背景技术
夹紧件-空程离合器的滑动盘已通过例如DE 10 2005 046 799A1而为人所知。该种滑动盘由作为母材的钢材制成,并具有作为防磨损层的镍-磷涂层。这种已知的滑动盘在横截面上具有U型轮廓。在夹紧件-空程离合器中,这种几何形状已被证明基本上是合适的。
一般地,置于空程离合器的内环和外环之间作为滑动轴承的零件的滑动盘对制造精密度的要求很高。尤其是略微不圆或者稍有波纹就会对空程离合器的品质产生显著的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种能够特别经济地制造的空程离合器的滑动盘。
根据本发明,上述目的通过一种具备权利要求1所述特征的滑动盘来实现。这种被设计置于空程离合器的内环(或者轴)和外环之间的滑动盘与现有技术的区别在于,该滑动盘被开有槽,就是说,在它圆周的某个位置上是开口的。在这里,所述的槽可以沿径向方向或者斜向延伸。该槽也可以设计成其他形状,例如箭矢形或弯曲形。术语“径向的”和“轴向的”始终是针对自由轮的旋转轴而言的。
在各种情况下,滑动盘至少能够轻微地进行弹性压缩或者扩张,并且因此与现有技术中公知的设备相比,该滑动盘无论对滑动盘自身的精密度的要求,还是对与滑动盘共同起作用的零件的制造精确度的要求都明显较低。
在传统的封闭型滑动盘中,即使滑动盘仅具有极小的不圆或者波纹都会存在无法排除的张力,而这种张力在本发明的滑动盘中由于滑动盘的开放结构将不会出现。这对滑动盘磨损会产生正面的影响。同时,滑动盘的滑动轴承功能得到了完整保留。滑动盘的功能,即将用于夹紧辊或者夹紧件的夹紧间隙保持恒定的功能不会因为滑动盘上的开槽而受到负面影响。
鉴于几何上精确性,制造滑动盘的关键在于滑动盘环形宽度,也就是说尺寸,它确定了夹紧辊或夹紧件所需的夹紧间隙的宽度。精确保持滑动盘的确定直径反而是次要的。
滑动盘在横截面上优选为U型轮廓。在此,中间的U型边具有轻微的弯曲或屈曲,原则上就如从DE 10 2006 023 564 A1中已知的那样。滑动盘由例如有色金属合金或者钢材制造。在后种情况下,滑动盘优选配备能减少摩擦的涂层。
根据本发明的开有槽的滑动盘的优选应用在尤其具有紧贴的夹紧件的夹紧件-空程离合器。同样,本滑动盘也适合用于轮式-空程离合器,原则上就如从DE 10 2005 057 299 A1中所知的那样。

空程离合器1具有夹紧件2,该夹紧件被装入保持架4的凹口3中,并通过弹簧夹箍5预加载弹力。在保持架5的两个端面上分别有一个滑动盘6,7。每个滑动盘6,7具有基本上呈环形的结构,但是没有形成封闭的环,而是具有槽8。滑动盘6,7分别插在由保持架5形成的边缘9上,所述边缘与在保持架5中环形延伸的凹槽10相邻接。
在绘制于图1中的实施例中,所示结构中上部滑动盘6的槽8的形状与所示结构中下部滑动盘7的槽8的形状不相一致。后者的槽8精确地径向延伸,也就是说通过槽8能够限定一个延伸平面,空程离合器的旋转轴就位于该延伸平面上;而上部滑动盘6的槽8则斜向延伸。这意味着,通过槽8位置确定的平面与空程离合器1的旋转轴平行地间隔开。在两种情况下,滑动盘6,7在横截面上均具有U型轮廓,其中,两个外部U型边设计用于将提供的环,即内环和外环放置在空程离合器的夹紧轨道上。

4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滑动盘(6,7),其特征在于,所述滑动盘(6,7)在横截面上具有U型轮廓。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的滑动盘(6,7)在夹紧件-空程离合器(1)中的应用。
