Abstract
1. Кег, содержащий корпус (2) кега, изготовленный из искусственного материала, преимущественно из PET, а также фитинга (7, 7a-7h) кега на области (3) устья, образующей отверстие (1.1) кега, отличающийся тем, что выполненный одноразовым фитинг (7, 7a-7h) закреплен на области (3) устья с силовым и/или геометрическим замыканием. ! 2. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7, 7a-7h) с, по меньшей мере, одним выходящим в отверстие (1.1) кега или, по меньшей мере, частично охватывающим соединительным участком (11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 26, 35.1, 40) закреплен на области (3) устья с силовым и/или геометрическим замыканием. ! 3. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соединение с силовым замыканием выполнено в виде имеющих вид рыболовных крючков выступов или захватов (12) на поверхности фитинга (7), прилегающей к поверхности корпуса (2) кега, и/или поверхности корпуса (2) кега, прилегающей к поверхности фитинга. ! 4. Claims (32)
1. Кег, содержащий корпус (2) кега, изготовленный из искусственного материала, преимущественно из PET, а также фитинга (7, 7a-7h) кега на области (3) устья, образующей отверстие (1.1) кега, отличающийся тем, что выполненный одноразовым фитинг (7, 7a-7h) закреплен на области (3) устья с силовым и/или геометрическим замыканием.
2. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7, 7a-7h) с, по меньшей мере, одним выходящим в отверстие (1.1) кега или, по меньшей мере, частично охватывающим соединительным участком (11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 26, 35.1, 40) закреплен на области (3) устья с силовым и/или геометрическим замыканием.
3. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соединение с силовым замыканием выполнено в виде имеющих вид рыболовных крючков выступов или захватов (12) на поверхности фитинга (7), прилегающей к поверхности корпуса (2) кега, и/или поверхности корпуса (2) кега, прилегающей к поверхности фитинга.
4. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соединение с силовым замыканием выполнено сваркой, например индукционной сваркой или ультразвуковой сваркой.
5. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соединение с силовым замыканием выполнено с помощью склеивания.
6. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что элемент фитинга (8, 8a-8h), несущий другие функциональные элементы фитинга (7, 7a-7h), выполнен преимущественно в виде целого с соединительным участком (11, 13, 15. 17. 20, 21, 26, 40), выходящим в устье (1.1) кега и/или, по меньшей мере, частично охватывающим область устья.
7. Кег по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что имеющий кольцевую форму, концентрично охватывающий ось фитинга (FA), выходящий в отверстие (1.1) кега соединительный участок (11) содержит на своей внешней поверхности выступы в виде рыболовных крючков или захваты (12).
8. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7а, 7b) для соединения с геометрическим замыканием свинчен с корпусом кега или областью (3) устья.
9. Кег по п.8, отличающийся тем, что имеющий кольцевую форму соединительный участок (13), выходящий в отверстие (1.1) кега, закреплен с геометрическим замыканием на своей наружной поверхности с помощью ввинчивания в область (3) устья корпуса кега.
10. Кег по п.8 или 9, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7b) на внутренней поверхности соединительного участка (15), охватывающего область (3) устья корпуса кега, закреплен с геометрическим замыканием путем ввинчивания в область (3) устья корпуса кега.
11. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что одноразовый фитинг (7с) закреплен с геометрическим замыканием с, по меньшей мере, одним соединительным участком (17) по способу байонетного замка в области (3) устья корпуса (2) кега.
12. Кег по п.11, отличающийся несколькими расположенными с распределением вокруг оси фитинга соединительными участками (17), с помощью которых одноразовый фитинг (7с) закреплен по способу байонетного замка в корпусе кега (2).
13. Кег по п.12, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один соединительный участок расположен перед наружной поверхностью области (3) устья.
14. Кег по п.12 или 13, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один соединительный участок имеет преимущественно профилированную, например, образованную с фиксирующими выступами или захватами фиксирующую поверхность (18), которая прилегает к сопряженной поверхности (19) на корпусе (2) кега.

17. Кег по п.16, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один пружинящий захват (23) образован пружинящим элементом, закрепленным на соединительном элементе или оперт на соединительный элемент (21), и выступает над поверхностью соединительного элемента, смежной с областью (3) устья.
18. Кег по одному из пп.16 и 17, отличающийся тем, что пружинящий захват (23) изготовлен из пружинящего эластичного плоского материала, например пружинной стали.
19. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7e, 7f, 7h) закреплен на области (3) устья корпуса (2) кега с помощью запрессовки или фиксации.
20. Кег по п.19, отличающийся тем, что корпус (2) кега в области (3) устья содержит, по меньшей мере, одно кольцо или один фланец (25), выступающий над наружной поверхностью, который захватывается снизу соединительным участком (26).
21. Кег по п.20, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7) с соединительным участком (28), выходящим в отверстие (1.1) кега, закреплен в отверстии (1.1) кега с помощью фиксации.
22. Кег по п.19, отличающийся тем, что фитинг (7h) с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного соединительного участка (40) с помощью фиксации закреплен на преимущественно кольцевом выступе (4), выдающимся над наружной поверхностью области (3) устья.
23. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что одноразовый фитинг (7g) с помощью остаточной или пластической деформации соединительного участка (35) с геометрическим замыканием закреплен в области (3) устья корпуса (2) кега.
24. Кег по п.23, отличающийся тем, что соединительный участок (35.1) выполнен в виде преимущественно тонкостенного охватывающего область (3) устья стенового участка (35) или тубуса с помощью запрессовки и/или воздействия нагревом.
25. Кег по п.24, отличающийся тем, что тубус (35) выполнен из термоусаживающейся пленки или термоусаживающегося материала.
26. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что область (3) устья корпуса (2) кега размещена, по меньшей мере, над частичной областью между лежащим внутри выходящим в отверстие (1.1) кега соединительным участком (20, 36. 37.1) и наружным соединительным участком (21, 37.2, 35.1) одноразового фитинга (7d, 7g, 7h).
27. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен, по меньшей мере, одним кольцевым уплотнением между фитингом (7, 7a-7h) и областью (3) устья.
28. Кег по п.27, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одно уплотнение (6, 32) предусмотрено в области края устья отверстия (1.1) кега.
29. Кег по п.6, отличающийся тем, что элемент (8, 8a-8g), снабженный соединительным участком (11, 13, 15, 17, 21, 26, 28, 35.1), выполнен выступающим над областью (3) устья корпуса (2) кега в виде пластины или шайбы, преимущественно в виде фланца.
30. Кег по п.6, отличающийся тем, что элемент (8h) фитинга, закрепленный на области (3) устья корпуса (2) кега, образован в виде полого тела, а именно с входящим в отверстие (1.1) кега участком (37.1) и охватывающим область устья участком (37.2).
31. Кег по п.1, отличающийся тем, что область устья образована горловиной (3) кега в форме полого цилиндра или в основном в форме полого цилиндра.
32. Кег по п.6, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, элемент (8, 8a-8h) фитинга (7, 7a-7h), закрепленный на области (3) устья корпуса (2) кега, изготовлен из искусственного материала.
