Description
Appareil pour le mélange de proportions déterminées de matériaux
La présente invention a pour objet un appareil pour le mélange de proportions déterminées de matériaux comprenant un récipient avec au moins deux compartiments, contenant chacun l'un des matériaux et présentant chacun une tubulure d'éjection, ces dernières étant disposées côte à côte, et un dispositif d'expulsion, agissant simultanément dans tous les compartiments de façon à leur faire débiter à chacun des quantités de matériaux proportionnelles à leur contenance respective.
Cet appareil est caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'expulsion comprend au moins deux pistons, l'un des pistons et l'une des parois du récipient présentant l'un une partie filetée et l'autre une partie taraudée s'engageant l'une dans l'autre, ledit piston entraînant au moins un autre piston dans l'une au moins des directions de ses déplacements longitudinaux, sans l'entraîner simultanément dans ses mouvements de rotation.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe axiale de la première forme d'exécution.
La fig. 2 est une coupe axiale de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
L'appareil représenté à la fig. 1 comprend un récipient cylindrique 1 subdivisé en trois compartiments cylindriques coaxiaux 2, 3 et 4.
A l'extrémité inférieure des compartiments 2, 3 et 4 sont aménagées des tubulures d'éjection 5, 6 et 7 recouvertes d'un couvercle 8, au fond duquel est disposée une pièce d'étanchéité 9.
Les compartiments 2, 3 et 4 du récipient 1 peuvent contenir des matériaux liquides, visqueux ou pâteux qui seront éjectés par lesdites tubulures 5, 6 et 7 au moyen d'un dispositif d'expulsion constitué par trois pistons 10, 11 et 12, pénétrant chacun dans l'un des compartiments 2, 3 et 4 parallèlement à leur axe de façon à leur faire débiter à chacun des quantités de matériaux proportionnelles à leur contenance respective. La tige du piston 10 est munie d'un filetage 13 qui s'engage dans une pièce taraudée 14 disposée à l'extrémité du compartiment 2 opposée à celle qui est munie de la tubulure d'éjection 5 et porte à son extrémité inférieure une tête de piston 15 munie d'un anneau d'étanchéité 16, d'un diamètre égal au diamètre intérieur du compartiment 2.
Le piston 10 porte à la partie supérieure de sa tige un épaulement 17 sur lequel prend appui un disque 18 muni d'une perforation centrale traversée par l'extrémité supérieure de la tige du piston 10 qui se termine par une bague moletée 19. Les pistons 1 1 et 12 sont solidaires du disque 18 et sont ainsi entraînés par le piston 10 dans ses déplacements longitudinaux sans être toutefois entraînés simultanément dans ses mouvements de rotation.
Dans l'appareil représenté à la fig. 2, le piston central 20 muni d'un épaulement 21 peut coulisser librement dans le compartiment cylindrique central 22 d'un appareil similaire à celui qui est représenté à la fig. 1, alors que le piston périphérique 23 est muni d'une partie taraudée 24 s'engageant sur une pièce filetée 25 disposée à l'extrémité supérieure du compartiment 26. Le piston 24 est solidaire à sa partie supérieure d'un disque 27 muni d'une perforation centrale dans laquelle s'engage l'extrémité supérieure de la tige du piston 20 et qui prend appui par-ses bords sur l'épaulement 21 du piston 20, qui sera ainsi entraîné par le piston 23 dans ses déplacements longitudinaux de haut en bas sans toutefois être entraîné simultanément dans ses mouvements de rotation.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing determined proportions of materials comprising a container with at least two compartments, each containing one of the materials and each having an ejection pipe, the latter being arranged side by side, and an expulsion device, acting simultaneously in all the compartments so as to cause them to deliver, at each, quantities of materials proportional to their respective capacity.
This apparatus is characterized by the fact that said expulsion device comprises at least two pistons, one of the pistons and one of the walls of the container having one a threaded part and the other a threaded part engaging the 'one inside the other, said piston driving at least one other piston in at least one of the directions of its longitudinal movements, without simultaneously driving it in its rotational movements.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial section of the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is an axial section of the second embodiment.
The apparatus shown in FIG. 1 comprises a cylindrical container 1 subdivided into three coaxial cylindrical compartments 2, 3 and 4.
At the lower end of compartments 2, 3 and 4 are arranged ejection pipes 5, 6 and 7 covered with a cover 8, at the bottom of which is placed a sealing part 9.
The compartments 2, 3 and 4 of the container 1 can contain liquid, viscous or pasty materials which will be ejected by said pipes 5, 6 and 7 by means of an expulsion device constituted by three pistons 10, 11 and 12, penetrating each in one of the compartments 2, 3 and 4 parallel to their axis so as to cause them to each debit quantities of materials proportional to their respective capacity. The piston rod 10 is provided with a thread 13 which engages in a threaded part 14 arranged at the end of the compartment 2 opposite to that which is provided with the ejection pipe 5 and carries at its lower end a head piston 15 provided with a sealing ring 16, with a diameter equal to the internal diameter of compartment 2.
The piston 10 carries at the upper part of its rod a shoulder 17 on which rests a disc 18 provided with a central perforation through which the upper end of the rod of the piston 10 which ends in a knurled ring 19. The pistons January 1 and 12 are integral with the disc 18 and are thus driven by the piston 10 in its longitudinal movements without however being driven simultaneously in its rotational movements.
In the apparatus shown in FIG. 2, the central piston 20 provided with a shoulder 21 can slide freely in the central cylindrical compartment 22 of an apparatus similar to that shown in FIG. 1, while the peripheral piston 23 is provided with a threaded portion 24 engaging a threaded part 25 disposed at the upper end of the compartment 26. The piston 24 is integral at its upper part with a disc 27 provided with 'a central perforation in which the upper end of the piston rod 20 engages and which bears by its edges on the shoulder 21 of the piston 20, which will thus be driven by the piston 23 in its longitudinal movements from above at the bottom without, however, being simultaneously drawn into its rotational movements.
