Description

  

  Appareil pour le refoulement de matières plastiques.    L'objet de l'invention est un appareil  pour le refoulement de matières plastiques,  en particulier pour les graisses qui sont trop  visqueuses pour pouvoir être aspirées par des  pompes, et qui, de     ce    fait, ne peuvent être  dispensées: à l'aide de pompes de graissage  ordinaires.  



  Il est caractérisé par le fait qu'il com  porte un réservoir à matière dans: lequel pé  nètre un piston actionné par une presse hy  draulique.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme     d'exécution    de l'appa  reil.  



  La     fig.    I en est une coupe     longitudinale.     La     fig.    II montre un détail.  



  La     fig..III    en est une vue par-dessus.  L'appareil représenté     comporte    un corps  de presse hydraulique 1 renfermant un pis  ton principal 2 muni d'un cuir embouti 3,  ainsi qu'un petit piston 4 muni d'un cuir  embouti 5. Le petit piston 4 est actionné par  l'intermédiaire d'une bielle 6 par le levier 7,  qui pivote sur un axe 8. Le corps de presse 1    est surmonté d'un réservoir à huile 9, et il       comporte    en outre des clapets 10 et 11,     ainsi     qu'un     pointeau    de décharge 29.

   Le réservoir  à graisse 12, de     forme    :cylindrique et qui  s'emboîte par une de, ses     extrémités    dans, le  corps 1, est fermé à son autre extrémité par  le couvercle 13. Le :couvercle 13 est main  tenu en place par la vis 14, qui prend appui  sur l'étrier 15 qui     s'articule    sur l'axe 16.  Le couvercle 13 est percé d'un orifice 17,  dans lequel est fixé un raccord 18 sur lequel  est branché un tuyau souple 19 terminé par  une agrafe 20. Un crochet 2,1 sert à main  tenir le     levier    7, lorsque l'appareil est au re  pos.

   Deux roues 22 montées sur l'axe 8 per  mettent de faire rouler l'appareil, qu'on peut  saisir par la poignée transversale 23 du     levier     7, qui, lorsqu'il est maintenu par le crochet  21, sert de timon. Le piston 2 est relié par  une bielle     2f4    au piston 25, qui est     surmonté     d'un cuir embouti 26.  



       Le        fonctionnement    est le suivant:  Le réservoir cylindrique 12     (fig.    II),       étant        plein    de lubrifiant, on le met en place      dans l'appareil où il     occupe    la. position indi  quée par la     fig.    I. La vis 14 est fortement  serrée, afin de maintenir le couvercle 13       fortement    appliqué et. étanche. La bielle 24  du piston 2 vient s'appliquer dans le loge  ment 27 du piston 25, et le cylindre 12 s'em  boîte dans le corps 1 avec lequel il forme un  tout rigide assemblé par l'étrier 15. On libère  le levier 7 de son crochet 21 et on l'actionne  d'un mouvement alternatif selon la flèche 28.

    Ce mouvement est transmis au petit piston 4  par l'intermédiaire de la     biellette    6. Lorsque  le piston 4 se déplace de     gauche    à droite dans  la     fig.    I, il aspire de l'huile dan: le réser  voir 9, à travers le clapet     1(,    le clapet 11  restant appliqué sur son siège. Lorsque le  piston 4 se déplace de droite à gauche, il  refoule le liquide qui se trouve devant lui  dans le     cylindre    1 à travers le clapet 11, le  clapet 10 restant appliqué sur son siège.

    L'huile qui pénètre dans le     cylindre    1, fait  avancer le piston 2, qui, par l'intermédiaire  de la bielle 24, fait pénétrer le piston 25  dans le réservoir 12, d'on il refoule le lubri  fiant qui s'échappe par l'orifice 1 7 et à tra  vers le tuyau flexible 19 et l'agrafe 2  qu'on     raccorde    aux graisseurs. Lorsque le ré  servoir 12 est vide, on     desserre    la vis 14. puis  on abaisse l'étrier 15 et on enlève le cou  vercle 13. On enlève le réservoir amovible  12 dont on repousse le piston 25 vers la       droite,    dans sa position occupée     il    la     fig.    11.  Puis on le regarnit de lubrifiant.

   Pour pou  voir remettre le réservoir 12 en     place    dans  l'appareil, on repousse la bielle 24 vers l'ex  trême droite du cylindre 1,     ce    qui est rendu    possible     grâce    à la vis à     pointeau    29, qui,  lorsqu'elle est desserrée,     permet    à l'huile du  cylindre 1 de faire     retour    au réservoir 9.  On peut avoir plusieurs réservoirs amovibles  12 en réserve remplis de matière, pour le     rein-          placement    rapide des réservoirs à mesure  qu'ils sont vides.

    The oil which enters the cylinder 1 causes the piston 2 to advance, which, by means of the connecting rod 24, causes the piston 25 to enter the reservoir 12, from which it discharges the lubricant which escapes through the port 1 7 and through the flexible pipe 19 and the clip 2 which is connected to the grease nipples. When the tank 12 is empty, the screw 14 is loosened. Then the caliper 15 is lowered and the cover 13 is removed.
