  Appareil pour le mélange de proportions déterminées de matériaux
 La présente invention a pour objet un appareil pour le mélange de proportions déterminées de matériaux comprenant un récipient avec au moins deux compartiments, contenant chacun   l'un    des matériaux et présentant chacun une tubulure d'éjection, ces dernières étant disposées côte à côte et un   dispositif    d'expulsion, agissant simultanément dans tous les compartiments de façon à leur faire débiter à chacun des quantités de matériaux proportionnelles à leur contenance respective.

   Cet appareillage est caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'expulsion comprend au moins deux pistons dont les têtes sont indépendantes de leurs organes de commande et construites de façon à pouvoir être accrochées par un outil et permettre ainsi leur extraction des compartiments correspondants.



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la présente invention et des variantes.



   La fig. 1 en est une coupe axiale.



   La fig. 2 en est une coupe transversale selon II-II de la fig. 1.



   Les fig. 3, 4, 5 et 6 sont des coupes axiales de détails des variantes envisagées.



   L'appareil représenté à la fig. 1 comprend un récipient cylindrique 1 subdivisé en trois compartiments cylindriques coaxiaux 2, 3 et 4.



  A l'extrémité inférieure des compartiments 2, 3 et 4 sont aménagées des tubulures d'éjection 5, 6 et 7 recouvertes d'un couvercle 8 au fond duquel est disposée une pièce d'étanchéité 9.



  Les compartiments 2, 3 et 4 du récipient 1 peuvent contenir des matériaux liquides, visqueux ou pâteux, qui seront éjectés par lesdites tubulures 5, 6 et 7 au moyen   d'un    dispositif d'expulsion constitué par trois pistons 10, 11 et 12 pénétrant chacun dans   l'un    des compartiments 2, 3 et 4, parallèlement à leur axe, de façon à leur faire débiter à chacun des quantités de matériaux proportionnels à leur contenance respective. La tige du piston 10 est munie d'un filetage 13 qui s'engage dans une pièce taraudée 14 disposée à l'extrémité du compartiment 2 opposée à celle qui est munie de la tubulure 5 et porte à son extrémité inférieure une tête de piston 15 munie d'un anneau d'étanchéité 16 et d'un appendice fileté 17 pénétrant librement dans un logement 18 pratiqué à l'extrémité inférieure de la tige du piston 10.

   Les têtes des pistons 11 et 12 ont une forme annulaire, sont également indépendantes de leur tige, et présentent, l'une, un prolongement tubulaire taraudé 19 et, l'autre, une série de creusures en boutonnière 20.



   Les fig. 3, 4 et 5 représentent des variantes de la tête de piston 15 qui peut comporter,  soit un logement taraudé (fig. 3), soit être munie d'un petit crochet (fig. 4) ou d'un anneau (fig. 5) sur sa face au contact de son organe de commande. La fig. 6 représente une variante des têtes de pistons annulaires engagées dans les compartiments 3 et 4, munies d'un prolongement rainuré 21.



   Les têtes de pistons indépendantes représentées aux fig. 1 à 6 sont donc toutes construites de façon à pouvoir être accrochées par un outil muni, soit d'un taraudage, soit d'un filetage, soit d'une tête, d'un crochet ou d'un rebord permettant l'extraction des dites têtes de pistons des compartiments correspondants après en avoir retiré les organes de commande respectifs des pistons 10, 11 et 12.
  



  
 



  Apparatus for mixing specific proportions of materials
 The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing determined proportions of materials comprising a container with at least two compartments, each containing one of the materials and each having an ejection pipe, the latter being arranged side by side and a expulsion device, acting simultaneously in all the compartments so as to cause each of them to discharge quantities of materials proportional to their respective capacity.

   This apparatus is characterized by the fact that said expulsion device comprises at least two pistons whose heads are independent of their control members and constructed so as to be able to be hooked on by a tool and thus allow their extraction from the corresponding compartments.



   The appended drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the present invention and its variants.



   Fig. 1 is an axial section.



   Fig. 2 is a cross section along II-II of FIG. 1.



   Figs. 3, 4, 5 and 6 are axial sections of details of the variants envisaged.



   The apparatus shown in FIG. 1 comprises a cylindrical container 1 subdivided into three coaxial cylindrical compartments 2, 3 and 4.



  At the lower end of the compartments 2, 3 and 4 are arranged ejection pipes 5, 6 and 7 covered with a cover 8 at the bottom of which is arranged a sealing part 9.



  The compartments 2, 3 and 4 of the container 1 can contain liquid, viscous or pasty materials, which will be ejected by said pipes 5, 6 and 7 by means of an expulsion device consisting of three pistons 10, 11 and 12 penetrating each in one of the compartments 2, 3 and 4, parallel to their axis, so as to cause them to each debit quantities of materials proportional to their respective capacity. The piston rod 10 is provided with a thread 13 which engages in a threaded part 14 arranged at the end of the compartment 2 opposite to that which is provided with the tube 5 and carries at its lower end a piston head 15 provided with a sealing ring 16 and a threaded appendage 17 penetrating freely into a housing 18 made at the lower end of the piston rod 10.

   The heads of the pistons 11 and 12 have an annular shape, are also independent of their rod, and have, one, a threaded tubular extension 19 and, the other, a series of buttonhole recesses 20.



   Figs. 3, 4 and 5 show variants of the piston head 15 which may include either a threaded housing (fig. 3), or be provided with a small hook (fig. 4) or a ring (fig. 5). ) on its face in contact with its control device. Fig. 6 shows a variant of the heads of annular pistons engaged in compartments 3 and 4, provided with a grooved extension 21.



   The independent piston heads shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 are therefore all constructed in such a way as to be able to be hung by a tool provided either with an internal thread, or with a thread, or with a head, a hook or a flange allowing the extraction of the said piston heads of the corresponding compartments after having removed therefrom the respective control members of the pistons 10, 11 and 12.
  

 

Claims (1)

REVENDICATION : Appareil pour le mélange de proportions déterminées de matériaux, comprenant un récipient avec au moins deux compartiments, contenant chacun l'un des matériaux et présentant chacun une tubulure d'éjection, ces dernières étant disposées côte à côte, et un dispositif d'expulsion agissant simultanément dans tous les compartiments de façon à leur faire débiter à chacun des quantités de matériaux proportionnelles à leur contenance respective, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'expulsions comprend au moins deux pistons dont les têtes sont indépendantes de leurs organes de commande et construites de façon à pouvoir être accrochées par un outil et permettre ainsi leur extraction des compartiments correspondants. CLAIM: Apparatus for mixing determined proportions of materials, comprising a receptacle with at least two compartments, each containing one of the materials and each having an ejection nozzle, the latter being arranged side by side, and an expelling device acting simultaneously in all the compartments so as to cause them to discharge, at each, quantities of materials proportional to their respective capacity, characterized in that said expulsion device comprises at least two pistons whose heads are independent of their control members and constructed so as to be able to be hung by a tool and thus allow their extraction from the corresponding compartments. Appareil selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites têtes de pistons sont munies d'au moins un crochet sur leur face au contact desdits organes de commande. 5. Apparatus according to claim, characterized in that said piston heads are provided with at least one hook on their face in contact with said control members. 6. Appareil selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites têtes de pistons sont munies d'au moins un anneau sur leur face au contact desdits organes de commande. 6. Apparatus according to claim, characterized in that said piston heads are provided with at least one ring on their face in contact with said control members. 7. Appareil selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites têtes de pistons présentent un prolongement rainuré sur leur face au contact desdits organes de commande. 7.
