图6示出桶1和一次性配件7e,该一次性配件用其配件元件8e通过环绕式夹紧或变形而保持在桶颈3上。该桶颈为此在桶开口1.1的嘴部边缘上具有一个向外突出的环形法兰区段25,该法兰区段被一个成形在配件元件8e上并且伸出超过配件元件8e的底面的圆环形连接区段26形锁合地钩住。在该实施形式中,密封装置6在桶开口1.1的嘴部边缘的附近设置在桶颈3的内表面与一个另外的、成形在配件元件8e上且同样伸出超过该配件元件底面的圆环形连接区段27之间。
图7示出桶1和一次性配件7f,对于该一次性配件仅仅示出配件元件8f。该配件元件通过锁止形锁合地保持在桶颈3上,确切地说其方式是:一个插入到桶开口1.1中的、基本上圆柱形的连接区段28在其自由的边缘上设有一个形成一卡锁部的环形凸起29,该凸起同心地包围该一次性配件7f或配件元件8f的轴线FA。该凸起29嵌入到一个在桶颈3的内表面上敞开的环形槽30中。为了在装配时使该凸起29到该槽30中的卡入变得容易,该桶颈3的内表面在一个邻接该槽30的区域31中被轻微锥形地这样构造:使得锥开口1.1的内横截面在那里向着其嘴部边缘稍稍增大。
在该实施形式中,为了在一次性配件7f与桶1之间进行密封,设置了两个密封环32和33,这些密封环分别同心地包围所述轴线FA并且其中一个密封环32在桶开口1.1的嘴部边缘上设置在桶颈3与配件元件8f之间。另一密封环33轴向支撑在一个伸入到桶开口1.1中的环状凸起34上并且靠触在该连接区段28的自由的边缘上。
图8示出桶1和一次性配件7g,该一次性配件通过一个首先管形或圆柱形的、伸出超过配件元件8g的底面的壁元件35的永久的(bleibendes)或塑性的变形而在外部保持在桶颈3上。
在将该一次性配件7g套装在桶颈3上之后,壁元件35通过适当的措施、即利用适当的成形工具并且在该壁元件35由热塑性材料构成时也在热作用下这样地变形,使得变形后的壁元件35.1靠触在桶颈3的外表面上地与该桶颈3的轮廓具有形锁合,也就是说特别是形锁合地钩住颈环4。原则上也存在如下可能性,即壁元件35由收缩薄膜或具有收缩薄膜特性的材料制成,确切地说以如下形式,即仅仅通过热作用就已经实现变形后的壁元件35.1的跟随桶颈3的外轮廓的形锁合式靠触。
为了必要的密封并且特别是也为了将该一次性配件7g径向固定在桶颈3上,元件8g具有一个位于内部的圆柱形连接区段36,该连接区段伸入到桶开口1.1中并且靠触在该开口的内表面上。密封装置6在嘴部开口的区域中位于该连接区段36与桶颈3的内表面之间。
最后,图9示出桶1和一次性配件7h,在图9出于简化图示的原因对于该一次性配件基本上仅仅示出固定在桶颈3上的配件元件8h。该配件元件基本上包括一个作为模制件由适当材料、例如由塑料制成的壳状壳体件或下部件37和一个在背离桶体的顶面上封闭该下部件的盖38。该下部件37在一次性配件7h装配好时以一个中间的、基本上杯状的区段37.1匹配地伸入到桶开口1中。该下部件37以外部的、包围轴线FA的圆环状区段37.2径向地突出超过桶颈3的外表面。该下部件37的壁这样地构造在该内区段37.1与该外区段37.2之间的过渡部上,使得桶颈3被接收在一个向着该下部件37的底面敞开的环形开口39中。使该桶颈3与一次性配件7h之间的、在该桶颈3的外表面上的过渡部密封的密封装置6也位于该开口的区域中,
此外,该下部件37设有与其成一体的、伸出超过底面的圆柱形连接区段40,该连接区段在颈环4的区域中在其外侧上包围桶颈3并且在其向着桶颈3的内表面上设有一个构成一卡锁部的环形凸起41,该凸起在一次性配件7h装配好之后形锁合地钩住颈环4。
通过下部件37的三维的或壳状的构造,尽管壁厚很小并且与此相关地尽管材料消耗很少且质量很小,该下部件也具有足够的强度。
为了使一次性配件7h在桶颈3上的锁止变得容易,符合目的的可以是,将具有卡锁部41的环形连接区段40通过平行于该一次性配件7h的轴线FA延伸的缝槽划分为多个分段。为了防止该一次性配件7h的卡锁式固定不期望地解除,设置了一个保险环42,该保险环在配件元件8h锁止之后包围连接区段40或构成所述区段的分段地被接收在一个空槽43中并且由此防止该连接区段40径向撑开。保险环42在套装一次性配件7h时就已经预装配在该一次性配件上并且首先位于连接区段40与下部件37的底面之间的过渡部上。在锁止之后,该保险环42这样程度地向下移动,直到该保险环被接收在所述空槽43中为止。
例如金属、但特别是塑料也适合于作为制造所述一次性配件7、7a-7h的材料,其中,在塑料的情况下,各个一次性配件的尽可能多的功能元件、例如配件元件8、8a-8h也由塑料制成,所述配件元件于是优选作为模制件与所有用于与桶颈3连接的区段一体地制成。

Claims (11)

1.一种桶,其包括一个由塑料制成的桶体(2)以及一个在一构成桶开口(1.1)并且与桶体(2)一体地制成的桶颈(3)上的一次性桶配件(7g),其特征在于:所述一次性桶配件(7g)通过包围所述桶颈(3)的壁元件(35)在热作用下的永久的或塑性的变形保持在所述桶颈(3)上,所述一次性配件(7g)用变形后的壁元件(35.1)保持在桶颈(3)上,桶体(2)的桶颈(3)至少在一个部分区域上被接收在一次性配件(7g)的一个位于内部的、伸入到桶开口(1.1)中的连接区段(36)与所述变形后的壁元件(35.1)之间,一个承载所述一次性配件(7g)的另外的功能元件的配件元件(8g)与包围该桶颈(3)的壁元件(35)一体地构成。
2.根据权利要求1的桶,其特征在于:所述包围所述桶颈(3)的、通过热作用而变形的壁元件(35)被薄壁地构造。
3.根据权利要求2的桶,其特征在于:所述壁元件(35)由收缩薄膜构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2的桶,其特征在于:桶体(2)在桶颈(3)上具有至少一个伸出超过外表面的颈环(4),该颈环(4)被变形后的壁元件(35.1)钩住。
5.根据权利要求1或2的桶,其特征在于:所述桶包括至少一个环形的、在一次性配件(7g)与桶颈(3)之间的密封装置(6)。
6.根据权利要求5的桶,其特征在于:所述至少一个密封装置(6)设置在桶开口(1.1)的一个嘴部边缘的区域中。
7.根据权利要求1的桶,其特征在于:所述配件元件(8g)被构造成板状或盘状地突出超过桶体(2)的桶颈(3)。
8.根据权利要求1或2的桶,其特征在于:所述桶颈(3)被空心圆柱体形地构成。
9.根据权利要求1或2的桶,其特征在于:至少一次性桶配件(7g)的固定在桶体(2)的桶颈(3)上的配件元件(8g)由塑料制成。
10.根据权利要求1的桶,其特征在于:所述塑料为PET。
11.根据权利要求7的桶,其特征在于:所述配件元件(8g)被构造成法兰状地突出超过桶体(2)的桶颈(3)。
