本发明公开了天然型香蕉香精,其特征在于,其组分及重量百分比含量为:乙酸异戊酯,12~15%;丁酸异戊酯,6~9%;丙酸苄酯,0.1~0.15%;庚炔羧酸甲酯,0.01~0.02%;丙位癸内酯,0.035~0.05%;异丁酸桂酯,0.05~0.08%;乙酸叶醇酯,0.1~0.15%;己酸异戊酯,0.03~0.05%;香蕉浓缩物,0.5~1%;乙缩醛,0.01~0.03%;丙二醇,80.385~73.19%。本发明不仅克服了传统香蕉香精配方中存在不够纯正干净的缺陷,而且本发明还通过添加香蕉浓缩物、丙位癸内酯、庚炔羧酸甲酯等原料使该香蕉香精的天然感更加纯正。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种香精,具体是指一种应用于饮料、糖果、烘焙食品和冰淇淋等食品中的天然型香蕉香精。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平提高的同时,人们对食品质量的要求也在不断的提高。随着香精在食品中的应用,人们逐渐对食品的风味也越发要求天然纯正。而香蕉香精作为香精中的一种,由于其种类和口味繁多而受到人们的喜爱。但由于目前的香蕉香精的配方相对简单,从而也致使了该香精的香气生硬,缺乏天然感。为了增加天然特性,目前人们广泛的采用的方法是,在香蕉香精中加入甜橙油或者柠檬油来增加天然感。但是这种方式往往导致香精不够纯正干净,从而会严重影响在食品中的加香效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种纯正干净,且具有良好天然质感的天然型香蕉香精。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:天然型香蕉香精,其组分及重量百分比含量为:

本发明与现有技术相比,不仅克服了传统香蕉香精配方中存在不够纯正干净的缺陷,而且本发明还通过添加香蕉浓缩物、丙位癸内酯、庚炔羧酸甲酯等原料使该香蕉香精的天然感更加纯正。
具体实施方式
以下用生产100KG天然型香蕉香精为例来对本实施例进行说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。

上述香蕉香精制备为一种常见的搅拌混合过程,即将上述原料称好后倒入器皿中搅拌即可。其搅拌时间为10分钟,完成后取样化验合格后,分装入库即可。
如上所述,便可较好的实现本发明。
