本发明涉及一种七菇酒配方。
背景技术
我国酿酒历史悠久,品种繁多,自产生之日开始,就受到先民欢迎。人们在饮酒赞酒的时候,总要给所饮的酒起个饶有风趣的雅号或别名。这些名字,大都由一些典故演绎而成,或者根据酒的味道、颜色、功能、作用、浓淡及酿造方法等等而定。酒的很多绰号在民间流传甚广,所以文在诗词、小说中常被用作酒的代名词。这也是中国酒俗文化的一个特色。
早初酒应当是果酒和米酒。自夏之后,经商周、历秦汉,以至于唐宋、皆是以果实粮食蒸煮,加曲发酵,压榨而后才出酒的,无论是吴姬压酒劝客尝,还是武松大碗豪饮景阳岗,喝的就是果酒或米酒,随着人类的进一步发展,酿酒工艺也得到了进一步改进,由原来的蒸煮、曲酵、压榨、改而为蒸煮、曲酵、馏、最大的突破就是对酒精的提纯。数千年来,中国的酿酒事业,在历史的变迁中,分支分流以至于酿造出了许多更具有地方特色,更能反应当地风土人情的各类名酒,不同地域和不同民族的酒礼酒俗,无不构造出一个博大的渊深的名酒古国。
以菇类为酒,无论是在市场上还是在酿酒史上都较为罕见,但是酒类的多样性却离不开多样性的尝试。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以七种菇类制成,能壮阳补肾的七菇酒配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种七菇酒配方,各组分及其重量为:赤灵芝23-27份、云芝18-23份、茯苓24-29份、桑黄14-17份、樟芝9-13份、鬼笔7-12份、冬虫夏草4-9份、白酒700-750份。
最佳的,一种七菇酒配方,各组分及其重量为:赤灵芝27份、云芝23份、茯苓29份、桑黄17份、樟芝13份、鬼笔12份、冬虫夏草9份、白酒700份。
制备方法:精选配方中七种菇类,洗干净后,将所述七种菇放置在酿酒容器中,倒入白酒,并密封贮存,在阴凉处放置2个月即可。
赤灵芝民间称灵芝草。多孔菌科,是一种药用真菌。全株入药,有治耳聋、利关节、保神、益精气、坚盘骨、疗虚劳、滋补强壮等功能。
云芝是最具药用价值的真菌之一,具有清热、解毒、消炎、抗癌、保肝等功效。主治健脾利湿;止咳平喘;清热解毒;抗肿瘤。
茯苓为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,所含茯苓酸具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤以及镇静、降血糖等的作用。
桑黄子实体无柄,菌盖扁半球形或马蹄形,能利五脏,软坚,排毒,止血,活血,和胃止泻。主治淋病,崩漏带下,症瘕积聚,癖饮,脾虚泄泻。
樟芝是一种珍稀的药用真菌,含有多种生理活性成分,如多糖、三萜类化合物、超氧歧化酶腺苷、蛋白质、多种维生素、微量元素、核酸、凝集素、氨基酸、胆固醇、木质素、血压稳定物质等。其具备的生理活性功能具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、抗病毒、抗过敏、抗高血压、抑制血小板凝集、降血压、降胆固醇、抗细菌、保护肝脏等。
鬼笔是鬼笔科植物细皱鬼笔的子实体,是一种真菌,与竹荪、灵芝一样,拥有极高的营养价值,可以食用,在中医中有治疗恶疮的功效。
冬虫夏草是一种真菌,是一种特殊的虫和真菌共生的生物体。主治补虚损,益精气,止咳化痰。治痰饮喘嗽,虚喘,痨嗽,咯血,自汗盗汗,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后久虚不复。
本发明的有益效果:该七菇酒配方所制成成品能壮阳补肾。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例一:
一种七菇酒配方,各组分及其重量为:赤灵芝23份、云芝18份、茯苓24份、桑黄14份、樟芝9份、鬼笔7份、冬虫夏草4份、白酒750份。
实施例二:
一种七菇酒配方,各组分及其重量为:赤灵芝27份、云芝23份、茯苓29份、桑黄17份、樟芝13份、鬼笔12份、冬虫夏草9份、白酒700份。
以上实施例一、二制备方法均相同:精选配方中七种菇类,洗干净后,将所述七种菇放置在酿酒容器中,倒入白酒,并密封贮存,在阴凉处放置2个月即可。
两个实施例所用材料相同,但是使用份量不一,经研究得出以下结论:
实施例一中各原料用量较少,经制备后成品口味较清淡,其中七菇的用量也较少,经制备而成的成品比较温和,其壮阳补肾效果也并不明显,适合一般人在平常时候作滋补性饮用,经过长时间饮用亦能达到其壮阳补肾的效果;
实施例二中各原料用量适中,经制备后成品口味浓郁,其中七菇的用量恰到好处,经制备而成的成品能起到壮阳补肾的效果,经常饮用对身体有好处,尤其适合男性饮用,同样也适合大多数人饮用;
由以上两种实施例可知实施例二是最佳实施例配比,该配方所制成的饮品适宜大部分人饮用。
