技术领域
本发明涉及交通工具座椅,所述座椅能够被折叠和倾斜。
背景技术
成功的机动交通工具设计需要考虑多种不同的设计目标。组成机动交通工具的部件通常必须满足从强度和耐久性到款式和舒适感等各方面的要求。并且,增强的功能以及简易的操作也是交通工具设计中的重要特征。
这种考虑中的一个,是对具有改进的存储性能的中小型机动交通工具的有效性设计。为暂时地增大行李箱空间,较新的机动交通工具有时包括向下折叠的后座椅靠背。在这些设计中,座椅靠背的后表面以可放松的形式闭锁在交通工具主体上的交叉形构件(cross member)上,该交叉形构件在座椅靠背后面延伸,位于座椅靠背和行李箱空间之间。典型的设计方案往往在满足坐在交通工具内的人的舒适度方面有缺陷,即在舒适度方面可调节的能力太小。此外,即使这样的设计方案能够理想地工作,机动交通工具行业日益激烈的竞争性本质仍需要功能上有改进的设计方案。

发明内容
通过在至少一个实施方式中提供一种可折叠、可倾斜的交通工具座椅组件,本发明解决了现有技术中的一个或多个问题。该实施方式中的交通工具座椅组件包括可枢轴转动的座椅靠背(pivotable seat back),该座椅靠背能被置于直立位置和折叠位置。可选择地,可枢轴转动的座椅靠背可被置于一个或多个附加的位置,从而允许座椅靠背倾斜或向前定位座椅靠背。座椅底部衬垫子组件(seat bottom cushion subassembly)被置于座椅底部加强构件上方。当座椅底部衬垫子组件的前部部分(forward section)在调整座椅的位置的过程中被抬升的时候,可枢轴转动的座椅底部加强构件为该前部部分提供结构支撑。此外,座椅底部组件可由乘坐交通工具的人将其调整到想要的位置。

本发明的交通工具座椅组件还可包括致动器,该致动器用以将座椅底部定位在一个或多个抬升的位置上。
致动器可被定位为接近交通工具座椅底部或者连接到交通工具座椅底部。
致动器可包括可由用户操作的手柄,手柄和闭锁子组件连通。

图4提供了对闭锁机构(latching mechanism)的阐释,其用于通过向 上推加强构件的前部位置来移动座椅底部子组件。在这个变例中,手柄80的操作引起臂82的枢轴转动,这又引起轮84沿方向86的转动。枢轴转动地连接到轮84的致动器臂88随后沿着方向90向上运动,从而抬升加强构件20。

Claims (10)

1.一种交通工具座椅组件,包括:
可枢轴转动的座椅靠背,该座椅靠背可被置于直立位置和折叠位置;
可枢轴转动的座椅底部加强构件,该座椅底部加强构件可绕着第一枢轴点枢轴转动;以及
座椅底部衬垫子组件,该座椅底部衬垫子组件被置于所述座椅底部加强构件的上方,以使得所述座椅底部衬垫子组件的前部部分能够被所述座椅底部加强构件支撑,所述座椅底部衬垫子组件能够绕着第二枢轴点枢轴转动,该第二枢轴点比前述第一枢轴点更靠后。
2.如权利要求1中所述的交通工具座椅组件,其中所述座椅底部衬垫子组件包括座椅底部衬垫,所述座椅底部衬垫子组件能在降低的位置和抬升的位置之间运动,而不会导致所述座椅底部衬垫弯曲或起皱。
