技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动工作设备,尤其是可携带的手持式工作设备例如花草修剪机,机动链锯或者类似机器。
背景技术
这种电动设备是已知的。为了容纳蓄电池组,在该电动设备的壳体中构造了蓄电池井道。这种蓄电池组大多数具有方形的结构并且部分地容纳在蓄电池井道中,从而工作设备的壳体由于装配或者部分地插入蓄电池组而变得畸形并且因此使得工作设备的使用变得困难。
发明内容
本发明的任务是如此改进一种电动工作设备,即将用于运行设备的蓄电池组和该工作设备的尺寸相互间如此进行协调,从而不影响电动设备的可操作性。

因为高度轴线竖立在设备的底部上,所以基本上使用了工作设备的整个结构高度用于容纳蓄电池组。
在本发明的特别的构造中,蓄电池组的较长的狭长侧直接与壳体纵侧相邻,并且蓄电池组的端侧与壳体底部和壳体上侧相邻。

具体实施方式

用所使用的电池单元通过相应的电连接方式(串联,并联)提供优选25伏到50伏、例如36伏或者42伏的蓄电池组电压。根据所实施的连接方式可以实现12伏到150伏的蓄电池组电压。这种蓄电池组1的功率优选处于2Ah和10Ah之间的区域中。

在所述蓄电池组1的较长的狭长侧31中构造另外的导引槽24,该导引槽沿着高度轴线H延伸并且用于位置准确地定位在没有详细示出的充电设备中。各个导引槽24在狭长侧31上从底部26延伸到蓄电池组1的壳体盖25中,其中该导引槽24与侧面中轴线17偏心设置。
如在按图3的实施例中所示,所述工作设备40具有壳体41,该壳体具有平行于壳体纵轴线G延伸的并且形成壳体纵侧的壳体侧面42。此外,该壳体41具有上面的以及下面的壳体侧面43,其中下面的壳体侧面43形成了壳体底部44。上面的壳体侧面43形成了壳体上侧45。

在所述工作设备40的壳体端侧48和刀具条53之间布置了接触保护件54。

根据图3和4的实施例如此进行布置,使得高度轴线H在图2和3的俯视图中或者说在具有显示机构12和操作机构15的端侧11的俯视图中与工作设备40的壳体纵轴线G相交。在此,该壳体纵轴线G优选是工作设备40的纵向中轴线。
所述蓄电池组1的位置、其在工作设备40的壳体41中的安装方向以及布置在壳体41中的驱动马达50相互间如此进行定向,使得蓄电池组1的高度轴线H和驱动马达50的旋转轴线51形成了共同的平面60;该共同的平面60优选垂直于壳体底部44,并且大致形成沿着工作设备40的纵向的对称平面。
在优选的实施方式中,所述壳体纵轴线G优选同样处于所述平面60中。
