技术领域
本发明涉及在承板或限动构件具备倾斜结构的车窗调节装置。
背景技术
以往,在车辆中,为了使窗玻璃升降,通常使用车窗调节装置。车窗调节装置包括:沿着窗玻璃的移动方向延伸的导轨;安装在导轨的下端的驱动部;接受驱动部所产生的旋转转矩而进行旋转的滚筒;以滑动自如的方式安装于导轨且用于支承窗玻璃的承板;一端与滚筒连结且另一端与承板连结的两个动力传递构件;安装在导轨的上端且用于改变一方的动力传递构件的配索方向的引导器或滑轮。
车辆的车门大体分为具有对窗玻璃的移动进行引导且限制窗玻璃的上端位置的窗框的类型和没有窗框的类型,分别具有不同的窗玻璃的上端位置限制方法。具有窗框的类型的车门的窗玻璃上端位置通过窗玻璃与窗框上部抵接而进行限制,没有窗框的类型的车门的窗玻璃上端位置通过承板与设置于导轨等的限动构件抵接而进行限制。当承板与限动构件抵接时,电动机受限制而流过大电流,可能使电动机、电动机的控制基板烧坏,因此在流过大电流时,通过设置于控制基板的断路器或PTC热敏电阻来切断向电动机的通电,使电动机停止。
在使承板与设置于导轨等的限动构件抵接的限制方法中,为了缓和抵接时的冲击,而经由使用了橡胶等弹性材料的冲击吸收体进行抵接。
例如,在专利文献1中公开了一种车窗调节装置,具有:与在导轨下端部设置的金属线引导构件嵌合的缓冲主体;由与导轨的扣合孔扣合的安装脚部构成的缓冲构件;及设有与缓冲构件抵接的抵接构件的承板。
另外,在专利文献2中公开了一种车窗调节装置,具有:组装于在导轨下端部设置的电缆引导器并与承板抵接的圆弧状的抵接部;由比抵接部的宽度窄的插入部构成的缓冲构件;及具有与缓冲构件抵接的抵接部的承板。

发明内容
然而,在专利文献1及专利文献2的车窗调节装置中,当在导轨上滑动的承板相对于限动构件倾斜抵接时,从导轨脱离的方向的力向承板施加,存在承板从导轨脱离的问题。
即,如图7(a)所示,承板400在导轨420上向右方滑动,与限动构件430碰撞。此时,承板400和导轨420为了减小滑动阻力而隔开间隙嵌合,因此除了承板400的姿态以笔直的状态与限动构件430抵接的情况之外,还有承板400的姿态以倾斜的状态与限动构件430抵接的情况,承板400的姿态以笔直的状态与限动构件430抵接后承板400成为倾斜的状态的情况(参照图7(b))。
这种情况下,如图7(b)所示,相比于冲击吸收体450与限动构件430的抵接点即作用点A的位置,承板400与固定在作为动力传递构件的内部电缆440的端部上的电缆端部460的卡定点即力点P的位置处于下方,因此当直接使承板向右方移动时,以承板400与导轨420的嵌合点即支点F为中心,沿着倾斜方向压缩冲击吸收体450并使承板400向箭头L方向旋转。
并且,在该状态下承板400能够向右方移动,因此电动机驱动回路继续对电动机通电,因此由于施加于力点P的力而承板400进一步向箭头L方向旋转,承板400从导轨420浮起,成为图7(c)的状态,承板400会从导轨420脱离。
本发明通过承板或限动构件的结构来解决上述那样设置在承板或限动构件的一方的冲击吸收体与承板或限动构件的另一方抵接之后承板从导轨浮起或脱离的现象。
本发明的车窗调节装置用于开闭窗玻璃,具备:在车辆的车门固定的导轨;承板,以可滑动的方式安装于所述导轨,具备与所述导轨嵌合的导轨嵌合部、窗玻璃固定部、以及连结动力传递单元的连结部,该动力传递单元用于传递在驱动部产生的动力;及对所述承板的滑动位置进行限制的限动构件,所述车窗调节装置的特征在于,在所述承板或所述限动构件的一方组装由弹性构件形成的冲击吸收体,在所述承板或所述限动构件的另一方形成有与所述冲击吸收体进行碰撞的碰撞面,所述碰撞面具有在与所述冲击吸收体碰撞时将承板向导轨侧压入的形状。
发明效果
(1)根据本发明,在承板或限动构件的一方组装由弹性构件形成的冲击吸收体,在承板或限动构件的另一方形成与冲击吸收体的碰撞面,碰撞面具有在与冲击吸收体碰撞时将承板向导轨侧压入的形状,因此即使冲击吸收体与碰撞面发生碰撞,也能够防止从导轨脱离的方向的力向承板施加。
(2)在碰撞面是与导轨之间成锐角的倾斜面时,通过该倾斜面,能够防止从导轨脱离的方向的力向承板施加。
(3)在承板或限动构件的一方形成且与碰撞面相面对的对置面平行于限动构件的碰撞面而形成的情况下,即使碰撞面与对置面接触,也能够防止从导轨脱离的方向的力向承板施加。
(4)对置面具有组装冲击吸收体的凹部时,能够利用凹部来可靠地支承冲击吸收体。
(5)限动构件一体地设置于构成驱动部的壳体时,能够削减构成车窗调节装置的部件个数,且能够提高限动构件的刚性。

以下,参照附图,详细地说明本发明的车窗调节装置。

参照图1,说明本实施方式的车窗调节装置20。本实施方式的承板1包括:与用于对车辆等的窗玻璃进行开闭的车窗调节装置的导轨6嵌合的导轨嵌合部7;窗玻璃固定部8;将固定在金属线4a、4b的一端的金属线端部Ca、Cb卡定的连结部10a、10b,该金属线4a、4b是用于将在驱动部9产生的动力向该承板1传递的动力传递单元。
承板1通过导轨嵌合部7与导轨6连结,并安装成能够在由驱动部9产生的动力的作用下沿着导轨6上下滑动。设有电动机的驱动部9具备凹处,在该凹处旋转自如地收容旋转滚筒(未图示)。在旋转滚筒分别卡定有作为动力传递单元的金属线4a、4b的一端,由电动机产生的动力(旋转转矩)经由减速装置(未图示)向旋转滚筒传递,例如卷绕一方的金属线4a,进行将另一方的金属线4b抽出的动作。此时,金属线4a、4b的另一端由电缆端部Ca、Cb而卡定于承板1,因此承板1在导轨6上移动。
承板1可以通过合成树脂(例如,聚酰胺、聚缩醛等工程塑料等机械性能优异的合成树脂)一体形成,但也可以分体制作,通过热熔敷、螺纹固定等固定方法相互固定。另外,作为承板1的材料,并不局限于合成树脂,也可以是金属,还可以将金属与合成树脂组合。
在承板1设有用于固定窗玻璃的窗玻璃固定部8,设置于承板1的窗玻璃固定部8的孔用于供螺栓插通,该螺栓用于将车辆的窗玻璃(未图示)固定于承板1。
在本实施方式中,导轨嵌合部7是与沿着导轨6的长度方向延伸的侧缘扣合的爪(参照图2),但导轨嵌合部7的方式并未特别限定。
另外,在驱动部9一体地设有对承板1的下端位置进行限制的限动构件3,在窗玻璃下降时,承板1与限动构件3抵接,从而承板1在下端位置停止。通过将限动构件3一体地设置在驱动部9上,而能够削减车窗调节装置的部件个数,且能够通过壳体整体来支承对限动构件施加的力,因此能够提高限动构件的刚性。
为了抑制承板1与限动构件3的抵接时的击打声音的产生、冲击,而在承板1设置冲击吸收体2。冲击吸收体2被组装在设置于承板1的嵌入凹部5。通过组装于嵌入凹部,而能够可靠地支承冲击吸收体2。
冲击吸收体2呈由氯丁橡胶等弹性构件构成的大致柱状体,形成为大致四棱柱状。在与限动构件3抵接侧形成有缓冲部21。缓冲部21在本实施方式中,呈朝向前端变细那样的大致四棱锥形状。由于呈前端变细的形状,而限动构件3与冲击吸收体2不会进行面接触,因此能够抑制击打声音的产生。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,冲击吸收体2形成为大致四棱柱状,但冲击吸收体2的形状并未限定于此,可以是大致圆柱状,也可以是三棱柱、四棱柱、五棱柱等大致柱状体。对应于该冲击吸收体2的形状,嵌入凹部5的形状也可以适当变更。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,嵌入凹部5形成于承板1,但也可以在限动构件3侧形成嵌入凹部5且在承板1侧未设置嵌入凹部5。
另外,与限动构件3的冲击吸收体2碰撞的碰撞面11形成在与冲击吸收体2发生碰撞时将承板1向导轨6侧压入的形状,在图3中形成为倾斜面。在此,将承板向导轨侧压入的形状是指能够接受如下的力的形状,该力是承板与冲击吸收体碰撞时接受的向导轨侧的力,是包含与承板从导轨浮起或脱离的方向相反方向的力分量的力。只要为该形状即可,碰撞面11既可以是向导轨侧凹陷的弯曲的面,也可以是实施了特定的凹凸的面。另一方面,在承板1的嵌入凹部5的周围形成有与限动构件3对置的对置面12。
如图3所示,限动构件3的碰撞面11相对于与导轨6的轴线AX方向垂直的面V1向承板1侧倾斜角度θ,承板1的对置面12相对于与导轨6的轴线AX方向垂直的面V2向限动构件3的相反侧倾斜与碰撞面11相同的角度θ。倾斜角度θ优选为5~20度,但更优选为10~15度。该角度由承板1的导轨嵌合部7与导轨6的间隙量决定,但优选设定成在承板1为与导轨6嵌合的状态下能倾斜的最大角度时,冲击吸收体2的轴线与碰撞面11垂直。
如图4(a)所示是处于限动构件3的碰撞面11与冲击吸收体2的轴线B的角度为α1>β1的关系时,会沿着承板1从导轨6脱离的方向施加力。当处于α1>β1的关系时,冲击吸收体2与限动构件3倾斜接触,因此成为弯曲状态,施加使承板1向箭头L方向旋转的力。在本实施方式中,如图4(b)所示,通过在限动构件3设置倾斜,而限动构件3的碰撞面11与冲击吸收体2的轴线B的角度成为α2=β2或α2<β2。α2=β2时,冲击吸收体2由限动构件3被均一地压缩,因此冲击吸收体2难以弯曲,难以施加使承板1向箭头L方向旋转的力。另外,α2<β2时,与α1>β1时同样地,冲击吸收体2成为弯曲的状态,但限动构件3的碰撞面11压住承板1的向箭头L方向的旋转,因此难以施加使承板1向箭头L方向旋转的力。
此外,图5(a)是在α1=β1的关系下通过限动构件3压缩冲击吸收体2的状态。在该状态下,限动构件3的碰撞面11与承板1的对置面12以相面对的方式平行形成,因此冲击吸收体2和限动构件3如平面彼此抵接时那样能够均一地压缩冲击吸收体2,冲击吸收体2难以弯曲,难以施加使承板1向L方向旋转的力,因此如图5(b)所示的图像那样,从碰撞面11对承板1向下施加力,即向承板1不从导轨6脱离的方向施加力。
如此,通过在承板1及限动构件3设置倾斜面,而能够由简单的结构来防止承板1从导轨6脱离。另外,由于未向承板1脱离的方向施加力,因此冲击吸收体2的形状未受到限制。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,在承板1侧设置冲击吸收体2,但在限动构件3侧设置冲击吸收体2时的原理也同样(参照图6),通过在承板侧设置同样的碰撞面,而如图5(b)所示的图像那样从碰撞面11对承板1施加向下的力,因此能够防止承板1从导轨6的脱离。
另外,在本实施方式中将碰撞面形成为倾斜面,但也可以是截面圆弧状、截面コ字状,并未限定为上述形状。

Claims (5)

1.一种车窗调节装置,用于开闭窗玻璃,具备:
在车辆的车门固定的导轨;
承板,以可滑动的方式安装于所述导轨,具备与所述导轨嵌合的导轨嵌合部、窗玻璃固定部、以及连结动力传递单元的连结部,该动力传递单元用于传递在驱动部产生的动力;及
对所述承板的滑动位置进行限制的限动构件,
所述车窗调节装置的特征在于,
在所述承板或所述限动构件的一方组装由弹性构件形成的冲击吸收体,
在所述承板或所述限动构件的另一方形成有与所述冲击吸收体进行碰撞的碰撞面,
所述碰撞面具有在与所述冲击吸收体碰撞时将承板向导轨侧压入的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车窗调节装置,其特征在于,
所述碰撞面是与所述导轨之间成锐角的倾斜面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车窗调节装置,其特征在于,
在所述承板或所述限动构件的一方形成且与所述碰撞面相对的对置面形成为平行于所述限动构件的碰撞面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车窗调节装置,其特征在于,
所述对置面具有组装所述冲击吸收体的凹部。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4中任一项所述的车窗调节装置,其特征在于,
所述限动构件一体地设置于构成所述驱动部的壳体。
