本发明属药膳酒,尤其是松茸药膳泡酒配方及其制作方法技术领域。 
背景技术
松茸,是一种纯天然的珍稀名贵食用菌类,松茸菌肉肥厚、香味宜人,味道鲜美、价值昂贵、营养丰富。松茸具有多种人体需要的营养成份,富含蛋白质、脂肪和多种氨基酸,还含有维生素Bl,B2,C。尤其是具有很高的药用价值。特别是具有疏通肠胃、理气化痰、驱虫抗癌、增强免疫力、促进人体新陈代谢的作用,因此松茸常被推崇为"菌中之王"。但目前松茸还只是用作美味佳肴,进行食补的美食,其药用效果方面,尤其是通过与酒结合产生的药用效果尚未得到充分利用。发明内容本发明的目的正是为了克服现有松茸使用的局限性,充分利用其药用价值和充分发挥其香味,而提供一种具有菌香独特、味道鲜美、疏通肠胃、理气化痰、驱虫抗癌、增强免疫力显著优点的泡酒。 
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。 
本发明配方为:每10公斤55~65度的高梁酒或大麦酒或小麦酒配鲜松茸2~2.5公斤、枸杞0.5~0.6公斤,人参0.5~0.6公斤;采用土坛缸按配方泡制15天以上即可。 
本发明的有益效果是,本发明配方的松茸泡酒,具有菌香独特、味道鲜美、疏通肠胃、理气化痰、驱虫抗癌、增强免疫力显著优点。按照本发明配方所得的产品,恰到好处能体现松茸药效和香味,经摸索发现,超出本发明范围后,当小于配量时,其产品香味清淡,不能充分发挥松茸的独特菌香,药效也不尽然得到利用;当大于配量时,其产品菌香味过浓,至使难以恰到好处地品出松茸香味,药效上也过重,对正常饮酒量的人不太适宜。 
下面结合实施例近一步阐述本发明内容。
具体实施方式
实施例 本发明按配方为:每10公斤55~65度的高梁酒或大麦酒或小麦酒配鲜松茸2~2.5公斤、枸杞0.5~0.6公斤,人参0.5~0.6公斤:采用土坛缸按配方泡制15天以上即可。对鲜松茸,先将松茸根部l沙土刮干净,用刀剔除不能食用的部分,清除虫菌,然后用清水冲洗,再将水气凉干即可配泡;对干品松茸,只需清理杂质后,直接浸泡。
