步骤S2中山楂、苍术和川椒分别通过砂锅在1000-1200℃的条件下,翻炒5-10min后形成备用物料三;
S5.将步骤S3中的备用物料二与步骤S4中的备用物料三以及步骤S2中其他原料组分进行混合后烘干形成混合料;
S6.将步骤S5形成的混合料粉碎成100-300目的粉剂,制成食品粉剂。
优选地,所述原料组分按如下重量份进行配比:
黑豆200份、淮山药30份、骨碎补10份、枸杞8份、山楂6份、
鸡内金9份、黄精10份、龙骨10份、山萸肉8份、苍术9份、
川椒6份、大枣3份、炙甘草3份
进一步的,在所述食品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶1的蜂蜜,并将食品粉剂与蜂蜜混合均匀后形成的食品粉蜜膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品蜜丸成品。
进一步的,在所述品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶0.5的水,并将食品粉剂与水混合均匀后形成的食品粉水膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品水丸成品。
进一步的,将所述食品粉剂制成每片含有0.5g食品粉剂的糖片制品。
本发明提供的一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品,是根据上述制备方法制成的。
本发明的保健食品是采用现代科学提炼结合古法手工炮制制作而成,具有以下的功效和适应症:
黑豆功效及适应症:黑豆又名乌豆,入肝、肾经。九蒸九晒后改善了黑豆不易消化不易吸收的特点,具有了养肾健脾,清热解毒,补血益髓、提高机体免疫力,促进骨骼生长发育刺激造血功能再生功能,并且黑豆中含有大量蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、花青素、皂苷等其他食物药物没有的功能。故明代医圣李时珍在《本草纲目》中有记载“常食黑豆,可百病不生”。
枸杞子的功效及适应症:枸杞子别名北枸杞、甘枸杞,枸杞子性温、味辛,有滋补肝肾,益精明目、调节免疫力、抗辐射、抗过敏、治疗肥胖症的有益效果。
山萸肉功效及适应症:有养阴固精,滋肾生津,益气镇静,发敛固涩,是气阴双补之药,现代研究发现北五味子还能保护及再生人体骨骼,激活神经元促进反应能力,提高智商,强肾健骨,抑制自由基,保护及增强心脏机能,男女儿童皆宜。
炒川椒的功效及适应症:川椒经过炒制后可杀虫止痒、温中散寒、除湿止痛、解毒除腥。对痛经、蛔虫病、胃炎、肾病、消化不良均有良好效果。
炒苍术的功效及适应症:九蒸九晒后入脾、肝、胃经有健脾燥湿、解郁辟秽、除风寒湿痹、湿盛困脾之功效,还可以护肝利胆、抗缺氧、治疗视物不清。
炒山楂的功效及适应症:消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛。《本草再新》:"治脾虚湿热,消食磨积,利大小便。
炙甘草的功效及适应症:补脾和胃,益气复脉。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心动悸,脉结代。
骨碎补的功效及适应症:性温助阳,入肾经,能温补肾阳,强筋健骨,可以用于治疗肾阳虚损先天不足的病症。
大枣的功效及适应症:补中益气,养血安神。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏。
淮山药的功效及适应症:味甘,性平;归肺、脾、肾经。增骨养髓、补脾和胃;生津养肺;固肾益精。
黄精的功效及适应症:有滋阴润肺、生津止渴、抗菌防病、补肾强身助筋骨、益脾养血的作用。《日华子本草》记载,黄精“补五劳七伤,助筋骨,止饥,耐寒暑,益脾胃、润心肺”。
鸡内金的功效及适应症:健脾消食,涩精止遗,主治消化不良,饮食积滞,呕吐反胃。
龙骨的功效及适应症:安神镇惊,改善睡眠,补充人体所需钙质,增长强健骨骼。

本发明所设置的每一种原料以及原料的有机配合,从而获得了帮助儿童成长发育骨骼健脾和胃的有益效果。尤其突出的是治疗先天不足后天失养所引起的营养不良骨骼发育缓慢身体虚弱诸症的有益效果。

实施例1
一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将以下原料组分按如下重量份进行配比:
黑豆100份、淮山药10份、骨碎补8份、枸杞3份、山楂2份、鸡内金4份、黄精4份、龙骨5份、山萸肉3份、苍术4份、川椒1份、大枣1份、炙甘草1份。
S2.将步骤S1配比后的各组分经筛拣、清洗杀菌后形成备用物料一;
S3.将步骤S2中黑豆与枸杞分别浸泡30min后形成备用物料二;
S4.将步骤S2中山楂、苍术和川椒分别通过砂锅在1000℃的条件下,翻炒5min后形成备用物料三;
S5.将步骤S3中的备用物料二与步骤S4中的备用物料三以及步骤S2中其他原料组分进行混合后烘干形成混合料;
S6.将步骤S5形成的混合料粉碎成100目的粉剂,制成食品粉剂。
本发明的服用方法是:每天早、晚饭的饭前饭后均可,用温开水各服用一次,服用方法简便易行的有益效果。
实施例2
一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将以下原料组分按如下重量份进行配比:
黑豆300份、淮山药40份、骨碎补13份、枸杞10份、山楂9份、鸡内金13份、黄精15份、龙骨15份、山萸肉17份、苍术10份、川椒8份、大枣7份、炙甘草7份。
S2.将步骤S1配比后的各组分经筛拣、清洗杀菌后形成备用物料一;
S3.将步骤S2中黑豆与枸杞分别浸泡40min后形成备用物料二;
S4.将步骤S2中山楂、苍术和川椒分别通过砂锅在1200℃的条件下,翻炒10min后形成备用物料三;
S5.将步骤S3中的备用物料二与步骤S4中的备用物料三以及步骤S2中其他原料组分进行混合后烘干形成混合料;
S6.将步骤S5形成的混合料粉碎成300目的粉剂,制成食品粉剂。
S7.在所述食品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶1的蜂蜜,并将食品粉剂与蜂蜜混合均匀后形成的食品粉蜜膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品蜜丸成品。
本发明的服用方法是:每天早、晚饭的饭前饭后均可,用温开水各服用一丸蜜丸,具有服用方法简便易行的有益效果。
实施例3
一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将以下原料组分按如下重量份进行配比:
黑豆200份、淮山药30份、骨碎补10份、枸杞8份、山楂6份、鸡内金9份、黄精10份、龙骨10份、山萸肉8份、苍术9份、川椒6份、大枣3份、炙甘草3份
S2.将步骤S1配比后的各组分经筛拣、清洗杀菌后形成备用物料一;
S3.将步骤S2中黑豆与枸杞分别浸泡32min后形成备用物料二;
S4.将步骤S2中山楂、苍术和川椒分别通过砂锅在1100℃的条件下,翻炒9min后形成备用物料三;
S5.将步骤S3中的备用物料二与步骤S4中的备用物料三以及步骤S2中其他原料组分进行混合后烘干形成混合料;
S6.将步骤S5形成的混合料粉碎成200目的粉剂,制成食品粉剂。
在所述品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶0.5的水,并将食品粉剂与水混合均匀后形成的食品粉水膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品水丸成品。
本发明的服用方法是:每天早、晚饭的饭前饭后均可,用温开水各服用一次,服用方法简便易行的有益效果。
实施例4
在实施例1的基础上,将所述食品粉剂制成每片含有0.5g食品粉剂的糖片制品。

黑豆100-300份、淮山药10-40份、骨碎补8-13份、枸杞3-10份、
山楂2-9份、鸡内金4-13份、黄精4-15份、龙骨5-15份、
山萸肉3-17份、苍术4-10份、川椒1-8份、大枣1-7份、炙甘草1-7份
S2.将步骤S1配比后的各组分经筛拣、清洗杀菌后形成备用物料一;
S3.将步骤S2中黑豆与枸杞分别浸泡30-40min后形成备用物料二;
S4.将步骤S2中山楂、苍术和川椒分别通过砂锅在1000-1200℃的条件下,翻炒5-10min后形成备用物料三;
S5.将步骤S3中的备用物料二与步骤S4中的备用物料三以及步骤S2中其他原料组分进行混合后烘干形成混合料;
S6.将步骤S5形成的混合料粉碎成100-300目的粉剂,制成食品粉剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述食品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶1的蜂蜜,并将食品粉剂与蜂蜜混合均匀后形成的食品粉蜜膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品蜜丸成品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种帮助儿童骨骼成长发育健脾和胃的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述品粉剂中加入与食品粉剂重量比为1∶0.5的水,并将食品粉剂与水混合均匀后形成的食品粉水膏制成每丸含有2.5g食品粉剂的食品水丸成品。
