在日本专利第5713115号公报中公开了在车身地板下搭载排气管及驱动用电池包的混合动力车的排气管构造。在日本专利第5713115号公报所公开的排气管构造中,排气管沿着电池包的一方的侧面而配置。
发明内容
在日本专利第5713115号公报所公开的排气管构造中,由于排气管沿着电池包的一方的侧面而配置,所以设置于电池包内的电子设备容易被从排气管传递的热加热。
本公开的目的在于,提供具备能够抑制设置于电池包内的电子设备被加热的结构的车辆。
车辆具备:收容壳体;蓄电模块,设置于上述收容壳体内;电子设备,设置于上述收容壳体内;排气管,配置于上述收容壳体的侧方;及冷却回路,包括供制冷剂流通的冷却管,上述冷却管的一部分位于上述电子设备与上述排气管之间。
根据上述的结构,由于冷却管的一部分位于电子设备与排气管之间,所以从排气管朝向电子设备的热的移动被冷却管的一部分阻碍,进而能够抑制电子设备被加热。
在上述车辆中,可以是,上述冷却回路包括:模块冷却部,以与上述蓄电模块对向的方式配置,冷却上述蓄电模块;及设备冷却部,以与上述电子设备对向的方式配置,冷却上述电子设备,在上述制冷剂流动的方向上,上述设备冷却部位于比上述模块冷却部靠上游处。

驱动装置4包括发动机10、旋转电机MG1、MG2及PCU11。PCU11例如包括2个变换器及转换器。一方的变换器与旋转电机MG1电连接,另一方的变换器与旋转电机MG2连接。转换器与电池包3电连接。旋转电机MG2主要作为使驱动轮旋转的电动机发挥功能,旋转电机MG1主要作为发电机发挥功能。发动机10通过从燃料箱5供给的燃料而驱动,产生使驱动轮旋转的驱动力。ECU20控制PCU11及发动机10的驱动。
电池包3及燃料箱5设置于地板6的下表面。燃料箱5配置于电池包3的后方侧。
图3是示意性地示出从车辆的上方观察蓄电池ECU42及其周边的结构时的配置关系的俯视图。图4是沿着图3中的IV-IV线的向视剖视图,示意性地示出了蓄电池ECU42与冷却管的一部分38C1的高度方向上的配置关系。车辆1包括收容壳体40。在收容壳体40内设置蓄电模块41、蓄电池ECU42(电子设备)及接线盒43。
收容壳体40包括前端面50、后端面51、侧面52、侧面53及倾斜面54。在图3所示的例子中,侧面52位于左侧,侧面53及倾斜面54位于右侧。倾斜面54连接于侧面53的顶端部,倾斜面54以随着朝向前方而接近侧面52的方式倾斜。
在收容壳体40的前端面50安装有连接板55。连接板55包括基板60和多个筒部61、62、63、64、65。
基板60固定于前端面50,在各筒部61、62、63、64、65形成有贯通孔。形成于各筒部61、62、63、64、65的贯通孔将收容壳体40的内部空间与收容壳体40的外部连通。
在筒部61插入有低电压电缆44。低电压电缆44连接于ECU20。在筒部62插入有高电压电缆45A,在筒部63插入有高电压电缆45B。在筒部64插入有冷却管38E,在筒部65插入有冷却管38C。
蓄电模块41包括多个蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2,蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2在车辆1的宽度方向上隔开间隔而设置。各蓄电单元48A1、48A2、48B1、48B2包括多个蓄电单体,各蓄电单体以在车辆1的前后方向上排列的方式配置。
蓄电池ECU42及接线盒43设置于蓄电模块41的前方。
在蓄电池ECU42上连接有包括信号线等的低电压电缆44,低电压电缆44将蓄电池ECU42与ECU20电连接。蓄电池ECU42接收从设置于蓄电模块41的温度传感器、电流传感器及电压传感器发送的信号,例如算出蓄电模块41的SOC等。蓄电池ECU42将算出的SOC等信息通过低电压电缆44而向ECU20发送。
在接线盒43上连接有高电压电缆45A、45B,高电压电缆45A、45B将接线盒43与PCU11电连接。在接线盒43内设置有多个继电器,切换PCU11与蓄电模块41之间的电连接状态。具体而言,切换设置于高电压电缆45A、45B的继电器的接通/断开。向低电压电缆44施加的电压比向高电压电缆45A、45B施加的电压低。低电压电缆44及高电压电缆45A、45B从前端面50向收容壳体40的外部引出。
车辆1包括排气管30。排气管30配置于收容壳体40的侧方。在图3中,排气管30以与倾斜面54及侧面53隔开间隔而对向的方式配置,以沿着倾斜面54及侧面53延伸的方式形成。排气管30连接于发动机10。在排气管30内流动从发动机10排出的废气。在此,排气管30内的废气从车辆前方侧(图3纸面内的上侧)朝向车辆后方侧(图3纸面内的下侧)流动。当废气从发动机10向排气管30内流动时,排气管30的温度上升。排气管30的温度分布容易在前方侧成为比较高温且在后方侧成为比较低温。从排气管30向电池包3的收容壳体40传递热,设置于电池包3内的蓄电池ECU42(电子设备)容易被加热。
车辆1包括冷却回路31。冷却回路31包括压缩机32、冷凝器33、接收箱34、膨胀阀36A、36B、模块冷却部37A、37B及多个冷却管38A、38B、38C、38E。在冷却回路31内流通制冷剂C。
模块冷却部37A、37B以与蓄电模块41对向的方式配置,冷却蓄电模块41。
模块冷却部37A包括上游管39A1及下游管39A2。制冷剂C在模块冷却部37A内在流通方向D1上流动,下游管39A2配置于比上游管39A1靠流通方向D1的下游侧处。上游管39A1配置于蓄电单元48A1的下表面,下游管39A2配置于蓄电单元48A2的下表面。
模块冷却部37B包括上游管39B1及下游管39B2。制冷剂C在模块冷却部37B内在流通方向D1上流动,下游管39B2配置于比上游管39B1靠流通方向D1的下游侧处。上游管39B1配置于蓄电单元48B1的下表面,下游管39B2配置于蓄电单元48B2的下表面。
冷却管38C包括冷却管38C的一部分38C1和设备冷却部38C2(第一设备冷却部)。冷却管38C的一部分38C1是冷却管38C的构成要素,冷却管38C在分支点P2处分支成冷却管38C的一部分38C1和设备冷却部38C2。
冷却管38C的一部分38C1位于蓄电池ECU42与排气管30之间。冷却管38C的一部分38C1可以设置于收容壳体40内,也可以设置于收容壳体40外。
设备冷却部38C2以与蓄电池ECU42对向的方式配置,冷却蓄电池ECU42。在制冷剂C流动的方向上,设备冷却部38C2位于比模块冷却部37B的上游管39B1靠上游处。
冷却管38E包括设备冷却部38E1(第二设备冷却部)。设备冷却部38E1以与蓄电池ECU42对向的方式配置,冷却蓄电池ECU42。在制冷剂C流动的方向上,设备冷却部38E1位于比模块冷却部37A的下游管39A2及模块冷却部37B的下游管39B2靠下游处。下游管39A2及下游管39B2在位于下游管39A2的下游端及下游管39B2的下游端的汇合端P1处连接于冷却管38E。蓄电池ECU42配置于下游管39A2、39B2、汇合端P1及设备冷却部38E1的上方。冷却管38E从收容壳体40内向收容壳体40的外部引出。
压缩机32与冷凝器33由冷却管38A连接,冷凝器33与接收箱34由冷却管38B连接。接收箱34与膨胀阀36A、36B由冷却管38C连接。冷凝器33在外气与制冷剂C之间进行热交换,冷却制冷剂C。由此,制冷剂C成为高温高压的液体状态。接收箱34将气体分离,将液体状的制冷剂C向膨胀阀36A、36B供给。
在膨胀阀36A上连接有模块冷却部37A,在膨胀阀36B上连接有模块冷却部37B。膨胀阀36A、36B使供给来的高温高压的液体状态的制冷剂C隔热膨胀,使制冷剂C成为低温低压的雾状。
在膨胀阀36A、36B中成为了低温低压状态的制冷剂C在模块冷却部37A、37B内在流通方向D1上流动。在模块冷却部37A内流动的制冷剂C通过上游管39A1,之后在下游管39A2内流动。通过制冷剂C通过上游管39A1内,蓄电单元48A1被冷却。通过制冷剂C在下游管39A2内流动,蓄电单元48A2被冷却。另一方面,在制冷剂C通过上游管39A1及下游管39A2的过程中,制冷剂C的一部分成为低温低压状态的气体。在此,在穿过了上游管39A1时,雾状(液体状)的制冷剂C与气体状的制冷剂C相比重量%多。
在制冷剂C到达了汇合端P1时,制冷剂C成为了低温低压的气体状的制冷剂C和低温低压的雾状的制冷剂C混合的状态,雾状的制冷剂C的重量%比气体状的制冷剂C的重量%大。
同样,在模块冷却部37B内流动的制冷剂C通过上游管39B1,之后在下游管39B2内流动。通过制冷剂C通过上游管39B1内,蓄电单元48B1被冷却。通过制冷剂C在下游管39B2内流动,蓄电单元48B2被冷却。另一方面,在制冷剂C通过上游管39B1及下游管39B2的过程中,制冷剂C的一部分成为低温低压状态的气体。在此,在穿过了上游管39B1时,雾状(液体状)的制冷剂C与气体状的制冷剂C相比重量%多。
在制冷剂C到达了汇合端P1时,制冷剂C成为了低温低压的气体状的制冷剂C和低温低压的雾状的制冷剂C混合的状态,雾状的制冷剂C的重量%比气体状的制冷剂C的重量%大。
雾状的制冷剂C成为气体状的制冷剂C时的潜热远大于在液体状的制冷剂C温度上升时所需的热量。
通过下游管39A2及下游管39B2而在蓄电池ECU42的下方流动的制冷剂C由于液体状的制冷剂C的重量%比气体状的制冷剂C的重量%大,所以能够良好地冷却蓄电池ECU42。在冷却管38E中,在位于比蓄电池ECU42靠流通方向D1的下游侧处的部分,制冷剂C为低温低压的气体状。
(作用及效果)
在车辆的排气管配置于收容壳体的侧方的情况下,容易从排气管向收容壳体传递热。在设置于收容壳体内的控制蓄电装置的蓄电池ECU被从排气管传递来热加热的情况下,可能影响蓄电池ECU的控制动作。控制动作除了来自排气管的热之外,也可能受到发动机排热的影响。尤其是,在插电式混合动力车中,由于搭载发动机,所以排气管的搭载是必须的,但在大型电池包的情况下,经常在车辆的地板下搭载蓄电池ECU,排气管与蓄电池ECU之间的距离容易变近。
在实施方式的车辆1中,由于冷却管38C的一部分38C1位于蓄电池ECU42与排气管30之间,所以能够通过冷却管38C的一部分38C1的存在而抑制蓄电池ECU42被来自排气管30的热加热。
图5是示意性地示出蓄电池ECU42与冷却管38C的一部分38C1的高度方向上的配置关系的模式的图。冷却管38C的一部分38C1最好配置于与蓄电池ECU42相同的高度。
在冷却管38C的一部分38C1处于图5所示的位置A1的情况下,在将蓄电池ECU42朝向冷却管38C的一部分38C1在水平方向上投影时形成的投影像与冷却管38C的一部分38C1的下侧局部重叠。在冷却管38C的一部分38C1处于图5所示的位置A2的情况下,在将蓄电池ECU42朝向冷却管38C的一部分38C1在水平方向上投影时形成的投影像与冷却管38C的一部分38C1的全部重叠。在冷却管38C的一部分38C1处于图5所示的位置A3的情况下,在将蓄电池ECU42朝向冷却管38C的一部分38C1在水平方向上投影时形成的投影像与冷却管38C的一部分38C1的上侧局部重叠。
在图5所示的位置A1、A2、A3的所有情况下,从排气管30朝向蓄电池ECU42的热都容易被冷却管38C的一部分38C1遮挡,能够抑制蓄电池ECU42被来自排气管30的热加热。即使在冷却管38C的一部分38C1的整体未配置于与蓄电池ECU42相同的高度的情况下(即,即使在冷却管38C的一部分38C1和蓄电池ECU42在高度方向上配置于互相错开的位置的情况下),通过冷却管38C的一部分38C1位于蓄电池ECU42与排气管30之间,也与冷却管38C的一部分38C1不位于蓄电池ECU42与排气管30之间的情况相比能够得到如上所述的效果。
在冷却回路31包括设备冷却部38C2的情况下,在制冷剂与蓄电模块41进行热交换前制冷剂能够冷却蓄电池ECU42,通过在比蓄电模块41至少靠上游处冷却蓄电池ECU42,能够更高效地冷却设备。
在本实施方式中,在废气在排气管30内流动的方向上,蓄电池ECU42位于比蓄电模块41靠上游侧处。换言之,在废气流动的方向上排气管30具有上游侧部分和下游侧部分,蓄电池ECU42配置于该上游侧部分的附近,蓄电模块41配置于该下游侧部分的附近。根据该结构,由于与蓄电模块41相比蓄电池ECU42位于排气管30的上游侧部分(即排气管30中的更高温部分)的附近,所以与蓄电模块41相比蓄电池ECU42更容易受到来自排气管30的热的影响。冷却管的冷却能力在制冷剂在冷却管内流动的方向上上游侧比下游侧高。因此,通过与蓄电模块41相比先冷却蓄电池ECU42,换言之,通过利用冷却管中的冷却能力更高的部分来冷却蓄电池ECU42,能够进一步减少可能从排气管30向蓄电池ECU42作用的热的影响。
在冷却回路31包括设备冷却部38E1的情况下,在制冷剂与蓄电池ECU42进行热交换前制冷剂能够冷却蓄电模块41,通过在比蓄电模块41至少靠下游处冷却蓄电池ECU42,能够以不损害冷却蓄电模块41的冷却性能的方式冷却蓄电池ECU42。
在冷却回路31包括设备冷却部38C2及设备冷却部38E1双方的情况下,在制冷剂与蓄电模块41进行热交换的前后制冷剂能够冷却蓄电池ECU42,能够更高效地冷却蓄电池ECU42。
在冷却管38C的一部分38C1设置于收容壳体40内的情况下,能够有效利用收容壳体40内的空间,能够抑制设置于收容壳体40内的蓄电池ECU42被从排气管30向收容壳体40传递的热加热。
虽然对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但应该认为,本次公开的实施方式在所有方面都是例示而非限制性的内容。本发明的范围由权利要求书表示,意在包括与权利要求书均等的含义及范围内的所有变更。

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆,具备:
收容壳体;
蓄电模块,设置于所述收容壳体内;
电子设备,设置于所述收容壳体内;
排气管,配置于所述收容壳体的侧方;及
冷却回路,包括供制冷剂流通的冷却管,
所述冷却管的一部分位于所述电子设备与所述排气管之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,
所述冷却回路包括:
模块冷却部:以与所述蓄电模块对向的方式配置,冷却所述蓄电模块;及
设备冷却部,以与所述电子设备对向的方式配置,冷却所述电子设备,
在所述制冷剂流动的方向上,所述设备冷却部位于比所述模块冷却部靠上游处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆,
在废气在所述排气管内流动的方向上,所述电子设备位于比所述蓄电模块靠上游侧处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,
所述冷却回路包括:
模块冷却部,以与所述蓄电模块对向的方式配置,冷却所述蓄电模块;及
设备冷却部,以与所述电子设备对向的方式配置,冷却所述电子设备,
在所述制冷剂流动的方向上,所述设备冷却部位于比所述模块冷却部靠下游处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,
所述冷却回路包括:
模块冷却部,以与所述蓄电模块对向的方式配置,冷却所述蓄电模块;
第一设备冷却部,以与所述电子设备对向的方式配置,冷却所述电子设备;及
第二设备冷却部,以与所述电子设备对向的方式配置,冷却所述电子设备,
在所述制冷剂流动的方向上,所述第一设备冷却部位于比所述模块冷却部靠上游处,所述第二设备冷却部位于比所述模块冷却部靠下游处。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的车辆,
所述冷却管的所述一部分设置于所述收容壳体内。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的车辆,
所述冷却管的所述一部分配置于与所述电子设备相同的高度。
