我国民间曾长期流传各种“食疗汤”,令人则将其誉为“营养健疗汤”。根据各种素材的营养成分及治疗功效,喝汤的好处毋庸置疑。由于喝汤的妙处多多,自古以来人们对“汤文化”乐此不疲。
发明内容
花生莲藕排骨汤
主料:花生100克,莲藕180克,排骨250克
调料:盐5克,生姜5克,胡椒粉2克,鸡精3克,香菜5克

具体实施方式
1.莲藕洗干净,去皮,切成薄片,放在清水中备用;
2.将排骨洗干净,然后剁成块,放入沸水中洗去血污;
3.把花生米放入微波炉中高火一分钟,晾凉去皮;
4.生姜切片,香菜切段;
5.将锅加热,放排骨快速翻炒两三分钟;
6.待出肉香味后加适量水,大火烧开,加入姜片,加盖转小火煮20分钟;
7.用文火炖至排骨酥烂为止,然后加入莲藕、花生,大火煮10分钟,如果想吃面一点的藕,可以多煮些时间,加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉;
8.关火,撒上香菜即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种用食物治疗贫血出血症,治疗坐月子期间的贫血症状。其特征在于:
1.养生食疗程序:
(1)汤料的组成:主料:花生100克,莲藕180克,排骨250克
调料:盐5克,生姜5克,胡椒粉2克,鸡精3克,香菜5克
(2)制作过程:先将各种主料洗净,将排骨置于沸锅中快速翻炒,然后加水大火烧开放入生姜转小火,之后把上述主料一起倒入锅中,再转至文火炖至排骨、花生、莲藕酥烂为止,加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉调料,最后关火,撒上香菜即可。
(3)食用频率及份量:每周1-2次,早中晚都可以,每次食用量不宜过多,一般为一小碗即可。
2.辅助治疗法:加强体育锻炼。如慢跑、游泳等一些有氧运动。
