Abstract
【解決手段】キャリアプレートの摺動位置を規制するストッパ部材とキャリアプレートの衝突の際の衝撃を吸収するための弾性部材からなる衝撃吸収体が、キャリアプレートに設けられた嵌入凹部に組み付けられ、前記ストッパ部材に形成された前記衝撃吸収体との衝突面が、前記衝撃吸収体と衝突したときに衝撃吸収体をガイドレール側に押さえ込むように、前記ガイドレールの軸線方向に垂直な面に対して前記キャリアプレート側に傾斜していることを特徴とするウインドレギュレータ装置。

Description
簡単な構成により、ガイドレール6からキャリアプレート1が外れることを防止することができる。また、キャリアプレート1が外れる方向に力が加わらないので、衝撃吸収体2の形状が制限されることがない。

Claims (5)
- 車両のドアに固定されたガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールと嵌合するガイドレール嵌合部、窓ガラス固定部および駆動部において発生した動力を伝達するための動力伝達手段を連結する連結部とを備え、前記ガイドレールに摺動可能に取り付けられるキャリアプレートと、
前記キャリアプレートの摺動位置を規制するストッパ部材とを備えた窓ガラスを開閉するためのウインドレギュレータ装置であって、
前記キャリアプレートまたは前記ストッパ部材の一方には、弾性部材からなる衝撃吸収体が組み付けられ、
前記キャリアプレートまたは前記ストッパ部材の他方には、前記衝撃吸収体との衝突面が形成されており、
前記衝突面は、前記衝撃吸収体と衝突したときに、キャリアプレートをガイドレール側へ押さえ込む形状を有していることを特徴とするウインドレギュレータ装置。 - 前記衝突面は、前記ガイドレールとの間に鋭角を成す傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のウインドレギュレータ装置。
- 前記キャリアプレートまたは前記ストッパ部材の一方に形成され、前記衝突面と向かい合う対向面が、前記ストッパ部材の衝突面と平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のウインドレギュレータ装置。
- 前記対向面は、前記衝撃吸収体を組み付ける凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のウインドレギュレータ装置。
- 前記ストッパ部材が、前記駆動部を構成するハウジングに一体で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4のいずれかに記載のウインドレギュレータ装置。
