Abstract
本发明提供了底漆组合物、使用该组合物的桥面板防水结构体和桥面板防水施工方法。该底漆组合物是用于在以已设或新设高速公路为首的公路桥桥面板混凝土上涂布自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料的底漆组合物,解决了施工必需大型机械等施工上的烦琐问题,适合于涂布自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料。该底漆组合物含有(A)氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、(B)由(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(B-1)和其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)形成的聚合性不饱和单体、(C)固化促进剂、(D)石蜡和(E)干燥辅助剂,上述组分各自具有特定的摩尔比、质量比。该底漆组合物具有优异的裂缝载荷追随性、抗起泡性、粘接性和耐弯曲性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于涂布自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料的、具有优异的裂缝载荷追随性、耐膨胀性、粘接性、耐弯曲性的底漆组合物、使用该组合物的桥面板防水结构体和桥面板防水施工方法。
背景技术
近来,以高速公路为首的公路桥桥面板的早期劣化成为了问题,即,雨水、防冻剂等通过沥青铺面与钢筋混凝土桥面板(以下RC桥面板)中产生的裂缝而浸入到结构物中,使钢筋腐蚀,使结构物的耐久性降低。因此,为了延长RC桥面板的寿命,国土交通省在公路桥说明书中提出了在RC桥面板中必须设置防水层的事项。另一方面,NEXC O(旧日本道路公团)在2001年6月制作了关于混凝土桥面板用防水系统的手册(以下JH规格)。该规格是如果满足该规格则被视为具有30年的耐久性的“假设规定”点,对裂缝开闭、耐温冷反复性能、耐铺设性能、遮盐性能和耐化学品性能等的初期性能到长期耐久性能进行了严格的评价。在这些规格中,特别大的问题是进行达到480万次的疲劳试验的“裂缝开闭”。
目前,作为桥面板的防水层结构,具有薄片系、涂膜系、铺设系三种。该内铺设系的防水性能比其它两种差,因此施工例很少。
作为涂膜系桥面板防水材料,已知有由氨基甲酸酯-脲树脂系防水材料形成的材料(专利文献1)、由含醚键的自由基固化 型树脂系防水材料形成的材料(专利文献2)等。
氨基甲酸酯-脲树脂系防水材料虽然具有满足上述的“裂缝开闭”的延伸性能、优异的混凝土基底粘接性,但存在施工必需大型机械等施工上的烦琐问题。另外,自由基固化型树脂系防水材料作为不需要大型的机械、可短时间施工的材料是有吸引力的。然而,由于没有不仅具有优异的延伸性能且满足优异的混凝土基底粘接性和“裂缝开闭”的自由基固化系底漆,因此,无法作为满足“裂缝开闭”、可短时间施工的防水系统提供。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的课题是:用于在以已设或新设高速公路为首的公路桥RC桥面板上涂布自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料的底漆组合物,其可以用于将解决了施工需要大型机械等施工上的烦琐问题的自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料形成防水层,且具有优异的裂缝载荷追随性、耐膨胀性、粘接性、耐弯曲性。即,本发明的课题为桥面板防水层形成用底漆组合物、使用该组合物的桥面板防水结构体和桥面板防水施工方法。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等对于能够使用含有蜡、固化促进剂的自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料的底漆用自由基固化型树脂、树脂结构、组成等进行了深入研究,结果发现,如果以特定的摩尔比、特定的质量比使用特定的多元醇或其混合物的氨基甲酸酯 甲基丙烯酸酯树脂与特定的聚合性不饱和单体的混合物单体,则可以解决裂缝载荷追随性、耐膨胀性、粘接性、耐弯曲性的问题,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供底漆组合物、使用该组合物的桥面板防水结构体和桥面板防水施工方法,所述底漆组合物的特征在于,其为含有(A)氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1),或者上述氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)和氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)的混合物、(B)由(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(B-1)和其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)形成的聚合性不饱和单体、(C)固化促进剂、(D)石蜡和(E)干燥辅助剂的树脂组合物,
其中,氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)是使数均分子量650~3000的聚四亚甲基二醇(A-1-1)与多异氰酸酯成分(A-1-2)反应而获得的末端异氰酸酯基氨基甲酸酯预聚物、与(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-1-3)反应而获得的,

发明的效果
本发明是含有特定的(A)氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、(B)由(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(B-1)和其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)形成的聚合性不饱和单体、(C)固化促进 剂、(D)石蜡和(E)干燥辅助剂的树脂组合物,通过各自为特定的摩尔比、质量比而获得裂缝载荷追随性、耐膨胀性、粘接性、耐弯曲性优异的桥面板防水用底漆组合物,可提供满足“裂缝开闭”的桥面板防水结构体、自由基固化性树脂体系,因此可提供不需要大型施工机械的桥面板防水施工方法。
具体实施方式
本发明所使用的氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A)是氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1),或者上述(A-1)和氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)的混合物,氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)是:使数均分子量650~3000的聚四亚甲基二醇(A-1-1)与多异氰酸酯成分(A-1-2)以优选NC O/OH比=1.5/1~2/1的方式反应而获得的含末端异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物、与(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-1-3)以优选NC O/OH比=0.99/1~1/1的方式反应,从而获得的;氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)是:使选自聚氧亚丙基二醇、聚氧亚乙基二醇中的数均分子量650~2000的聚醚多元醇(A-2-1)与多异氰酸酯成分(A-2-2)以优选NC O/OH比=1.5/1~2/1的方式反应而获得的含末端异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物进一步与(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-2-3)以优选NCO/OH比=0.99/1~1/1的方式反应,从而获得的。优选的是氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂。此时使用的聚醚多元醇成分例如在不损害本发明的效果的范围内可以组合使用作为其它多元醇的聚酯多元醇、聚丙烯酸多元醇和聚碳酸酯多元醇等多元醇。
上述聚四亚甲基二醇(A-1-1)通过凝胶渗透色谱法测定的聚苯乙烯换算的数均分子量为650~3000,优选为650~2000,特别优选为1000~2000。另外,作为聚醚多元醇(A-2-1),选自聚 氧亚丙基二醇(以下简称为PPG)、聚氧亚乙基二醇,通过凝胶渗透色谱法测定的聚苯乙烯换算的数均分子量为650~3000。另外,上述(A-1-1)的数均分子量大于3000时,拉伸粘接性试验中表现差,小于650时,-10℃×180度弯曲性差,因此不优选。
作为上述多异氰酸酯成分(A-1-2)或(A-2-2),例如可列举出2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯及其异构体或异构体的混合物(以下简称为TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、苯二甲撑二异氰酸酯、氢化苯二甲撑二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二甲基联苯二异氰酸酯、萘二异氰酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯、BURNOCK D-750(DIC CORPORATION产品)、CRISVON NX(DIC CORPORATION产品)、Desmodur L(Sumika Bayer Urethane Co.,Ltd.产品)、CORONATE L(日本聚氨酯工业株式会社产品)等,特别优选使用TDI。
作为上述(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-1-3)、(A-2-3)或(B-1),例如可列举出甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羟丙酯、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、丙烯酸2-羟丙酯、丙烯酸4-羟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸4-羟丁酯等。优选的是甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯。
在上述(A-1-3)和上述(A-2-3)中,例如在不损害本发明的效果的范围内可以组合使用乙二醇单烯丙基醚、二乙二醇单烯丙基醚、丙二醇单烯丙基醚、二丙二醇单烯丙基醚、1,2-丁二醇单烯丙基醚、三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚、甘油二烯丙基醚、季戊四醇三烯丙基醚等多元醇类的烯丙基醚化合物。
上述氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)/上述氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)的质量基准的配混比例为100/0~30/70。在该范围以外时,-10℃×180度弯曲性差、裂缝载荷追随性变差,因此不优选。
上述(B)/上述(A)的摩尔比为4.0~20,优选为5~18。该摩尔比小于4.0时,粘度增高,施工作业性差,大于20时,-10℃×180度弯曲性差,因而不优选。
上述其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)是(甲基)丙烯酸系化合物,是常温液态的含有1个(甲基)丙烯酰基的单体。这些单体例如可列举出丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸癸酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸硬脂酯、聚己内酯丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇单甲醚单丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇单甲醚单丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己基卡必醇酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸己酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸癸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸硬脂酯、聚己内酯甲基丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇单甲醚单甲基丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇单甲醚单甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸2-乙基己基卡必醇酯、丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、苯酚环氧乙烷(EO)改性丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸壬基苯基卡必醇酯、壬基苯酚EO改性丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸苯氧基丙酯、苯酚环氧丙烷(PO)改性丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸壬基苯氧基丙酯、壬基苯酚PO改性丙烯酸酯、邻苯二甲酸丙烯酰氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、苯酚EO改性甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸壬基苯基卡必醇酯、壬基苯酚EO改性甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基丙酯、苯酚PO改性甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸壬基苯氧基丙酯、壬基苯酚PO改性甲基丙烯酸酯、邻苯二甲酸甲基丙烯酰氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸双环戊烯氧基乙酯等。在它们当中,通过将分子量180以上且具有不易挥发性质的(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸双环戊烯氧基乙酯与具有氢键且具有不易挥发的性质的甲基丙烯酸2-羟 乙酯一起使用,从即使在涂膜中微量未反应而残留也难以形成TVOC的观点来看是优选的。
另外,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,还可以组合使用苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯基甲苯、α-甲基甲苯等具有不饱和基团的反应性单体。
在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,上述聚合性不饱和单体(B)可以组合使用一分子中具有至少2个烯属不饱和基团、优选为2个(甲基)丙烯酰基的单体。通过组合使用该单体,可以提高固化物表面的耐磨性、耐擦伤性、耐煽动性、耐化学品性等。作为该一分子中具有至少2个烯属不饱和基团的化合物,例如可列举出乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,2-丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,3-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯的烷烃二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,二丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、四乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等聚氧亚烷基二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等,它们可以单独使用或将两种以上组合使用。另外,在不损害发明效果的范围内,可以使用二乙烯基苯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、间苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、四溴邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、三烯丙基邻苯二甲酸酯等。
上述聚合性不饱和单体(B)按质量比计为(B-1)/(B-2)=35/65~5/95。上述(B-1)偏离该范围时,耐水性差,(B-2)偏离该范围时,与混凝土桥面板的拉伸粘接性差。
上述氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A)与聚合性不饱和单体(B)的混合摩尔比(B)/(A)为4~20,优选为5~18。该(B)/(A)小于4时,树脂组合物的粘度增高,施工操作性差,大于20时,固化物的-10℃×180度弯曲性差,因此不优选。
上述固化促进剂(C)优选为胺化合物,例如可列举出苯 胺、N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺、对甲苯胺、N,N-二甲基-对甲苯胺、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)-对甲苯胺(简称为PTD-2EO)、N-甲基-N-(2-羟乙基)-对甲苯胺、N-乙基-N-(2-羟乙基)-对甲苯胺、N-甲基-N-(2-羟乙基)-间甲苯胺、N-乙基-N-(2-羟乙基)-间甲苯胺、4-(N,N-二甲基氨基)苯甲醛、4-[N,N-双(2-羟乙基)氨基]苯甲醛、4-(N-甲基-N-羟乙基氨基)苯甲醛、N,N-双(2-羟丙基)-对甲苯胺、N-乙基-间甲苯胺、三乙醇胺、间甲苯胺、二亚乙基三胺、吡啶、苯基吗啉、哌啶、N,N-双(羟乙基)苯胺、二乙醇苯胺等N,N-取代苯胺、N,N-取代-对甲苯胺、4-(N,N-取代氨基)苯甲醛等胺类。更优选的是N,N-取代-对甲苯胺,尤其是PTD-2EO。作为其添加量,相对于100质量份上述(A)与上述(B)成分的总量,优选为0.1~3质量份,更优选为0.3~1质量份。
上述石蜡(D)作为辅助涂膜干燥的成分添加,可以使用石油蜡、合成蜡即聚乙烯蜡、氧化石蜡、醇型蜡等。优选具有华氏115°F~155°F的熔点的石蜡。这里所述的熔点是根据JISK2235测定的熔点。其添加量优选相对于底漆组合物为500ppm~10000ppm。进而,从干燥性和粘度的观点来看,添加量更优选为2000ppm~8000ppm。
上述干燥辅助剂(E)是辅助涂膜干燥的成分,优选为钴系有机酸盐。该钴系有机酸盐例如可列举出环烷酸钴、辛酸钴等金属皂。作为其添加量,相对于100质量份上述(A)与上述(B)成分的总量,优选为0.1~3质量份,更优选为0.3~1质量份。
在本发明中,可以组合使用公知的空气干燥性不饱和树脂。此时,不挥发成分(树脂固体成分)优选为30~70质量%。在该范围以外时,施工作业性不能满足。
在本发明中,为了调整固化速度,可以添加、使用自由基固化剂、光自由基引发剂、阻聚剂。
作为上述自由基固化剂,例如可列举出有机过氧化物,具体而言,可列举出过氧化苯甲酰系、二酰基过氧化物系、过氧基酯系、氢过氧化物系、二烷基过氧化物系、酮过氧化物系、过氧缩酮系、烷基过氧基酯系、过碳酸酯系等公知公用的有机过氧化物。优选的是过氧化苯甲酰系。自由基固化剂的用量相对于100质量份组合物的(A)(B)的总量优选为0.1~6质量份。
作为上述光自由基引发剂,即光敏剂,例如可列举出苯偶姻烷基醚这样的苯偶姻醚系,二苯甲酮、苯偶酰、邻苯甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯等二苯甲酮系,安息香双甲醚、2,2-二乙氧基乙酰苯、2-羟基-2-甲基丙酰苯、4-异丙基-2-羟基-2-甲基丙酰苯、1,1-二氯乙酰苯等乙酰苯系,2-氯噻吨酮、2-甲基噻吨酮、2-异丙基噻吨酮等噻吨酮系等。
作为上述阻聚剂,可列举出例如三氢苯、甲基对苯二酚(toluhydroquinone)、14-萘醌、对苯醌、氢醌、苯醌、氢醌单甲醚、对叔丁基儿茶酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚等。优选的是,在组合物中添加至达到10~1000ppm的浓度。
在本发明的组合物中,除了上述以外,可以使用各种添加剂,例如填充剂、紫外线吸收剂、颜料、增稠剂、低收缩剂、抗老化剂、增塑剂、骨料、阻燃剂、稳定剂、纤维补强材料等。
作为上述填充剂,例如可列举出水硬性硅酸盐材料、碳酸钙粉、粘土、氧化铝粉、硅石粉、滑石、硫酸钡、二氧化硅粉、玻璃粉、玻璃珠、云母、氢氧化铝、纤维素、硅砂、石英砂、河砂、寒水石、大理石屑、碎石、将着色的瓷器、陶器素坯烧成固化并粉碎而获得的材料等。
作为用于赋予触变性的填充剂,还可以添加石棉或海泡石、微粉硅胶(Aerosil)之类的二氧化硅粉末等。作为填充剂,除了上述以外,可以使用着色颜料、染料,例如可使用氧化钛、 硫酸钡、炭黑、朱砂膏(cream vermilion)、铁丹(bengala)、群青、钴蓝、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿等。其添加量为:相对于100质量份本发明的组合物,可以配混1~500质量份这些填充剂,用于涂布施工。
本发明的组合物可以使用由固化剂与固化促进剂的组合形成的公知的氧化还原系催化剂,在-30℃~50℃的温度范围内固化2小时以内。
本发明的组合物为了对基底的粘接性的稳定化、提高与填充剂的粘接强度的耐久性,可以添加γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的底漆组合物的涂布量为50~500g/m2,优选为100~250g/m2。作为涂布手段,可以使用刷子、辊、喷枪等公知的手段。
对本发明的桥面板防水结构体而言,必需的是,用上述涂布手段将本发明的底漆组合物直接在混凝土桥面板基体上施工,接着,在其上涂布自由基固化性树脂系防水材料,在其上设置沥青铺设材料等铺设层。
上述的自由基固化性树脂系防水材料是用醚系自由基固化性树脂将选自环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂、氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂中的至少一种以上的乙烯基酯树脂溶解在上述聚合性不饱和单体(B)中而获得的树脂组合物,在固化物的低温(-10℃)下的拉伸伸长率优选为10%以上。更优选的是氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂组合物,特别优选的是氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物。
上述沥青铺设材料是指将在沥青中混合有选择的骨料的沥 青组合物在加热温度150~260℃、优选150~180℃下混合,将其敷设在桥面板防水层上,用动力滚筒碾压,在桥面板防水层上作为铺设层成型的物质。上述沥青例如包括湖沥青、岩沥青、沥青岩(asphaltite)等天然沥青,直馏沥青(straight asphalt)、吹制沥青(blown asphalt)等石油沥青,半吹气沥青(semi-blown asphalt),硬质沥青,在这些沥青中加入热固化性树脂、热塑性树脂、橡胶等进行改性而获得的沥青。
本发明的桥面板防水施工方法为如下桥面板防水铺设结构体的施工法:在桥面板上直接涂布形成基于本发明的底漆组合物的底漆层,将低温(-10℃)下的拉伸伸长率为10%以上的酯系自由基固化性树脂组合物的固化物作为防水层设置,接着,对基于上述沥青铺设材料的铺装层进行施工。
实施例
合成例1:PTMG 1000系
在设有温度计、搅拌机、非活性气体导入口、空气导入口和回流冷却器的1升四口烧瓶内,加入500g数均分子量1000的聚四亚甲基二醇(简称为PTMG)和174g甲苯二异氰酸酯(简称为TDI),在氮气流下在80℃下反应4小时。NC O当量达到600的大致理论当量值,因此,冷却至50℃。在空气气流下,添加0.07g氢醌,添加130g甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(简称为HEMA),在90℃下反应5小时。在NC O%达到0.1%以下时,添加0.07g叔丁基儿茶酚(简称为TB C),获得数均分子量1608的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(a)。
合成例2:PTMG500系
与上述合成例1同样地,使用数均分子量500的PTMG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量1108的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(b)。
合成例3:PTMG650系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量650的PTMG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量1258的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(c)。
合成例4:PTMG2000系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量2000的PTMG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量2608的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(d)。
合成例5:PTMG3000系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量3000的PTMG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量3608的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(e)。
合成例6:PPG 1000系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量1000的聚氧亚丙基二醇(简称为PPG)、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量1608的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(f)。
合成例7:PPG700系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量700的PPG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量1308的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(g)。
合成例8:PPG2000系
与上述合成例1同样地使用数均分子量2000的PPG、TDI、HEMA,用与合成例1相同摩尔比配方合成数均分子量2608的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(h)。
合成例9[防水材料用树脂组合物(1)的制备]
在设有温度计、搅拌机、非活性气体导入口、空气导入口 和回流冷却器的1升的四口烧瓶中,加入500g数均分子量1000的PPG和174g TDI,在氮气流下在80℃下反应4小时。NC O当量达到600的大致理论当量值,因此,冷却至50℃。在空气气流下,添加0.07g氢醌,添加130g甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯(简称为HEMA),在90℃下反应5小时。在NC O%达到0.1%以下时,添加0.07g叔丁基儿茶酚(简称为TB C),获得聚醚氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物。将该组合物在345g MMA中稀释溶解,形成不挥发成分为70%的防水材料用氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(1)。
实施例1~9
通过表1所示的配方将上述合成例中所示的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂(a)、(c)、(d)、(f)制作为底漆组合物,将它们以0.2kg/m2涂布于混凝土制的JIS规格人行道板上,形成底漆层,在其上涂布下述的桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)。进行下述的膨胀性试验、拉伸粘接性试验、裂缝载荷追随性试验。
比较例1~7
通过表2所示的配方将上述合成例中所述的氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂(a)、(b)、(e)、(g)、(h)制作为底漆组合物,将它们以0.2kg/m2涂布于混凝土制的JIS规格人行道板上,形成底漆层,在其上涂布下述的桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)。进行下述的膨胀性试验、拉伸粘接性试验、裂缝载荷追随性试验。
(桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)的制备)
在配混100份上述防水材料用氨基甲酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯树脂组合物(1)、0.3份PTD-2EO、0.2份石蜡、0.5份辛酸钴的树脂组合物中,添加2份NYPER NS(BPO:过氧化苯甲酰40%含有物,日本油脂制造),形成桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)。在各试验中,涂布规定量,使之固化形成防水层。
<(B)的mol数/(A)的mol数的计算例>
{(B-1)的配混份数/(B-1)分子量+(B-2)的配混份数/(B-2)分子量}/(树脂成分配混份数/树脂成分的数均分子量)
例:树脂(a)70份,β-HEMA 5份,MMA 25份
(5/130/+25/100)/(70/1608)=6.6
◆粘度
将底漆组合物的温度调整至25℃,按照JIS K69015.5,测定组合物的粘度。
作为不使用大型机械且不妨碍操作性的粘度,讲粘度为1000mPa·s以下的情况评价为○,将大于1000mPa·s的情况评价为×。
◆膨胀性试验
用#60砂磨JIS规格人行道板(300mm×300mm×60mm)的表面,在其上涂布0.2kg/m2的本发明的底漆组合物,固化干燥后,涂布2.0kg/m2的基于桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)的防水层,使之固化干燥,获得膨胀性试验片。设想在防水层上进行沥青铺设施工,将膨胀性试验片在160℃的干燥机中放置1小时之后,观察防水层的表面。
◆拉伸粘接性试验
用#60砂磨JIS规格人行道板(300×300×60mm)的表面,在其上涂布0.2kg/m2的本发明的底漆组合物,固化干燥后,涂布2.0kg/m2的基于桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)的防水层,制成规定规格的防水层,进而在其上铺设加热的沥青混合物。加热的沥青混合物使用密级配沥青混凝土(13mm Top)。混合温度为153~159℃,压实(铺设温度)在142~147℃下通过手压滚筒(hand roller)和碾压机(roller compacter)碾压,压实至厚度40mm。将该试验体用岩心切割器(core cutter)进行100mmφ 的刻痕,直至达到混凝土层。拉伸试验使用环氧系粘接剂将φ100mm的钢制粘接板粘接于带有刻痕的沥青混凝土部分上。在粘接剂固化之后,使用山本打重机株式会社制造的油压式粘接试验机,在23℃、0.98N/mm2·s试验速度下试验。将强度为0.6N/mm2以上的情况评价为合格,将0.6N/mm2以下的情况评价为不合格。另外观察剥离状态。
◆180度弯曲试验
在玻璃板上涂布2.0kg/m2的本发明的底漆组合物,使之固化干燥。成型为长度250×宽度30mm(厚度约2mm),在-10℃下放置2小时以上,在-10℃气氛中,沿着直径10mm的钢制棒,弯曲180度,观察断裂状态。其中,本试验和裂缝载荷追随试验关联性强,因此,不能实施裂缝载荷追随试验的样品仅实施了本实验。
◆裂缝载荷追随试验(日本道路公团试验研究所:防水系统设计·施工手册,2001)
在试验温度(23±2℃)下,用#60砂磨JIS规格人行道板(300mm×300mm×60mm)的表面,在其上涂布0.2kg/m2的本发明的底漆组合物,固化干燥后,涂布2.0kg/m2的基于桥面板防水层用防水材料(2)的防水层,制成规定规格的防水层,进一步在其上铺设加热的沥青混合物。本试样通过混凝土切割机将试样的中央部切断,将试样二等分(150mm×300mm×100mm)。为了在裂缝载荷用的试样中诱发裂缝,在试样的上面和下面引入刻痕。
将初始裂缝宽度调整为0.25mm。用±0.15mm裂缝幅度和10Hz正弦波实施裂缝开闭。
确认循环数480万次的防水层上有无异常。将防水层上无异常的情况评价为合格(○),将防水层上有异常的情况评价为不 合格(×)。

产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,由于施工时不需要大型的机械,可以提供在底漆、自由基固化性树脂系防水材料涂布施工上不烦琐的桥面板防水施工方法。另外,通过在基体上的已设桥面板层或新设桥面板层上直接涂布本发明的桥面板防水用底漆组合物,可以提供由混凝土桥面板与自由基固化性树脂系防水材料的、裂缝载荷追随性、耐膨胀性、粘接性、耐弯曲性优异的密合结构形成的桥面板防水结构体。
Claims (8)
1.一种底漆组合物,其特征在于,该底漆组合物是含有(A)氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1),或者所述氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)和氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)的混合物、(B)由(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(B-1)和其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)形成的聚合性不饱和单体、(C)固化促进剂、(D)石蜡和(E)干燥辅助剂的树脂组合物,
其中,氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-1)是使数均分子量650~3000的聚四亚甲基二醇(A-1-1)与多异氰酸酯成分(A-1-2)反应而获得的含末端异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物、与(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-1-3)反应而获得的,
该氨基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂(A-2)是使选自聚氧亚丙基二醇、聚氧亚乙基二醇中的数均分子量650~2000的聚醚多元醇(A-2-1)与多异氰酸酯成分(A-2-2)反应而获得的含末端异氰酸酯基的氨基甲酸酯预聚物、与(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-2-3)反应而获得的,
所述(B)/所述(A)的摩尔比为4~20,所述(A-1)/所述(A-2)的质量比为100/0~10/90,所述(B-1)/所述(B-2)的质量比为35/65~5/95。
2.根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物,其中,所述(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(A-1-3)和(A-2-3)为甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物,其中,所述(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯(B-1)为甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物,其中,所述其它聚合性不饱和单体(B-2)为选自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸双环戊烯氧基乙酯中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物,其中,所述固化促进剂(C)为胺系化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物,其中,所述干燥辅助剂(E)为钴系有机酸盐。
7.一种桥面板防水结构体,其特征在于,自下到上至少具有桥面板、在桥面板上的根据权利要求1所述的底漆组合物固化物层、在底漆组合物固化物层上的自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料固化物层、在自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料固化物层上的沥青铺设层。
8.一种桥面板防水施工方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的底漆组合物涂布于桥面板上,接着涂布自由基固化性树脂系桥面板防水材料,进行沥青铺设材料的施工。
