本发明是一种乳制品用香蕉香精,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙酸异戊酯1‑5%,异戊酸异戊酯1‑5%,香兰素2‑4%,丁酸异戊酯5‑13%,己酸乙酯15‑20%,丁酸乙酯8‑10%,辛酸乙酯5‑7%,通过本方法制备的产品,一方面能够增强香蕉香精的天然感,另一方面能够使香精能够与乳制品很好的结合,避免了香气飘,与饮料主题分离的问题。

本发明公开了一种乳制品用香蕉香精。
背景技术
目前,香蕉香精均是加入大量的异戊酯类单体调配而成,香气生硬,缺少天然感,而且与乳制品不能很好的融合,突出表现为香气较冒,与饮料主体分离,现在通用的市场做法是配方中加入甜橙油、柠檬油或者香蕉提取液,这些方法虽然能够增强天然感,但易出现香气不干净或者体系不够稳定等新的问题,更重要的是未能很好的实现香精与乳制品的天然结合。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种乳制品用香蕉香精,一方面能够增强香蕉香精的天然感,另一方面能够使香精能够与乳制品很好的结合,避免了香气飘,与饮料主题分离的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种乳制品用香蕉香精,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙酸异戊酯1-5%,异戊酸异戊酯1-5%,香兰素2-4%,丁酸异戊酯5-13%,己酸乙酯15-20%,丁酸乙酯8-10%,辛酸乙酯5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,一方面能够增强香蕉香精的天然感,另一方面能够使香精能够与乳制品很好的结合,避免了香气飘,与饮料主题分离的问题。

一种乳制品用香蕉香精,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%乙酸异戊酯,1%异戊酸异戊酯,2%香兰素,5%丁酸异戊酯,15%己酸乙酯,8%丁酸乙酯,5%辛酸乙酯,此时乳制品用香蕉香精香蕉香精的天然感不强。

一种乳制品用香蕉香精,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%乙酸异戊酯,5%异戊酸异戊酯,4%香兰素,13%丁酸异戊酯,20%己酸乙酯,10%丁酸乙酯,7%辛酸乙酯,此时乳制品用香蕉香精香精能够与乳制品的结合不好。
实施例3
一种乳制品用香蕉香精,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%乙酸异戊酯,3%异戊酸异戊酯,3%香兰素,9%丁酸异戊酯,17%己酸乙酯,9%丁酸乙酯,6%辛酸乙酯,此时乳制品用香蕉香精能够增强香蕉香精的天然感,且能够使香精能够与乳制品很好的结合。

1.一种乳制品用香蕉香精,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:乙酸异戊酯1-5%,异戊酸异戊酯1-5%,香兰素2-4%,丁酸异戊酯5-13%,己酸乙酯15-20%,丁酸乙酯8-10%,辛酸乙酯5-7%。
