本发明公开了一种基于聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)的装饰板,其具有与聚氯乙烯(PVC)相似的可成型性。所述装饰板包含聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)合金型树脂,该树脂通过将PETG树脂与酯类树脂或弹性体树脂熔合而制备。

Description

具有与PVC相似的成型能力的基于PETG的装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板。更具体而言,本发明涉及一种具有与聚氯乙烯(PVC)相当的易成型性的基于聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)(polyethyleneterephthalate glycol)的装饰板。
背景技术
与聚氯乙烯(PVC)相比,用于成型目的的基于聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)的装饰板显示优异的表面性质,但是具有窄范围的高成型温度。
也就是说,虽然PETG装饰板具有优异的表面质量和易成型性,但是其具有窄范围的成型温度,由此使得难以进行次级的后续加工(即,成型)。在低的成型温度下,制品的边缘可能破裂,或者制品的粘合力可能劣化。在高的成型温度下,出现的问题在于,制品的边缘可能下垂或下陷,且表面质量与成型质量成比例地劣化。
日本特开平第2003-246916号公开了一种具有特定的熔体体积流量的用于柔性装饰性聚酯板的组合物,其含有特定混合比例的玻璃态转变温度彼此不同的三种聚酯类树脂。日本特开平第2005-298715号公开了一种使用柔性聚酯板和无机填料的具有阻燃性的组合物。这些现有技术与本发明不同,本发明的目的是降低PETG树脂可利用的成型温度,并增宽其范围。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的一个方面是提供一种用于成型目的的PETG装饰板,该装饰板在窄范围的低成型温度下具有与PVC的易成型性相当的易成型性。
技术方案
根据完成上述问题的本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种装饰板,其包含聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)合金型树脂(alloy resin),该树脂通过将PETG树脂与酯类树脂或弹性体树脂熔合而制备。
本发明的PETG合金型树脂的玻璃态转变温度(Tg)为75±3℃,该温度低于普通的PETG树脂的玻璃态转变温度3~7℃;且因此,它适用于与PVC的形成过程相似的低温下的成型加工。
此外,本发明的PETG合金型树脂适用于60~80℃下的成型加工。这个范围宽,与PVC的范围相似。PETG树脂通常适用于70℃~85℃下的成型加工。
优选地,本发明中用作合金型成分的酯类树脂为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(polybutylene terephthalate)(PBT),且可以通过液相聚合法或固相聚合法制备。本发明中使用的弹性体树脂可以是PBT树脂和聚醚多元醇(polyetherglycol)的共聚物。
优选地,基于100重量份的PETG,所述酯类树脂或弹性体树脂的含量可以是5~20重量份。
当所述合金型成分的含量低于5phr时,所述合金型树脂的Tg和成型温度不能降低到所需的水平。当所述合金型成分的含量超过20phr时,由于加工过程中PBT和弹性体树脂的特性,所述合金型树脂的Tg和成型温度会非常地低,化合物的性质和板材可挤压性劣化,且由此板的可加工性下降。同时,由于所述PBT树脂的耐化学性质,板的表面可加工性和粘合力劣化。
根据本发明,通过将所述PETG树脂和酯类树脂或弹性体树脂熔合,且由此降低Tg 3~7℃,并逐渐倾斜降低弹性模量的下降速率,可以制备具有类似于PVC的热性能的化合物。由此,由该化合物可以制备适于在宽范围的低温下成型加工的装饰板。
为了参考,一种用于评价可成型性的代表性方法是利用动态力学分析(DMA)测量弹性模量的变化。

具体实施方式
[实施例1]
将10phr的PBT树脂加入到PETG树脂中,并将掺合物混合挤出,然后经板型挤出成0.5mm的厚度。
[实施例2]
将20phr的PBT树脂加入到PETG树脂中,并将掺合物混合挤出,然后经板型挤出成0.5mm的厚度。
[实施例3]
将10phr的PBT共聚物弹性体树脂加入到PETG树脂中,并将掺合物混合挤出,然后经板型挤出成0.5mm的厚度。
[实施例4]
将20phr的PBT共聚物弹性体树脂加入到PETG树脂中,并将掺合物混合挤出,然后经板型挤出成0.5mm的厚度。
[比较实施例]
将PETG树脂经板挤出成0.5mm的厚度。
从图5可以看出,常规的PETG镜面装饰板的玻璃态转变温度在约74℃开始下降,然后在约84℃减到最小。
[实验性实施例]
对于实施例1~4和比较实施例的装饰板,通过DMA测量玻璃态转变温度和储能模量的变化。
图1为显示根据实施例1的装饰板的玻璃态转变温度和储能模量变化的图(PETG+PBT合金型树脂,合金型成分的含量:10phr)。从图1明显看出,Tg为76℃,且储能模量在65℃开始下降。
图2为显示根据实施例2的装饰板的玻璃态转变温度和储能模量变化的图(PETG+PBT合金型树脂,合金型成分的含量:20phr)。从图2明显看出,Tg为74℃,且储能模量在63℃开始下降。
图3为显示根据实施例3的装饰板的玻璃态转变温度和储能模量变化的图(PETG+PBT共聚物弹性体合金型树脂,合金型成分的含量:10phr)。从图3明显看出,Tg为77℃,且储能模量在65℃开始下降。
图4为显示根据实施例4的装饰板的玻璃态转变温度和储能模量变化的图(PETG+PBT共聚物弹性体合金型树脂,合金型成分的含量:20phr)。从图4明显看出,Tg为73℃,且储能模量在60℃开始下降。
图5为显示根据比较实施例的装饰板的玻璃态转变温度和储能模量变化的图(PETG树脂)。从图5明显看出,Tg为83℃,且储能模量在73℃开始下降。
工业实用性
从上面的描述可以明显看出,根据本发明,通过将PETG树脂与酯类树脂或弹性体树脂熔合,可以制备一种PETG装饰板,该装饰板在低于常规的PETG装饰板3~10℃的温度的宽范围内保持表面质量并显示可成型性。

Claims (3)

1.一种装饰板,其包含聚乙烯对苯乙二醇(PETG)合金型树脂,该树脂通过将PETG树脂与作为酯类树脂的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)或作为弹性体树脂的聚醚多元醇和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)树脂的共聚物熔合而制备,其中,基于100重量份的所述PETG树脂,所述酯类树脂或弹性体树脂的含量是5~20重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板,其中,所述PETG合金型树脂的玻璃态转变温度(Tg)为75±3℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板,其中,所述的PETG合金型树脂适用于60~80℃下的成型加工。
