背景技术
互联网内容的可获得性已经极大地改变了用户如何获取内容、与内容交互和最终消费内容的方式。如今，海量的网站持有各种音频和视频节目，从用户生成的视频、新闻报道和播客到黄金时段的综合性大型电视节目和高清电影。通过各种互联网门户网站提供的这类节目的数量也日益增长，其中各网站采用不同的商业模式以求将内容的提供货币化。
因此一直以来都对内容的识别、维护和分发存在一种需求，以使得对这些内容的消费和显示最大化，并同时还能有效地分发这些内容。
发明内容
大体上，本发明提供了指南的创建、访问和分发内容的系统和方法。在一个实施方式中，提供了一种内容指南系统。该系统包括内容服务器、标签服务器、标签装置和重放装置。该内容服务器配置成提供对内容的访问。该标签服务器包括可搜索的标签数据库。该标签装置与所述标签服务器及所述内容服务器进行网络通信，其中所述标签装置配置成经由所述内容服务器访问内容，并自动生成至少一个标签，该标签对提供给所述标签服务器以加入所述可搜索的标签数据库的被访问内容进行标引。该重放装置与所述标签服务器及所述内容服务器进行网络通信，其中，所述重放装置配置成对所述数据库进行搜索，从所述数据库中捡取出标签，该标签对可经由所述内容服务器加以访问的内容进行标引，并经由所述内容服务器对捡取出的标签所标引的内容进行访问。
在各种实施方式中，每一标签包括所述内容的标识符以及所述内容的位置信息，其中所述标识符为唯一的数据库标识符，且所述位置信息与统一资源标识符相关联。在其他实施方式中，所述标识符和所述位置信息在大小方面远小于所述内容。在一个实施方式中，所述标签不包括以下时间元素，该时间元素描述或标引所述内容可用于消费的具体时间或日期。在其他实施方式中，所述标签为数据库内的数据的子集，该数据库具有与所述标签不相关的数据以及标签所标引的内容。在另一实施方式中，所述标签包括至少一个将所述标签关联至所述数据库内的特定内容指南的标识符，而且在另一实施方式中，所述数据库在大小方面大于标签数据库。

具体实施方式
通过使得互联网门户网站差异化而扩展对内容的选择，根据本发明一实施方式的内容指南提供一种对海量可获得内容进行导航的工具。一个实施方式中的内容指南是与单个用户、用户组或用户订阅的频道相关的标签的堆栈或数据库，其使得能捡取内容，以便顺序地和/或随后进行浏览；在其他一些实施方式中，内容指南是标签标引内容的可导航列表，其使得可通过搜索和/或分类目录来访问内容，并由来自第三方资源的建议和数据加以了补充。用户在使用包括插件、Java描述语言或其他类似接口在内的、能使用户标记不同的音频或视频内容以便于以后浏览的浏览器巡览不同门户网站的同时，生成根据本发明一实施方式的指南。这些标签可存储在当地，或存储在网络账户上，并可随后通过网络浏览器、或者通过个人计算机或消费类电子装置上的能访问这些标签并能将所选内容显示在诸如数字电视等平台上的其他应用程序访问这些标签。在许多实施方式中，对内容的解码是由使用指南以访问内容的装置执行的。指南简化了在大量网站中抽取内容的操作，并使得可在多个装置上浏览内容。
根据本发明的各实施方式，媒体内容指南使得可在一在线社区内共享标签了的内容，并且可基于社区的推荐形成标签集。社区的标签也可与个人的偏好结合，从而为在线内容消费创建推荐。此外，对已有和新加内容进行扫描的远程或推荐服务器可应用用户的个人偏好，从而可周期性地为用户创建推荐。

指南的创建
用户可单独地巡览任何提供内容的站点，并将针对该内容的访问标记添加到数据库中，随后可使用该数据库来创建指南。在许多实施方式中，用户利用包括插件的浏览器应用程序或者通过JavaScript来访问网站，JavaScript提供识别嵌入在网页内的媒体的功能，且提供用户界面，使得可对媒体加标签/解除标签，并可从网页中捡取与媒体相关的信息。在标记网络门户网站上的各内容时，可动态地增强呈现内容以及与内容相关的、用于内容消费和下载的信息的网页，从而呈现出一界面，该界面使得可将该内容增加到用户的媒体指南中。一旦增加后，即可动态地增强网页来提示该内容已经增加到用户的媒体指南中。在再次访问该同一网页时，用户可移除已经加入到他或她的媒体指南中的内容。

指南的创建与对指南的访问在时间上通常是分开的，从而可在分开的地点并在不同类型的装置上实现。在时间间隙内可进行内容的预缓存。例如，可逐步地将部分或全部加了标签的内容下载到重放装置可访问的当地存储器上，并且/或者(手动地或自动地)将预缓存引导至生态系统(ecosystem)的适当或理想装置，在该生态系统中，用户具有多个能访问指南的装置。在适用的情况下(例如在流行内容的情况下)，可采用点对点的技术来降低内容发送服务器上的带宽载荷。对于媒体指南的基本使用、即基于媒体指南的内容标记标签直接发送内容来说，这些要求是不必要的。
媒体指南的创建可提供与用户浏览偏好以及他们喜欢重放的内容类型相关的某些信息。关于内容的这些信息可与外部服务器一起分享，并可通过多种不同的方式货币化。还可根据媒体指南中存在的其他信息来识别内容是来自于与版权所有者签订了合同的合法来源，还是来自于非法来源。这一识别可形成货币化模式，例如广告、定向广告、许诺销售或获取消费内容的许可、或者任何其他的货币化技术，所述技术能利用与媒体发送源的合法性相关的信息。
创建媒体指南所需的全部或一些软件和系统可以以如下方式实施，即，其可作为标准开发包(SDK)由第三方许可，并随后可由第三方许可者根据其特定要求定制。在这一模式下，能用来货币化的某些信息，诸如用户的浏览偏好，用户喜欢重放的内容类型，以及媒体指南中可用的其他信息可仅仅反馈回SDK的被许可人，或者在第三方许可人和SDK的被许可人之间共享。
尽管就某些特定的方面描述了本发明，但是一些附加的修改和改变对本领域内普通技术人员是显而易见的。因此应理解的是，可以以不同于具体描述的方式实施本发明，包括在尺寸、形状和材料方面的各种改变，而不超出本发明的范围和精神。因而本发明实施方式的所有方面应认为是示意性而非限定性的。

Claims (22)

1.一种内容指南系统，包括：
内容服务器，该内容服务器配置成提供对内容的访问；
标签服务器，该标签服务器包括可搜索的标签数据库，所述标签对存储在所述内容服务器上的内容进行标引，其中所述可搜索的标签数据库形成与在线社区关联的内容指南；
标签装置，该标签装置与所述标签服务器及所述内容服务器进行网络通信，其中：
所述标签装置配置成经由所述内容服务器访问内容；
所述标签装置被配置成通过自动生成至少一个对被访问内容进行标引的标签而共享内容推荐；以及
所述标签装置被配置成给所述标签服务器提供所生成的至少一个标签以加入形成所述内容指南的所述可搜索的标签数据库；
重放装置，该重放装置与所述标签服务器及所述内容服务器进行网络通信，其中：
所述重放装置被配置成搜索形成所述内容指南的所述可搜索的标签数据库；
所述重放装置被配置成从形成所述内容指南的所述可搜索的标签数据库中捡取出标签，该标签对可经由所述内容服务器加以访问的内容进行标引；
所述重放装置被配置成接收包括至少一个标签的共享的内容推荐；并且
所述重放装置配置成经由所述内容服务器对标签所标引的内容进行访问。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，每一标签包括所述内容的标识符以及所述内容的位置信息。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标识符为唯一的数据库标识符，且所述位置信息与统一资源标识符相关联。
4.根据权利要求2所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标识符和所述位置信息在大小方面远小于所述内容。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述重放装置配置为请求将存储在所述内容服务器上的标签标引内容添加到所述可搜索的标签数据库中或从所述标签数据库中删除。
6.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述网络通信是通过互联网进行的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述网络通信是通过局域网进行的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述重放装置配置为基于所接收的共享的所述内容推荐请求将标签标引内容加入到所述可搜索的标签数据库。
9.根据权利要求8所述的内容指南系统，还包括推荐服务器，该推荐服务器配置为通过所述可搜索的标签数据库进行搜索，并将内容推荐发送到所述重放装置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述内容推荐基于选择标准，且所述重放装置配置为创建该选择标准。
11.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述重放装置配置为接收所述内容的预缓存部分。
12.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述内容服务器配置为获得所述内容的预缓存部分。
13.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标签服务器不包含所述内容。
14.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述内容服务器存储所述内容的一部分。
15.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标签不包括时间元素。
16.根据权利要求1所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标签为数据库内的数据的子集，该数据库具有与所述标签不相关的数据以及标签所标引的内容。
17.根据权利要求16所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述标签包括至少一个将所述标签关联至所述数据库内的特定内容指南的标识符。
18.根据权利要求17所述的内容指南系统，其中，所述数据库在大小方面大于所述可搜索的标签数据库。
19.一种访问通过网络分发的内容的方法，所述方法包括：
应用标签装置访问内容,其中从内容服务器访问所述内容；
利用标签装置通过自动生成对被访问内容进行标引的至少一个标签而共享内容推荐；
使用所述标签装置将所生成的至少一个标签提供给标签服务器，其中：
所述标签服务器包括形成与在线社区关联的内容指南的可搜索的标签数据库，
所述可搜索的标签数据库中的标签对存储在所述内容服务器中的内容进行标引，以及
所述至少一个标签用于通过所述标签服务器包含在所述可搜索的标签数据库中；
应用重放装置对形成所述内容指南的可搜索的标签数据库进行搜索；
应用所述重放装置从所述可搜索的标签数据库捡取出标签，该标签对可经由所述内容服务器加以访问的内容进行标引；
使用重放装置接收包括至少一个标签的共享的内容推荐；以及
使用重放装置经由所述内容服务器对标签所标引的内容进行访问。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法，其中，所生成的所述至少一个标签包括所述内容的标识符和所述内容的位置信息。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法，其中，所述标识符为唯一的数据库标识符，且所述位置信息与统一资源标识符相关联。
22.根据权利要求20所述的方法，其中，所述标识符和所述位置信息在大小方面远小于所述内容。
