Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両1を模式的に示す模式図である。図2は、車両1の底面を示す底面図である。車両1は、車両本体2と、電池パック3と、駆動装置4と、燃料タンク5と、ECU20とを備える。車両本体2は、車両1の底面を形成するフロアパネル6を含む。車両本体2内には、エンジンコンパートメント8と、車室9とが形成されている。エンジンコンパートメント8は、車室9の前方に形成されている。車室9は、たとえば、搭乗者が搭乗する空間であり、この図1に示す例においてはECU20が車室9内に収容されている。
車両の排気管が収容ケースの側方に配置される場合には、排気管から収容ケースに熱が伝達されやすい。排気管から伝達された熱によって、収容ケース内に設けられた、蓄電装置を制御するバッテリECUが加熱された場合には、バッテリECUの制御動作に影響が及び得る。制御動作は、排気管からの熱の他、エンジン排熱の影響を受け得る。特にプラグインハイブリッド車にはエンジンが搭載されるため排気管の搭載は必須であるが、大型電池パックの場合には車両の床下にバッテリECUが搭載されることが多く、排気管とバッテリECUとの間の距離が近くなりやすい。
Claims (7)
- 収容ケースと、
前記収容ケース内に設けられた蓄電モジュールと、
前記収容ケース内に設けられた電子機器と、
前記収容ケースの側方に配置された排気管と、
冷媒が流通する冷却管を含む冷却回路と、を備え、
前記冷却管の一部は、前記電子機器と前記排気管との間に位置している、車両。 - 前記冷却回路は、
前記蓄電モジュールに対向するように配置され、前記蓄電モジュールを冷却するモジュール冷却部と、
前記電子機器に対向するように配置され、前記電子機器を冷却する機器冷却部と、を含み、
前記冷媒が流れる方向において、前記機器冷却部は前記モジュール冷却部よりも上流に位置している、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記排気管内を排気ガスが流れる方向において、前記電子機器は前記蓄電モジュールよりも上流側に位置している、請求項2に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却回路は、
前記蓄電モジュールに対向するように配置され、前記蓄電モジュールを冷却するモジュール冷却部と、
前記電子機器に対向するように配置され、前記電子機器を冷却する機器冷却部と、を含み、
前記冷媒が流れる方向において、前記機器冷却部は前記モジュール冷却部よりも下流に位置している、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記冷却回路は、
前記蓄電モジュールに対向するように配置され、前記蓄電モジュールを冷却するモジュール冷却部と、
前記電子機器に対向するように配置され、前記電子機器を冷却する第1機器冷却部と、
前記電子機器に対向するように配置され、前記電子機器を冷却する第2機器冷却部と、を含み、
前記冷媒が流れる方向において、前記第1機器冷却部は前記モジュール冷却部よりも上流に位置し、前記第2機器冷却部は前記モジュール冷却部よりも下流に位置している、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記冷却管の前記一部は、前記収容ケース内に設けられる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 前記冷却管の前記一部は、前記電子機器と同一高さに配置されている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
