Description
技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲器用润滑油组合物。更详细而言,本发明涉及在维持良好的耐磨性的同时,不降低耐腐蚀性及耐油泥特性而提高缓冲器(缓冲器)中活塞杆和油封或活塞环(ピストンバンド)和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力,同时达成高水平的操纵稳定性和高水平的乘坐舒适感的主要用于四轮车的缓冲器用润滑油组合物(以下称为缓冲器油)。
背景技术
汽车缓冲器润滑油主要为发挥最适阻尼力,保持操纵稳定性,以抑制震动为目的而用于汽车中。特别是最近,高速路网完备,与过去相比增加,且高速行驶的比例正不断增加。因此,对于在高速驾驶稳定性和危险回避能力方面发挥优异性能的汽车的需求逐渐增加。但是,就日本的目前的汽车而言,在100-200km/h速度下为变更车道而转动方向盘时,产生以下问题:出现不稳定的左右摇晃、车体的稳定性变差、或回避危险所必需的回避距离长等。
研究结果表明,上述问题的原因与缓冲器在微小振幅下的油封和活塞杆或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分处的摩擦力大小有关。在高速行驶下,振动向轮胎、弹簧、缓冲器、车体转移,处于微小振动状态。就上述振动而言,通常行程长度为0.4-2.0mm左右,频率为1.5-15.0Hz左右。由于上述条件是缓冲器的阻尼力难以产生的条件,所以无法充分发挥减震作用。其结果导致油封和活塞杆或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分开始滑动的摩擦力小,车体的姿态容易倾斜,稳定性变差。
因此,为了解决上述问题,认为最好增大缓冲器润滑油的油封和活塞杆或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力。
专利文献1中,公开了如下物质作为汽车缓冲器用润滑油组合物:按照组合物总重量计,向润滑油基油掺混(A)0.05-0.3%重量酸性磷酸单酯的胺盐、(B)0.1-0.6%重量聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺和(C)0.3-0.8%重量酸性亚磷酸二酯。
但是,就上述使用磷类添加剂的润滑油组合物而言,存在耐腐蚀性(特别是混入水分时)比使用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(以下简称ZnDTP)等锌类添加剂的高摩擦油差的问题。另一方面,已知使用锌类添加剂的高摩擦油的耐油泥特性比使用上述磷类添加剂的高摩擦油差。
若缓冲器内产生油泥,则阀部位的堵塞或向油封部位的附着等最终抑制流畅的往复运动。另外,由于缓冲器中多使用铁(管和阀)和铜(导套)等金属零件,若在雪融化时行驶在道路上,则有大量的水混入缓冲器内之虞,所以需要缓冲器油有具有耐油泥特性和耐腐蚀性。
另一方面,公开了以下组合物:按照组合物总重量计,向%CA5以下的基油掺混(A)0.01-5%重量胺类抗氧化剂、(B)0.01-5%重量酚类抗氧化剂、(C)0.01-5%重量磷酸酯及(D)0.001-5%重量脂肪酰胺和/或多元醇酯得到的油压工作油(油压作動油)组合物(参照专利文献2);含有基油和(A)选自酚类抗氧化剂和胺类抗氧化剂中至少一种以及(B)具有二硫化物结构的酯类化合物的润滑组合物(参照专利文献3);在基油中含有特定的含氮化合物和特定的磷酸酯类而获得的缓冲器用油压工作油组合物(参照专利文献4),但上述组合物均不含有ZnDTP。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于:在上述情况下提供主要用于四轮车的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,所述组合物在维持良好的耐磨性的同时,不降低耐腐蚀性及耐油泥特性而提高缓冲器中活塞杆和油封或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力,同时达成高水平的操纵稳定性和高水平的乘坐舒适感。
解决课题的方法
本发明人等为开发具有上述优选性质的缓冲器用润滑油组合物反复进行深入研究的结果发现,作为基油使用具有-COO-键的酯类化合物含量在某数值以下的矿物油和/或合成油,以规定比例分别含有烷基的碳原子数在特定范围的ZnDTP和脂肪酰胺类以及单环酚类抗氧化剂的润滑油组合物可满足上述目的。本发明基于上述结果完成。
即,本发明提供:
(1)缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其特征在于:含有包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油、(A)0.3-2质量%烷基的碳原子数为7-12的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、(B)0.05-2质量%脂肪酰胺类和(C)0.1-1质量%单环酚类抗氧化剂,且以-COO-计,基油中具有-COO-键的酯的含量为0.6质量%以下;
(2)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为矿物油;
(3)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为烃类合成油和/或醚类合成油;
(4)上述(3)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为烃类合成油;
(5)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(A)成分二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的含量为0.5-1.5质量%;
(6)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(B)成分脂肪酰胺类的含量为0.08-1质量%;
(7)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(C)成分单环酚类抗氧化剂的含量为0.1-0.8质量%;
(8)上述(1)的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,所述组合物用于四轮车。
发明效果
根据本发明,可提供主要用于四轮车的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,所述组合物在维持良好的耐磨性的同时,不降低耐腐蚀性及耐油泥特性而提高缓冲器中活塞杆和油封或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力,同时达成高水平的操纵稳定性和高水平的乘坐舒适感。
实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的缓冲器油是含有包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油、(A)ZnDTP、(B)脂肪酰胺类及(C)单环酚类抗氧化剂的润滑油组合物。
[基油]
本发明的缓冲器油中,作为基油,使用作为矿物油和/或合成油的下述基油:以-COO-计,具有-COO-键的酯的含量为0.6质量%以下。以-COO-计,若上述酯的含量超过0.6质量%,则当水混入缓冲器内时,存在对金属的耐腐蚀性下降的情况。以-COO-计,优选的酯含量为0.4%以下,更优选实质上不包含。
就上述基油的矿物油而言,例如可列举出通过溶剂纯化、加氢纯化等通常纯化方法得到的石蜡基类矿物油、中间基类矿物油(中同基系鉱油)或环烷烃基类矿物油等。
另外,就合成油而言,优选烃类合成油或醚类合成油,就上述烃类合成油而言,例如可列举出聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、1-辛烯低聚物、1-癸烯低聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物等α-链烯烃低聚物或其氢化物,烷基苯,烷基萘等。就醚类合成油而言,例如可列举出聚氧化亚烷基二醇、聚苯醚等。
就本发明而言,上述成分中优选矿物油和烃类合成油。
就本发明而言,作为基油,可使用1种上述矿物油或将2种以上组合使用,还可使用1种上述合成油或将2种以上组合使用。此外,还可将1种以上的矿物油和1种以上的合成油组合使用。
另外,就基油的粘度而言,当用于以乘用为目的的四轮车的缓冲器油时,40℃的粘度优选2.0-15.0mm2/s的范围,更优选4.0-9.0mm2/s。
[(A)ZnDTP]
在本发明的缓冲器油中,为提高油封的摩擦系数并使其耐磨性良好,使用烷基的碳原子数为7-12的ZnDTP作为(A)成分。作为上述ZnDTP,可列举出以下列通式(I)表示的化合物。

在上述通式(I)中,作为以R1和R2表示的烷基的具体实例,可列举出庚基、异庚基、环己基甲基、辛基、2-乙基己基、异辛基、环辛基、壬基、异壬基、3,5,5-三甲基己基、环辛基甲基、癸基、3,7-二甲基辛基、2-丙基庚基、异癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、2-丁基辛基、异十二烷基等。其中,优选碳原子数为7-10的烷基。
R1和R2可彼此相同或不同,但从制备上难易程度的观点出发,优选为相同的基团。
在本发明的缓冲器油中,从油封摩擦系数的提高效果和耐磨性的观点出发,需要作为上述(A)成分的ZnDTP的含量为0.3-2质量%,优选0.5-1.5质量%。
[(B)脂肪酰胺类]
在本发明的缓冲器油中,使用脂肪酰胺类作为(B)成分。上述脂肪酰胺类具有耐腐蚀性效果和耐油泥特性提高效果。
作为上述脂肪酰胺类,例如可使用通过使碳原子数为7-31的直链状或支链状的饱和或不饱和一元羧酸与下列通式(II)所表示的多亚烷基多胺反应得到的物质。

(一元羧酸)
作为上述碳原子数为7-31的一元羧酸,例如可列举出庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一烷酸、十二烷酸、十三烷酸、十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸、十七烷酸、十八烷酸、十九烷酸、二十烷酸、二十一烷酸、二十二烷酸、二十三烷酸、二十四烷酸、二十五烷酸、二十六烷酸、二十七烷酸、二十八烷酸、二十九烷酸、三十烷酸等饱和脂肪酸(上述饱和脂肪酸可以是直链状或支链状),庚烯酸、辛烯酸、壬烯酸、癸烯酸、十一烯酸、十二烯酸、十三烯酸、十四烯酸、十五烯酸、十六烯酸、十七烯酸、十八烯酸(包括油酸)、十九烯酸、二十烯酸、二十一烯酸、二十二烯酸、二十三烯酸、二十四烯酸、二十五烯酸、二十六烯酸、二十七烯酸、二十八烯酸、二十九烯酸、三十烯酸等不饱和脂肪酸(上述饱和脂肪酸可以是直链状或支链状,而且双键的位置是任意的)等;其中,优选碳原子数为10-24的一元羧酸,具体可列举出月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、油酸等。
(多亚烷基多胺)
作为与上述一元羧酸反应的以上述通式(II)表示的多亚烷基多胺,例如可列举出二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、四亚乙基五胺、五亚乙基六胺、六亚乙基七胺、四亚丙基五胺、六亚丁基七胺。
通过将上述多亚烷基多胺和上述一元羧酸在200-220℃左右的温度下反应2-3小时左右,可得到所需要的脂肪酰胺类。以多亚烷基多胺按1mol计,此时一元羧酸的用量优选(m+1)mol以下。
在本发明的缓冲器油中,作为(B)成分,可单独使用1种通过上述方法得到的脂肪酰胺类,也可将2种以上组合使用。另外,从耐腐蚀效果和耐油泥特性提高效果的观点出发,需要其含量为0.05-2质量%,优选0.08-1质量%。
[(C)单环酚类抗氧化剂]
在本发明的缓冲器油中,使用单环酚类抗氧化剂作为(C)成分。所述单环酚类抗氧化剂发挥提高耐油泥特性的效果。

上述单环酚类抗氧化剂与多环酚类抗氧化剂相比,耐油泥特性效果优异,作为优选的单环酚类抗氧化剂,可列举出2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚和2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚,特别是从效果和获取的难易程度的观点出发,优选2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚。
在本发明的缓冲器油中,从耐油泥特性效果的观点出发,需要上述(C)成分单环酚类抗氧化剂的含量为0.1-1质量%的范围,优选0.1-0.8质量%的范围。
[任意添加成分]
在本发明的缓冲器油中,作为任意添加成分,可在不损害本发明目的的范围内适当含有选自其它无灰洗净分散剂、金属洗净剂、其它润滑性改进剂、其它抗氧化剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂及消泡剂中的至少1种。
在本文中,作为无灰洗净分散剂,例如可列举出琥珀酰亚胺类、含硼的琥珀酰亚胺类、苄胺类、含硼的苄胺类、以琥珀酸为代表的二价羧酰胺类等;作为金属洗净剂,例如可列举出中性金属磺酸盐、中性金属苯酚盐、中性金属水杨酸盐、中性金属膦酸盐、碱性磺酸盐、碱性苯酚盐、碱性水杨酸盐、高碱性磺酸盐、高碱性水杨酸盐、高碱性膦酸盐等。
作为其它润滑性改进剂,可列举出极压剂、耐磨剂、油性剂,例如可列举出:磷酸酯类、酸性磷酸单酯的胺盐、酸性亚磷酸二酯等的磷类酯化合物,二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)、有机二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼(硫化オキシモリブデンオルガノホスホロジチオェ一ト)(MoDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸硫化氧钼(硫化オキシモリブデンジチオカルバメ一ト)(MoDTC)等有机金属化合物。
另外,可列举出硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化链烯烃、二氢葛缕聚硫化物(ジヒドロカルビルポリサルフアイドdihydrocarvyl polysulfide)、噻二唑化合物、烷基硫代甲氨酰基化合物、三嗪化合物、硫代萜化合物、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯化合物等硫类极压剂。
此外,可列举出硬脂酸、油酸等脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸,二聚酸、加氢二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸,蓖麻醇酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸,月桂醇、油醇等脂族饱和及不饱和一元醇,硬脂酰胺、油胺等脂族饱和及不饱和一元胺,月桂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺等脂族饱和及不饱和一元羧酸酰胺等油性剂。
作为其它抗氧化剂的例子可列举出:4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基酚)等多环酚类抗氧化剂;单辛基二苯基胺、单壬基二苯基胺等单烷基二苯基胺类化合物,4,4’-二丁基二苯基胺、4,4’-二戊基二苯基胺、4,4’-二己基二苯基胺、4,4’-二庚基二苯基胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯基胺、4,4’-二壬基二苯基胺等二烷基二苯基胺类化合物,四丁基二苯基胺、四己基二苯基胺、四辛基二苯基胺、四壬基二苯基胺等多烷基二苯基胺类化合物,α-萘基胺、苯基-α-萘基胺、丁基苯基-α-萘基胺、戊基苯基-α-萘基胺、己基苯基-α-萘基胺、庚基苯基-α-萘基胺、辛基苯基-α-萘基胺、壬基苯基-α-萘基胺等萘基胺类化合物等胺类抗氧化剂;2,6-二叔丁基-4-(4,6-双(辛基硫代)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基)苯酚、五硫化磷与蒎烯的反应物等硫代萜类化合物,二月桂基硫代二丙酸酯、二硬脂基硫代二丙酸酯等二烷基硫代二丙酸酯等硫类抗氧化剂等。
作为防锈剂,可列举出金属磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯等;作为金属钝化剂,可列举出苯并三唑、噻二唑等。
作为粘度指数改进剂,例如可列举出聚甲基丙烯酸酯、分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯、链烯烃类共聚物(例如乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、分散型链烯烃类共聚物、苯乙烯类共聚物(例如氢化苯乙烯-二烯共聚物等)等。
作为降凝剂,可使用重均分子量为5万-15万左右的聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。
消泡剂优选高分子硅酮类消泡剂,通过含有上述高分子硅酮类消泡剂,有效发挥消泡性,提高乘坐舒适感。
作为上述高分子硅酮类消泡剂,例如可列举出有机聚硅氧烷,特别优选三氟丙基甲基硅酮油等含氟有机聚硅氧烷。
本发明的缓冲器油使用规定了具有-COO-键的酯含量的矿物油和/或合成油作为基油,且以规定比例分别含有烷基的碳原子数在特定范围的ZnDTP、脂肪酰胺类和单环苯酚类抗氧化剂,由此可不降低耐腐蚀性及耐油泥特性而提高缓冲器中活塞杆和油封或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力,并且可维持良好的耐磨性,同时达成操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适感。
本发明的缓冲器油在双筒式缓冲器(twin-tube shock absorber)、单筒式缓冲器中均可使用,而且在四轮车、二轮车的缓冲器中也均可使用,特别适用于四轮车用。
实施例
通过实施例进一步具体说明本发明,但本发明不受以下实施例的任何限制。
需说明的是,摩擦系数的测定、铁和铜的浸渍试验以及氧化稳定性试验按照如下所示的方法进行。
(1)橡胶摩擦系数的测定
试验仪器:バウンデン式往复动摩擦试验机(バウンデン式往復動摩擦試験機)
试验条件
负荷:9.8N
冲程:10mm
速度:3.3mm/s
温度:60℃
摩擦次数:30
摩擦材料:上部橡胶(A727)、
下部镀铬板(50×1000×5mm)
需说明的是,就橡胶而言,将橡胶板切成15mm的圆形,用直径12.7mm的球挤出,滴数滴样品油在板上,进行试验。
(2)水混入时的铁和铜浸渍试验
在500mL玻璃瓶中装入100mL供试品油和2mL蒸馏水,用匀浆机在2000rpm下搅拌1分钟。然后,向其中投入铜片(铜板腐蚀试验用的纯铜板)和铁片(轴承座圈:WS1730),用铝箔覆盖,在100℃的恒温槽中静置48小时。
观察试验后的铜片和铁片,测定铜片质量的减少量。对于铜片的变色,按照JIS 2513进行判定。需说明的是,判定标准为(无变色)1a>1b...>4c(变色程度大)。
然后,于室温静置20小时,在己烷洗涤前后确认有无油泥。需说明的是,己烷洗涤采用如下方法进行:在500mL的玻璃瓶中装入50mL己烷,轻轻搅拌后除去己烷。
(3)氧化稳定性试验
氧化稳定性试验按照CEC L-48-A-00/B法进行。
在160℃下,经96小时以5.0L/h向100mL试验油中吹入空气,观察玻璃容器壁表面有无附着物,并测定正戊烷不溶解成分(A法)。
实施例1-3和比较例1-11
配制含有如表1所示的各种成分的润滑油组合物(缓冲器油),进行摩擦系数的测定、铁和铜浸渍试验以及氧化稳定性试验。其结果如表1所示。

6)ZnDTP-B:Chevron Japan Ltd.制“OLOA267”,烷基=碳原子数为3-6的混合烷基,S=15.03质量%,P=7.50质量%,Zn=8.50质量%
7)抗氧化剂A:住友化学社制“Smilizer(スミライザ一)BHT”,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚
8)抗氧化剂B:Albemarle浅野公司制“ANTIOXIDANT 702ND”,4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)
9)脂肪酰胺A:Chevron Japan Ltd.制“OLOA 340D”,异硬脂酸和四亚乙基五胺反应物,N=6.20质量%,总碱值=81.0mgKOH/g
10)脂肪酰胺B:异硬脂酸和三亚乙基四胺反应物
11)聚丁烯基琥珀酰亚胺A:Chevron Japan Ltd.制“OLOA 1200N”,单体,N=1.85质量%,总碱值=33.0mgKOH/g

另外,以-COO-计,比较例1的基油中酯含量为0.79质量%。
当对比较例1和实施例1-3进行比较时,以-COO-计,比较例1的基油中酯含量为多于0.6质量%的0.79质量%,在铁/铜浸渍试验中铜减重率大于实施例1-3。
当对比较例3和实施例1-3进行比较时,比较例3使用具有烷基的碳原子数为不足7的3-6的混合烷基的物质作为ZnDTP,在铁/铜浸渍试验中,铜片的变色和减重率大于实施例1-3。
比较例2、4-11由于不含有本发明的ZnDTP、单环苯酚类抗氧化剂及脂肪酰胺中的任意1种以上,所以在铁/铜浸渍试验中发生铁片生锈、铜片变色或产生油泥,或在氧化稳定性试验中产生油泥。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的缓冲器油可不降低耐腐蚀性及耐油泥特性而提高缓冲器中活塞杆和油封或活塞环和汽缸等滑动部分的摩擦力,并且可维持良好的耐磨性,同时达成操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适感。
本发明的缓冲器油特别适用于四轮车用。
Claims (8)
1.缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其特征在于:含有包含矿物油和/或合成油的基油、(A)0.3-2质量%烷基的碳原子数为7-12的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、(B)0.05-2质量%脂肪酰胺类和(C)0.1-1质量%单环酚类抗氧化剂,且以-COO-计,基油中具有-COO-键的酯含量为0.6质量%以下。
2.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为矿物油。
3.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为烃类合成油和/或醚类合成油。
4.权利要求3的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,基油为烃类合成油。
5.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(A)成分二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的含量为0.5-1.5质量%。
6.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(B)成分脂肪酰胺类的含量为0.08-1质量%。
7.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,其中,(C)成分单环酚类抗氧化剂的含量为0.1-0.8质量%。
8.权利要求1的缓冲器用润滑油组合物,所述组合物用于四轮车。
