-驱动单元,其在较低的起始位置和终端位置之间调节座椅托架。
背景技术
从现有技术中已经熟知上述类型的座椅底架的各种设计。座椅底架用于使现用的机动车辆座椅可调节地布置成相对于车辆地板适应车辆中的车辆乘客,以使得机动车辆座椅能够最佳地适于各个使用者。
除了将座椅底架设计成允许机动车辆座椅纵向调节之外,座椅底架大体构造成允许相应的机动车辆座椅的高度在高处终端位置和最低位置之间调节,从而机动车辆座椅能最佳地适于各个使用者的个人需要,其中所述高处终端位置确立最高的座椅位置,而所述最低位置确定最低座椅位置。
司机或前面乘客座椅的纵向调节和座椅高度的调节都会在车辆后面显著影响在前面乘客或司机之后的个人的放脚空间,所述放脚空间经常非常有限并因此仅提供受限的舒适度。如果前面乘客座椅未被使用,在前面乘客座椅之后的乘客所用的放脚空间能通过将机动车辆座椅调节至最前位置而增加。放脚空间能通过改变前面乘客座椅的高度而进一步增加,但这仅能轻微程度地完成,因为已知的机动车辆座椅的高度仅能轻微地调节。
在此背景下,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于机动车辆座椅、尤其用于前面乘客座椅的座椅底架,其使得机动车辆座椅能够转移至下述位置,在所述位置,在机动车辆座椅之后的放脚空间所带来的乘坐舒适度能以补充的方式增加。
发明内容
本发明通过具有权利要求1的特征的座椅底架实现这个目的。本发明的有利的进步通过从属权利要求提供。
根据本发明的座椅底架使得从座椅托架到座椅导轨的距离能够调节,从而确定座椅高度。座椅托架与衬垫物一起形成机动车辆座椅的座椅表面,所述座椅托架通过中间的附加的座椅构件间接地连接至座椅导轨、或例如在两侧通过两个枢转臂直接地连接至座椅托架的侧部。从座椅托架至座椅导轨的距离因此通过前后枢转臂在它们铰接至座椅导轨的铰接点处的枢转运动而确立。最大距离因此也通过枢转臂确立,其中在座椅导轨和座椅托架之间的最大距离对应于座椅托架相对于座椅导轨的上止点。
驱动单元用于设置座椅高度和大体使所述座椅高度固定,从而允许座椅托架相对于座椅导轨在枢转臂所指示的弯曲路径上转移。根据本发明的用于座椅底架的驱动单元的设计的特征在于,允许座椅托架调节成超过在常规操作所确立的高处终端位置。在常规操作时,高度的调节结束于高处终端位置,所述高处终端位置通常由驱动单元的终端位置确立。对比地,根据本发明的座椅底架的驱动单元在不同于常规模式的操作模式中允许超过高处终端位置的移位,从而借由增加的放脚空间提高前面乘客的舒适度。这些操作模式之间的设置,或者说这些模式之间的改变能以任何理想的方式实现,例如借由合适的控制电子装置或可调节的机械构件。
根据本发明的一个进步,驱动单元设计成使得座椅托架能够移动至具有最大距离的位置。这种座椅托架与座椅导轨相铰接的实施方式、以及与已知的座椅底架不同的驱动单元,将允许座椅底架相对于已知的座椅托架在更大的范围内调节,即至少到达座椅托架相对于座椅导轨的上止点,这在已知系统中还是未实现的。
根据本发明的这个实施例,相较于已知的机动车辆座椅,利用根据本发明的座椅底架可以使得机动车辆座椅之后的区域中的放脚空间得到补充增加。这相对于已知的机动车辆座椅显著增加坐在该区域中的个人的舒适度,而不损害使用根据本发明的座椅底架所制成的机动车辆座椅的基本用途。根据本发明的座椅底架代表一种尤其简单和经济的解决方案,用于增加坐在相应的机动车辆座椅之后的乘客的舒适度。根据本发明的座椅底架尤其推荐给用作豪华轿车型车辆的前面乘客座椅,以增加乘员的舒适度。
终端位置能大体上通过驱动单元自由地固定,从而确定座椅高度。根据本发明的一个进步,驱动单元被这样设计,以使得通过驱动单元固定的座椅托架的位置是对应于座椅托架和座椅导轨之间的最大距离。根据本发明的这个实施例,驱动单元设计成使得座椅托架从底部初始位置开始移动至与座椅托架相对于座椅导轨的最大距离相对应的终端位置,即座椅托架的上止点位置。本发明的这个实施例的特征在于,大体上可以使用能经济制造的驱动单元。

驱动单元能以任何方式设计,只要致动器能使座椅托架沿由枢转臂所确立的弯曲路径移动。然而,根据本发明的一个特别有利的实施例,驱动单元设计成能改变长度,其中所述驱动单元的一端铰接至座椅导轨、而另一端铰接至座椅托架。根据驱动单元的相应实施例,通过手动或自动地减少或增加驱动单元的长度而引起座椅托架相对于座椅导轨转移,座椅高度能被调节。将驱动单元铰接至座椅导轨以及座椅托架,由此确保当驱动单元被致动时座椅托架相对于座椅导轨移动。所使用的能改变长度的驱动单元的特征在于,所述驱动单元制造尤其容易和经济,此外还允许座椅高度被精确地确立和紧固。

如果使用具有能改变的长度的驱动单元,那么所述驱动单元的一端将铰接至座椅托架、而另一端将铰接至后枢转臂,在本发明的一个尤其有利的实施例中,所述后枢转臂尤其具有在后枢转臂上的悬臂。在相应的实施例中,安装空间能进一步减小,因为用于后枢转臂的铰接布置的支承装置能被用于布置驱动单元。在枢转臂的悬臂上的有利的布置方式允许驱动单元以特别有利的方式适于由枢转臂相对于座椅导轨限定的座椅托架的弯曲路径,并且以特别有效的方式防止座椅高度调节发生故障。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车辆座椅的座椅底架,包括
-两对导轨,它们布置成彼此相距一定距离并且分别具有座椅导轨和地板导轨,
-座椅托架,
-对应于每对导轨的两个枢转臂,它们都分别在一端铰接至座椅托架而在另一端铰接至座椅导轨,并且使座椅托架和座椅导轨之间的最大距离固定,以及
-驱动单元,其在较低的起始位置和终端位置之间调节座椅托架,
其特征在于,
驱动单元(6)设计成使座椅托架(7)移动超过在常规操作时所确立的高处终端位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅底架,其特征在于,驱动单元(6)设计成使座椅托架(7)移动至具有所述最大距离的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅底架,其特征在于,驱动单元(6)设计成使得所述座椅托架(7)的终端位置对应于座椅托架(7)的最大距离。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的座椅底架,其特征在于,驱动单元(6)设计成使座椅托架(7)移动至从座椅托架(7)的底部初始位置前进超过最大距离之后所到达的终端位置。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的座椅底架,其特征在于,驱动单元(6)设计成能改变长度,并且所述驱动单元在一端铰接至座椅导轨(2)、而在另一端铰接至座椅托架(7)。
