本发明目的在于提供即便对磁传感器的输出线作用牵拉力,也不会使输出线从传感器单元脱落的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置。将磁传感器(16a)的输出线(16c)模塑固定于模制树脂(17b)中,其中,上述磁传感器(16a)的输出线(16c)从安装于形成在环状的芯件(15)的圆弧状的传感器保持部(15a)的传感器单元(16)沿传感器保持部(15a)的切线方向被导出,而上述模制树脂(17b)在传感器单元(16)的附近被固定安装于设置在传感器保持部(15a)的贯通孔(15c)中,在这种情况下,即便对输出线(16c)作用有牵拉力,也不会使输出线(16c)从传感器单元(16)脱落。

Description

带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置
技术领域
本发明涉及安装有用于检测车轮的旋转的旋转传感器的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置。
背景技术
车轮轴承装置构成为在外侧部件和内侧部件的滚道面之间排列有多列滚动体,其中,上述外侧部件在内径侧具有多列滚道面并固定于车体侧,而上述内侧部件在外径侧具有与该外侧部件的各滚道面对置的多列滚道面并被安装于车轮侧,在上述车轮轴承装置中具有如下的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置,即、为了进行ABS(Antilock Brake System)等控制,而将检测车轮旋转的旋转传感器安装于机内侧(inboard)。该旋转传感器基本由磁编码器和磁传感器构成,该磁编码器被安装于转动圈亦即内侧部件侧,并被圆周方向上交替不同的磁极磁化,而该磁传感器被安装于固定圈亦即外侧部件侧,并检测随着磁编码器的旋转所产生的磁通量的变化。
在这种带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置中,存在如下的装置,即、在外侧部件的机内侧的端部所外嵌的环状的芯件上,形成有内径端侧向机内侧突出且向内径侧弯曲的圆弧状的传感器保持部,将在该传感器保持部上组装有磁传感器的传感器单元以向芯件的机内侧突出的方式安装,为了从机内侧的狭小空间利用输出线取出磁传感器的检测输出,从向机内侧突出的传感器单元的圆周方向端面,将输出线沿圆弧状的传感器保持部的切线方向导出(参照例如专利文献1)。
在专利文献1中记载的装置中,将安装于内侧部件侧的磁编码器,安装于内侧部件的机内侧所装配的轴承空间的密封用甩油环的圆环部的外侧面,将磁传感器以与磁编码器在轴方向上对置的方式组装于传感器单元。另外,很多情况下,对磁传感器的检测输出进行处理的电路基板也被一起装入到传感器单元中,在这种情况下,输出线经由电路基板与磁传感器连接。另外,在磁传感器中使用了霍尔元件、霍尔IC、MR元件等。
专利文献1:日本专利第3231185号公报
专利文献1中记载的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置,在将旋转传感器安装于轴承装置时、或将安装有旋转传感器的轴承装置组装于车辆时,一旦磁传感器的输出线挂于某处而产生牵拉力的作用,则会出现输出线从传感器单元脱落的不良情况。另外,在寒冷地区轮胎与车体间的空间内结冰,在车辆操舵时担心输出线被牵拉而脱落。
发明内容
因此,本发明的课题在于提供即便对磁传感器的输出线作用牵拉力,输出线也不会从传感器单元脱落的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置。
为了解决上述课题,本发明采用如下构成,即、带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置由下述部件构成:外侧部件,其被固定在车体侧,并且在内径侧且在机内侧和机外侧具有多列滚道面;内侧部件,其被安装于车轮侧,并且在外径侧具有与该外侧部件的机内侧和机外侧的各滚道面对置的多列滚道面;以及在上述外侧部件和内侧部件的滚道面间排成多列的滚动体,在上述内侧部件的机内侧的端部安装有在圆周方向由交替不同的磁极磁化的磁编码器,在外嵌于上述外侧部件的机内侧的端部的环状芯件上形成有内径端侧向机内侧突出且向内径侧弯曲的圆弧状的传感器保持部,在该传感器保持部上以向上述芯件的机内侧突出的方式安装传感器单元,且该传感器单元组装有对随着上述磁编码器的旋转而产生的磁通量变化进行检测的磁传感器,从向该机内侧突出的传感器单元的圆周方向端面沿上述圆弧状的传感器保持部的切线方向,将输出上述磁传感器的检测输出的输出线导出,其中,在上述传感器单元的附近设置有将从上述传感器单元沿上述传感器保持部的切线方向导出的输出线固定在传感器保持部的机构。
即、通过在传感器单元的附近设置将从传感器单元沿传感器保持部的切线方向导出的输出线固定于传感器保持部的机构,即便对磁传感器的输出线作用牵拉力,也不会使输出线从传感器单元脱落。
通过如下的机构来作为将上述输出线固定于传感器保持部的机构,即、在上述传感器保持部设置有固定安装模制树脂的贯通孔,并将从上述传感器单元导出的输出线模塑固定在固定安装于该贯通孔的模制树脂中,从而能够容易且牢固地固定输出线。
本发明的带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置中,由于在传感器单元的附近设置了将从传感器单元沿传感器保持部的切线方向导出的输出线固定于传感器保持部的机构,因此即便对磁传感器的输出线作用牵拉力,也不会使输出线从传感器单元脱落。
通过如下的机构来作为将上述输出线固定于传感器保持部的机构,即、在传感器保持部设置固定安装模制树脂的贯通孔,并将从传感器单元导出的输出线模塑固定在固定安装于该贯通孔的模制树脂中,从而能够容易且牢固地固定输出线。

具体实施方式
以下,结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。如图1及图2所示,该带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置由如下部件构成,即、外侧部件1,其在内径侧具有多列滚道面2;内侧部件3,其在外径侧具有与外侧部件1的各滚道面2对置的多列滚道面4;作为滚动体的滚珠6,其在该外侧部件1和内侧部件3的滚道面2、4之间排成多列,并被保持器5保持,其中,外侧部件1被设定为通过凸缘7安装于车体侧的固定圈,而内侧部件3被设定为通过内径面的车轴孔8而被安装于车轴的转动圈,车轮利用轮毂螺栓10被安装于内侧部件3上所设的凸缘9上。另外,内侧部件3的机内侧的滚道面4被设置在分体的内圈3a的外径面上,而该分体的内圈3a外嵌固定于内侧部件3。
上述外侧部件1和内侧部件3之间的轴承空间的机外侧被安装于外侧部件1侧的密封部件11密封,而轴承空间的机内侧被安装于外侧部件1侧的密封部件12和安装于内侧部件3侧内圈3a的甩油环13密封,在该甩油环13的圆环部的外侧面上通过硫化粘结而安装有由橡胶磁铁形成的磁编码器14,该由橡胶磁铁形成的磁编码器14被在圆周方向上交替不同的磁极磁化。
另外,在上述外侧部件1的机内侧的端部,外嵌有环状的芯件15,在该芯件15上形成有内径端侧向机内侧突出并且向内径侧弯曲的圆弧状的传感器保持部15a,传感器单元16以向芯件15的机内侧突出的方式安装在传感器保持部15a上,且该传感器单元16中组装有磁传感器16a和电路基板16b,该磁传感器16a在轴向与磁编码器14对置,并对随着磁编码器14的旋转的磁通量变化进行检测,该电路基板16b对磁传感器16a的检测输出进行处理,从该传感器单元16的圆周方向端面沿传感器保持部15a的切线方向导出用于输出磁传感器16a的检测输出的输出线16c。
如图3及图4(a)、(b)所示,在上述芯件15的传感器保持部15a且在内径侧设置有切口部15b。传感器单元16构成为,将磁传感器16a与电路基板16b模塑在固定安装于该切口部15b的模制树脂17a中,且将输出线16c与电路基板16b连接。
另外,如图3及图4(a)、(c)所示,在上述芯件15的传感器保持部15a的切口部15b的附近设置有贯通孔15c,且在固定安装于该贯通孔15c的模制树脂17b中,模塑固定有从传感器单元16的圆周方向端面导出的输出线16c。因此,即便对输出线16c作用有牵拉力,输出线16c也不会从传感器单元16脱落。
在上述实施方式中,采用滚珠作为在外侧部件和内侧部件的滚道面件排列的多列的滚动体,但上述滚动体也可以为圆锥滚子。

Claims (1)

1.一种带旋转传感器的车轮轴承装置,其由下述部件构成:外侧部件,其被固定在车体侧,并且在内径侧且在机内侧和机外侧具有多列滚道面;内侧部件,其被安装于车轮侧,并且在外径侧具有与该外侧部件的机内侧和机外侧的各滚道面对置的多列滚道面;以及在上述外侧部件和内侧部件的滚道面间排成多列的滚动体,
在上述内侧部件的机内侧的端部安装有在圆周方向由交替不同的磁极被磁化了的磁编码器,
在外嵌于上述外侧部件的机内侧的端部的环状芯件上形成有内径端侧向机内侧突出且向内径侧弯曲的圆弧状的传感器保持部,
在该传感器保持部上以向上述芯件的机内侧突出的方式安装传感器单元,且该传感器单元组装有对随着上述磁编码器的旋转而产生的磁通量变化进行检测的磁传感器,
从向该机内侧突出的传感器单元的圆周方向端面,沿上述圆弧状的传感器保持部的切线方向,将用于输出上述磁传感器的检测输出的输出线导出,
设置有将从上述传感器单元沿上述传感器保持部的切线方向导出的输出线在上述传感器单元的附近固定在传感器保持部的机构,
其特征在于,
上述的将输出线固定于传感器保持部的机构是如下的机构,即、在上述传感器保持部设置有固定安装第一模制树脂的贯通孔,并将从上述传感器单元导出的输出线模塑固定在固定安装于该贯通孔的第一模制树脂中,
在上述传感器保持部的上述贯通孔的附近设置有切口部,在固定安装于上述切口部中的第二模制树脂中模塑固定上述磁传感器和电路基板,并上述输出线与上述电路基板上连接。
