Abstract

混合动力车辆结构
技术领域
本发明一般地涉及一种具有内燃机和电机作为其动力源的混合动力车辆的结构,更特别地,涉及一种包括冷却空气在水平方向流动的侧流型电池组的混合动力车辆的结构。
背景技术
关于混合动力车辆的传统结构,例如日本专利未审定公报No.2001-138753(专利文献1)公开了一种混合动力车辆的车辆下部车身结构,其目的在于降低车辆底板(地板)同时减小车辆纵向长度。在专利文献1中公开的混合动力车辆中,存放电池的电池箱配置在车厢中的座椅下方。连接至发动机排气歧管的排气管在底板面板下方朝向位于车辆后部的排气口延伸。在两维视图中观察车辆时,排气管在不与电池重叠的位置延伸。
日本专利未审定公报No.2003-326980(专利文献2)公开了一种用于排气管的承载结构,其目的在于抑制由于排气管的热而导致的电池局部温度升高。与专利文献1中所公开的混合动力车辆相似,在专利文献2中,电池也配置为使其不位于排气管的直上方。
日本专利未审定公报No.2001-18664(专利文献3)公开了一种空气冷却系统中的进气和排气装置,其目的在于在车辆中不使用空调装置的情况下有效冷却动力驱动单元和降频转换器(向下变换器,down converter)。日本专利未审定公报No.2000-351328(专利文献4)公开了一种用于电动车辆的电池安装结构,其目的在于在不损害支撑稳定性的情况下将电池安装在车辆底板下方一侧。
安装在混合动力车辆上的电池组按照冷却空气的流动方向被分成侧流型和上流型或下流型,在侧流型中冷却空气沿水平方向流动以冷却二次电池,在上流型或下流型中冷却空气沿竖直方向流动以冷却二次电池。对于侧流型,向二次电池供给冷却空气的进气室和从二次电池排出冷却空气的排气室配置在二次电池的相对两侧。但是,在这种情况下,由于与上流型或下流型中不同,在二次电池下方不存在室,因此当电池组配置在车辆底板面板上时,电池组受到来自于底板面板下方的热很大地影响。这可能会损害二次电池的冷却效率。
另一方面,在专利文献1中公开的混合动力车辆中,在两维视图中观察时排气管配置成不与电池重叠。但是,排气管必须在电池箱周围迂回,因此该管在其路径上被极大地弯曲。当排气管以这种方式过度弯曲时,排气效率会降低且会损害发动机性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,并提供一种混合动力车辆结构,该结构在不对排气管的路径做很大限制的情况下抑制二次电池的冷却效率的降低。
根据本发明一方面的混合动力车辆结构为具有内燃机和电机的混合动力车辆的结构。该混合动力车辆结构包括:配置在车辆底板上的电池组;和排气通路,该排气通路具有排气口,并从内燃机起通过车辆底板下方延伸至排气口。该电池组具有二次电池和进气室,该二次电池由在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元构成,用于向电机提供电力,该进气室设置成在与所述多个电池单元层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与二次电池邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元的各个之间提供冷却空气。所述排气通路设置成通过电池组的直下方,并通过从进气室的直下方位置移开的位置。
对于这样构造的混合动力车辆结构,当从内燃机到排气口布置排气通路的路径时,不必在电池组周围迂回。因此,可以避免排气通路路径的过度弯曲,且可以防止内燃机的性能受到损害。这里,排气通路设置成通过从进气室的直下方位置移开的位置。从而,排气通路的热对进气室中冷却空气的影响被抑制为很小,因而可以抑制被提供至多个电池单元之前的冷却空气的温度升高。这样,可以防止二次电池的冷却效率的显著降低。
另外,所述多个电池单元包括定位成相对靠近所述进气室的第一电池单元区域,和定位成相对远离所述进气室的第二电池单元区域。优选地,所述排气通路设置成通过所述第一电池单元区域的直下方。对于这样构造的混合动力车辆结构,第二电池单元区域的电池单元由冷却第一电池单元区域的电池单元后的冷却空气冷却,因此存在电池单元的温度分布,该分布中温度在第一电池单元区域中较低而在第二电池单元区域中较高。在本发明中,由于第一电池单元区域的电池单元受排气通路热的影响更大,可使在第一电池单元区域与第二电池单元区域之间的电池单元温度分布变小。
根据本发明另一方面的混合动力车辆结构为具有内燃机和电机的混合动力车辆的结构。该混合动力车辆结构包括:配置在车辆底板上的电池组;排气通路,该排气通路具有排气口,并且从内燃机起通过车辆底板下方延伸至排气口;和催化剂部,该催化剂部设置在所述排气通路的路径上,用于净化排气。所述电池组具有二次电池和进气室,该二次电池由在车辆宽度方向上层叠的多个电池单元构成,用于向电机提供电力,该进气室设置成在与所述多个电池单元层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元的各个之间提供冷却空气。所述排气通路设置成通过所述电池组的直下方。所述催化剂部配置在从所述进气室的直下方位置移开的位置。

根据本发明又一方面的混合动力车辆结构为具有内燃机和电机的混合动力车辆的结构。该混合动力车辆结构包括:电池组,该电池组具有用于向电机提供电力的二次电池,并配置在车辆底板上;排气通路,该排气通路具有排气口,并从内燃机起通过车辆底板下方延伸至排气口;和催化剂部,该催化剂部设置在排气通路的路径上,用于净化排气。所述排气通路设置成通过所述电池组的直下方。所述催化剂部配置在从所述电池组的直下方位置移开的位置。

另外,所述二次电池由在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元构成。所述电池组还具有进气室,所述进气室设置成在与所述多个电池单元层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元的各个之间提供冷却空气。所述多个电池单元包括定位成相对靠近所述进气室的第一电池单元区域,和定位成相对远离所述进气室的第二电池单元区域。优选地,所述排气通路设置成通过所述第一电池单元区域的直下方。对于这样构造的混合动力车辆结构,由于第一电池单元区域的电池单元受排气通路热的影响更大,可使在第一电池单元区域与第二电池单元区域之间的电池单元温度分布变小。

对于这样构造的混合动力车辆结构,当从内燃机到排气口布置排气通路的路径时,不必在电池组周围迂回。因此,可以避免排气通路路径的过度弯曲,且可以防止内燃机的性能受到损害。这里,当冷却空气从进气室的一端引入而从排气室的另一端排出时,在各个电池单元之间流动的冷却空气的流量在距离所述另一端比距离所述一端更近的位置较大,且存在电池单元的温度分布,该分布中温度在靠近所述另一端的位置较低而在靠近所述一端的位置较高。当冷却空气从进气室的一端引入而从排气室的另一端排出时,在各个电池单元之间流动的冷却空气的流量在距离所述一端比距离另一端更近的位置较大,且存在电池单元的温度分布,该分布中温度在靠近所述一端的位置较低而在靠近所述另一端的位置较高。在本发明中,在不同情况中排气通路分别在更靠近所述另一端的位置与更靠近所述一端的位置延伸,从而可以通过排气通路的热使电池单元的温度分布变小。
如上所述,根据本发明,可以提供一种混合动力车辆结构,该结构在不对排气通路路径做很大限制的情况下抑制二次电池的冷却效率的降低。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图说明本发明的实施例。在所参考的附图中,相同或相应的部件由相同的参考标记表示。
第一实施例
图1是本发明第一实施例的混合动力车辆的侧视图。图2是图1所示混合动力车辆的俯视图。参考图1和2,混合动力车辆10具有汽油发动机14(下文中简称为发动机14)和电机作为其动力源,该电机由能被充电或放电的二次电池(电池)32提供电力。
发动机14存放在形成于车辆前侧的发动机室16中。排气管21连接至发动机14的排气歧管。排气管21从发动机室16内起经过底板面板15下方向车辆后部延伸。底板面板15构成车辆的底板,并面向地面延伸。排气管21在其朝向车辆后部延伸的端部具有朝向车辆外部开放的排气口24。来自于发动机14的排气经排气管21被导引至车辆后部,并从排气口24排出车外。
在排气管21的路径上,以更靠近发动机14的顺序,依次设置有净化排气的三元催化剂(催化器)22,和抑制在发动机的各气缸中的燃烧噪音的消声器23。三元催化剂22是一种同时将CO、HC(碳氢化合物)和NOx(氮氧化物)分别转变成CO2、H2O和N2的催化剂,并通过在单一基体上形成含有铝载体和诸如铂和铑等贵金属的覆层构成。
在混合动力车辆10的车厢中,在车辆宽度方向上并排设置有驾驶员座椅11和前排乘客座椅12。车辆宽度方向垂直于车辆行驶方向。在驾驶员座椅11与前排乘客座椅12之间,设置有由树脂制成的中控台(centerconsole)13。例如,中控台13设置成使其内部复杂,以提供用于放置饮料容器的杯架,并提供用于放置小物品的凹部。
存放二次电池32的电池组31设置在底板面板15上,例如设置在中控台13内。电池组31在车辆行驶方向上配置在发动机14与排气口24之间,且在本实施例中,配置成与连接发动机14及排气口24的连线重合。当从车辆上方观察时,电池组31配置成位于发动机14与排气口24之间。电池组31与排气管21设置成彼此相邻,底板面板15位于它们之间。
图3是示出图1中所示的电池组的透视图。在附图中,作为电池组外封装的壳体表示为透明的。参考图2和3,存放于电池组31中的二次电池32由多个电池单元33组成。在本实施例中,并列排列的成对电池单元33m和33n在车辆行驶方向上层叠以构成二次电池32。多个电池单元33通过图中未示出的母线彼此串联地电连接。电池单元33由锂离子电池形成。注意对电池单元33没有特别地限制,只要其是能够被充电或被放电的二次电池即可,并且该电池单元例如可以是镍-金属氢化物电池。
成对电池单元33m和33n由诸如聚丙烯的树脂材料形成的树脂框架43保持。树脂框架43以多个数量列于车辆行驶方向上,同时保持电池单元33m和33n。在树脂框架43的相对两侧配置有多个端板40和41。端板40和端板41由包带42绑在一起,多个树脂框架43位于它们中间。
电池组31形成有进气室34和排气室35,两者位于二次电池32的相对两侧。进气室34和排气室35在垂直于车辆行驶方向的水平方向即车辆宽度方向上与二次电池32邻接,该车辆行驶方向即电池单元33层叠的方向。在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元33m设置成与进气室34邻接,而在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元33n设置成与排气室35邻接。
树脂框架43形成有经过在车辆行驶方向上彼此邻接的电池单元33之间的冷却空气通路44。冷却空气通路44在二次电池32的相对两侧与进气室34和排气室35连通。从车厢导入电池组31的冷却空气从进气室34流入冷却空气通路44。在流过冷却空气通路44的同时,冷却空气首先冷却电池单元33m,然后冷却电池单元33n。由于与电池单元33的热交换而温度升高的冷却空气从冷却空气通路44排至排气室35。
图4是电池组沿图2中的IV-IV线的截面图。参考图3和4,排气管21在电池组31直下方的位置延伸,并且位于从进气室34的直下方位置移开的位置,即,当在两维视图中观察混合动力车辆10时处于与排除进气室34外的电池组31重叠的位置。当从车辆上方观察时,排气管21延伸以与电池组31重叠而不与进气室重叠。当从车辆上方观察时,排气管21在车辆行驶方向上延伸,与进气室34分离并与电池组31重叠。排气管21配置为使得从排气管21传递至进气室34中的热量较小,而传递至排除进气室34外的电池组31中的热量较大。当从车辆上方观察时,在本实施例中排气管21延伸贯穿端板40和41,该端板40和41从相对两侧绑定多个电池单元33。排气管21在电池单元33m的直下方的区域102内、电池单元33n直下方的区域103内或排气室35直下方的区域104内延伸。排气管21延伸通过的区域可以是这些区域中的多个。
假设排气管21延伸通过在进气室34直下方的区域101的情况,受通过排气管21的高温排气的影响,进气室34内的冷却空气温度升高。在这种情况下,由于温度升高的冷却空气被供给至二次电池32,因而在冷却空气与电池单元33之间的热交换不能有效地实现。因此,二次电池32的冷却效率会显著地降低。另一方面,根据本实施例,当排气管21延伸通过从区域101移开的区域102、103或104时,防止由于排气管21的热影响而造成的二次电池32的冷却效率降低。
当排气管21延伸通过在排气室35直下方的区域104时,最有效地防止二次电池32的冷却效率降低。另外,当排气管21沿着车辆行驶方向即电池单元33层叠的方向在电池单元33直下方的区域102或103内延伸时,可以避免由于排气管21的热影响而造成的排列在车辆行驶方向上的各电池单元33之间的温度差异。
当排气管21延伸通过在电池单元33m直下方的区域102时,电池单元33m的温度受排气管21的热影响而上升。但是,位于冷却空气流上游的电池单元33m的温度趋于低于位于冷却空气流下游的电池单元33n的温度,从而可使电池单元33m与电池单元33n之间的温度差异变小。
图5是电池组的变型的截面图,其中排气管在配置在冷却空气流下游的电池单元的直下方延伸。参考图5,当排气管21在电池单元33n直下方的区域103内延伸时,可以在树脂框架43内形成旁通流道51,该旁通流道51直接连接在各个电池单元33m之间延伸的冷却空气通路与排气室35。旁通流道51在电池单元33n与排气管21之间延伸。旁通流道51将已经通过各个电池单元33m之间的冷却空气引导至排气室35,使其不通过各个电池单元33n之间。
对于这种结构,由于排气管21的热由流经旁通流道51的冷却空气带走,因而电池单元33n的温度上升可被抑制为较小。从而,电池单元33n与电池单元33m之间的温度差异可被抑制为较小。
图6是电池组的另一变型的截面图,其中排气管在配置于冷却空气流下游的电池单元的直下方延伸。参考图6,当排气管21延伸通过在电池单元33n直下方的区域103时,除旁通流道51外,可以在树脂框架43内形成旁通流道52,该旁通流道52直接连接进气室34与在各个电池单元33n之间延伸的冷却空气通路。旁通流道52相对于电池单元33n沿着底板面板15的相对侧延伸,并形成于几乎不受排气管21热影响的位置。旁通流道52将进入进气室34中的冷却空气引导至各个电池单元33n之间,使其不经过各个电池单元33m之间。
对于这种结构,通过旁通流道52,将未在电池单元33m之间传导热交换的冷却空气用于与电池单元33n热交换。通过这种方法,与图5中所示变型相比,可以使在各电池单元33n之间流动的冷却空气的流量等于或大于在各电池单元33m之间流动的冷却空气的流量,从而电池单元33n的温度可被设定为更低。从而可以使电池单元33m与电池单元33n之间的温度差异更小。

对于这样构造的本发明第一实施例中混合动力车辆10的结构,通过将排气管21配置在电池组31的直下方,不必使排气管21在电池组31周围迂回,且改进了配置排气管21的自由度。这样,防止了排气管21在发动机14与排气口24之间过度弯曲或折叠,从而改进了发动机14的性能。另外,在本实施例中,由于进气室34或排气室35不配置在二次电池32与底板面板15之间,电池组31易受底板面板15下方的外部环境因素的影响。但是,由于排气管21经过从进气室34的直下方位置移开的位置,防止了二次电池32的冷却效率的显著降低。
虽然在本实施例中,对电池组31设置在中控台13内的情况进行了说明,但本发明不限于此,例如,电池组31可以配置于驾驶员座椅11或前排乘员座椅12的下方、后排座椅18下方或者行李舱内。发动机14不限于汽油发动机,也可以是柴油发动机。
第二实施例
图7是本发明第二实施例的混合动力车辆的俯视图。图8是电池组沿图7中的VIII-VIII线的截面图。在下文中,将不再重复对与第一实施例中的混合动力车辆10中相同的结构的说明。
参考图7和8,在本实施例中,并列排列的成对电池单元33m和33n在车辆宽度方向层叠以构成二次电池32。进气室34和排气室35在垂直于车辆宽度方向的水平方向上即在车辆行驶方向上与二次电池32邻接,该车辆宽度方向即电池单元33层叠的方向。排气管21在电池组31的直下方延伸,且依次延伸通过位于进气室34直下方的区域101、分别位于电池单元33m和33n直下方的区域102和103以及位于排气室35直下方的区域104。
在本实施例中,三元催化剂22设置于从进气室34的直下方位置移开的位置,即,当在两维视图中观察混合动力车辆10时不与进气室34的重叠的位置。三元催化剂22设置在区域102、103或104内或者从电池组31的直下方位置移开的区域100和105内。配置三元催化剂22的区域可以是这些区域中的多个。
代替三元催化剂22,可以设置通过诸如氧化催化剂、稀NOx催化剂、带有氧化催化剂的DPF(柴油机颗粒过滤器)、或HC吸收净化催化剂的催化反应来净化排气的装置。另外,三元催化剂22可以是设置在排气歧管紧下游的催化剂,其在发动机起动时的早期阶段达到活性温度。
由于在排气通过三元催化剂22时发生催化反应,所以三元催化剂22的温度升高。在本实施例中,由于三元催化剂22配置在从进气室34直下方的区域101移开的区域100、102、104、104或105中,因此抑制了由三元催化剂22中所产生的热导致的二次电池32的冷却效率的显著降低。
本发明的第二实施例中的混合动力车辆结构包括电池组31、排气管21和三元催化剂22,该电池组31配置在底板面板15上,该排气管21具有排气口24并从内燃机14起经过底板面板15下方延伸至排气口24,该三元催化剂22设置在排气管21路径上作为用于净化排气的催化剂部。电池组31具有二次电池32和进气室34,该二次电池32由在车辆宽度方向上层叠的多个电池单元33构成,用于向电机提供电力,该进气室34设置成在垂直于多个电池单元33层叠方向的大致水平方向上与二次电池32邻接,用于在各个电池单元33之间供给冷却空气。排气管21设置成经过电池组31的直下方。三元催化剂22配置在从进气室31的直下方位置移开的位置。
对于这样构造的本发明第二实施例中的混合动力车辆结构,可以获得与第一实施例中所述目似的效果。
第三实施例
图9是本发明第三实施例的混合动力车辆的俯视图。下面,将不再重复对与第一和第二实施例中的混合动力车辆中相同的结构的说明。
参考图9,在本实施例中,电池单元33在车辆行驶方向上层叠以构成二次电池32。进气室34和排气室35在垂直于车辆行驶方向的水平方向上即在车辆宽度方向上与二次电池32邻接,车辆行驶方向即电池单元33的层叠方向。排气管21在电池组31的直下方延申,而三元催化剂22配置在从电池组31的直下方位置移开的位置。即,当在两维视图中观察混合动力车辆10时,排气管21在与电池组31重叠的位置延伸,而三元催化剂22配置在不与电池组31重叠的位置。通过这样的结构,抑制了三元催化剂22中所产生的热导致的二次电池32冷却效率的显著降低。
注意,如第一实施例中,当排气管21延伸通过图4中在电池单元33m直下方的区域102时,可以使电池单元33m与电池单元33n之间的温度差异变小。当排气管21延伸通过在电池单元33n直下方的区域103时,图5和6中所示的旁通流道可以应用于图9中所示的混合动力车辆。
图10是图9所示的混合动力车辆的变型的俯视图。参考图10,在其中电池单元33在车辆宽度方向上层叠的本变型中,排气管21也设置成在电池组31的直下方延伸,并且三元催化剂22配置在从电池组31的直下方位置移开的位置。
本发明第三实施例中的混合动力车辆包括电池组31、排气管21和三元催化剂22,该电池组31具有向电机提供电力的二次电池32并且配置在底板面板15上,该排气管21具有排气口24并从内燃机14起经过底板面板15下方延伸至排气口24,该三元催化剂22设置在排气管21的路径上用于净化排气。排气管21设置成经过电池组31的直下方。三元催化剂22配置在从电池组31的直下方位置移开的位置。
对于这样构造的本发明第三实施例中的混合动力车辆结构,可以获得与第一实施例中所述相似的效果。
第四实施例
图11是部分地示出本发明第四实施例的混合动力车辆的俯视图。下面,将不再重复对与第一至第三实施例中的混合动力车辆中相同的结构的说明。
参考图11,在本实施例中,电池单元33在车辆宽度方向上层叠以构成二次电池32。进气室34和排气室35在垂直于车辆宽度方向的水平方向上,即,在车辆行驶方向上与二次电池32邻接,该车辆宽度方向即电池单元33的层叠方向。进气室34和排气室35均包括在车辆宽度方向上分离的一端55与另一端56,并且进气室34和排气室35彼此平行地从一端55延伸至另一端56。冷却空气从进气室34的一端55被引入,在电池组31内转向然后从排气室35的一端55排出。排气管21在电池组31的直下方延伸,该排气管距离一端55比其距离另一端56更近。
在本实施例中,冷却空气引入进气室34的位置与冷却空气从排气室35排出的位置设置在进气室34和排气室35延伸方向的同一侧。从而,当冷却空气流入进气室34时,其趋向于经过各电池单元33以到达排气室55,而不是到达进气室34的另一端56。因此,在本实施例中,在各电池单元33之间流动的冷却空气的流量在更靠近一端55的位置大于更靠近另一端56的位置。另一方面,由于排气管21在距离一端55比其距离另一端56更近的位置延伸,因此可以使在车辆宽度方向上排列的各电池单元33之间的温度差异变小。
图12是示出图11所示的电池组的变型的俯视图。参考图12,在本实施例中,冷却空气从进气室34的一端55引入而从排气室35的另一端56排出。排气管21在电池组31的直下方延伸,该排气管距离另一端56比其距离一端55更近。
在此情况下,冷却空气引入进气室34的位置与冷却空气从排气室35排出的位置设置在进气室34和排气室35延伸方向的相反侧。从而,当冷却空气流入进气室34的一端55时,其趋向于流向进气室34的另一端56,而不是经过各电池单元33之间并到达排气室55。因此,在各电池单元33之间流动的冷却空气的流量在更靠近另一端56的位置大于更靠近一端55的位置。另一方面,由于排气管21在距离另一端56比其距离一端55更近的位置延伸,因此可以使在车辆宽度方向上排列的各电池单元之间的温度差异较小。
本发明第四实施例中的混合动力车辆结构包括电池组31和排气管21,该电池组31配置在底板面板15上,该排气管21具有排气口24并从发动机14起经过底板面板15下方延伸至排气口24。电池组31具有二次电池32、进气室34和排气室35,该二次电池32由多个在车辆宽度方向上层叠的电池单元构成,用于向电机提供电力,该进气室34设置成在与多个电池单元33的层叠方向垂直的大致水平方向上与二次电池32邻接,用于在各个电池单元33之间提供冷却空气,该排气室35相对于二次电池32配置在进气室34的相对侧,用于从各个电池单元33之间排出冷却空气。进气室34和排气室35包括在多个电池单元33层叠的方向上分离的一端55和另一端56,且从一端55延伸至另一端56。
当冷却空气从进气室34的一端55引入而从排气室35的另一端56排出时,排气管21设置成在距离另一端56比其距离一端55更近的位置通过电池组31的直下方。当冷却空气从进气室34的一端55引入而从排气室35的一端55排出时,排气通路21设置成在距离一端55比其距离另一端56更近的位置通过电池组31的直下方。
对于这样构造的本发明第四实施例中的混合动力车辆结构,可以获得与第一实施例中所述相似的效果。因此,由于各电池单元33之间的温度变化被抑制得较小,因此可以实现电池性能和电池寿命的改善。
应该理解这里公开的实施例在每一方面都是示例性和非限制性的。本发明的范围由权利要求的条款限定,而不是由上面的说明和例子来限定,且试图包括与权利要求条款等价的范围和意义内的任何修改和变化。
工业实用性
本发明主要应用于具有内燃机和电机作为其动力源的混合动力车辆。

Claims (6)

1.一种混合动力车辆结构,所述混合动力车辆具有内燃机(14)和电机,所述混合动力车辆结构包括:
电池组(31),所述电池组(31)具有二次电池(32)和进气室(34),所述二次电池(32)由在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元(33)构成,用于向所述电机提供电力,所述进气室(34)设置成在与所述多个电池单元(33)层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池(32)邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间提供冷却空气,并且所述电池组配置在车辆底板(15)上;和
排气通路(21),所述排气通路(21)具有排气口(24),并从所述内燃机(14)起,通过所述车辆底板(15)下方,延伸至所述排气口(24),其中
所述排气通路(21)设置成通过所述电池组(31)的直下方,并通过从所述进气室(34)的直下方位置移开的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆结构,其中
所述多个电池单元(33)包括定位成相对靠近所述进气室(34)的第一电池单元区域(102),和定位成相对远离所述进气室(34)的第二电池单元区域(103),并且
所述排气通路(21)设置成通过所述第一电池单元区域(102)的直下方。
3.一种混合动力车辆结构,所述混合动力车辆具有内燃机(14)和电机,所述混合动力车辆结构包括:
电池组(31),所述电池组(31)具有二次电池(32)、进气室(34)和排气室(35),所述二次电池(32)由在车辆宽度方向上层叠的多个电池单元(33)构成,用于向所述电机提供电力,所述进气室(34)设置成在与所述多个电池单元(33)层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池(32)邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间提供冷却空气,所述排气室(35)相对于所述二次电池(32)配置在所述进气室(34)的相对侧,用于从所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间排出冷却空气,并且所述电池组配置在车辆底板(15)上;
排气通路(21),所述排气通路(21)具有排气口(24),并从所述内燃机(14)起,通过所述车辆底板(15)下方,延伸至所述排气口(24);和
催化剂部(22),所述催化剂部(22)设置在所述排气通路(21)的路径上,用于净化排气,其中
所述排气通路(21)设置成通过所述电池组(31)的直下方,而所述催化剂部(22)配置在从所述进气室(34)的直下方位置移开的位置。
4.一种混合动力车辆结构,所述混合动力车辆具有内燃机(14)和电机,所述混合动力车辆结构包括:
电池组(31),所述电池组(31)具有二次电池(32)、进气室(34)和排气室(35),所述二次电池(32)由在车辆行驶方向和车辆宽度方向之一上层叠的多个电池单元(33)构成,用于向所述电机提供电力,所述进气室(34)设置成在与所述多个电池单元(33)层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池(32)邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间提供冷却空气,所述排气室(35)相对于所述二次电池(32)配置在所述进气室(34)的相对侧,用于从所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间排出冷却空气,并且所述电池组配置在车辆底板(15)上;
排气通路(21),所述排气通路(21)具有排气口(24),并从所述内燃机(14)起,通过所述车辆底板(15)下方,延伸至所述排气口(24);和
催化剂部(22),所述催化剂部(22)设置在所述排气通路(21)的路径上,用于净化排气,其中
所述排气通路(21)设置成通过所述电池组(31)的直下方,而所述催化剂部(22)配置在从所述电池组(31)的直下方位置移开的位置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车辆结构,其中
所述二次电池(32)由在车辆行驶方向上层叠的多个电池单元(33)构成,
所述多个电池单元(33)包括定位成相对靠近所述进气室(34)的第一电池单元区域(102),和定位成相对远离所述进气室(34)的第二电池单元区域(103),并且
所述排气通路(21)设置成通过所述第一电池单元区域(102)的直下方。
6.一种混合动力车辆结构,所述混合动力车辆具有内燃机(14)和电机,所述混合动力车辆结构包括:
电池组(31),所述电池组(31)具有二次电池(32)、进气室(34)和排气室(35),所述二次电池(32)由在车辆宽度方向上层叠的多个电池单元(33)构成,用于向所述电机提供电力,所述进气室(34)设置成在与所述多个电池单元(33)层叠的方向垂直的大致水平方向上与所述二次电池(32)邻接,用于在所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间提供冷却空气,所述排气室(35)相对于所述二次电池(32)配置在所述进气室(34)的相对侧,用于从所述多个电池单元(33)的各个之间排出冷却空气,并且所述电池组配置在车辆底板(15)上;和
排气通路(21),所述排气通路(21)具有排气口(24),并从所述内燃机(14)起,通过所述车辆底板(15)下方,延伸至所述排气口(24),其中,
所述进气室(34)和所述排气室(35)均包括在所述多个电池单元(33)层叠的方向上分离的一端(55)和另一端(56),并且从所述一端(55)延伸至所述另一端(56),
当冷却空气从所述进气室(34)的所述一端(55)引入而从所述排气室(35)的所述另一端(56)排出时,所述排气通路(21)设置成在距离所述另一端(56)比距离所述一端(55)更近的位置通过所述电池组(31)的直下方,
当冷却空气从所述进气室(34)的所述一端(55)引入而从所述排气室(35)的所述一端(55)排出时,所述排气通路(21)设置成在距离所述一端(55)比距离所述另一端(56)更近的位置通过所述电池组(31)的直下方。
