脚扳薯,牛毛薯,脚薯,扁山药,参薯,佛掌薯等。常见的多年生双子叶植物,草本,其蔓细长,茎匍匐地面。块根,无氧呼吸产生乳酸,是不规则的扁块形,状似脚板,所以就叫做脚板薯哈。植株蔓生攀缘,蔓浅绿色,多棱。叶倒箭形,长18厘米,宽14厘米,深绿色。叶柄长12.5厘米,绿色。块茎扁掌状,上窄下宽,先端分叉,长34厘米,宽21.5厘米,外皮深灰褐色,肉色白。单薯重1.4公斤,大薯可达2.5公斤。单株产量1.5~3公斤。块茎肉质细嫩,淀粉含量高,生长期180~190天。喜高温干燥气候,不耐寒,病虫害少,适于疏松肥沃的砂壤土栽培。亩产量500~2000公斤。脚板薯块茎外形表现为各种形状的五股八杈形,极不规则,典型形象为银杏薯,似银杏树叶,像脚丫子,或者为下宽上窄的酒壶状。如同扇面,与人们传统观念中的山药相比较感觉有点畸形。脚板薯含水量比长山药少,淀粉、蛋白质和黏液汁含量均比长山药高,煮炖吃起来又绵又面,适口性好,除供食用外,还可以制糖和酿酒、制酒精。煮食时汁浓味甜带粉,风味颇佳。脚板薯和长山药比它种植时不用深挖沟,收获时也很省工,每亩地只需要2~3个工。目前主要用来进行深加工出口。在日本超市中100克鲜山药可卖到500多日元。它的适应性很好。在我国适合种长山药的地区都可以种植,且此品种抗病性很好。从种植者的角度来看,这个品种产量高,用工少,易于管理适合大面积发展。

本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯30-40份、甘薯10-20份、马蹄5-10份、桂花5-10份、桑葚果5-10份、西洋参5-8份、陈皮4-9份、丹参5-10份、枸杞子3-8份、蛤蚧3-6份、调味剂5-10份。

所述香料为玫瑰香料、玫瑰香精、茉莉花香料、茉莉花香精其中的一种或者多种。
进一步的,所述的脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为1~2小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至90-100℃,水煮20-30分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至90-100℃,水煮6-8小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。

蛤蚧,中文学名:大壁虎,拉丁学名:Gekko gekko,别称:仙蟾、多格、哈蟹、蛤蚧蛇、大守宫,动物界,脊索动物门,门脊椎动物亚门,爬行纲,体型较大,体长可达30厘米以上,头长大于尾长。背腹面略扁,头呈扁平三角形;皮肤粗糙,全身密生粒状细鳞;体色有深灰色、灰蓝色、青黑色等,头、背部有深灰、蓝褐等颜色横条纹,全身散布灰白色、砖红色、紫灰色、橘黄色斑点,尾有白色环纹。吻鳞不接鼻孔。背部粒鳞间散布的疣鳞约12-14纵列。指、趾间微蹼。尾基每侧肛疣1个或2-3个,雄性肛前孔和股孔16-26个。蛤蚧具有补肾、温肺、壮阳、益精血、止喘咳之功能。蛤蚧广泛用于治疗虚劳喘咳、气喘、咯血、消渴、肺结核、神经衰弱、老人脚冷膝软、阳萎早泄、小便频繁、心脏性气喘等症。蛤蚧性甘温,补脾,益肺气,具有补虚扶弱和扶正驱邪之功效,既能增强机体活动能力,补充身体的亏损,又能增强人体抗病能力,驱散致病因素,此外,蛤蚧还有补益肺肾,平喘止咳的功效,用与治肾双虚,气喘咳嗽,因此,历史上流传着用蛤蚧防病治病,健身强体的方法,如蛤蚧炖鸡,防治肺痨,咳嗽;蛤蚧泡酒,既祛风湿,强筋骨,有明显的滋补作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明突出的实质性特点和显著的进步是:
本发明主要以新鲜的脚扳薯、甘薯汁和马蹄汁为主要原料,脚扳薯有健脾止泻,益肺滋肾,解毒敛疮,主脾虚泄泻,肾虚遗精的功效,营养丰富,含有的脂肪、碳水化合物、无机盐与谷物粮食相差不大,脚板薯所含粘蛋白的比例较高,粘蛋白是一种多糖与蛋白质的混合物,其主要作用是防止脂肪在血管壁上的沉积并保持消化道和关节腔的润滑作用;对人体有特殊的保护作用,它能预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,保持动脉血管的弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生;甘薯汁能保持人体酸碱平衡,甘薯含有润滑消化道,起通便、降脂的作用;马蹄汁中含的磷,能促进人体生长发育和维持生理功能的需要,对牙齿骨骼的发育有很大好处,同时可促进体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡,具有以桂花、桑葚果、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、枸杞子、蛤蚧作为辅助药材,这些辅助药材中,桂花散寒破结,化痰止咳;桑椹鲜果主治久病体虚,肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,目暗耳鸣,关节不利,肠燥便秘,津亏血少,潮热遗精,糖尿病等;西洋参具有补肺降火、养胃生津;陈皮用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多;丹参具有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈;枸杞子有滋补强壮,促进和调节免疫功能、保肝与抗衰老作用;蛤蚧具有补虚扶弱和扶正驱邪之功效,由于本发明配方中的甘薯汁、马蹄汁、桑葚果和枸杞子其味道甘甜易被人们接受,且添加了调味剂,解决了药物以往苦涩难以喝下的缺陷,另外,本方的所有配方均以食品为主,无毒性,安全性强,寓药于食品,做为食补,有祛病而不伤正气的特点,同时也能让人们通过食疗长期坚持调养,长期食用,能有效调节人体微生态平衡与健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯30份、甘薯15份、马蹄8份、桂花5份、桑葚果10份、西洋参5份、陈皮5份、丹参6份、枸杞子7份、蛤蚧4份、调味剂5份。
所述调味剂包括:甜味剂、香料、酸味剂;
所述甜味剂为蔗糖;
所述酸味剂为柠檬酸;
所述香料为玫瑰香料、茉莉花香料。
本实施例的脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为1小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至90℃,水煮20分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至95℃,水煮6小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过250目滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。
实施例2
本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯35份、甘薯15份、马蹄8份、桂花8份、桑葚果7份、西洋参6份、陈皮7份、丹参8份、枸杞子4份、蛤蚧5份、调味剂8份。
本实施例所述调味剂包括:甜味剂、香料、酸味剂;
所述甜味剂为蔗糖和甜蜜素;
所述酸味剂为苹果酸和醋酸;
所述香料为玫瑰香精和茉莉花香精种。
本实施例所述的脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为2小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至100℃,水煮30分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至100℃,水煮小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。
实施例3
本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯30份、甘薯10份、马蹄5份、桂花10份、桑葚果5份、西洋参8份、陈皮8份、丹参8份、枸杞子5份、蛤蚧6份、调味剂5份。
本实施例所述调味剂是食盐;
所述甜味剂为蔗糖、木糖醇、甜蜜素其中的一种或者多种;
本实施例所述的脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为1.5小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至93℃,水煮25分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至94℃,水煮7小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过250目滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。
实施例4
本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯33份、甘薯18份、马蹄8份、桂花6份、桑葚果9份、西洋参7份、陈皮6份、丹参6份、枸杞子8份、蛤蚧4份、调味剂6份。
本实施例所述调味剂包括:甜味剂、香料、酸味剂;
所述甜味剂为蔗糖;
所述酸味剂为苹果酸种;
所述香料为茉莉花香料。
本实施例所述的脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为1.8小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至98℃,水煮26分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至95℃,水煮7小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过250目滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。
下面通过临床治疗效果对本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料作进一步验证:
临床治疗效果:
黎某,男,35岁,广西南宁市人,私企高管,工作压力大,需要经常出去应酬,自觉头晕脑胀,晚上睡眠不好,腰酸手麻,汗出不止,大便干结。后服用本发明人的脚扳薯保健饮料1个月,头晕脑胀、腰酸手麻症状以及汗出不止消失,睡眠有所改善,继续服用脚扳薯保健饮料3个月,目前身体状况良好,睡眠质量很好,大便正常,脸色红润。
李某,女,40岁,广西柳州市人,大型国企中层科技领导,经常加班,失眠头痛,腹胀不思进食,口干舌燥,工作没精神,服用本发明的脚扳薯保健饮料2个月,以上各症状消失,饮食正常,工作精力充沛。
陆某,男,55岁,广西南宁市,某银行领导,需要经常出差,有时还出去喝酒应酬,于2016年10月感觉身心疲惫,全身无力,手有发抖现象,睡眠不好,梦多,遗精,服用本发明人的脚扳薯保健饮料,服用15天后各症状减轻,继续服用6个月,以上症状消失,精神状态良好。

Claims (6)
1.一种脚扳薯保健饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯30-40份、甘薯10-20份、马蹄5-10份、桂花5-10份、桑葚果5-10份、西洋参5-8份、陈皮4-9份、丹参5-10份、枸杞子3-8份、蛤蚧3-6份、调味剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚扳薯保健饮料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其制备原料包括以下成分:脚扳薯35份、甘薯15份、马蹄8份、桂花8份、桑葚果7份、西洋参6份、陈皮7份、丹参8份、枸杞子4份、蛤蚧5份、调味剂8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚扳薯保健饮料,其特征在于:所述调味剂包括:甜味剂、香料、酸味剂或者食盐;
所述甜味剂为蔗糖、木糖醇、甜蜜素其中的一种或者多种;
所述酸味剂为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、醋酸其中的一种或者多种;
所述香料为玫瑰香料、玫瑰香精、茉莉花香料、茉莉花香精其中的一种或者多种。
4.如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种番石榴保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份配比准备好原料;
(2)将所述脚扳薯用清水洗去泥沙,清洗干净,然后采用竹片去皮,切碎,放入水中浸泡,浸泡时间为1~2小时,得到脚扳薯片,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至90-100℃,水煮20-30分钟,过滤,分别得到脚扳薯汁液A,备用;
(3)将新鲜的甘薯和马蹄,分别去皮切碎,加入枸杞子和新鲜的桑葚果,按1∶1加入清水,采用螺旋榨汁机直接榨汁,汁液通过离心分离得到新鲜的汁液B,备用;
(4)将桂花、西洋参、陈皮、丹参、蛤蚧,去杂、洗净,然后切成小块,混合成原料C,备用;
(5)将以上步骤(4)得到的原料C放入砂锅,并加入适量的水加温至90-100℃,水煮6-8小时,并均匀搅拌;
(6)将步骤(5)水煮的原料通过滤布滤去残渣,得到混合汁液D,备用;
(7)将步骤(6)得到的混合汁液D,慢慢加入步骤(2)得到的汁液A、步骤(3)得到的汁液B和调味剂均匀搅拌,巴氏灭菌,灌装即可得保健饮料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中加入适量的水加温至95℃,水煮7小时,并均匀搅拌。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种脚扳薯保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)水煮原料通过250目滤布过滤。
