Abstract
Description
または前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−1)とポリオキシプロピレンジオール、ポリオキシエチレンジオールから選ばれる数平均分子量650〜2000のポリエーテルポリオール(A−2−1)とポリイソシアネート成分(A−2−2)とを反応して得られる末端イソシアネート基ウレタンプレポリマーに、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(A−2−3)を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−2)との混合物、(B)ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(B−1)と、その他重合性不飽和単量体(B−2)とからなる重合性不飽和単量体、(C)硬化促進剤、(D)パラフィンワックス、及び(E)乾燥補助剤とを含有する樹脂組成物であり、前記(B)/前記(A)のモル比が4〜20で、前記(A−1)/前記(A−2)の質量比が100/0〜10/90で、前記(B−1)/前記(B−2)の質量比が35/65〜5/95であることを特徴とするプライマー組成物、それを用いた床版防水構造体、及び床版防水施工方法を提供するものである。
また、スチレン、酢酸ビニル、ビニルトルエン、α−メチルトルエン等の不飽和基を有する反応性単量体も、発明の効果を損なわない範囲で併用することができる。
温度計、攪拌機、不活性ガス導入口、空気導入口及び環流冷却器を備えた1リットルの四つ口フラスコに数平均分子量1000のポリテトラメチレングリコール(PTMGと略す)500gとトリレンジイソシアネート(TDIと略す)174gを仕込み、窒素気流下80℃で4時間反応させた。NCO当量が600とほぼ理論当量値となったので、50℃まで冷却した。空気気流下、ハイドロキノン0.07gを加え、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMAと略す)130gを加え、90℃で5時間反応させた。NCO%が0.1%以下となった時点で、ターシャリーブチルカテコール(TBCと略す)0.07g添加し、数平均分子量1608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(a)を得た。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量500のPTMG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量1108のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(b)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量650のPTMG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量1258のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(c)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量2000のPTMG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量2608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(d)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量3000のPTMG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量3608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(e)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量1000のポリオキシプロピレングリコール(PPGと略す)、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量1608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(f)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量700のPPG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量1308のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(g)を合成した。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量2000のPPG、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同モル比配合で数平均分子量2608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(h)を合成した。
温度計、攪拌機、不活性ガス導入口、空気導入口及び環流冷却器を備えた1リットルの四つ口フラスコに数平均分子量1000のPPG 500gとTDI 174gを仕込み、窒素気流下80℃で4時間反応させた。NCO当量が600とほぼ理論当量値となったので、50℃まで冷却した。空気気流下、ハイドロキノン0.07gを加え、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(HEMAと略す)130gを加え、90℃で5時間反応させた。NCO%が0.1%以下となった時点で、ターシャリーブチルカテコール(TBCと略す)0.07g添加し、ポリエーテルウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物を得た。これをMMA345gに希釈溶解させ、不揮発分70%の防水材用ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(1)とした。
前記合成例に示すウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)、(c)、(d)、(f)を表1に示す配合で、プライマー組成物を作成し、これらをコンクリート製JIS規格歩道板へ0.2kg/m2塗布してプライマー層を形成し、その上に下記の床版防水層用防水材(2)を塗布した。下記のフクレ性試験、引張り接着性試験、ひび割れ負荷追従性試験をおこなった。
前記合成例に示すウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)、(b)、(e)、(g)、(h)を表2に示す配合で、プライマー組成物を作成し、これらをコンクリート製JIS規格歩道板へ0.2kg/m2塗布してプライマー層を形成し、その上に下記の床版防水層用防水材(2)を塗布した。下記のフクレ性試験、引張り接着性試験、ひび割れ負荷追従性試験をおこなった。
前記防水材用ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物(1)100部、PTD−2EO0.3部、パラフィンワックス0.2部、オクチル酸コバルト0.5部配合した樹脂組成物に、ナイパーNS(BPO:ベンゾイルパーオキサイド40%含有物、日本油脂製)2部を添加し、床版防水層用防水材(2)とした。各試験で規定量塗布し、硬化させ防水層とした。

プライマー組成物の温度を25℃に調整し、JIS K 6901 5.5に準じて、組成物の粘度を測定した。
大型の機械を使用せずに作業性に支障がない粘度として、粘度1000mPa・s以下のものを○、それより大きいものを×とした。
JIS規格歩道板(300mm×300mm×60mm)の表面を#60でサンディングし、その上に本発明のプライマー組成物を0.2kg/m2塗布し、硬化乾燥後、床版防水層用防水材(2)による防水層を2.0kg/m2塗布、硬化乾燥させフクレ試験片を得た。防水層の上にアスファルト舗装を施工することを想定し、フクレ試験片を160℃の乾燥機に1時間放置した後、防水層の表面観察を行った。
JIS規格歩道板(300×300×60mm)の表面を#60でサンディング、その上に本発明のプライマー組成物を0.2kg/m2塗布し、硬化乾燥後、床版防水層用防水材(2)による防水層を2.0kg/m2塗布、規定の仕様の防水層を作成し、更にその上に加熱アスファルト混合物を舗装した。加熱アスファルト混合物は密粒アスコン(13mm Top)を用いた。混合温度は153〜159℃、締固め(舗装温度)は、142〜147℃でハオドローラーおよびローラコンパクタにより転沿し、厚さ40mmに締固めた。その試験体は、コアーカッターで100mmφの切込みをコンクリート層に達するまで行った。引張試験は切り込みを入れたアスコン部分にφ100mmの鋼製接着板をエポキシ系接着剤を用いて接着した。接着剤が硬化した後山本打重機株式会社製油圧式接着試験機を用い、23℃で試験速度0.98N/mm2・sで試験した。強度0.6N/mm2以上のものを合格〇、それ以下のものを不合格とした。また、剥離状態を観察した。
ガラス板上に本発明のプライマー組成物を2.0kg/m2塗布し、硬化乾燥させる。
長さ250×幅30mm(厚み約2mm)に成型し、−10℃で2時間以上放置し、−10℃雰囲気中で直径10mmの鋼製棒に沿って、180度に折り曲げ、破断状態を観察した。尚、本試験とひび割れ負荷追従試験は、相関が強いため、ひび割れ負荷追従試験が実施できなかったものは本試験だけで対応した。
試験温度(23±2℃)で、JIS規格歩道板(300mm×300mm×60mm)の表面を#60でサンディング、その上に本発明のプライマー組成物を0.2kg/m2塗布し、硬化乾燥後、床版防水層用防水材(2)による防水層を2.0kg/m2塗布、規定の仕様の防水層を作成し、更にその上に加熱アスファルト混合物を舗装した。本供試体をコンクリートカッターにより供試体の中央部を切断し、供試体を2等分(150mm×300mm×100mm)する。ひび割れ負荷用の供試体にひび割れを誘発させるため、供試体の上下面に切り込みを入れる。

(B)ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(B−1)と、その他(B−1)以外の重合性不飽和単量体(B−2)とからなる重合性不飽和単量体、(C)硬化促進剤、(D)パラフィンワックス、及び(E)コバルト系有機酸塩を含有する樹脂組成物であり、前記(B)/前記(A)のモル比が4〜20で、前記(A−1)/前記(A−2)の質量比が100/0〜10/90で、前記(B−1)/前記(B−2)の質量比が35/65〜5/95であることを特徴とするコンクリート塗布用プライマー組成物、それを用いた床版防水構造体、及び床版防水施工方法を提供するものである。
または前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−1)とポリオキシプロピレンジオール、ポリオキシエチレンジオールから選ばれる数平均分子量650〜2000のポリエーテルポリオール(A−2−1)とポリイソシアネート成分(A−2−2)とを反応して得られる末端イソシアネート基含有ウレタンプレポリマーに、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(A−2−3)を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−2)との混合物、
(B)ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(B−1)と、その他(A−1)及び(A−2)及び(B−1)以外の重合性不飽和単量体(B−2)とからなる重合性不飽和単量体、(C)硬化促進剤、(D)パラフィンワックス、及び(E)コバルト系有機酸塩を含有する樹脂組成物であり、前記(B)/前記(A)のモル比が4〜20で、前記(A−1)/前記(A−2)の質量比が100/0〜10/90で、前記(B−1)/前記(B−2)の質量比が35/65〜5/95であることを特徴とするコンクリート塗布用プライマー組成物、それを用いた床版防水構造体、及び床版防水施工方法を提供するものである。
Claims (8)
- (A)数平均分子量650〜3000のポリテトラメチレングリコール(A−1−1)とポリイソシアネート成分(A−1−2)とを反応して得られる末端イソシアネート基含有ウレタンプレポリマーに、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(A−1−3)を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−1)、
または前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−1)とポリオキシプロピレンジオール、ポリオキシエチレンジオールから選ばれる数平均分子量650〜2000のポリエーテルポリオール(A−2−1)とポリイソシアネート成分(A−2−2)とを反応して得られる末端イソシアネート基含有ウレタンプレポリマーに、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(A−2−3)を反応して得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A−2)との混合物、
(B)ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(B−1)と、その他重合性不飽和単量体(B−2)とからなる重合性不飽和単量体、(C)硬化促進剤、(D)パラフィンワックス、及び(E)乾燥補助剤を含有する樹脂組成物であり、前記(B)/前記(A)のモル比が4〜20で、前記(A−1)/前記(A−2)の質量比が100/0〜10/90で、前記(B−1)/前記(B−2)の質量比が35/65〜5/95であることを特徴とするプライマー組成物。 - 前記ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(A−1−3)及び(A−2−3)が、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートである請求項1記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(B−1)が、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートである請求項1記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記その他の重合性不飽和単量体(B−2)が、メチルメタクリレート、フェノキシエチルメタクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチルメタクリレートから選択される1種以上である請求項1記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記硬化促進剤(C)が、アミン系化合物である請求項1記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記乾燥補助剤(E)が、コバルト系有機酸塩である請求項1記載のプライマー組成物。
- 少なくとも、下から床版、その上に請求項1記載のプライマー組成物硬化物層、その上にラジカル硬化性樹脂系床版防水材硬化物層、その上にアスファルト舗装層を有することを特徴とする床版防水構造体。
- 請求項1記載のプライマー組成物を床版に塗布し、次いでラジカル硬化性樹脂系床版防水材を塗布し、アスファルト舗装材を施工することを特徴とする床版防水施工方法。
